I Raju B, subscribed with justdial for Sai Investment for SMS fecility for an year and monthly ECS payment of INR 2200/- but now i closed down the business so asked the justdial to deactivate my subscription and stop the ECS but they never bother about my request .Our business runs or closed they want money because we had subscribed for 1 year...
Please ever go for ECS fecility with justdial.

My Name is Vijaypratap S Verma. I had transport Business Name SheeMahalaxi Transport.I had requested to cancel the contact with just dial in the month of November 2011 but it has still not deactivated.Hopeless Service.
I been having very bad experience with Just Dial. I paid 6600 to Salim Khan. He committed that every day i will receive 3 sms for business . But It was all faulty commitment . I never receive the any business from Just dial. Every Month i have been charge 500 as ECS Insufficient Fund charges.
I want to complain against Salim Khan [protected] & Jaspreet Virdi [protected] . They never help to get business . They ware keen to have money from me , never turn back for service ,I think they Both are Spoiling Name of just dial.They Never answer my call .They r better for nothing.Useless People. I Hope I will get reply of they mail .Even if it is wrong email ID , please provide me correct email id to whom i may contact.
Please refund my Deposit and Cancel the ecs from my SBI Bank .I do not want to have Business with Just dial . Or Else I will file the complain in consumer court as u have cheated me .Hoping positive response

This is in regard to the fraudulence we suffered from the Brand Just Dial.com

We want to make a complaint to the senior management of just dial that,Ps Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Event & Communication Management Delhi based company.we wanted our website to be published online on 01/04/2012. We had conversation with Ms.Neha Tomar & Nakshatra (B.D) for the plans from date 23.03.12. Initially we wanted only a short term plan from just dial, were we chose a plan of 4963.5 (with taxes). The commitment from Neha & Nakshatra was :
Business will be published online on 1st April.
This is a only a 3 month plan with the full advance payment of (1500/month+taxes) * 3 months
As per the commitment we paid the cheque of amount 4964 rupees on 28/03/12 before lunch hour. For which i received a mail from [protected]@justdial.com on 30.03.2012 as:

This has reference to your Auto Renewal Monthly contract in the name of
Thank you for the Advance amount of Rs 4963.5 & Monthly ECS amount of Rs 1655
Please note, within 30 days of signing contract, the first ECS of Rs 1686 will hit your Bank account.

Subsequently every Monthly around the same time the next ECS would hit your account.
The advance amount will be adjusted against the last two months of your tenure.
For any further queries, please contact customer support at[protected].

The very next day i rechecked Neha Tomar for the ECS thing and she said nothing to worry about its just a procedure of contract with justdial.com.

Only when till 02.04.12,Ps Corporate Business did not get published online we started contacting Neha tomar([protected]) and we got to know that she is not well. After speaking to the complaint department about the wrong commitment from Neha we came to know that we have also been cheated by making us getting into the contract of a year because there is no 3 months contract in justdial policy. The contract we had signed with Nakshatra Rana,BDE code: 015970(On behalf of Just dial) never mentioned it to be yearly contract and the contract form no:11175273 is a simple contract form and not the ECS form.Mentioning a 3 words of ECS on very side on top of right side and all the false commitments is making us feel all cheated and insecure about Just Dial Services.

We would like to terminate our contract as we feel it to be fraudalent act and work on the compensation from just dial on the behalf of your executives Neha Tomar & Nakshatra Rana.

Mr. Avijit [protected] have taken two cheque signed by me and without infoming the cheque was cleared after 18 days and now just dial called me that contract is for one year, but to me it was told for 3 months.

So its a false commitment and in ethical business.

अब मेरी consumer Complaints site से आनुरोध है कि वह मुझे मेरे पैसे लुटने के लिए दबाब डाले |

my name is maya mehta registered with the company name by maya r mehta with just dial ...there was a client of mine who had some personal issues with me regarding the services she asked me and i did not cater her as she owns me 50000rs for earlier services...as this is between me and my client she went and wrote negetive comments on just dial review box..where she is not even just dial client..i am paying just dial every month 3600 for the service and sharon from just dial customer care instead of listening to me in conferance call with my client she posted that complint in fever of my client..first of all the issue is between me and my client why just dial have to get in to all this where they just could have ignored this issue that female sharon wanted to get in to this issue and do a favour of my rival..this is just not done ..tomorrow any one can come and write anything about me on my profile and just dial peaople just going to post the reviews...it takes years to develope a reputation and company like just dial just dont care about their clients problen..are they high court or suprim court or they are some kind of judge...who has given them this opportunity to post the complain on my prfile withouth listening to me ..and this is my personal matter with that client i would have sorted my way..why the hell just dial got in to all this where in they could have just said that this is between me and my client not between my client and just dial...i am a fool now who sitting with this ambaressment on my just dial wall and without getting a sinle penny from my client so here the truth fails and lie wins just coz of just dial team(sharon)..i just want consumer court to taje some seriouse action against JUST DIAL pvt lts the search engine

This is a formal complaint against Just Dial for cheating with EduGroomers for promising a category "aptitude test center" along with "career counselling center" in the gold package. The sale person "Mr. Chirag Tankaria" while confirming the sale had personally committed for adding these 2 categories mentioned above but has only delivered the category "career counselling center" and the company refuses to take any actions this fraud and commitment made by Mr. Chirag Tankaria sales person of JD.
We would also like to highlight another fraudulent activity that has raised our concern regarding call flows of Just Dial since January 12 we have observed that just Dial has been duplicating caller information to show higher members in call traffic for the purpose of making a sale. Upon asking customer service and sale person of Just Dial the only answer we get is that, "this may be something done by the server which they are not aware of.. However we have noticed that this call traffic duplication has only increased.
Thirdly we would like to bring forward the mismanagement of data with Just Dial basic package. EduGroomers has 2 packages bought from Just Dial. The basic package guarantees 3 to 4 leads per day but EduGroomers receive hardly 1 or none on a daily basis. EduGroomers has no idea whay they denied leads that were promised by sales people of Just Dial.
This is evident herewith that Just Dial is fraudulently promising customers for services that they clearly do not provide. Once a customer buys the service the sales people do not pickup calls and customer care service just say "sorry but we cannot help"

EduGroomers issues Just Dial 15 day for making amendments to the fraudulent activity done by Just Dial.

I`m a travel agent from Ernakulam. I was contacted by a justdial executive from Coimbatore to signup for advertising on Justdial.com. I paid Rs. 9023/- on 07-Feb-12 (Invoice # PX484.X484.[protected].I1A80702) towards this and I was told that it is a return on investment package and the total return I would get was Rs .36000/-

On 12-Feb-12 I was contacted by Mr. Ajay Kannan (Mob. No. [protected]) asking asking to move to platinum contract. He said I will need to pay Rs. 13,236/- which would be on 12 month EMI. He told me that all the keywords existing for my basic package would be included in platinum contract. For first few days I got some leads then it stopped coming. I had several emails and registered to your Coimbatore office address but I never received any response.

I called up [protected] couple of time from different mobile number enquiring about Car Hire services and I was shocked to see that our name was not present in the list of operators and we did not receive the lead.

I had raised a complaint with your customer care department several times and I came to know that even though the an amount of Rs. 13,236/- was charged to my credit card on 12-Feb-12 the contract was not registered until I raised a complaint. It was after a month on 12-March-12 the the platinum contract was activated. Why did you charge my credit card if you are not going to activate the platinum plan?????

I made test calls and still I did not receive the leads and hence on 10-Mar-12 when I contacted your customer care executive Ms. Soumya she told me that it is better to move by law as she would not be able to help on this issue.

I have been cheated by your executive Mr. Ajay Kannan of Rs. 22259/-. I had a chat with other tour operators who have signed up with you during the union meet and even they are frustrated and we are planning to take this issue to consumer court for settlement if you are not resolving this issue immediately.


Just Dial is FRAUD!!! I can say that Justdial is India's No. ONE FRAUD ENGINE they make Fool. I had registered for Car Hire, Car Hire - Outstation and they have not included that in platinum contract.

Strong action must be taken against Justdial.

Dear Sir,
I am running business of Packers & Movers under name of CARAVAN PACKERS. Just Dial services approached me to provide leads under various packages & after bargain I confirmed a package of Rs 7000 (including service tax) per month under which they committed to provide 5 leads per day. The payment was made in cash. After a week it was informed to them that as committed I am not receiving leads & in return they called me to look into the matter. No action was taken from there side. It was again & again informed but they failed to fulfill all commitments.
After completion of month the total leads received were only 61 with an average of 2 leads per day. This is completely breach of contract by which they have cheated me. I have sent them mails too but they are not replying the same, nor refunding my amount or providing balance leads.

Keeping in view our relations please let us know that how the number of Leads committed will be provided.
This may also be noted that it is a breach of contract and our company will be taking strict action.

Please refer to my previous mail to complete our balance lead.No reply is received so far.Further after 6.01.2012 the Leads have been stopped completely.Only 61 Leads were received against 150/155 committed.I am trying to call you since then but you are avoiding to pick my Phone.
Within 7 days you let me know how you will complete my balance leads or refund my amount or I will be forced to take the matter to Consumer Court & also to the various Electronic Media for Cheating the Customer.

i have done monthly contract with the just dial. namely "U S Security protection services".
paying 9927/- rs for this contract. and they give me promise that they forward maximum lead to me for security services.
my account activate on the 7 th feb 2012. but after 20 days i getting only tow leads. and i surprises that they are fake.
i regularly communicate to the customer care and complaint about this. send email. but they said wait.
this was a cheating with me from just dial. after a 20 days i am not getting business.
that all the promises of just dial are fake......and just dial also fake......

I had entered into a contract with JUST DIAL in mumbai for listing of my Dental Clinic.The executive Mr.Anish Agarwal came to my clinic and explaied the contract theryby stating that the contract was for thee months starting from 1st of July.2011 for which i issued a check of Rs 4306/-.for the services of three months.The executive made us sign a contract saying that after the three months period was over and wanted to continue with the services we could do so by payement through ecs.However if we wanted to discontinue ,we could do so by giving a notice of one month.After this we got a email from the company stating that our contract was for one year,which could not be terminated.So Mr .Anish Agarwal had misinterpreted the facts to make us sign the contract by unfair means.We immediately intimidated him to terminate the contract,after three months for which we already had paid.He even gave us a letter in writing agreeing to the same .Now all of a sudden in february the service has started on its own and a sum of Rs.718/- has been deducted from my account twice.

I have taken a paid subscription of just dial in the name of Moneymarine for my business promotion. They promised me to list my business on their site with our company information and 50 photograph and 30 second video (which you will shoot) but neither the video shoot has been done nor i received any call etc from their side. I m very disappointed with their service. I want my whole money back and don't want to list business on their site.
I contact many time Mr. Paul, Sonam, at customer care but we have not received any satisfactory response. All time they talk some rubbish and transfer my lines from one to another department. They give every time me a new complaint no but my problem is as it was...

Even i have been cheated the same way, I met their Executive Mr. Atul in Nagpur i am mainly into Web Development. I asked for paid listing and he Urged me for Gold Listing explaining that i will be listed in first 3 positions. He asked me to search the keywords from their website and make a list. I did it in front of him, i even have written and email proof of those keywords.

After 10 days i started following up with him finally it was activated after 15 days, but to my surprise they listed me in below keywords

Half of the keywords were not relevant to my trade, just imagine Corporate Banking as a keyword.

I called up their numbers many times to enquire about web designing companies but to my surprise i never received my own company information rather i got other vendors.

When i say them website design or website development their people at call center type it web site design i dont know what bloody sense does this make, perhaps still the day one i understood this will happen so i even opted for these spellings in my first list of keywords to him. but i was not given those keywords.

Month passed i received many inquiries but not of website i received 100+ inquiries of other keywords and 4 for website which were again of no use.

After calling him at my office he spoke to some person in Pune / Mumbai and clarified me that the said categories where i wanted to get myself listed were wrong categories and were created by mistake., i asked him now what? all your executives and website show up wrong categories first to which he said either we will list you here in these wrong categories too else we will delete these wrong categories.

After his assurance nothing happened for another 15 days like this my almost 3 months got wasted then i called him again so he was unable to recall the issue also., after making him remember word to word of my case he made some Pallavi Pathre call me and i explained her the same to which she started defending that you cannot change the catagories to which i explained her i am not asking to change nor i am asking any additional keyword from you i am just asking you to GIVE ME WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR (AS PER KEYWORDS IN MY MAIL)

she assured and i sent her the mail too... but still its another 10 days no revert.

It took me sincere 45 minutes to type this lengthy complaint but my intention behind it is atleast others should not fall prey in such fraud peoples commitment.

I was very much impressed with this co.'s MD's Struggling Story Mr. VSS Mani, how he turned 50K to 250 Crore but today i am sure he is gonna see the same time again if he is having such policies.

To my surprise i found over 200 such complaints of exactly similar nature. I had in the meanwhile suggested this media of advertising to a few friends to whom i personally called up and asked to wait as this company after sales flies aways!

Nothing but a big bunch on Nonprofessional and liars.

I have received call from just dial executive Kasturi for taking service of just dial for promoting my service, i have taken 12 month service after confirmation by executive Kasturi that i can stop my service at any time by sending a mail or call to customer care. I am very much
unsatisfied with justdial service from first day, I have made followup for resolving my queries by phone and mail for a month long then i decide to stop my service and mail this to just dial and also called by till now it is not stooped by this i am facing financial loses in form ecs return charges.

When my refrigerator broke down, I took a number from justdial.com. I called this person (George from Monisha electrical and electronics) who tokk Rs 3000 advance from me as the compressor had to be replaced. Next day he came with a chinese compressor saying it was samsung. When I asked for a receipt he says he doesn't have one. When I said I don't want it as I only want a Samsung compressor, he took the compressor away and said he'll return the compressor and then pay my money back. It has been three months and he hasn't returned my money even after calling him more than 100 times. Now he has stopped picking up my phone.

When I told justdial about him, they initially didn't do anything. Later after calling them multiple times they somehow removed his listing from the site. Now the listing is back with a "Just Dial Guarantee" seal. Imagine a crook being listed by justdial because he paid them the money. In fact in the earlier listing many people had commented that George cheated them of the money. In the new listing there is no bad comment.

I am Pradeep Kumar Dash, I had registered with just dial on 30/10/11 my
contact number is [protected], my contract value is Rs. 2758.00 and I had
paid two advance installment amount of Rs.5516.00 by check . That time I
have not informed about ECS payment at all but I saw that last month
Rs.2758.00 has been detected again from my account without any concern
in the fever of just dial .

Second thing is I committed that I will receive 2 to 3 leads per day from
selected area but averagely I am receiving one lead per day and those leads also are too
far from my work place which not possible to attend because out of Area.
Yesterday I had a call with customer care and they committed that I will be
receiving a call back at 12 noon today but still I have not received yet even did not get reply of my mail.

they are saying now that the contract is signed for one year and we cant stop ECS payment to be heat
in your bank. If I will with draw my all money from my bank account then bank will charge the penalty rs 250.00
for return of each ECS , because of that I am now lose lose situation. after loosing of all money I have not got a single money earn after this contract as I seen a lot of dreams by Just Dial.


Instead of taking action they suggested me to upgrade the package to
platinum and pay extra for that.

Finally I realized that I have cheated by Just Dial.

So please suggest me to how can I get my all money back.

Refund of money from Just Dial Pvt. Ltd.
On 10.11.2011 Mr.Sandeep came to my office i.e. Car Libas,Office 197 sector c Indrapuri Bhopal and told about Just Dial Pvt. Ltd. I entered with Just dial Pvt. Ltd. on 10.11.2011 and paid Rs.8800/- vide credit card in favour of Just Dial Pvt. Ltd.for twelve month subscription.

K'lly request your intervention the same.
I mark a mail 5 times to Just Dial but no Revert...

I asked Just Dial for some Tent House nos. The next second I started getting phone calls from random phone nos!!!! These were all tent houses who KNEW MY NAME AND MY PHONE NO.!!!! HOW DARE "Just Dial" share my private information with any in the country??!!! How dare you compromise the physical security of any woman in this country?? Who the hell gave you the right to tell any man on the road my NAME along with my no.?? I was told by Customer Care at Just Dial that they have NO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT EMAIL ID, NO FAX NO, NO ONE IN-CHARGE of dealing with these cpomplaints. I was also told that Just Dial's BUSINESS MODEL WORKS LIKE THIS - by COMPROMISING THE CONFIDENTIALITY of every single customer who calls the service for information! So now I have to PAY WITH MY PEACE OF MIND for a tiny bit of information I needed. Fantastic business model!

Repeated phone calls from JustDial. We have asked them we are not interested in their services but they still call and bother us at odd times.

I was given the contact of a fraud airline agency named Armstrong International, located at Mahipalpur by www.justdial.com to book my tickets to Netherlands to and fro. i discovered that that the agency is a fraud one and i lost 35,000 INR without getting a valid ticket. just dial should take the responsibility as it never enquirers about the actual company and refers to the contacts randomly to suffer and is continuing doing so.
