i was purchasing railway e tkct from dadar to kankwali by using
ITZ CASH CARD no. 31 HQ S[protected], 31 HQ S[protected], 31 HQ S[protected], 31 HQ S[protected] of Rs.100 each, but after scracthing the card and inserting the account no & password for making payments it says the cards doesnt have sufficient balance, and because of that i couldnt book my railway e-ticket. Please help
