[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — Online Payment made but no ticket received

Yesterday afternoon I tried booking a ticket via irctc.co.in
Payment was made thru SBI online site but after the payment was made, the irctc site immediately went down and didnt come up till yesterday evening
I tried calling up all the numbers given in irctc.co.in and also mailed multiple times to [protected]@irctc.co.in but havent received any response till now

Can somebody out there help

MY NAME IS SURENDRA KUMAR JANGID, I WORK IN INDIAN RAILWAY IN POST- ASST. LOCO PILOT MUMBAI DIV. HEAD QUTTER -SURAT, GUJARAT. I tried booking a ticket through IRCTC on 23 April 2012, through SBI debit card. The total fare of Rs 839.00. has been deducted from my bank Account, but no ticket was shown in booked history. Payment is deducted from my bank. So kindly particulars this tickets name, address, pnr number etc. my bank AC sbi udhna, Surat, Gujarat, AC no-[protected], sbi debit card no[protected]. SBI BANK STATMENT (tr id no[protected] pos[protected] IRCTC. MY SBI BANK COMPLAINT HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH TICKET NO:AT[protected]. PLZ QUOTE THIS NO. MY MOBILE NO. [protected]

I have the honour to state that on 21.06.2012 while I was tried to book 01 E tickets on 21.06.12 vide my IRCTC login id "balantheni" for journey to be performed on 14th July 2012 from Gwalior to Chennai Central and choose the option for book my E ticket only if one lower berth is available consequently on the screen i have showed the message that "your ticket can not booked as you choose the option atleast 01 lower berth is available and questioned do you wish to continue press yes or press no. I was never wants to book the ticket without 01 lower berth so that i pressed no button on the screen but i have charged Rs. 513/- from my SBI account (A/C No.[protected]) vide transaction ID No.[protected] after that i was booked another ticket for the same destination vide PNR No. [protected] for journey to be performed on 15th July 2012 from Gwalior to Chennai Central as per Transaction ID[protected] and paid Rs.513/- through my SBI ATM. But i have not received my amount of Rs.513/- in my account which was deducted wrongly for the previous unbooked ticket. Hence please refund my amount of Rs.513/- in my SBI Account as soon as possible. i shall be thankful to you sir/ madam.
its first time while booking E-ticket after pament my network is gone lost and i don't get the ticket and my money is also deducted from my icici bank account .

while in the middle of the payment, link was lost (sbi debit) and fair money was deducted from the account but the ticket was not booked . the status in the " refund ticket " reads that the refung status is unknown ... pnr no is [protected], transaction id [protected]
Yesterday I have booked a ticket through i-banking on 17/07/2012 from Bhubaneswar to Mumbai cst by Konark express train No 11020.My SBI account has been debited a sum of Rs.504 including all taxes but i have not received the TICKET and My PNR no. Also, after DEBITING, i waited for a long period but the following page did not open.So please return my balance as soon as possible.

My IRCTC login id is rajinibm, after the tatkal booking scheme has been changed to 10:00 AM from July 10, when i try to book the ticket - I get information like "Your Quota - 2 tickets per IP or 2 tickets per session". this is really annoying because without booking even a single ticket I get these information. I usually open only one session (one user in single browser and no multiple logins) can you correct this.

I was trying to book e-ticket for Ahmedabad to Surat to day i.e. 29/102012. The ticket could not be generated and transaction No.[protected], [protected] and [protected]. No other details like PNR No. etc relating e-tickets shown in screen. But one message appeared in my mobile reading as "Rs. 234 was spent on your ... credit card on 29-10-12 at M/s Indian Railway C.

Kindly look into the matter and cancel all the above numbered transactions and inform me accordingly

I have booked 2 tickets on line and made payment Rs 567.47 and same is debited to my SBM account.

But the site went down after that and there is no ticket or message delivered to my cell phone and it is not showing in Booking History.
