I bought the Kent RO water purifier-Pearl model on 10th September, 2013 on my repeated requests the customer care service with Ph.No.[protected], hyd has attended for installation on 14th September, 2013, within a month the product is not working as the green light has been switched off with out any alarm and the red switch is blinking. i again complaint at service centre to the above mentioned number and talked to Mr. Madhu, who promised me that he will get the problem done by 48 hours, i complained on 30th September, at 11.00 AM till today i.e on 03rd, Oct, 2013 it was not attended. i am as a consumer not at all satisfied with the product and mainly with the customer services,
