[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — Online Payment made but no ticket received

I have booked two tickets by Train no.2864/YPR HOWRAH EXP. From Krishnarajpuram to Howrah for 3A class (1) PNR No.[protected] for[protected] and the freight charged was Rs.1007/- distace 1940 kms.(2)PNR No.[protected] for[protected] and the freight charged was Rs.989/-.for the same distance. I am a Senior Citizen. On checking for freight on line, I found it to be Rs.989/- only. Both the tickets were booked on-line by my son.I do not understand, how the freight was charged extra Rs.18/- for travel dated[protected] and how will I get refund of this extra charged amount?

We have not Refund of waitlisted E Ticket as on date 18.04.09
Please refund of Rs.1134/- in my ICICI Bank Credit card No [protected] in Name L.Gupta

you should check the refund status in ur irctc login...they have the failed payment request.Then you can know the status.It will take 4 days to get your money refunded to your account.If it didnt.You can quote the transaction number and contact the bank right away.

on 24 apr 09 i booked an e ticket from coimbatore to chennai central .i did my payment through syndicate bank credit card and i got a number[protected] but my ticket has not come to my e mail id and iam unable to take a print out. please tell me what should i do

I booked a ticket on 2/5/09 for the date of journy of 4/5/09. My SBI account has been debited a sum of Rs.575 but i have not recived the ticket and PNR no.

Today, May 24 2009 i did book a ticket from tiruchirappalli to new-delhi for samark karanti from the irctc online service. my transaction failed between this. money has reduced from my account but i did not get ticket. in my life first time i did online booking. at my irctc account it is showning Payment not received from bank.

i am login to my irctc account with my correct i.d. and password, still my account is not working and is prompting that i.d. and password is wrong, i have booked an e-ticket for journey from patna to new delhi by vikramshila on 19.06.09 and i have to take the print out of my e-ticket i have my transaction i.d. and pnr with me

IRCTC — payment made through icici credit card but not received tickets

sir, i used my icici credit card on 2-7-2009 to book rail tickets kachiguda-yaswanthapur train no 7603. i made the transactions on online system. the payment amoung 1958 rupees was made through credit card. the amount was deducted from my credit card. but i could not get tickets through internet. please reversed the amount deducted from my credit card to my credit card no. [protected]. pl kindly do the needful. at least respond to my message. irctc had given this service number [protected]

I booked a e-tickets on 10.07.2009 for journey by Rajdhani express on 23.09.1009. My SBI account has been debited a sum of rs.4935.00 but I have not received any pnr no. or tickets.

I Have booked 3rd ac ticket from erode to chennai by yercaud exp on 24th July 09.While booking there was error in the system.However Rs.985/- has been debited into my account.I have nto recd any mail from IRCTC in this regard.Please do the needful

Today morning (29.07.2009) I had made on-line e-ticket booking from Mysore to Chennai by Shatabdhi. Payment was made through SBI online but after the payment was made the session expired and I could not get e-ticket. Subsequently, I made another booking to the same place and payment made through SBI on-line and I got the e-ticket (PNR No.[protected]). The payment of Rs.725/- was debited twice from my SBI SB A/c No. [protected]. You are therefore requested to treat the first transaction as closed and refund the amount to my SB A/c. Today afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru SBI atm cum debit card but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down n I didn't get any pnr or any other number generated, but my money was deducted . Have booked 2 tickets for 1st sep, 2009 for falukhnama frm VZM to BZA
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now.Can u help me confirm the tickets please.
