When I already requested for the cancellation of the service and to stop the ECS on May 9, 2010 why have you taken money from my bank account in August?

You are now telling me that you did not confirm that the ECS was stopped, my question is WHY?

Lets say it could not be for some reason; were you not suppose to inform me that the ECS was or could not be stopped?

How 'not responding to my request authorizes you to debit my bank account while I very strictly expressed my unwillingness to carry on your services?

This is a request email to discontinue and close our contract. We do not want to pay any more so please do this on immediate basis and do not debit any more money from our bank account now.

We took it as a trial for our business and we were told that the first payment from our bank account would be taken only after the consumption of the advance money which was for three months. But we have noticed that Just Dial is deducting money from the very first month.

You lost a good customer.. i started google advertisement a year ago.. they gave Rs.5000 credit free of cost for trail. So i used it and am very happy. Now am investing 15, 000/month for google. Inturn my business is globalised. I would use any service doesnt matter.. but the point is it should be good. So try to improve jusdial always customer is king. JustDial threatens me to stop raising my voice against them!

Mr Shakir Hussain from JustDial called me 10 minutes back and threatened to stop my comments. The crooks have looted me of my hard earned money and now threatening me to stop raising my voice!!!

I have some call recordings of JustDial's representatives which prove they have cheated me and hence I have rights to raise my voice.

As per discussion with u about not receiving leads. I didn’t understand what you want to explain me in previous mail(you have signed a Supreme Package and will get leads on rotational basis and this is a Tenure contract).
I only know that from 4 days I received only 2 leads and that are only inquiry calls. for checking this I call to just dial 5 times with different numbers and names for require computers service etc. after all calls I didn’t receive a single inquiry from you for that.

I completely agree with you.

I am also facing similar problem where Just Dial Executive Mr.Avradip Paul ([protected])sold me a subscription of Rs.6343 as advance rental for 3 months (Post Dated Cheque) without clearly mentioning the fact that every month ECS amount will be deducted in addition to advance payment.

He also mentioned that I can renew my account after 3 months if I wish.

Before signing the contract he said taht I can expect atleast ONE lead everyday during the contract period.

Executive didnt even mention the fact taht it is a yearly contract and ECS can not be stopped before 9 transactions as per terms and conditions.

You have done a great job by recording the conversation.

You have a solid evidence to fight with Just Dial.Also there are more than 500 complains in consumer complains against justdial which scores higher than any other online portals.

This clearly indicates the nature and standard of their business.

SPARK SERVICES — Beware of Spark Services

This is regarding a vendor "Spark Services", which is mentioned as "Justdial Gurantee" vendor.

I (unfortunately) trusted justdial guarantee mark and contacted these guys for my washing machine repair and they cheated me. Their service engineer took 375/= bucks as service charge and promised that he will be back within few hours with spare part that needs to be replaced. After that many days have gone and no one turned up. Now, whenever we contact then they say someone will come in next few hours. But no one turned up even after 5 days. Their service engineer had left our washing machine in dis-assembled state and because of this we are facing lot of problem. I am writing this article particularly to make everyone alert to the fact; how so called, famous and reputed company is duping the customers and their hard earned money?

Here is my experience with a great fraud and cheat company justdial.com

i own a computer hardware company in gurgaon. The name of my company is SIGMA COMPUTERS & PERIPHERALS It is quite reputed and in the business for about 15 years. One day i get a call from the Just Dial company. They need an appointment for a business proposal. i give the appointment and a salesman name pankaj of that company came to visit at my office.

The proposal was like that, they will provide business leads one to two or three each day for one year. The leads will be from the customers who enquire them about the services that I provide from my business .

That sounded fine to me. i believed that person and paid him about Rs.8000 as advance for the contract and also sign ecs agreement of 2756 per month from my bank account.

Within a few days lead started to come in my mobile as well as in my mail box. i found all such leads were rubbish. None of them were interested in the service related to my business and when someone is interested, they are from miles away from my business site and it is absurd for them to come to my office . Useless leads even came in the late night!

They were just sending the phone numbers from their databases randomly to me .The same lead they send to many poor business owners, who believed them! I enquired many of them but none of them never heard the name of my company name and neither they need any computer related services. What a business! What a brilliant idea to make money by cheating!

This again proves that justdial was not honest in sending the leads.

i wrote mail and informed them on phone repeatedly but as usual with no reply from them.i requested to them for stop ecs facility but nothing to happen. i did not get a single customer from just dial from three month

Though i lost my hard earned money with a very bitter lesson.

One major mistake i did that i did not search for the reviews of the just dial in google. After being cheated, when i searched, i found lots of same stories there about this company in internet and not a single positive review can be found about Just dial!

Members this is an alert to you all ....don't get duped by the sweet promises by any company, however big they may claim themselves. Before paying money write the "company name and review" and hit the search button on google. You should go for any deal if you find at least more than 50% positive response from the netizens. I sincerely hope that this article will help many innocent business owner to make their decision in right way.

pc works — Fraud by Just Dial Services

We had done a contract with Just Dial Services for a period of 1 year for promotion of our services in Mumbai region. As per the payment terms monthly ECS was to be done from our bank. On nearing the completion of 1 year we informed by email + telephonic conversation to terminate the services and stopping the ECS with the concern marketing person named Sophia . They kept delaying the termination and kept withdrawing the money through ECS. We had send around 5-6 emails , 1 fax , 1 termination letter handed to their marketing person and around dozen of phone calls to get the services stopped and the ECS cancelled. But they kept fooling around that we will send us a confirmation for the same asap. They have dragged the matter for 4 months without any confirmation from us. Each time we call we were told ECS would be terminated from next month but this never happened. We were assured that we will be given the refund for the same but all was humbug.

They forcefully have kept the matter pending giving all vague reasons and kept on insisting to continue Just Dial services. How can one forcefully make you continue the services when one is not wanting at all. Inspite of their false assurances out of good faith we believed their word and they have been fooling around every time we take this issue. We have been taken on a ride by the marketing staff and this is unethical business tricks which they have been using.

You need to check the paper signed with them by you & also visit in their office to get the solution on your issues.

The Cheque did not Bounce...

It was stopped by the client who did not have enough confidence with your sales guys.

Why did your sales guy not go back, clarify and then take the biz legally, that waiting for the cheque to bounce?

Also once the cheque bounced there is a warning sign to the middle management of Just Dial that somethign went wrong, Why did you guys not do a check on why it happened, and if the client needs any clarification.

Instead you happily presented ECS and took more money...

Does that not sound un-professional, the way you handled the situation?

Shame on you...

I am from chennai, I know just dial is a NO.1 cheating company bcoz they are selling our profile information to third parties.I was already cheated by them.be aware...thagaval free is best site in india.

Figured as much. As far as customers are concerned, JustDial is a great company. All services are just one phone call away, and we are glad for such a service. I wanted to know how JustDial makes money, and looks like I found it. Maybe they should give companies an opportunity to bid for first place. Also rankings can be based on popularity with customers and location to the customers residence.
Therefore, higher ranking companies get more leads simply because JustDial gives away their numbers more often to asking customers.
Just my opinion.

only collecting money only no right service when we complaint through mail they responding after 5days but money collecting before 5days this company cheating every customer

ECS DEDUCTION AMOUNT

Dear Sir, I have subscribed a service from just dial company, but 3 months back i have asked them to stop and they did it but now they are still deducting every month amount from my account and not stopping the ecs services.
