Hi there,

I have tried to purchase an ITZ CASH CARD through your website form.

However its not functioning properly.

Its really useless, when one can not use it.

I have also sent you an sms to buy the card on 06/12/2008, however till today no one has bothered to contact me further in this regard.

Is there any customer care dept in your organisation????

Or else I may understand that you dont require the business, I mean, I am in dilemma.

I am going to wait for few more days n then I will opt for anothere option I have.

Please remember the rule of MARKETING, "one unhappy customer spreads the message of bad services n spoils another 20 happy customers."

Inke area sales manager to mahir hain hum kal aa rahe hain hum abhi aa rahe hain hum 10 min. mein aa rahe hain, bas mantar dene ka kam hai inka.

    I had purchased itz cash card of rs.1500/- from m/s. Chinmay, dombivli in the month of february 2008. On the back side of card it is clearly written as follows -
    Date of mfg - 29/12/2007
    Valid for 12 months from first usage or for 24 months from date of manufacture, whichever is earlier.
    I had activated the card on21/02/2008. So the card should have been valid upto 21/02/2009 which is a earlier date.
    But the itz people have themselves decided the expiry date as 29/08/2008 and disactivated my card. This has resulted me a financial loss of about rs.900/- balance amount at the time of suspention of the card. How can they do this without informing the consumer?

    on 22nd January I have recharged my dish tv account with Rs.600/- ITZ cash card. On 23rd Feb, 09 I got sms from dist tv that I will be charged Rs.20/- grace charge if I fail to recharge in time and to my knowledge which is yet to come. So far I understand I have still a balance of Rs.292/- so why this misleading message and thread of deactivation. This is simply unbelivable and becoming of a company which dist out 24X7 ad. about all the benefits of having a dish tv connection but in reality It is altogether a differentexperience.

    on 26/08/09 i have try to recharge one dish TV using my OneStopShop account, money deducted but pin no not found. if you giving Pin no at that time my computer is problem giving at that time so please sent pin no again on my e-mail. please check it and grant my request.

      Dear sir
      My mobile no is [protected] having postpaid connection. I am working itz cash card ltd, an essel group company. I have not received itemised bill from your end. My company will do not pass my claim without bill. When you not sending itemised bill on time to time than how's customer know what is his bill due date & ammount, you send only sms your out standing ammount is balance please pay to the nearest reliance branch. But why how can i trust on you?
      You are not elligible for sending itemised bill before due date than i request you to please disconnect my connection.

        I have played playwin by a itzcash card and win high tier winning on 29/08/2008. But after that i did not see any record on cash voucher of high tier winner details in my card. I mailed them and contact several times but still after seven days they did not do anything. Please help me.

          Dear sir,

          With reference to the above subject, i am hemant a gurav, residing at walkeshwar area and my compaints about the shop which is located in our dongershi road, teen batti area and runs playwin / online lotto terminals.

          My compaint regards that, i went to this shop to check the applicability of lowest itz cash card, i asked to the shopkeeper for that, '' please check whether 100/-rs. Itz cash card is available at your shop or not''. But shopkeeper directly drawn itz cash card without informing me to draw it & forced me about it charges even though i wasn't said to draw such card and that time i don't carried money to to pay for but also i requested to that, person to allow me 3 minutes to get money from near atm, but repeatedly he wasn't listen my request & again forced me to pay charges instantly with on the spot, then i feel nervous because of the misbehaviour of the shopkeeper, so i put my cellphone as a mortgage to that person for rs.100/-

          Above incident happens with me on today 18th may 2008

          And i found the shopkeeper's behaviour conduct is not good in front of the customer.

          Therefore, i hope that you will take all the necessary relavent action againts such shopkeeper as soon as.

          I bought a Phenil bottle from the shopkeeper in wadala (Mumbai) but the shop keeper gave me a bad one.. so i requested him to take it back and give me a new one, but he refused to do so.. so i left the bottle there itself and the bottle fell down on the floor, he threatned me on that. i request you to please take action against such shopkeeper who cheat their customers. please do reply as i want to take strick against him.
