This people have signed a contract for 12 months, asked to pay 5 months in advance through and balance through 7 ecs, but have taken 8 ecs and say amount cannot be refunded.

In April 2011, I received calls from a marketing employee of Justdial by the name Barkha form the phone no [protected].She said enrolling with JustDial will be beneficial for my business and JustDial will provide 6-8 genuine leads every day. Initially i was skeptical . Later she kept calling and repeating and reassuring the same 6-8 leads per day.

I spoke to a lady by the name Meeta her so called manager and then decided to join
A office boy came to collect the cheque i handed over the cheque to him. Then he asked me to sign a addendum which had clauses like i am taking life long/1 year membership I refused to sign the addendum and reminded JustDial representative my communication with Barkha was clear I pay Rs 2758 for 5 months if I like the service I continue else i exit . He the took the cheque and cleared the cheque

After 1 month I realized i have not got a single enquiry form JustDial
I tried calling Barkha She did not pick up the line
Barkha used to call me daily 3-5 times till she got the cheque
If I call up form another phone she picks up the line and gives a new name.

The only reason I joined JustDial was of false assurances by the fraudsters working in Justdial. Namely the girl named Barkha and her 3 managers, Then i spoke to another manager Sarita sharma /Simran. They assured they will look into the problem and again assured me 3-5 enquiries every day. Please check voice recoding May 17th

End of 2 months I have got 2 dud enquiries
First enquiry is of a person who does not want any service for which I registered in JustDial
Second One . The mobile number is picked by a 90+ old lady who does not even know Why JustDial gave her number to me

I requested JustDial for a refund
I also offered them Take the charge for 1 month
And refund me the balance for the remaining 4 months
I paid 2758 for 5 months
But they do not reply to the emails
Now the reason I am asking for a refund was
Barkha assured me 6-8 enquiries every day
Sarita Shrama assured me 3 enquiries every day

I called up on Justdial 39541300 to speak to Barkhas/Simran/ Sarita/ Meata
The person attending the phone said there is no Barkhas/Simran/ Sarita/Meeta working
With JustDial. All these are fraud names being used by their marketing staff
To cheat customers. JustDial is a big fraud. JustDial is a big rip off

Now if I call up on Justdial No 39541300
They put me on hold 12-20 minutes
Then they will disconnect the line.

So please do your due diligence before paying a single rupee to Justdial.
Ask them to provide 1 month free service and then you will join ,if you are happy
With the service for 1 month. See their reaction

Now since there is no response from JustDial on my refund
The first thing I planned to do, is inform all other Business Owners about my personal experience with JustDial and caution them on the fraud practices of the company

I am also speaking to a lawyer friend to find if I can file a IPC 420 case against the CEO and staff of the company. And also take them to consumer court

I will request you to please forward this email to all your friends so that they do not lose money to the JustDial fraud. In case you know of journalist and media please also forward them these email. I searched for the owners information I came to know JustDial is PE funded and they may try to come out with a IPO to further cheat the layman

All other competitors of JustDial can also use my experience to give JustDial future customers a glimpse of JustDials fraud practices

my self roshan kumar , managing director of arisen technologies. I have registerd with justdial as a reseller by paying them 4999/- Per reseller seat / ID, I have taken two sets . My justdial reseller ID are r[protected], r[protected].

As a reseller we have to collect business detail with photo of business and submit it to just dial by there login panel . Just dial is saying that the payment is given to us in as mention in "reseller.Justdial.Com/Paymentdetails.Html" page . After a audit of data and photo .

Now the problem is that we work for just dial submited the data with photo but
what photo we enter in the month of february they DID not pay us till now for that as in photo audit report they write 4 photo is rejected out of 390 , and 5 photo is rejectd out of 190 photo for respected ID , they DID not provide the rest photo detail and write down the 0 payout for both of my ID ,when I contact with just dial they told me that its a technical issue and for that I have contact just dial's officers I do that also but there is no response till now as it is already 3 month and my issue is pending till now , as per email attached with this complaint

just dial is not providing us the detail audit report of the data we enter even we enter full data but they will not pay us full payment as mention in payment page . Justdial is just providing a summary of data/ Photo audit with no base as per email attached

The only reason I joined Justdial was of false assurances by the fraudsters working in Justdial.Namely a girl named Barkha , mktg person Barkha [protected]

just dial service not activate my company ad but by ECS was going so much time i complaint about that in their local branch but they not stopped .this type for me five time ECS passed .I called main branch also [mumbai] they were also not response and not solved the problem .Now i don't know what i will do how i will get my money rs 3500?

For every new Reseller ID user by just-dial
please don't work with this company i take 10 ID from just dial and its totally fraud. he just selling there id for fraud only

the equerry report sanded by them its always negative not only me but mostly all who is in this process so dont west your money and time its totally fraud done by big national company ..

select safe side my free advice because i west my 1.5 lac's in this process and i got zero in this 4 month

EXCESS DEBIT
We have taken platinum / Diamond category for 1 year w.e.f. 27th March 2011. The amount agreed between us is Rs. 47014/- inclusive of service tax.

We had paid an advance of amount Rs. 23,507/- & balance of Rs. 23,507/- will be deducted in 6 EMI of Rs. 3918/- each through ECS (Till October 2010), but after that also they had done fraud & taken 6 more ECS through our current accounts.

That means Rs. 23,507/- more (excess they had taken), we had called so many times but in vein & also sent numbers of email at: [protected]@justdial.com but didn’t received any response of all the email, every time u sent the email your received auto response message “We have received your e-mail .Thank you for writing to us. This query will be tracked through the subject line and we request you not to change the subject line for future correspondence. We shall revert to your Query within 48 working hours. Should we require more time for further Co ordination, we will keep you informed.”


Can the forum help to get back us our excess money?


As accounts department of Just Dial transfer our call to customer care executive & they said u have to talk to marketing people regarding the refund, as such company never gives any refund till date to any customer, u can check various online portal regarding the complaint against us (refund of money)

One Ms. Komal Shah is there, as her instant only we had taken the service of just dial her mobile number is[protected] & Mr. Amit Joshi M) [protected] who had came to take the payment & sign the document

I got a msg from JustDial for joining to Business associates by paying 5514Rs. I joined the Business by paying that much amount, but immediately after payment they cut off all the contacts with me without guiding me how to do the job, now when i call them up, they say that person left the job, Another Girl by name Priyanka acts she has nothing to do with it, with lots of fights they gave me receipt for paying them money. The manger, Rebeca totally refuses to help out in anyway saying she has nothing to do with it. More than money, it is their harassment, which is most hurting.

Just Dial services has termed a contract with us and then after signing documents, contract terms changed and we came to know that the agent has misleaded the contract.

We disagreed for the ECS and the discontinue of the contract within 24 hours of signing documnets.

We also have Electronic proof of the same, though they are not ready to cancel thecontract.

Kindly help us with the same and their license should be cancelled as this Company breaches their term of Contract and forcefully asking us to keep the contract.

Invested huge amount of 6 lacs for 15 reseller ids & return pinuts

We have invested almost more then 6 lacs from buying 15 ids + commission & running cost has gone more then 6 lacs. We have done more then 92000 entry in 15 ids in 3 month. First of all they told us that you will get payment in 45 day's of starting. Then 3 month & now after working hard for 3 month & done entry of almost 92000 we are suppose to get 92000 x 20 = 180000.00 Rs. But we received approx 5200 Rs out of 18 lacs. The audit is also not authenticate & giving us wrong reports.

As per their terms if our id passes in audit more then 80% we get the payment. After several follow up they said they will pay above 70% accurate. Now our all 10 initial id is more then 70% accurate even though we are not getting money from them.

Following is our result given by Just dial (The summary is made by us). But not paying single money? So, Please do not go for becoming re-seller with Just dial. ITs fraud & will never every give you your amount invested.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to express a mis-information registration completed by one of YOUR Just Dial sales executives - Sangeeta Ghosh.

In the month of September/October, 2010, Sangeeta Ghosh called me and offered my company Obrandz Events, a paid membership with Just dial at a 3308rs, 998RsECS package.

She explained to me the terms stating that until the cheque drawn was not cleared my membership would not be valid and i had 7 working days after filling the form to inform/edit or cancel the contract from signing the application. She also gave me her then direct cell number - [protected]

The contract application was filled in by me in the first week of October, and a cheque for 3308rs was written to be drawn on the 18th of October, 2010.
However , before the 18th , I called her back and informed her that we were no longer interested in the paid package as it did not suit our needs, wanted to cancel and inquired about the process.
At this point of time she simply told me that as the contract was not initiated so, i need not worry, she would simply delete my registration. At no given time did she mention that I had to mail in a formal cancellation request.
When i inquired about the cheque, she said it would be shredded and i can cancel the same at my bank.

I put in this request with my bank - ICICI who put into effect this action.I called her back , advised her of my canceling the cheque and requested a return of the instrument. She said, don't worry, I have already shred it. It will not be presented as you have informed me of cancellation. However on the same day the cheque was presented, twice in the day for payment. This caused the cheque to not get canceled but get put on hold for payment.

Having assumed she was giving me the right information, i have since forgotten about the registration except that just dial has presented this cheque 8 times for payment without my permission since then despite Sangeeta tellig me it would be shreddedresulting in cheque bounce charges worth 750rs., ALL when it should simply have been shredded as sangeeta verbally promised me.

It now seems like in order to make a sale, the Just Dial sales team has lied and manipulated details of the exact manner in which the registration and cancellation process works.

Furthermore, when i inquired about the same with the justdial customer service they have no record of me being a paid member, i have received no alerts, leads for the membership which is fair BECAUSE I cancelled it within the 7 day time sangeeta told me to. Nor are they wiling to connect me to sangeeta who conveniently is always busy or not available.
An ECS of 998 has been deducted by you guys from my account for a membership i did not want to begin with.

Over the past few months, repeated customer service members and sales exec have called me up offering me paid packages for just dial to whom i have explained that i do not require it and have even canceled the original request for the membership. YET NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO TELL ME THAT THE MEMBERSHIP IS STILL IN RECORDS AND CHEQUE IS BEING PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT until i spoke with customer service agent Henry day before yesterday.

I AM IN THE SALES BUSINESS TOO, BUT AN ACT LIKE THAT CAN LAND ME IN COURT. JUST DIAL IS A REPUTED ORGANISATION, I DO NOT EXPECT A FEW MEMBERS TO TARNISH ITS NAME BY MIS SELLING PACKAGES AND MISINFORMING CUSTOMERS WHO MAY NOT WANT YOU SERVICES.
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE TO CANCEL AND WHEN THEY CALL UP THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN THE CORRECT INFORMATION.
NOT GIVING ME THE CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLATION, PRESENTING MY CHEQUE WHEN I HAVE ASKED FOR A CANCELLATION AND DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING ME IS FRAUD, i ask you to correct the errors occurred against my account. I have being given no records of the contract copy to send in to you or read for cancellation processes.

I do not wish to ramble on,

I simply request that you with effect, consider this a cancellation.
Refund the charges caused to me due to sangeeta's misinformation system of selling packages and take a strict action against her methods of sale.
Charges caused because of her negigence towards my requirements -

I would be glad to provide you with the bank statements showing these debits were really made.

We are registered in just dial for our company advertising.(Zenith Health Care Marketing consultancy)

As per there response for our request is seen very negligible we don't want to
continue the contract.

There is not yet improvement in there service.

The number of queries are also very less than last year i e 5 to 10.

So its getting very bad effect on our business.

Hence we are requesting them to close our contract and return our
amount paid.

But they didn’t want to refund our amount.

This are fake. I kept on updating data for one month and asked for the payment. They said that the data is not yet been verified and the will check and give payments. At last they rejected all my data after 2 months and said that it was incorrect. For checking them i uploaded my friend business but they rejected that also. This people are making people fool. Please don't become a reseller. Please forward this to all of them in mail and stop Indians from this fraud.

Hello....I am the sole proprietor of RAMANDEEP ENTERPRISES. I started this business 6 yrs ago... I have a business of assembling and repairing computers..My business was going smooth with the limited client-el as one day I heard of JUSTDIAL PVT LTD...This is a B2B company..It Provides business in the form of Leads those are delivered in form of Text messages on owner's cell phone...I liked this concept of Justdial so I thought of expanding my business by taking the membership of this company. The Campaign Manager "Rishi kapoor" of Justdial visited my place in order to explain me the membership plans and working of the company...But that over smart guy
never told me that there is no commitment of leads in the plan that he suggested me...moreover he never showed me a company's printed brochure or some hard copy of the plans and rates...My friend bought that same plan in Rs6000/- which that guy from justdial sold me for Rs11045/-

In the first 2-3 months i was getting very good response from the company say 15-20 leads a day but then slowly and gradually they started sending leads like 1-2 in a day but now the condition is that I am not getting leads at all....And when I the customer care for the same..they have a very Interesting story that they tell to every member of justdial that the leads are dependend on the the threshold and the plan of the customer...So I am very upset with the service of this company..And I suggest everyone for not taking any membership of this company.....

I registered with Just Dial paying 1.5 lakhs as a customer in 2010. They used their sweet words to create an impression that they care for us. I was promised about 20 leads but i did not receive a single lead till date. But there was no response to the emails or phone calls.

The CEO of the company is worse than those who sell their wife , daughters and sisters at brothel places.

i had entered into a contract with Just dial services on a trial basis for 2 months. I paid RS 5500 through a cheque drawn on my husband's account.
Mail were sent to me for the extension of the contract however since i did not want to continue the contract i did not make any subsequent agreement.
However without my knowldege and without any intimation to me they have started debiting my husband's account via ECS.

We have not filled any from regarding the ECS. and my husband has not given any signature for ECS. I have the photocopies of the documents and forms submitted by me and nowhere there is a mention of the ECS.

I received phone call from Ms. Aankansa from JustDial, after 5-6 conversation, she convince me to take service as a trial basis, And as kept on her good faith I agree to take JustDial services for my Wife LIC business, for trial periods of 3 months ( 8th January 2010 to 7th April 2010) .

After that he sent her executive on my place, As per my conversation with Executive
He told me that for normal plan you have to pay Rs. 1433/-, As company policy you have to pay 3 months at a time (Rs. 4299/-) “IF YOU DON’T LIKE THE SERVICE YOU CAN STOP PAYING AFTER 3 MONTHS’’ (but 3 months service is mandatory)
And he also told me that I have to sign ECS form which company will start withdrawing after 3 months IF I AM CONTINUED WITH SERVICES.
The executive also Meet me & my wife personally and explain the same things to both o[censored]s. And we are agree to take trail for 3 Months.

My wife signed the documents and paid Rs. 4299/- wide cheque.(for 3 Months trial)
Also we request the executive as well as Ms. Aakansha that we are not in town so request to start service by 8th January 2011 (but service started by 5th Jan’2011)

Today I come to know that JustDial Started ECS of Rs. 1433/-

After that I spoke to Miss Pooja Patel, I explain her and she will told me that “you do whatever you can we will not help you, you may aware that you sign the contract.”
My complain no is 46198.

My 2nd call was with Ms. Aakansha, she and the executive also refused to take responsibilities. But she gave Assurance that she can try to find out some solutions and she will help me for the same.

I request you to please Refund my ECS amount and kept 3 months services.
If I satisfied I will continued the services.

After my 3rd mail about STOP ECS payment (as per their instruction) on 5th Feb,
Again 18th they TRY to pass ECS from my ACCOUNT (they god I kept only Rs. 700)
and I pay find Rs. 250 to bank.
