main aap ko batana chahta hu ki maine pehale compalint kiya the itzcash company ne mere count se Rs.4600/- deduct kar liye the compaint karne k baad 24/4/17 ko Rs.4000 refund kar diye hai abhi tak pura paisa nahi diya gaya hai jab ki maine na to in ko koi phone kiya the ki mujhe machine chaiye na h maine in ko mail kiya the maine kuch nahi kiya apne aap h paise deduct kar liye gaye hai itzcash company ne sirf mujhe Rs.4000 h refund kare hai baki ke Rs.600 nahi kare

      I am anjali chavan i am holding your remmitance and railway portal from one year 4 months ago your employee mr. Ganesh sawant who has provided the services from itz to me on this basis i was doing the busniess of money trasfer tiketing and other in sakinaka shop but due to shifting i requested to mr. Sawant to change my distributer of money trasfer sakinaka to vasai and he took 1 month for it and after the trasfer if dedcuted the 4, 600/- from my protel account for swiping machine without my information and consent. And he told, are you takeing the swipe machine but i said that in vasai i dont have any use of swipe machine bcoz of rural area. But he dedcuted the said amount from my portal when i ask him why u dedcuted the said amount from my portal he lying to me that i give him permission to directly dedcuted the said amount but thereafter i strecly said to him that emidiatly you credit the said amount in my portal then he told me now the amount has gone to the account of itz and it take time of one month to credit the money but from that time i contiously calling and try to contact him but till today he is not giving me any response about that amount and not reciving my call till today i am suffering the grave losse from 4 months and my busniess is stopped from last four month
      Kindly take the oppropriate legal action against the said mr. Ganesh sawant and team otherwise i will go to legal proceding against the itz and all related employees and persons

          Sir we had registered a complaint against itz cash company whose complaint idno is - 1490075. According to you when we contact to the itz company then they give us a date[protected] and said our problem will be solved up to this date. But they updated our imps transiction slab but did not refunded our money till now. We informed you again on[protected] that our money is not refunded yet. Then we recieved a reply from you that the company will refund our money up to[protected] but the money is not refunded yet. So sir please take action against this.

              Respected sir,
              I am requesting daily since 5 to 7 days for imps transaction slab. But they always replies that your salb has been started and contact with area sales officer for further information. But they do not find any satisfactory answer by contacting sales officer. Sir if we are on the wrong then you are also on the wrong because we did not find any knowledge about this slab system. We thought this is for slab amount and our imps transaction is 20 lakhs and above per month. So we selected unlimited amount slab. But when rs 20150 was deducted from our wallet then we contact our distributor then we came to know about our mistake that this is for imps transaction slab. And our imps transaction is from 200 to 300 left transaction is done by neft. So we request you please give us 250 imps transaction slab and please cancel the unlimited transaction slab plan and us our reduced amount and return it in our wallet. Please take action very soon so that we can cooperate in your business with our all energy and zeal.

              but yours team did not solve my problem. On[protected] through email Docket no.[protected] you confirm us that our deducted amount will be returned up to[protected].
              MY IMPS transaction Slab had updated for 1000 transactions but my debited amount did not credited to my wallet .according to 1000 transactions slab rate Rs 5175. and my deducted amount was Rs 20125 .                     My wife card [protected] is deactivated due to wrong date of birth put by your representative.

                    Ince card is made we are unable to use and we sent kyc document to your mumbai address given by your customer care department. I think it might be more than 2 year we are not able to use our funds and company is not guiding us how to get activated card.

                    We approach itz through your seller batra communications. Followup with local staff jagat singh. No response.

                    What a bad attitude of company and irresponsibly itz write that kyc not in proper format. Why notitz delhi person tell us and give format you need for kyc and resolve issue.

                          I am suffering from irresponsible behaviour of one of your agent name Subash Kumar Rout, Mob-[protected], Email- subash.[protected]@intrexindia.net.
                          He had taken necessary documents for IRCTC RENEWAL.
                          On 30.11.2016 Rs. 4580.00 debited from my ITZ account while processing
                          for renewal fees and has told me that the Renewal will be completed
                          within a week.
                          Its being more then 1 months and there is no response for Subash Rout when ever i call him he make excuses and asure me to do the work in one or two days but no response from him in this matter.
                          My Agent ID expired on date 17.12.2016. So that I am unable to
                          book tickets for customers and facing a lot of problems.

                            Myself joined as icw (Retailer) nov 2014 and became distributor in dec 2014.

                            Since the new officers appointed for us mr ranjan (Sales officer) and mr naeem (Area manager) our sales started goes down, because they are very very very very most lazy and selfish in this company. They are just taking salary from itzcash, but do not know the proper process of how to handle cases and resolve issues.
                            They only knows email id [protected]@itzcash.com, and this customer service team always reply - ticket closed: for further details contact your local sales officer...
                            The both officers are not suitable for it.
                            Both are just sycophantic (Chaploos) of seniors... Always involved in leg pulling to others.

                            Now issue is:
                            1. Our several retailers paid for railway id since 2015, still pending.
                            2. Several payments are showing refund pending and confirmation awaited since this financial year due to otp not rcvd, still pending
                            3. Unwanted charges are debited every month, no body answer on it
                            4. As disty 75000 are blocked for security. Why security from myself, i am giving business to itz cash, i need security from itzcash.
                            5. Anytime unexpected changes in schemes and charges.
                            6. My own railway id expired no body helping in renewal.
                            7. No body helping in providing the agency agreement copy, after several chasing and emails.
                            8. As retailer customer knows me, as distributor my retailers knows me, both are questioning about itzcash behaviour on queries, sometimes customer barking and abusing me and my staff for refund/ confirmation awaited issues, but no body replying on it.
                            9.in april 2016 someone hacked the email id and login id of my retailer, and used approx rs 12200 from his account, but no body helped in this issue. Retailer visited for report in cyber crime police cell, but they asked him what is the proof "that you are channel partner/ retailer of itz cash". This retailer still awaiting for agency agreement copy, so he can present the copy to cyber crime.
                            10. Several times the bses electricity payment made on wrong ca numbers due to rush at bses counters, but no body could arrange the refund or settled in correct ca. It was matter of rs 7-8 lacs. I am just meeting with senior officers of bses and requesting them to adjust. Some already adjusted, but still few are pending. All efforts are mine not assisted from itzcash.

                            You can think those kind of problems facing by myself as retailer and as distributor, i am the single. Assume how many retailers and distributors as suffering like myself through out india.

                            Its big investigation issue, there is big fraud on the name of railway agency and money transfer pending cases. How much amount have this company against the cases of refund pending/ confirmation awaited or like railway agency charges.

                            Mr ranjan & mr naeem they are only hanger and obsequious. Both are not trustworthy. There is no appropriate words to explain about itzcash.

                            Suggestions to all disty & retailers, if you all are facing same problem from the itzcash, you may complaint at http://www.pmindia.gov.in/en/interact-with-honble-pm/
                            And choose "write to the prime minister", your all complaints or grievance handled by specific department and all are responsive.

                            Be brave and complaint against these kind of issues.

                            I am also going to put complaint against itz cash at pmo office just after this posting.

                            We already surrendered our DS ID, also surrendered our ICW with 4 Retailers due to negligence for proper response. Personally I would prefer - (minus) 100 star ratings for your company.

                            I an my retailer wait for our Railway Renewal till 10th feb 2017, and finally we decide to quit from your services.

                                  Mr sandeep aggarwal was given rs 22253 in 3 instalments in the month of june 2016 for recharging amway itz cash card. He is neither recharging, neither giving us back, inspite of several reminders.
                                  The matter was brought to the notice of area incharge, mr ankur (Phone [protected]), last week. He informed that he has discussed the matter with mr sandeep and informed us that he will return the money in 2 days. But still there is no response.
