sir/ma'am, we had installed a RO at our showroom on Sep.2013. Now we are facing problem in the particular Purifier. We just ask for service to our Dealer Manjeet Electronics Rudrapur on 31st May, but after repetitive calls he didn't took it seriously and till now no action has been taken from there side. After so many calls they are picking our call and saying we will call you later. Please take a quick action on our complain as soon as possibe.Just on the basis of your after sales service we opt for Kent,

    On their website "http://www.kent.co.in/Online-Store", they are showing "Free installation and delivery across India".

    I have bought a KENT Grand+ Mineral RO, and not able to get FREE INSTALLATION. and also the PAID staff of various ZONES are asking for various amount for addition pre-filters (along-with) the INSTALLATION FEES (Which is going to cost me around 1900/- in whole), and this cost is in addition to the ORIGINAL COST of this Purifier (Rs.17, 500/-), which is already much higher from AQUAGUARD and other same function purifiers available in the market.

    Either I want the Free Installation along-with all Pre Filter etc. or I want to go to the consumer Court.

      Complaint no 40772 was lodged on 31.5.14 but till 3.6.14 there was no response. We had to buy water bottles worth Rs 1000/- from market.finding no Alternative, the defect was got rectified from private engineer after paying service charges.Pl take strong action against erring staff of company.

        Sir,
        i brought KENT RO six month ago from SHANKER TRADES NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI. I Registered complaint on 22nd may for servicing since the tank over following. The serviceman said the company will not give new sensor but they can provide a repair sensor. Repaired, so i didn't use the repaired sensor. on 31st may i called again service center for a new sensor. Today engineer came to my house and again he pride to installed a repaired sensor.
        I m sending you some photo of the repaired sensor that engineer brought with sensor.After that i didn't ask him to install it.Later i talked with area incharge but i still didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
        please look into this situation and provide new sensor as soon as possible.
        i have been facing having problem last 15 days and i need u to send a new sealed sensor otherwise i will report this issue...

          NOW, I CANT REVIEW THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE A CAPABLESERVICE DEVLIVERY SETUP THAT CAN INSTALL THE PRODCUT FOR PUTTING IT INTO USE<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Bought Kent supreme through ebay.in on 02 April 2014. The product is genuine &amp; was received in good condition – even as per KENT service guys. Got it delivered on 9th April; managed to find the proper installation request telephone number few days later; was asked to email the details, so sent them on April16th. Below is the copy of my email to KENT rep on April’29 2014. Even today, 03 June 2014 the product still hangs as a decorative piece in my kitchen!! Myself &amp; my family are totally frustrated even before using the product. I had requested for installation on April 16, 2014. But the 15, 000 I spent on this product is still sitting idle. Wondering what kind of service is this? They were not even able to get a guy on promised time to complete an installation that would not have taken an hour. Then they sent an in-experienced guy yesterday who took 4long hours and managed to mess up the board. Now, I have been told that they will replace the board. I don’t think we have the time &amp; patience to struggle with these guys for coming years for a "water filter"!! Not sure how seriously is this being considered for such delays even to install it, then they mess up the filter. I just ordered a water filter so that I can provide a safer drinking water to my family. Now I’m in a complete mess created by irresponsible &amp;insensitive service guys. I would have accepted the part replacement if the board failed while in use, but not for something that happened during installation. I need the product to be replaced. If not, you can take the product back, I would be relieved of my headache in dealing with these people. I now feel, the Bottled water was hassle free if not safer.. I have brought this issue so that you would put an end to all the fiasco that is happening around and get an amicable solution. Someone takes a life’s hard work to build a brand while some effortlessly brings it down.             I have been Kent's customer for almost a year now. Few days back the Sediment Filter of my RO burst. The technician came and changed it with the new filter. But after that the water quality was still not good. Yesterday I again registered a complaint and today after technician checked the TDS it was more than 200. After checking he came to know that the membrane had some impurities. This came to me very surprising that why this inexperienced person did not check the Membrane at the time he changed the Filters. This kind of service from Kent is unacceptable.

              I purchased your kent ro because of your advertisment & quality assurance, but in last 3years i really find what you say & ensuring to the customer all looking false.As i have spent so, much money to maintain your kent box ( more than 25, 000) i dont understand it is problem of your poor parts or pethatic services, i just give you example of last year your authorised service provider Krish enterprise-Ahmedabad took Rs.10, 575 to just maintain your machine.every time he gives different excuses. i took contract of Rs.1, 500 on04/04/2013, same day he replaced Rs.2200 ro membarane175 frt, 12/06/2013 rs. 2400 for pump repair, Rs.350 carbon filter change, 31/01/2014 Rs.2500 r.o membrane & Rs.400 carbon filter & also added one filter out side of my.R.O Rs. 800 to save the filter of kents, then again he come to renew contract & he said that your membrane is not in working condition i.e today 24/05/2014 (total Rs.10, 575). he even not maintaing dates we have to call him then only he arrived, I dont understand that is it the company who was claiming in so much in advt. & the fact is that the parts of your ro system do not work properly even for 4months .when i have asked to krish people they were telling your water is not good. i just want to say him that dear thats why we are using RO. I have never expected this from one of the so called best purifier company of india ..

              It was not only poor spares, Poor customer service also still complaint is in under process..No body has made sincere approach to meet or talk we will talk with you i.e just one phone call i have received .

              Really i will never suggest this company to any body.

                I bought KENT RO grand+ in may 2012. It worked fine 2 years. About a month ago there was some problem. I called service center, after many days of waiting and constant calling, finally the repair man arrived. He didn't know what the exact problem was but eventually replaced the adapter worth rupees 935. The very next day I started observing condensation in the unit which meant leakage. I kept calling the service center again and finally the person turns up again. He says the membrane filter needs to be replaced worth 2500. He said that's the lifetime of the machine. I'm very disappointed I bought such an expensive purifier and now I'm being told that it doesn't last long. I feel cheated by KENT and also by the service man who doesn't clearly tell me the problem. Also most of the time I'm calling the phone is switched off or busy or goes unanswered.

                Another person from KENT came today (27 May) he says he's the authorized person and the previous person who came whose number was given to me when I bought the RO is not the authorized person. He said that the previous guy didn't have to change the adapter as there was nothing wrong with it and said the previous person wasn't qualified. Also saying that he is more qualified and therefore not only did he replace the RO membrane but also after he had replaced the membrane he charged 300 rupees extra for services. This extra charge he did not mention before installing the RO. Now I do not know why the second person who came from SAMPARK INDIA have to charge extra money while the previous person from KENT CARE did not. I am confused on whom to trust. I also think I should have opted for some other company. And I would advise people also to not opt for KENT at all.

                  Ihave purchased kent pearl on 19th from ezone rajaji nagar bangalore nnobody from company turned for installation I have spoken to concern person at store They are telling today today like that. Now i want to return the product. in intial stage itself they are not responding properely how can i expect good services later.

                    I purchased Kent RO AMC last year in Dec 2013 in Delhi through Kent RO Systems Ltd. by paying the amount by cheque in favour of Kent RO Systems Ltd. Actually I am renewing this AMC from last 5 years without any failure. At that time, my plan was to move to Bangalore in Feb 2014, I asked if this AMC is valid in Bangalore too, Kent RO executive told me yes it is valid. I got the service by Kent engineers in Delhi but when I landed in Bangalore, Kent RO refused to provide me service against my AMC. They said AMC is valid only in Delhi. There is no written terms and condition on AMC was shared. This is totally fraud on Kent RO part. Please don't be fool by comparing Kent RO service level as other good companies like LG, Samsung maintains. Kent RO may not provide service to Kent product if you change your location along with the product.

                    Even KENT Noida head office have all the details regarding my AMC but still they asked for the AMC receipts so that they can clearly refuse if I lost the same. But when I provided the copy of the same, they stopped replying to my emails/phone calls.

                    This is the worst business practice.
                    Just to be more clear, I called Kent Customer care, wrote many emails and Kent customer care asked to send the scanned copy of AMC receipts but after that even after my constant follow up effort, no body ready to reply. This post is just make other aware about such bad policies.

                      the service man came for repairing the softner and took 1550rs for getting a damaged part of it, but it has been 20 days since and he hasn't returned yet. i request you to look over my complaint as soon as possible. and also 5 years ago we bought a kent RO purifier but was forced to replace it with some other company because of the incapability of your service men, who use to replace its original parts with some local and inefficient parts. All i am trying to say is that your service men are absolutely useless and incapable and we are highly disappointed and also our neighbours and relatives were asking reviews of your product and we were forced to mention about the poor service provided by your company which automatically had a negative effect on them. I request to Mr Shakti Singh, Haryana Service provider in haryana (Mob No [protected]) and service centre Rewari on Mob No [protected] and [protected]) and also Aggrawal Motors personnely by me to rectified the defects of Kent RO but no one came till date to rcetified the defects.                           The company is a sell and stay away company. It has no service centres of its own and works on the model of outsourced service through bunch of third party entities who are interested in only fleecing money from the poor customers of Kent RO system. The company has no mechanism of fault or complaint escalation to protect the customers interests. Please look for a product with good after sales service or repent if you choose Kent.

                          Since last 1 month we had been complaining about our Kent water purifier but the problem is not getting resolved. Also the technician from Bhilai (Chhatisgarh) service center visits after 2-3 days of logging the complaint. Is this your target for complaint resolution? Can you please get the issue resolved. I have also provided the details through facebook post 4 days back but they are not even bothered to solve the issue...

                          Does Kent think customer doesn&#039;t have any other option????
                          Dear Kent,

                          RO in Hindi means cry and you are perfect in doing that, your entire team from call centre to technicians do a very good work at making your customers cry.
                          Since 10 days the bloody purifier isn&#039;t working and your guys come see it, make love to it for 5 mins and leave saying it will be fine. By my tone you can judge that it still isn&#039;t fine and there is no water at our house, thank you.

                          Have called your call centre 5 times odd since yesterday and asked to speak to a senior but all your personals have just put the call on hold and never reverted, I have waited on call from 10-25 mins each time in real expectations of talking to someone in English.
                          Why does your IVR have Press 1 for English as non of your officers at call centre know basic English also, one guy called Abdul said &quot;I&#039;m sorry for the convenience&quot; that is actually right.

                            I purchased 3 Kent ROs and 1 softner in feb 2013 and been not Installed since more than 3 months I have regularly been calling customer care and other people whose numbers are given to me by the company to get them installed but all in vain. No one is helping. Please get them installed. Its really frustrating that a customer like me who purchased 3 Kent RO and 1 softner AND is regular customer of yours is getting pathetic and NO service... I purchased kent super star RO from Allahabad, from the dealer running GLOBAL INFO SERVICES in Allahabad for Kent RO systems. We were actually shifting to Raebareily and the dealer assured us that we can purchase the RO from him and he will arrange the Installation in Raebareily in two days. Every-time we call him, he disguise us that he is sending service boy in two hours. And its being one week and our Kent is still packed in the box.The same service your CUSTOMER CARE is providing. First of all, no one pick your toll free number, and when i called your corporate office, they give me another number to call. Its actually giving me feel, i am calling in some government customer care, actually its worst than that. You are running a Private company, and your are providing such services. Customer satisfaction, the basic of marketing strategy, and you have a lot no. o[censored]nsatisfied customer, as you can Google it on customer forum. Kindly understand, the whole thing will reflect on the name of your company. Obviously, i would never refer anyone this RO and so will do the other unsatisfied customers. I am sending the address where the RO has to be installed. And i request you to arrange something for there and do it for the sake of your company name.                                 I am a new customer of your company, and very very much disappointed from the service of your dealer.                                 Every-time we call him, he disguise us that he is sending service boy in two hours. And its being one week and our Kent is still packed in the box.
                                The same service your CUSTOMER CARE is providing. First of all, no one pick your toll free number, and when i called your corporate office, they give me another number to call. Its actually giving me feel, i am calling in some government customer care, actually its worst than that.
                                You are running a Private company, and your are providing such services. Customer satisfaction, the basic of marketing strategy, and you have a lot no. o[censored]nsatisfied customer, as you can Google it on customer forum.
                                Kindly understand, the whole thing will reflect on the name of your company. Obviously, i would never refer anyone this RO and so will do the other unsatisfied customers.
                                I am sending the address where the RO has to be installed.
                                And i request you to arrange something for there and do it for the sake of your company name.

                                    I bought Kent Pearl Water Purifier 1and half months
                                    before. It took two weeks to complete the installation.

                                    Warranty Card: No warranty card found in the box. I asked for the warranty card
                                    to Kent customer service No.
                                    Gejalakshi told me to get Warranty Card and get delivered. So Far no
                                    warranty card delivered.

                                    I registered a compliant on 17 Mar 2014 that Kent is not purifying the
                                    Water. I called Customer service again. One technican visited my house
                                    but no improvement. Called the Customer Service again. Customer
                                    service Bala spoke to me and arrange for Senior Technician for the
                                    same. No updates for senior technician visit as of today. Called the
                                    Bala and Gejalakshmi three times but no updates on service as well as
                                    Warranty Card.

                                    IN the middle, Water got leaked in the down of Water Purifier.
                                    Technican came and fixed that but nothing fixed for purifier problem.

                                    I had spent Rs.17000 to get rid of buying Water Cane. But I am
                                    continuously Paying for Water.

                                      Sir, Our complain no 9267 We have been without kent services for last 15 days now, and unfortunately no proper feedback has been received. your serviceman came to our house 2 times, last time yesterday at 7pm (Rintu Bera-[protected]) but did not rectify the Kent issue but instead has closed entire waterline in our kitchen and we are starving without food and water since morning. The serviceman is now not responding to phone calls. Such pathetic service we have never received from aqua guard in all 20 years we had it installed in our house. We had always been trying to call Kent for regular servicing before, which we were promised 4 times a year, but have not received even one service. As we can not live without water, we will get aqua guard installed soon, and obviously will file a consumer complain against your services. We feel disgusted to have been fooled by 18000 rupees we spent on Kent.                                         Dear Sir, I had purchased Kent Grand Plus Mineral RO on 08/07/2013 from Velocity Dist. Thane West Invoice No 2030 and serial Number is KR[protected]. I amm attaching invoice and Warrenty card for same. I gave complaint to service provider M/s Kripa Sidhu Entp Bhandup on 14th April 2014 for non functioning of machine via complaint no.A243 But Executive told that Sir went to Out of India for tour. After calling 3 to 4 times to call centre and Kent engineer on 18th they made temporary arrengement and told now Material is not available and blue chock need to be replace. But after that your executive (Ph No [protected]) is not responding any calls from me. Even in office when I contacted Ms.Priyanka spoken to me at [protected] on 20th April 2014 and promised that I will receive call in 10 to 15 minutes. But I had not received any call. It shows that Company Kent Ro systems Ltd is unable to provide service in Warranty period and there is no any more control on executive to provide service about your premium product. Kindly note that I am highly unsatisfied and tack back this product and return my 100% value which I had paid. Also I need compainsation of Rs.5000/ towards harrasment and uncertaninty of pure water from kent machine. Regards Tanaji [protected]
