I face many problems in Railways bookings from ITZ Card. I can't find any option in Railway site IRCTC from ITZ card. I can't under stand what is problem in this site.

mera distributer mujhe koi response nahi deta maine money adwance diya hai
uske baad bhi mera cash card me value nahi aa rahi hai, mera master card activate nahi hua hai last three month or i have not recived my dongalki, ujhe bahut jyada preshan kiya hua hai me kaise kaam karunga plz solve my problem
