Dear sir,

Upon closer look at your refunds realised that the refund send to my original bank “iob” has been timely received and all those refunds which either are sent to the wrong banks viz itz and paytmsdk or are not shown to be sent at all.

Details of such refunds are as followed :

As per your instructions from tour last call on Dec 6, I have forwarded the Bank Refund IDs of the respective refunds from you to my bank (Indian Overseas Bank).

Am currently waiting for the bank to release the money, after which, I will mark this refund as Resolved.

Dear Sir,

I have been talking to the bank (IOB) for the past two weeks and they have not been able to find the refund transactions from the Bank Refund Ids you have provided.

Could you send the following for both refunds asap to resolve this issue:
1. BANK TRANSACTION REFERENCE ID
2. DATE OF REFUND INITIATION

I want this resolved quickly or I will have to escalate the situation.

    I had booked one ticket on irctc through itz gateway but i have not received any refund amount after the cancellation of the ticket. The payment was made through sbi debit card. The details of the transaction is as follows:

    I tried to book a railway ticket o 15th November through ITZ payment gateway IRCTC VISA DEBIT CARD . Payment done but ticket not booked and I immediately got the message that money refunded into ITZ bank but I didn't get money into my andhra bank account

        Hi,

        This is vinay ashok gavval i've booked two tickets on irctc.co.in using itzcash payment gateway. Those two tickets were cancelled by the irctc itself as the tickets were not confirmed. The transaction date was 25th may 2017 and journey date was 15-oct-2017. And my money gets debited from bank account but not refunded yet, on irctc it is showing that 710 rs. Are refunded but the money not credited in my account. If i call to irctc customer care, they are not answering the call, so sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but didn't get any response from them yet.

        In the irctc refund status it says "sent to bank", but when i spoke with bank, they told me that we have received only one transaction amount but not the another.

        It's been more than 1 month but still money has not been refunded and moreover i don't know whether i'm gonna get the money back.

        I am hoping your reply soon...

            Myself awadhnarayan bind. Sir i am a weaver and it is not possible to carry my family with wage of weave. Last 15 year i get profit of all plan antyoday ration card, card no is 6575, but now my card is closed that result can't find ration. So i complain to know why this card is cut. It will be inquary with strenth. And punished person who is invalve this matter.

              I had booked an e-ticket from irctc in using itz gateway for paying thrrough my indusind bank visa credit card on 26th oct. The transaction failed during the ticket booking and the amount was refunded by irctc on 27th oct as per the message sent by irctc. But till now i have not received the refunded amount.

                  Following two tickets were canceled on 14th october, 2017.
                  1. Cancellation id [protected] refund amount rs. 1845/-

                  As per the irctc details, the amounts were refunded to itz on 15th october, 2017. However, i have not received the amount in my account.

                          I have to bring to your kind notice that the itz dealer mr. Visashwar shukla associate of m/s gyan communication shop no.15, kashmiri market, malviya nagar, delhi 110017 sitting in the amway office at jasola has taken rs 4, 00, 000.00 to be uploaded on my itz card nors s[protected] and card no s[protected] issued in the name of mr. Kamal grover (Abo no 1344892) and nikunj kamal (Abo no3672137) my daughtor on 16th august 2017. But till date the amount is not loaded.
                          Mr visashwar shukla has been telling me that he has used the funds for his personal/business purposes
                          And he will refund or load on my card within next 7-10 days.
                          As i had been dealing with him for the last few months, it has not happened in the past.
                          Believing always on his false commitments for the last more than two months now it is high time he has told me today that he will pay the amount when he will have and do whatever you want to do.

                          In view of the above you are requested to take appropriate action against this dealer and help me getting the amount of rs 400000.00 refunded.

                            I had booked train tickets using irctc online but due to some circumstances i had to cancel the tickets. The the refund amount shows as itz account and i have still not received the amount. So i have provided the full details about the transaction.

                              I happened to unfortunately order an itzcash card on 27-july. Till date, the card is yet to reach me. Everytime i call the customer care, i get to hear new stories. When i submit a query to their customer care, i keep getting back a standard response saying, the query has been forwarded to concerned department. Nothing happens after that.

                              I also emailed their customer grievance officer a couple of times. There is no response from him.

                              I want to know when i am going to get my card.

                                I booked a tatkal quota ticket but the ticket not confirmed and auto matically get cancelled. I used itzcash gateway while booking my ticket and used visa atm card of bank of india. On irctc website it is showing refunded but i did not get refund in my account and bank name is showing itz...                                       I had purchased 5 pos machines before and the company guy had said no efforts are needed by you. I will personally sell those and get you the amount whatsoever. It has been 6months not even a single machine has been sold by him. Got a news that he has left the job. When enquired with the senior he says the company will not take back the machines. What should i do now. Keep the machines as a showpiece or what. Pls either refund the invested amount and take back the machines or arrange for a salesman who can help me in selling this. I cant belive such a reputed company like this not giving value to their investors. Hoping for a positive feedback.
