Dear all, My complaint is against just dial services, i am doing business in DTH services, just dial called me and said that if i get yearly contract with just dial then i will get 500 genuine customer data where customer want to buy DTH Product, looking this i paid them Rs 11500/-, But after this next day when my account was created, i received 500 SMS from just dial, when i start calling on said numbers, most of them told me that they called just dial but 4 months ago, not now they have already having DTH, and most of them said that they never called reg this to just dial, when i complaint about this to concerned person Miss kajol in marketing, she said that now your contract is finished, we have send you 500 customers data, now if you want then you need to make renewal, and from this time we will take care of that, as of now there is no solution, i can say clearly that i was cheated, when ever some one call reg any requirement to just dial, they forward the same information to all the registered customer with just dial, I want say that please aware of this and no one should pay to Just dial regarding any business proposal, Imtiyaz shaikh, [protected], [protected], Company name, Star Vision, Mumbai, Mira road Was this information helpful? | |

This just dial company is the only company on this earth run and managed by thick skinned who will beg customers until they collect money .Once if they collect money they won't even bother to contact customers even if the customers calls repeatedly to redress their grievances. We can't find this type of trade mark on this earth. I caution all citizens of india to be careful with this . I request each one of you to lodge a complaint in your juristiction police station and write to reserve bank of india and complain to central bureau of investigation and registrar of companies to seal this company sothat in future honest people's hard earned money is not wasted

You would further notice that as per clause 6(d) of agreement they cannot forward lead to more than 4 customers unless specifically requested by the client, but in practice they are forwarding the lead to more than 4 and are actually sending leads to 7 compaines, which is material breach of contract and you should avail legal remedies, the company ought to refund all your money and pay you damages for their unfair trade practices.
I would suggest all you moving consumer complaint along with complaint for fraud and mispresentation against its CEO, management and the person who spoke to you as well as the one who came for mis-presentation and induced you to pay them for services that were never rendered.
