Hi Service, I have purchased a Kent RO in the month of June 2013.I want to bring to your attention the poor service and the unprofessional behaviour shown by Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service, Bangalore .I have complained a lot of times as my Kent Grand RO is not working since the time I bought it.First it was problem with the Water Tank not getting filled up.The Service Technician came up first time and fixed something and then it worked for few days.It again stopped working and I complained again to Srinivas Aqua Sales last Wednesday.Service Technician came up and he just removed the RO and put it back again and it started working.He left saying it is working fine even when my wife asked him to stay back to ensure it is working.After he left the RO stopped working and we again called up the Technician but he didn't turn up.I complained to their Service Center on last Friday again and a person a turned up this Tuesday.He replaced a part and then again left it is working fine.He did not stay back to check if the water gets filled again after we fill some bottle from the container.The RO stopped again and we requested the Service center to send technician again.He came yesterday and replaced 2-3 parts.He again wanted to leave but my wife told him to stay back to ensure the RO is working fine.He started shouting at my wife but stayed back to see if it is working fine.However he behaved very rude with my wife.After he left, in the evening there was a beep sound coming from the RO like for filter replace maybe.I called the Service Center again today morning and the person at other end started abusing me and said he will not send a person to my home to fix it now.He gave few abuses to me and even threatened by wife. I think I have done a big mistake by buying Kent RO and now suffering.The service provider is not fixing the problem and in turn abusing and threatening me and my family.I request you to take some action against the Service Provider and please refund my money back for the faulty RO.I do not wish to continue with the services of Kent RO. one of the worst service we had from Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service Bangalore they behave likes gundas.

I experienced same Problem with Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service Bangalore([protected]), They are there to spoil Kent brand name, they dont know how to speak with women's, they r abusing and threatening me i am planning to lodge a complaint on them on nearest police station.

Better take some action on Srinivas Aqua Sales and Service bangalore and protect your brand value, bcz of such a poor service your brand value go down.
In July 2013 we purchased a Kent pearl water purifier till date we are facing problem in the machine. This is the 4th complaint we r facing. Why this is happening I don't understand. Very poor service and poor quality of srinivasa aqua service centre. They don't response as per our requirement. If we ask for the service they don't take immediate action.

I asked for the service on Apr 16 till now they have not attended. at last we took the service from nearest dealer. What is he use of free service for 1 yr. No response from the service centre at all. This is 4th incident for me. once i called for the service by evening the lady who picked the call she told, same day service we need to call morning 10 'o' clock. when we call around 10 'o' clock she told that today it is not possible by tomorrow she will send the service person. Is this is the way they speak. even the fellow who came for the service, from morning he is giving a call for each hour asking for the address to my wife he reached my home around 4:30. What ? is this the way to behave with customers. Really very poor service... We don't recommend our friends for this product.

I purchased Kent mini softner around 2 months back in Bangalore Karnataka. To get it installed we had to call customer care at least 20 times. Finally it was installed and work just for 10 days and then it stopped giving any water and we are not able to use bathroom after that. So since last 1 month it is not working at all. I have made at least 100 phone calls to get it rectified but nothing has been done yet. We are extremely frustated by extremely poor services of Kent. Customer services has assigned the repair work to "Srinivas Aqua Fine" (phone number [protected]). Initially for 2 weeks when I used to call them they use to say that someone will come today. One fine day a technician came and said that the part needs to be replaced and then he closed the compaint in the system. After that when we called Srinivas Aqua they opened new complaint and said that techician will come. Since then we are calling them every day but nothing has been done. Now when we call them they just hear the complaint number and are disconnecting the phone.

This is height of poor services. You are just selling poor quality mini water softner and not at all bothered to take care of services. For last 1 month the equipment is not working. I have called custmer services nearly 100 times - to customer services number[protected], Srinivas Aqua (phone number [protected]), Mr Manikantam (mobile [protected]) but nobody is even trying to sort out the problem. I am left with no option but to post it in all social networking sites, apartment adda, Paredaar program of news channel if you dont take any action now.

That person talks very rudely, I have never seen this kind of person in any other service center.

Better buy other company Water filter but don't talk these rude persons for servicing.

Is there any way we can give negative rating for these cheaters. This srinivasa aqua phone number is picked by someone else and they say wrong number. I had bought extended warranty from them.     I bought the Kent RO water purifier-Pearl model on 10th September, 2013 on my repeated requests the customer care service with Ph.No.[protected], hyd has attended for installation on 14th September, 2013, within a month the product is not working as the green light has been switched off with out any alarm and the red switch is blinking. i again complaint at service centre to the above mentioned number and talked to Mr. Madhu, who promised me that he will get the problem done by 48 hours, i complained on 30th September, at 11.00 AM till today i.e on 03rd, Oct, 2013 it was not attended. i am as a consumer not at all satisfied with the product and mainly with the customer services, B.Prudhvi Rani, Khairtabad., Hyderabad

      Hi, I have purchased a kent pearl on 21 Nov 2013. Installation has happen on 23th Nov 2013. It stopped working after 2 days of installation. I have called srinivas aqua service, bangalore several Times but they are not responding. I called your customer care they are also not responding. As per them with in 48hr call will be responder but it is almost 8 days. Please help. I have spent 18000 rupees. (16055 for the product MPS/E ZONE . /[protected]/0 and 1800 for some external filter).         I have purchased a KENT Excel Mineral RO Water Purifier and was installed on 30 July 2013. As per policy I am entitled for free servicing of the product as well as free of cost in case of any defect. My product stopped working on 13 September 2013. I immediately contacted Kent service provider (B.R.P. Enterprises, SPM Road, Belgaum) on [protected], [protected], who informed me that a technician would be sent as soon as possible. Nobody came. Even after repeated calls, till date nobody has come to repair the product, and my family has suffered health problems due to unsafe water...

        They are not responding to our calls and nobody is coming to our house to repair the machine.

        Kindly look into the matter at the earliest...

          I purchased Kent Grand+ product last month from Reliane Digital in Phoenix Market City, Bangalore.The day after installation, it started a warning alarm. Reliance RESQ team fixed the issue after replacing some parts. After 2 weeks, it stopped working. Again RESQ team came and replaced another faulty part as I hold extended service agreement with them. Now 3 days after that, again it stopped. Now even RESQ team is unable to fix it. Not even a month and the equipment has broken down. Will I get a replacement of the entire unit? I have paid 20000+ for it including the service agreement and is this what you offer?

            I bought ths Kent pearl 9mnth back within ths period already repaired 5 times bt. When I complained literally I cried by their behaviour n their worst service person.nw I am going to buy aqua guard frm eureka Forbes .realy they r very good in service n their products also very good. Be careful to Sony enterprises service people for Kent water purifier.they r very irritating person.we people frm bangalore should together n will bring a big complaint to stop ths product so that further people won't suffer like us.

              Hi, Iam Narayanan living in No.3, Nandhini Elegence 2 MLA Layout Kalenaagrahara, Bangalore, I have Kent water purifier and using it for last 14 months, as the filter stop working I logged a complaint (complaint numbers 5572, 8392), the engineer who came to visit was very rude and quote around Rs.10000/- for replacing the filter, adding additional filter and also wants to replace pump as the pump is leaking. I was surprised to note that after spending 16000/- for purchasing the Kent machine and I need to spend another Rs10000/- in the next year for replacement. I log a complained to the Aqua word (Who is the service provider) manager and the manager was even ruder then his engineer stating we will not give any explanation and if you want to replace pay what is bee quoted. This is ridicules and the way the service has been provided by them is worst that I have not seen such type of service or behavior from any other product. I even escalated this to Kent (Magesh Kumar) who states "get the quotation and call me back" but these guys are not ready to give any quotation, to add to surprise how can the Kent doesn’t know what there contractors are charging for filer and pump. Now Iam waiting for last 10 days to see someone comes and clear all this but no one has turn up yet and every day I need to make 5-8 calls reminding them that the case is still open Request your support for someone to address this issue... else the product will lose all it’s worth because of such a poor service or pinching the customer with too extra cost My contact number [protected]

                This is with reference to my recent purchase of Kent Water Purifier Grand RO+ worth INR 15,900/- on 22nd Aug' 13 from Croma Store, Pusa Road, New Delhi 110060. The Invoice Number for the same is SLF02A[protected]. However, wihin first week of purchase, I have already got it repaired twice!! Even after getting it repaired twice, the RO has stopped functioning again. I feel that I have been cheated and a defective machine has been delivered to us. We had gone for Kent's RO water Purifier considering it's positive image and presence in the water purification segment. However, the experience till now has been very disappointing.                   I am using Kent RO water purifier from last 15months. Now when i have a problem with the unit and gave the complaint at Vizag service centre RAVOURIES SERVICES more than 2 months back still the service guys havent turned up to fix it and even not responding properly for my calls which i am doing every alternate day.                     Hello everybody. Plz dont buy any product of Kent. They are cheaters. Once you buy you are trapped. They will neither change the product nor will fix its problems. I purchased Kent Grand+ RO on 4 July 2013 from a shop (Aqua Gallery) from my nearby town Lumding (Assam) because its name was appearing on the website and there was no authorised Kent shop in my town Diphu (K/A, Assam). The person Mr. Susant supplied me the RO immediately and promised me that he would provide the services whenever I required. The filter gave us water for three weeks and it stopped working on 22 July 2013. On 23 July morning I called Mr. Susant on his number [protected]. He said that he would come on 25 July because he used to go to our town every Thursday. I had no option other than waiting. But there was no sign of him on 25th. I again called him then he said that he could not come because he had some work at home he would come on next Thursday that was 1st August 2013. I requested him, pleaded him but he did not come. I had no option than waiting. Unfortunately Diphu observed bandh since the declaration of Telangana state. The condition became very bad. My family was dying for water. Earlier I had been purchasing mineral water for my ailing son but after bandh that was also not possible. So I had to borrow water from neighbors. For me and my wife we had to drink water after boiling the manual filter. Even after spending Rs. 17,700 I had not a drop of water to drink. After a week the condition became normal. I requested Susant and also his father [protected] but they clearly said that they would not come whatever I had to do I could do. So I called customer care. They gave me the number of Mr. B Mandal, RM Guwahati ([protected]). Mr Mandal gave me the number of Mr. Ahmad Zakaria, Service Head, Guwahati ([protected]). He at least talked like a helping man. He tried to solve my problem but nobody came to me. So, next I called Mr. RS Rao, Service Head All India ([protected]). From there I got good response and Mr. Susant came to me on 18 August 2012 (Sunday) after almost one month of my problem. The problem in my Kent machine was that it was not starting up because of some problem in its Adopter. Mr. Susant changed the adopter on that day and the machine started working again. But after two days I again faced the same problem. Again the machine was not starting up. It means once again there was problem in its Adopter. I again informed him on 21 August 2013 (Wednesday). He said that he was coming to Diphu the next day. I became happy that this time my problem will be solved. But he did not come. Then today on 23 August (Friday) I enquired him whether he had come. He said that he had come but he did not go to me because he had lots of work. I said that when you had to sell your product you came to me so soon and when I purchased the product from you and am facing problem for past one month then you did not come to me because you had lots of work. It means you have no care for me. I asked him whether he would come today or tomorrow and he clearly said that he would not this week. If he will come he may come only on next Thursday. Whenever I ask him to change the filter and give me a new one he says that our company does not give this facility. So i cannot change it. I can only fix the problem. Moreover, he says that I have changed your adopter once now if it is not working I am not responsible for it. I have done my duty now you will have to pay the cost of the adopter that is 1000 rupees. I called Mr. Ahmad Zakaria so that he might give some solution then he says, "Look sir, I am the only person looking after the whole Assam. You do one thing you please send your Kent to Guwahati and I'll try to get it checked somewhere." Guwahati is a half day journey from Diphu. I am in Govt Service and I don't have any leaves with me now. If I go on any other leaves like HPL or medical leave without pay it will be a loss of my two days salary as well as a wrong impression on my career because I am on probation. Now what should I do sir please give me any solution to my problem. I have spent my hard earned money to get pure water but am drinking the same water as earlier. I have spent a huge amount on this so I cannot dare to purchase another one and throw this filter on the garbage heap. My wife has developed a throat infection due to the impure water found here but I have no solution to give her pure water. I have spent lots of money on purchasing mineral water bottles and now I don't have enough money to go for it even. What should I do? I am totally cheated by this Kent filter, its dealer and its service providers. Please help me sir, please help me. I want a new filter because I have not used it even for a month in reality.                       A Kent R O Water purifier has been installed in the Office of the Accounts Office, Ordnance Factory Dehradun. From the past one month water is leaking from the appliances and hence water is neither purifying nor storaging in the storage vessel ,simply water flows out . Despite several telephonic calls no has entertained this complaint resulting 35 staffs and officers are suffering . It seems that your services are very poor. Please send any of your sincere representatives to look into this matter for immediate resolution. Thanking you in anticipation.

                      Kent — not work

                      SIR WE HAVE PURCHASED KENT RO WATER PURIFIER FOR AMOUNTING Rs 15000=00 FROM RADIO VISION HAZARIBAG ON 03/03/2012 FOR OUR TROOPS BUT IT WILL BE NOT WORKING LAST FIVE MONTH AFTER MANY TIMES TO INFORM THEM NO ANY SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED. SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS MATTER.
                      Water purifier is not working from 2nd July
                      contacted to 2 service stations one on 3rd &amp; 2nd on 4 th but no body comefor attend complaint.Very poor response.

                        i have purchased Kent RO on 4-12-12 from National Radio Gurdaspur Road Batala([protected]).It is not working since 1 month.No Warranty card had been given from the shopkeeper.I have complaint many times to shopkeeper but after 1 month the mechanic came to our house and asked membrane is damaged .He asked no warranty on membrane but it is given on the website .Please give me justice.

                          I have bought a Kent water purifier(grand+) on March 2013 from Venus world, Malleshwaram, Bangalore. Serial : KR[protected]. recently there was a blast in the purifier and stopped working. its been more than 10 days we have been complaining/calling on a daily basis to Venus world, but the dealer has been conveniently ignoring our complaints. then we contacted directly the customer service, who gave us a technician's number, but even the technician has been telling us that he will be coming to check soon. I think this has been the first but worst experience I have had with such reputed brands. I can never ever suggest anyone to buy Kent products. I will post this on all sites possible to create awareness and save others from getting cheated on a name of a big brand.
                          I fully agree with u n I am also facing same why nt we customer should together n will gve w strong complain tp totally stop ths brand.

                            This sivaprasad.j, i purchases date on 01/10.2012 from the power system,vellore. I got a problem with kent but i called them on 10.07.2013 they said i will come. And they visted on 20.07.13 they they checked RO IS FAILURE AND I WILL FORGOT THE MICHINE I COME BACK EVEINING LIKE that they said. And so many of caals they attend on 29.07.13 and they changing the SECONDS ITEM. And i asked them it is the very old one how you can fixit, they arguing me it is new product. Then I FOUND THAT NOT MENTAIONED EVEN KENT NAME. THEN I SHOUTED ON THEM IT IS NOT KENT PRODUCT AND IT IS ALREADY USED SOME OTHER PARTY. FOR THAT ONE HE ASKING THE 2500Rs. Then i objected then he saying it is in under warranty i need to send this product to company so for i taken this one back to my office.Then WE WILL GET NEW ONE THEN ONLY I CAN REPLACE FREELY. IT IS EMBRASSING ME AND THAT PERSON CONTACT NO:[protected].PLZ TAKING CARE OF ME BECAUSE OF I AM USING ONLY THE KENT FOR MY HOSE IN TIRUPATHI.AND ALSO HERE..

                              After installation there is water leaked inside 1st day itself and raised complaint. Customer service engineer visited and bypassed water connection from carbon candle with out any information. Very bad service provided after that service engineer didn't pick my phone call. Lucky that I have noticed that water is not passing through carbon candle.

                              Kent Ro — poor quality

                              i had purchased kent mineral RO about one and half year back and recently it stopped working the company people said that its smps has gone off and needs to be changed and it costs around 800 RS.
                              I want to know a product costing 13000 RS. has a life of of only one and half year?

                              Kent RO Systems Ltd. — Poor quality of service

                              This is the worst company & the worst product i have ever happened to come across. The service is so poor that even after calling for several number of times there is no proper response..infact most of the time no one attends to the call. The mechanics are so bad that they dont even no the basic functioning of the filter.I bought the filter a year back at the price of Rs14000/- & have spent almost Rs5000/- for its maintenance. The motor is so weak that every 3 months it requires a placement. Water leaks every now and then from the outlet also the filter provides very hot water. I tried approaching the store many times but there is no response from them looks like they are not interested about the customer satisfaction and focus only on their sales.
                              I had purchased kent ro thru a distributer by name water world(from G.reddy and Venkat) in CMH road these guys are repeted request and complaints from past 3and half week no body is botherd to respond and giving me vague answers of meterials not available sir in indian scenario the material is in noida and i can go to noida and get the materials in max 4 days,these people are seriously not bothered to take up the issue.even after complaining to their regional office in bangalore situated in nagavara these people think they are big and can take customers for a ride.and above all this these people casually say do whatever you want you can do go ahead do and they say that i can go ahead and register a case against them in consumer court.
                              kent has a very depressing service levels. they are hardly concerned of complaints. Product is shockingly poor in quality.

                                I own a Kent RO water purifier.

                                While your product is good, service is worst. I noticed since last few days, taste of water is not good as well filter is making noise.

                                When I checked AMC documents, I noticed that AMC was done for 1 year on 06-Mar-2012 and service with filters / candles change was done on 13.03.2012. According to service contract Kent service dealer must have provided three periodical services during the contract period, but they did not provide two service which were due during July 2012 & November 2013.

                                I was not aware that they did not provide me service during contract period and water quality was detiriorating day by day. finally water purifier developed further snag and started noise & water tastes like tap water since last few days. Had they would have provided periodic maintenance service on time, my water purifier would not have developed snag and I could have got AMC renewed.

                                while health & life of mine & my family was on stake due to non maintenance of water purifier, Alex Home Appliances (dealer of Kent) has denied my reasonable demand to extend comprehensive AMC (with all spares & service) by 2 years.

                                I have exchanged several mails today and Mr. Anindya Bhattacharya (email id: [protected]@gmail.com) of Alex Home Appliances says "AFTER 1ST SERVICE WE WILL NOT PROVIDED ANY SERVICE DURING THE AMC PERIOD AND WE ACCEPT IT."

                                While this delear is not reliable & reluctant, complaint to KENT proven to be of no use.

                                I am feeling being cheated & taken for a RIDE. I am dependent on Mineral water bought from market and/or boiled water.

                                Please help me from such errant manufacturer & dealer.

                                RO Water Purifier — Service under maintenance contact

                                I have undergone a Maintenance Contact for the period 26/07/2007 to 25/07/2008 vide your contact Receipt No. AG 96B 10177685.
                                I have note been provided any service till date, although I have been approaching your service providers but in vein.
                                As such I request to you to very kindly refund the amount of Rs.3600/- along with interest thereupon.

                                How important water purification is can be best understand by you as you yourself claims to give the best services. Any way please take immediate action and ensure that I get the services immediately and oblige. If you feel that you are not in a position to provide services please atleast send me your regret so that I can go for some other product for which I feel that I can get the after sale services.

                                Kent Ro — Not providing any service

                                I have purchased KENT MINERAL RO water purifier on[protected] from Raj enterprises (Mob-[protected]), Yeotmal (MAHARASHTRA). From last few months there is some chage in the taste of filtered water. I contact Raj Enterprises and informed about my complaint. He gave me contact no of Mr Manoj (Mob-[protected]) who is a local service engineer looking at Nagpur and also advice me to change the candles. I contact Mr X for as many as six times. every times he either told me that he will come within 2-3 days or definately on next sunday. But neither that sunday comes nor he respond to my complaint. I keep on informing Raj enterprises about my complaint. I just fade up with the KENT Poor services. If it is not possible to provide any service then why are you making so much advertising. I request you to please improve your complaint service and kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I will switch over to other company water filter and also advise all my colleges, friend and relatives not to purchase KENT water filter because of having very poor service.

                                sir i am using water purifire of yr company and doing service contract every year.This time i am realy disappoint while doing service contract for two yrs which effected from 14/04/08 to 13/04/10
                                vide contract recipt no 15439315 from yr authorised service centre in c1/26 janak puri new delhi 58.sir for yr information i my self hv seen that boy visited one time at my place. when ever we call them recording on phone no doesnot exist////yr authorised agents r available only at the time of renewal of contract after that they dont bother regarding services////i am sure this time i hv not sign your service card more than one time in two yrs. More over services provided by yr agent in c1/126 janak puri is not up to the mark.they never call up the customers to get a feedback.
                                sir eureka forbes is such a reputed company and people hv got faith on yr products.sir pl tell yr service centre to show me how many times they visited my place.they are very close to my house.if my house locked they hv my number to call but they never did it.sir this is a serios complaint in two years they never turn up twice.finally i shoud quit yr services////waiting for yr reply ////sandeep

                                  Not again...the kent ro is leaking again...I want a permanent solution to the problem...it’s been just 2 months when I last complained and was told that the machine will b working fine and today again it’s back to square one...

                                  MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT

                                  We had bought Kent Grand Plus on 20th Jul 2012 through your dealer in Borivali, Mumbai- Sai Enterprises with machine’s serial no KR[protected].

                                  Since the installation the machine has broken down very frequently. Just a few days after the installation the machine shut down , after regular followups with the dealer finally on the 3rd day the machine was working. After that 3 times the machine had a problem and after complaints lodged in your call center , the technician always turned up on the 3rd or 4th day. When it comes to drinking water which is so crucial this kind of service is unacceptable. Our earlier purifier had excellent service, all complaints were attended on the same day.We have always order bisleris and manage with a lot of difficulties.

                                  Details of the complaints :

                                  Ist complaint - 25th Jul 2012 with the dealer

                                  2nd complaint - Don’t remember the date

                                  3rd complaint - Complaint no H/713/30 on 30th Nov 2012

                                  4th complaint - Complaint no I/1189/30 on 30th Apr 2013

                                  On the 4th complaint, we were travelling so our neighbor attended to when the technician came. He says that the candle needs to be changed( costing INR 400) and pressure controller needs to be installed (costing INR 1250) . When we bought the machine we were told that the candle needs to be changed every 2 years and we already have a water pressure installed with our previous water purifier so the person installing Kent said that it will work fine with it. After I returned I saw that the machine still has a leakage and a lot of vibration.

                                  In less than 10 months if the machine breaks down so frequently and we have to keep spending on such expensive parts after spending INR 15000 on your so called Sabse Shudh Pani machine. The machine is definitely defective and needs to be replaced urgently.

                                  Have not seen such kind of customer disservice ... It’s appalling to see how much they spend on advertisements and nothing on customer service.


                                  After my complaint on mouth shut ,a technician Sujit (who was extremely inefficient in his work and bad mouthing his own company and product) visited my place and said that the candle filter and RO membrane needs to be replaced..I was furious after paying for a part replacement just 2 months back, I was in no mood to keep spending every few months and that for a machine which was barely a year old. I spoke to Mr. Gupte who is apparently head of customer services in Mumbai but who is completely non-customer oriented said neither machine will be replaced and nor money will be refunded. I reiterated that not all Kent machines could have a problem but probably mine could be a manufacturing defect and I was not ready to spend more money on a faulty machine.He was rude and non-sympathetic to the customer's need. After which speaking to one Ms Anchal in their Noida office also didn't yield any fruitful results. I must say my 1 year experience with KENT was atrocious , pathetic , ugly. A company with inefficient product, incapable employees and pathetic service. NEVER EVER BUY ANY KENT PRODUCT

                                  KENT GRAND Water Purifier — Faulty machine

                                  i had purchased KENT GRAND+ water purifier from lucknow last month on 30/05/09.. The bottom side of the machine is broken due to which there is a constant seepage of water.

                                  I had tried conatcting the service people, OM Associates, here in lucknow twice but they havn't responded yet..

                                    I have buy Kent RO. But in 6 months before in warranty period, its choke has failed and not work 'kent ro'. We have call to service man to replace it.It has send choke to company for replacement,but company has cancelled the complaint and not give any reason to cancelled complaint, and company not return my choke.
                                    so i advice to user not buy kent ro, its service is very bad your money and time. please recommend to by any other company product.

                                      Kent providing no service . Also they played with the health by removing one of the inside filter without letting us know.

                                      Summary :
                                      I gave complaint to Kent RO because the filtered water was not coming out of the machine. Someone from Swami enterprises (they have outsourced the maintenance service to them) came and he removed one of the UF membrane filter without letting us know. That means the filtered water of degraded quality. In the next service when I called up again, found that out that he had bypassed this filter. He also agreed that he had done that. That is shear cheating.

                                      I have given another complaint because water flow had stopped again. 4 days back Vinay Shukla from Kent service called me and I told him to come next morning Saturday before 10.30AM. He did not turn up and when i inquired kent customer care on Tuesday (july 9 2013), found out that Vinay Shukla had closed the case saying customer was not available.
                                      Complaint# I/108/03

                                      1. It takes longer to get a proper service.
                                      2. We are forced to use Tap water to drink in this rainy season
                                      3. Even after constant followups, we are not getting a service. Its stressful to followup with them.
                                      4. They played with the health by removing one of the filter (UF membrane filter) and without letting us know. So they have not been able to service it proper.
                                      I have a AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) also.
                                      Either they fix it completely / if not give a replacement / if not give money back and I would buy another brand.

                                      I m also another victim of buying this RO system . There is no service at all by company people. I think, it just ends after sales! I signed maintenence contract with them, but still they do not bother that as well. Would request to think twice before investing huge money.

                                        I purched a Grand+ RO from MEGA MARKETERS Dhanbad,Jharkhand on 1-7-13 who is your authorised distributer also.From the next day it is not working.Service man came and find lot of problem in the machine.they assured me to replace this.I made more than 50 phone calls to them.But every time they are making different execuses till now (5-7-13). Kindly look into the matter keeping in view of a customer's suffering.

                                        KENT RO SYSTEM — MACHINE REQUIRES REPLACEMENT

                                        I bought KENT RO system (Machine # KA[protected] AGAINST INVOICE # 309/2007-08 DATED 16TH APRIL 2007.

                                        This system had Technical/Manufacturing defect and started troubleshooting from day one. Kent's service engineer attended the complaints and changed the membrane 3times within 6months of Purchase. We were insisting for replacement but every time they didn't entertain instead sent representative to complete the formalities. Despite repeated reminders they stopped attending telephone calls from Dec onward i.e, 3months from expiry of Warranty. Since Dec 2007 this machine is lying idle and unattended.

                                        Thru this letter we last time request you to kindly replace the machine (we are ready to pay the differential amount) and get the problem rectified. If no action is taken now then we would have to proceed to consumer court to file formal complaint.
