I have placed an order for prepaid card (Rs 6000) through my company portal.
There was no intimation provided to me regarding delivery of the card and apparently it was delivered to wrong person by courier. I placed an order for replacement with itzcash team and it's more than 2 weeks i still don't see conclusive response from them. Feels cheated!

I had book flights tickets in night at 2am to hope to confirmed tickets but my money debit & msg came hold pnr call to customer care support to confirmed .but no one answere ur call .pls never book tickets by itz .flights ..poor service

    I have cancelled the ticket in irctc dated on 20 the may, journey date 5th july. I have not recived the amount. But the cancelation record shows the status payment sent to itz. Refund amount is 290rs. Evidence has been attached to the complaint. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible.

    I have cancelled the ticket last week whose refund has been given to ITZ by IRCTC but they are not refunding back to my account nor responding to any mail or call.

      I had booked two e-tickets from irctc in general quota using itz gateway for paying through my iob internet banking on 7th june. Those tickets were cancelled for unavoidable reasons and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per irctc account. But till now i have not received the refunded amount from itz bank

        Hi,

        This is hemachand. Ravilla, i've booked two tickets on irctc.co.in using itzcash payment gateway. Those two tickets were cancelled by the irctc itself as the tickets were not confirmed. The transaction date was 25th may 2017 and journey date was 26th may 2017. One ticket money was refunded but not the another transaction amount which was rs. 3765. If i call to irctc customer care, they are not answering the call, so sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in but didn't get any response from them yet.

        Coming to the itzcash they are not providing proper information, finally they told me that we don't have your transaction details then please check with irctc.

        In the irctc refund status it says "sent to bank", but when i spoke with bank, they told me that we have received only one transaction amount but not the another.

        It's been more than 15 days but still money has not been refunded and moreover i don't know whether i'm gonna get the money back.

        Hi guys,

        I thought this is the genuine website. Please don't trust these guys. These guys are collecting the credit card information and doing the fraudulent transactions. I'm going to lodge the cyber crime complaint against this portal as well.

        Whoever is calling me on behalf of Consumer Complaints portal those numbers are showing as spam and also they are using Gmail ids for email communication. I've all these proofs based on this I'm gonna lodge the complaint.

        Requesting the other users to don't post any confidential information and also don't share any credit card or debit card information or net banking details with them.

        In another post, i will share the numbers whatever I have received from them.
        From this number[protected] I've received a call and this guy made multiple transactions for the following amounts Rs. 15, 000 & 8000.
        My icici pay direct hs been blocked. How to unblock icici pay direct card please help help me.

          I had booked an e-ticket from irctc in tatkal quota using itz gateway for paying thrrough my uco bank visa debit card on 6th june. Ticket didn't get confirm and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per the message sent by irctc. But till now i have not received the refunded amount.

          Your service is very poor.I had cancelled my train ticket, but the amount is not yet refunded.In the IRCTC status, it is showing that the amount is refunded but it has not come to my bank account.Look into this problem of mine, enquire and resolve it.

              Itz cash easy sab log kya kar rahe hai kya aisa maine nahin socha tha itz bhi aisa kar sakti hai, bina puche mere account se 27 march 2017 ko swipe machine ke naam par 4600/-kaat liya, koi bhi sahi jawab nahin deta pramod rai dharmendra jadhav ne kaha 20 din me refund ho jayga bola dono ne, kitna mail kiya uska koi hisab nahin. Customer care me kashyap se bat kiya toh kehta hai ki mera dipartment nahin hai. Milan gandhi naam ka salesman hai ussey bahot piche padhne par mujhe instalment me paise de raha hai 500, 500 karke ye kya hai company ka koi managment nahin hai wo bol raha hai ki paise main apni jeb se de raha hoon. Is baat ki kya guarantee hai ki dobara aisa nahin hoga pise nahin katenge, ye likhne tak 4600 me se abhi bhi 1390 rs baki hai...

                          सर मेने रेलवे पोर्टल के लिए अप्लाई किया था वोह नहीं मिला हे उसके regarding मेने complain ki थी जिसका docket no[protected] हे! मेरे को जयपुर के रणवीर जी और विशान सिंह जी द्वारा मानसिक तोर से परेशान किया जा रहा हे! 27 jan 2017 से मेने 8015 रुपए जमा करा रखे है रेलवे पोर्टल नही दे पाने के कारण मेने refund के लिए मेल डाला था जिसके बाद vishan जी से मेरी बात हुई थी उन्होंने मेरे को 45 दिन का समय दिया था! 45 दिन पूरे होने के बाद मेने उन्हें कॉल किया तो विशान जी ने बोला आपके पेसे वापस आ चुके हे! मेने अकाउंट चेक किया तो कोई राशि नहीं आई थी... मेने दुबारा कॉल किया उन्होंने रणवीर जी से बात करने को कही! मेने रणवीर जी को कॉल किया तो उन्होंने बोला आपकी id में पेसे आ चुके हे मेने id चेक करी तो उसमे कोई पैसा नहीं था मेने दुबारा रणबीर जी को कॉल किया वोह बोले आपकी id में 4600 rs आ चुके मेने दुबारा id खोली उसमे कोई राशि नही थी! मेने फिर रणवीर जी और विशान जी को कॉल किया तब से अब तक दोनों फ़ोन नही उठा रहे हे!

                          मेरा कंपनी से नम्र निवेदन हे की मेरे 8015 rs एक सैट लोताने का कास्ट करे एवं ऐसे लापारवाह स्टाफ को उनकी कुर्सी से हटा कर काम करने योग्य आदमियों को बिठाया जाए जिससे कंपनी की साख ख़राब न हो और आम आदमी को परेशानी नही आये! में मानसिक तोर से बोहोत जादा परेशान हो चूका हु में कई बार custmor care पर बात कर चूका हु पर मेरी समस्या का समाधान नही हो प् रहा में चाहता हु जयपुर जोन स्टाफ के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्येवाहि की जाये एवं कर्येवाही की जानकारी दी जाये ताकि आमजन में कंपनी के प्रति विशवास बना रहे!

                            Hi team,

                            I am holding a distributorship in jogeshwari since 2 and half year where me and a sales executive from ITZ name Ganesh Sawant meet.
                            He used to use my money in term of punching new ID and meet his target.
                            He borrowed a lot of money from me since we started and has never followed me to repay me back.
                            Whenever i called him he always promise me next day and his next day never comes. He still has to repay me back 10000 rs and still making commitment for another day.
                            I already spoke to his team management and instead giving him verbal warning, I still didnt receive my money back.

                            Because of Mr Ganesh Sawant, ITZ reputation is on toss. where in I still have a doubt that he will refund me my Balance amount.
                            I am frustrated with this guy and also writing a mail to Consumer court and reporting this issue to Police.

                            Please take care of this issue as this guy can lead ITZ in big trouble.
                            And expecting ITZ team to make him repay my balance amount.

                              I had a booking of 13 members in the vistara flight by itz travel portal... Flight date 23/04/2017 in morning 7.30a. M.
                              On 22/04/2017 customer call me and said he want to cancel one member ticket and i cancel the one of member ticket...
                              On the timing of the flight, all members are check in to airport
                              The care of vistara said the members your eight member tickets has been cancelled by the agency,,,,
                              Passengers want his money back through me,,,,,
                              Passengers want his total amount of 12 members
                              According to the vistara airlines the flight has been cancelled by the portal of the agency on 22/04/2017 on 4.22
                              But itz agency person said the tickets are not cancelled

                              Daily i call in itz customer care and he said i want time like 2 to 3 days 24 to 48 hours daily this process is going on...
                              I don't want to work this company any more i want customer money back..

                                  Hie there i have done imps transaction but by doing so i got the popup of the plan activation, subscription page so i clicked on the plan[protected] and without any notification 17500 amount got deducted from my itz cash account when i spoke to customer care they r saying that this plan will not b unsubscribe and even i HV send the transaction I'd and all detail on Mai to the area agent but i am not getting any help from ur side to get my money back i want my fund as soon as possible.

                                    i have requested for distributor id and i have not been processed uptill now and even also the amount is been deposited on behalf of executive mr. ranveer and mr. anil who is handling the area distributor of mine. amount deposited 55000 approxx and they gave me 15 advance agents id to sell it but at the time of buying the id's i had a conversation with mr. ranveer that i will not be able to sell these id's still he gave me confident that he will sell the id's on behalf of me and i should invest in the company for further procedure..and also mr. ranveer told me that i will be getting distribution of money changing like banks were doing at the time of november. when the 500 & 1000 currency notes were banned ...he told me for the distribution of changing currency i have to apply for distributor id and it is compulsory to buy 15 id's in advance but uptill now date my distributor id is not been generated and the amount which i m asking to them from last more then a month is also not been refunding to my wallet.. i have reached to head Jaipur Head and the General manager with the emails ( mr. vishan singh and yashwinder ) but from them also i couldnt a reply uptill now date..
                                    even i have make calls to Jaipur Head but he do not receive calls and if i ask the excutive for the office address then they dont provide the office address also.

                                    Solution required - i want my full refund from the company as soon as possible and the profit which i couldnt earn in between these month from that money i need that also.

                                    i have purchased a wrong package of remittance from the company when i was making a transaction for money transfer ... this service option of purchasing the package was not been told before suddenly at the time of tranasaction this option came and i make a call to the executive mr. anil and i discussed about the package but i couldnt understand the procedure and in that case i purchased a higher amount of package which was not suitable for according to my utiization of working criteria soo i requested at the same time for degrading my package and i have sent emails also for this issue to company operational manager mr. kamlesh but uptill now present date i have to been resolved this issue and whenevr i ask any of the executive mr. anil, ranveer or kamlesh they always reply me that they have requested to higher authorities regarding my issue...package purchase date 03/02/2017, package validity 1 month, and now its around 2 months been crossed, i purchased 6900/- package

                                    if there will be no action been taken then i have move further for the legal formalities against the company ...

                                    Uptill now from the company there is not action is been taken on both the cases and issue which i have with the ITZ COMPANY .. Soo after this message i will take a legal action against the company ... i have not seen a poor retailer support and a fraud company who takes money and never want to return back to the retailer ... company is least bothered about with my retailer point...

                                      I huseni borsadwala is an agent of ITZCash, on 9/3/2017 i received a mail that company is supling POS machines @ 4600/- there was a clause that i[censored] r not interested inform in 48hrs.
                                      On 10/3/2017 i wrote a mail stating that I am not interested in POS & no amount should be deducted from account.
                                      On 21/3/2013 to my disbelief RS 4600/- was debited from my account.
