i had an account with just dial for one year which expired last year.After that i registered a new plan with them in the name of my company.
The issue is that they started charging me through two different ECS for double accounts that too in the same name.Their executives activated two accounts in one name under fraud activity to increase there revenue generation and i being the customer has been made a fool out of it.

I am having a reseller Plan of Just dial By which they did fraud with me as i paid 5000rs for that but in return i am not getting any benifit as no response .

They people are very clevar when it comes consumer benifit .They simply take 5000rs and make you fool By saying that you can earn upto 50000rs either u r a student or working .They are real fraud and nothing .
They rejected my data and answered as duplicate &...

I have taken Lead based service from Justdial in the month of August 2010. At the time of taking services I was explained that I have to pay 3 Months Installment as deposit and ECS will continue for 9 Months. I was also explained that I can stop my ECS anytime and from there money deposited for 3 Months will continue. That means ECS can be stopped by providing 3 Months time.
As I was not happy with there service; I told many times...

the contract was taken in june after having a talk with a senior executive by name Hiral and her deputy miss madhuri.We had specified it very clearly that we would want the contract to start from september and not from july......also further ecs of remaining cheques would be cleared only if we are satisfied with the services....

I have bought 5 just dial reseller IDs & my cousin has bought 15 reseller IDs. We have done major work to contribute towards the database creation for just dial. When the time of payment came, we were told that most of our entries are duplicate. They haven't given enough & satisfactory evidence to prove it.

In fact we had to call Just dial many times to get the rejected data list which is...

I took the justdial Reseller plan in january 2011 and after 6 months of exprience that you should not choose anything which states you that you will be able to earn so much amount from home Or office or part times job like .

The contract with just dial has gone sour. They are not heeding to the requests of stopping the ECS.

Hi nitin & Vinay here we work for Reliance Communication for Netconnect, we had aggeremet with JUSTDAIL and Aggrement No pxx808880_[protected]p6c40505 we sign a aggrement with justdail on 7th of april for platinum catgory lead generation scheme
and we made a payment of 19000+ST on the 7th of april and next month 0n 5th may we paid 17000+ ST for same scheme has to contuinefor next one month, now Today before information Justdail...

This people have signed a contract for 12 months, asked to pay 5 months in advance through and balance through 7 ecs, but have taken 8 ecs and say amount cannot be refunded....

She claimed I will get 5-6 enquiries every day
After one month I have got 2 dud enquiries
One number is picked by a old lady who does not even know that she enquired with justdialbr...

just dial service not activate my company ad but by ECS was going so much time i complaint about that in their local branch but they not stopped .this type for me five time ECS passed .I called main branch also [mumbai] they were also not response and not solved the problem .Now i don't know what i will do how i will get my money rs 3500?...

Just Dial services has termed a contract with us and then after signing documents, contract terms changed and we came to know that the agent has misleaded the contract.

We disagreed for the ECS and the discontinue of the contract within 24 hours of signing documnets.

We also have Electronic proof of the same, though they are not ready to cancel thecontract.
