I had registered myself on Just Dial Services (Paid section) in the Month of march. My plan was lead based. I was not getting proper leads and also they told me that the number published on the website will be complementary. Once the plan started I was not getting proper lead most of then were irrelevant. we as a company entered into 4 years contract in 2006-10 on priority listing category the highest category at that time in 2006. later dates the company introduced new catergories of listing above priority listing and reduced the weightage of old listings who were listed and entered in to contact for 4 years contract and our company has stopped receiveing inquries inspite of being priority customer . the company has cheated on contract terms...

The after sales services is not professional. I had taken Just Dial services for getting a good descent leads.
They do not authenticate the leads properly.
