Sir we had registered a complaint against itz cash company whose complaint idno is - 1490075. According to you when we contact to the itz company then they give us a date[protected] and said our problem will be solved up to this date. But they updated our imps transiction slab but did not refunded our money till now. We informed you again on[protected] that our money is not refunded yet. Respected sir today i have added rs. 5000/- to my itz cash wallet. Thereafter i have transfered that money to my bank account. Money is deducted from my cash wallet but i have not received money into my bank account. Itz costomer care officers are not refunding me that money of rs.5000/-. My wife card [protected] is deactivated due to wrong date of birth put by your representative.

Ince card is made we are unable to use and we sent kyc document to your mumbai address given by your customer care department. I think it might be more than 2 year we are not able to use our funds and company is not guiding us how to get activated card.

Myself joined as icw (Retailer) nov 2014 and became distributor in dec 2014.

Since the new officers appointed for us mr ranjan (Sales officer) and mr naeem (Area manager) our sales started goes down, because they are very very very very most lazy and selfish in this company. They are just taking salary from itzcash, but do not know the proper process of how to handle cases and resolve issues.

Tried booking a bus ticket. Amount got debited but ticket was not confirmed. Did this procedure twice but same thing happened amount of 1140 was debited twice & ticked was not booked please refund both the amount back. I am suffering from irresponssible behaviour of one of you r agent name arun chowdhrey from whom i have taken the irctc link and provide him the required document and amount of rupes 8 thousand for the purpose.
Its being more then 2 months and there is no response for aroun chowdharey when ever i call him he make excuses and asure me to do the work in one or two days but no response from him in this matter.

Mr sandeep aggarwal was given rs 22253 in 3 instalments in the month of june 2016 for recharging amway itz cash card. He is neither recharging, neither giving us back, inspite of several reminders.
