More than a month and still have not received my prepaid card

I have placed an order for prepaid card (Rs 6000) through my company portal.
There was no intimation provided to me regarding delivery of the card and apparently it was delivered to wrong person by courier. I placed an order for replacement with itzcash team and it's more than 2 weeks i still don't see conclusive response from them. Feels cheated!...

Refund amount not transferred to my account

I have cancelled the ticket in irctc dated on 20 the may, journey date 5th july. I have not recived the amount. But the cancelation record shows the status payment sent to itz. Refund amount is 290rs. Evidence has been attached to the complaint. Kindly refund the amount as early as possible....

Refund of cancelled train tickets

I had booked two e-tickets from irctc in general quota using itz gateway for paying through my iob internet banking on 7th june. Those tickets were cancelled for unavoidable reasons and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per irctc account. But till now i have not received the refunded amount from itz bank

This is hemachand. Ravilla, i've booked two tickets on irctc.co.in using itzcash payment gateway. Those two tickets were cancelled by the irctc itself as the tickets were not confirmed. Refund of cancelled irctc ticket

I had booked an e-ticket from irctc in tatkal quota using itz gateway for paying thrrough my uco bank visa debit card on 6th june. Ticket didn't get confirm and the amount was refunded by irctc on 8th june as per the message sent by irctc. But till now i have not received the refunded amount.
