Hi, I am totally fed up with Kent Service Center (Power Systems) in Vellore, Tamilnadu. I have been repeatedly calling them for service, but the service provider Mr. Vithyanandhan is not fit for anything. He never picks up the call and the response is very poor. He always replies very harshly and is not bothered at attend the complaint.

Kindly look into this otherwise he will spoil Kennt name throughout the City due to his poor Service.

I purchased a RO from your dealer at Lucknow last year. For the last four days I am waiting for your technician to call on me and rectify the defect. One person came down and ckecked . He told that he will send another person. So far no one came to rectify the defect. It seems that your service centre here does not have spare parts. It is pitty that a service centre at state capital does not have parts. Can you please direct the concerned to attend the same immediately ?

The service team of Kent RO is totally untrained and they don't have any commitments for their words just passing their time in the company and taking the wages for no work. Downfall of the company is started due to there poor after sales service.
I bought Kent RO 3days back.Still waiting for installation. Kent team giving different timings to come but no one is coming. Very poor service and false commitments. Already invested a lot money so can't help it out

i purchased a kent mineral RO two months back from ORIENTAL AGENCIES, 258, N-2 Harjinder Nagar, kanpur. however, due to the carelessness of your mechanic who installed my kent, the machine felt down after 3 hours from installation and a huge damage was caused to my kitchen and my machine. I informed Mr. vivek gupta your sales manager ([protected]) but no attention has been paid to this. i have called him thousand's of time but he dont receives my call and till date he has not even given my invoice and my guarranty card . i then called your area manager Mr. prashant, he visited the site and said he will get the machine replaced but now even he is not getting it replaced. I therefore, request you to please look in this matter, else i will have to go to the consumer court.

I have purchased a kent ro water purifier early soon . from there dealer .i have facing problem with this product from first time.& now dealer is refusing to solve problem because of leaving the dealership of this product & no any company executive is willing to solve the problem. now i just want to tell all customers abt this poor service of kent ro product . so that nobody can face the same problem which i have faced.
THE MOST WORST PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY IS KENT RO WATER PURIFIER. HEMA MALINI KI AD SE SIRF PRODUCT NAHI BIKTA PRODUCT MEIN QUALITY HONI CHAYIHAE.
I purchase kent ro from Excellent Engineering, vadodara(gujarat).in Dec'2008.

After purchase they can't give any free service.At present they discontinue kent agency.

I purchased a Kent UV from your dealer at Lucknow last year. For the last six months I am waiting for your technician to provide annual service, which is required after completion of one year of this product. I called up dealer numbers but always get a promise. Since last 6 months we were using the water of this machine that is completed 1-year warranty. We don’t know whether the water is correctly purified or not because machine was not services since 1.5 year. It seems that your service centre here does not have time for those customers who had already purchased the product. Can you please direct the concerned to attend the same immediately?

Kent RO dealer AquaAir is the worst service provider. At the time of purchase his marketing guy Mr. Shukla committed three free services including two filter change and one membrane change. But that was never fulfilled.

After a year the same person reach us with AMC contract and intentionally plays with settings of system and from last 15 days we're drinking water with high TDS (150+) and no one from Aqua Air is interested in getting the problem resolved, They just want money in advance for everything in CASH.

When i send my executive then the head/owner misbehaved with my executive.. His dealership should be revoked for misbheaving with customer. IF this the the policy of KENT then we shd not buy KENT RO or any other product of KENT.

I purchased a kent RO for my office about a month back. its absulely a pathetic product. And the behaviour and response of concerned authorities at ganganagar i.e Mr.Lalit Grover towards our complaints is even more pathetic.
I have KENT RO and have taken AMC last year. Since last 3-4 months regular problem is coming and each time have to register a complain. Each time a engineer comes and changes something and goes away. After some time again some other problem arises. Today also water purification has stopped and have to register a complain[protected]. After requesting to customer care, have received the no. of area manager( Mr. Sandeep Sharma-[protected]) but he did not picked the call after several calls. It seems that the KENT RO is using poor quality of materials for the repair which causes problem to customers . Request to look into the matter and stern action should be taken against the company as well as the person who is involved in using such defaulted material.

Based on a compliant lodged on 27th May'14 for overflow issue, one technician came from alex home Appliance last to last week and suggested to change one valve to get the issue rectified.
But after replacing the valve, overflow issue still persist. PFA the bill for changing the required valve in water purifier system
When I talked to Mr. Ali from Alex home appliances yesterday over phone, he is refused to do any help and moreover saying I need to replace
some more parts on chargeable basis without analyzing the issue by sending technician.
This is really troublesome for me on purchasing water purifier system from a renowned company like you. Request you to look into this issue and give
me a proper resolution to this.

I am a customer of your brand Kent Ro since 2011. After install it we are satisfied but some days later it create problem for us. We called an Ro expert from where we purchased it. He made it again working but soon it again got a problem we again called an expert.they always came and demand a big amount for removing the fault. We spend a huge amount on it but we get no satisfaction. There always occurs a new problem within 15-20 days. Expert never remove the fault but always take money. He always remove a part from it and says now it will work properly but it again gets a problem. Sir we all are really facing a big problem regarding the service of your brabrand. I do hereby inform you that my Ro machine which sl no KR[protected] and model no 1041 grand+ is disturbing from 3-4 months after its completion of warantee period.I have changed all of its spare parts as per requirements but it is not working properly.Even from 6 days it became dead and I am contacting for servicing to pramit Enterprise, Mr. promodh Bag mob no [protected]/[protected] many times from 5 days but they can not attain my request properly .So I am not satisfy your setvice and I am complaining as well as requesting to serve me a frequent and better service.

After registering Complaint on phone on 8th Today i.e.[protected] a technician
came. His employee code is 4626
He simply changed membrane and two filter candles and charged Rs3600/-
He did not wait to check the TDS of water and left.
My machine is not working as soon he left. I called him as well as customer care.
From customer care I got number of Mr Katara-[protected]. Mr Katara assured me that he will send someone to check but after one hour he didn't picked up his phone himself. Someone picked his phone and told they are unable to look into the matter right now.
I am very much upset with this kind of assistance from Kent.
I purchased my Kent R O from Kathmandu as I was posted there in Indian embassy in Kathmandu. There service of KENT was very prompt and supportive.
Now I feel I have to change my machine to new one from other company.

Its a Canteen Purchase Product. on First May
First after open it find over flow Water pointer breakage.
Second Till time its not registered in your record and third a Request of PRE Filter Instalatation.
After Continue 6 days request registred till now not complete and now getting a call your product is not registered thats why, I pay to him visit charge and he refuse to accept Company Warrenty CaRD.

We have been using Kent Grand for the last two years and are happy with its performance. But the service provided by your dealer in Thrissur(Kerala) is not satisfactory. We had registered a complaint with them on 1st of July but no one has attended to it. The filter got blocked and the system is not working..We have great difficulty for drinking water .Kindly look into the matter and do the necessary.

    These guys are completely frauds and are making money by cheating the clients.

    I had recently shifted my home from Noida to Delhi and had called Kent RO to come and install the system. After registering the customer service request, they told me they will send a guy to my house at 8pm. I got a call at 7:45pm from a man named Salwar who claimed he was from Kent and will be coming to install the Kent system. He installed the system and did some checks and left without giving us a bill. His name was Salwar and his number was [protected].

    Few minutes later (Exactly after this guy leaves at 8:30 pm) I got a call from Kent saying they will send a guy but when i informed them about Salwar they started accusing me of deliberately calling another technician over. I repeatedly informed that I had ONLY called Kent RO. How can a man come to a woman's house like this saying he was Kent, getting my number and coming at the EXACT TIME the Kent RO guy was supposed to come?????

    To top all this when I called to say that my Kent system is not working today I am told that a complaint is registered against me for calling an outside repair guy. This is completely UNETHICAL ON KENT and just HORRIBLE treatment when I had ONLY CALLED Kent team.

    VERY UPSET WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR! This completely improper behavior on behalf of Kent systems. Plus when I am trying to call the branch manager - Mr.Anil, his phone is kept switched off. So no one is coming to repair my system!

    My warning, Pureit or any other system is better to this. My parents have never had to face this with other brands they are using at home. Definitely changing my RO now.

      With regrett I need to state that I am using a Kent Product & get it installed from a source authorised by Kent i.e Euro care, being a consumer I took all precautions for not being cheated for any duplicacy product which eventually happened with me.


      Not only I have been given a duplicate product but the strange thing is that nobody is taking this case seriously, only mails are being exchanged and several calls made to Mr. Rohit either went unattended or he is handing over his phone to somebody else as he know my case and doesn't want to provide any solution.


      I have been cheated by Kent by providing a duplicate product and soon want the replacment.

        I purchased Kent Maxx product in October 2012.
        Purifier is stop working from last week, i am trying to call several time to Distributer and customer care, both are refusing to service the purifier.
        Kent Website and warranty card is also not giving proper information on service centre.
        I got hold of Kent Sales manager he is also not giving proper answer.
        Please let me know want i can do?

          Respected Sir/Madam,
          Calling at at toll-free number in HINDUSTAN TIMES of KENT RO Company, we have placed an order for a KENT RO GRAND PLUS WATER PURIFIER on 5th May 2013 to East Delhi Executive MR. MANOJ([protected]). The next day only their salesman MR. PRADEEP TYAGI was at our house to place it on . He informed us that they were giving us the KENT RO at Rs. 15,900 which was the lowest price throughout the market, as they were giving us the machine directly from the company itself without any involvement of the so called dealer. MR. TYAGI even gave us the guarantee of price for 1 month. We have placed a KENT RO , but after 2 days we came to know that t here were dealers who were providing us the same model at just Rs. 12,500 , Rs. 12,700 or so. Sir, may I know why this kind of price difference is there?
          And moreover when I questioned the same to MR. TYAGI, he gave us irrelevant excuses and even stepped back from his promise of price guarantee. When we further asked him about it, when he visited our home to take away our old machine at just Rs. 500/- whose actual price would be Rs. 1200/-, he started misbehaving with us.
          He abused so badly in front of the ladies of our house.
          Moreover he blackmailed us that he will call his local “GUNDA GANG” people and thus will make our living in this city difficult.
          standing in a civilized society he spoke so much of non-sense and abused in such a bad way that I can’t even describe that to you.
          Is it a correct or civilized way to attend a customer? Why is there such a fraud? Why there is such a huge difference in prices.
          Now I request you to give me full compensation of Rs. 15,900/- from KENT RO COMPANY and a punishment to MR. PRADEEP TYAGI as he socially abused us.

              Dear Sir,

              This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service received from kent. We have bought Kent RO water purifier almost a year back and during this January 2013 the product was not working and the filter was changed and a new one was fixed. We had to pay for the new spare part. Again in April 2013 the same got defective again and we were advised by the kent service guy to change the same once again22531866
              and was also charged for the same again in April 2013.

              I request you to look into this as the spare part installed seems to be of poor quality and we have been charged twice in a span of three months which is not acceptable

              I request urgent action again this and to refund the money charged in April 2013 due to the poort quality product installed .

              Looking forward for urgent action and a line of confirmation. Else we may have to escalate this further.

              I would like to know what action you would take if I would complain against a product which I purchased from a reputed company, as I have recently (in the month of May 2008) purchased a RO Water purifier from a reputed company and I am facing many problems with this machine and their service dept. is not able to solve the problem.

                I bought a Water purifier, make KENT RO, model - Pearl and found that mosquitoes enter in the purified water storage tank. Almost every 2-3 days water has to be thrown due to presence of dead mosquitoes in it. When contacted the dealer from whom this unit was bought, he simply reacted by saying that this model has this issue but cannot be resolved. Showed his helplessness and stopped responding.
                Had made several written complaints on the Company's website but no solution has been made. Fear of a water borne disease.

                    i bought a tap water purifier of your company and took the no. of service provider from helpline after 10 repeated calls and spread over the time span of 4 days ,he attended and refused to admit as a service provider. i would suggest that kindly remove his number from your helpline as it gives bad reputation to your company . people dnt prefer to buy your product as their r no service providers kindly look into my complaint [protected]

                      I have purchased one Kent R O on dated 12/04/2013, after 2 days R O stoped working. I contact to the Dealer rearding my problem, so he replied me he can not do any thing, weather i can do any thing. I also contact to KENT R O Head Office in Noida, but KENT R O System were not taking my complaint, they replied me that, "I need to contact to the dealer. when i contact to dealer, than the dealer said ask to company, and when i contact to company they told ask to dealer. Dealer also not provided me the guarntee card of my KENT R O.
                      please give guidence and solution that what should i do.

                        I had purchased Kent RO Grand Plus on 01 Jul 12 from Croma Greater Noida.with Ser No KR[protected]. The system was installed on 04 Jul 12. n The first service was carried out on 22 Mar 13 and on 20 Apr the system stopped functioning> I gave a complaint to the customer care executive on the same day and was given the complaint No 603724> Since than I am running from pillar to post and despite repeated tele calls and emails to the service centre customer care executive I am yet to have someone come to rectify the fault in my system. I am shocked at the response of the service provider and now feels that i have been cheated. Every time I am told the service engineer will visit today which has not come till date. I am without filtered water for last 96 hrs and my problem is not being heard. Kindly help me out and send your service engineer to rectify the fault. I will like to advise that in case service is not prompt a person will think many times for AMC

                        Kent r-O systems/Kent Grand — non attendance of complaint

                        My Kent R-O system is not working well past 20 days .
                        My complaint no.10435 is attended initially within 24 hrs and no fault was found by service engineer, service charges paid by me- no receipt given.Within next 10 hrs same complaint occured, on repeated calling with difficulty again engineer came and condenser was found faulty, changed, charges paid. By next day again same complaint, after repeated requests he came again and some other parts found faulthy, turned back by me to call some other more experienced engineer for full check up. Today machine stopped working water foul smelling, complaint not yet attended

                          we bought kent grand + on 7th April 2012 and by 5th April 2013 we found that its adapter is getting over heated and so it water and finally there was no purified water coming........next day we logged complain..since our warranty was about to expire we requested lady on desk from Global distributors told that she would be sending someone to check it and took our new address and everything but no one turned up. on 9th April 1 check was doen and guy suggested to buy anotehr pre filter since water is of high TDS (while selling they said it takes care of high tds water) and he commited to come in a day to change the filter which is damaged but till date i.e. 16th April 2013 m waiting. Our second service which is covered in warranty was also not done and was due but then these guys are just not interested and now warranty period has expired. I logged grievance and recieved a mail stating that it will be resolved by ASM but that guy enevr contacted me, i contacted him (since his number was in mail) and found him oblivious about my complaint, i have to narrate him entire thing but tsill issue is not resolved now anotehr thing has come up...because of drinking adulterated mineral water bought from grocery shop, my 1 n half yr old son is suffering form stomach cramping and fever. I really want to know what can i do here. its just a matter of changing one filter and these guys are so irresponsive.

                            This is regarding the kent RO water purifier (KENT GRAND+) we bought on 5th April 2012, sales guy told us that it can purify water with TDS upto 50-60 post filteration..... Now on 5th April 2013 our purifier stopped working, adapter was super hot and i called the customer care executive the lady on-call told that she is going to send someone on saturday, we spent whole weekend sitting at home waiting for the guy from kent to come and resolve our issue.......after an array of calls one guy came on 9th April checked it and said the chalk/ filter has to be changed he also proposed to have a prefilter, when i asked him to change the filter and give us time to think about pre filter, he left saying he wil come in a day to change it..........again i made a series of calls and everyday i was told that guy is coming the very day but no one turned up. It been more than a week i am suffering because 'once sold' no one in kent is bothered enough to rersolve queries related to the product, i invested a huge amount in this product and was told it in itself is enough for purifying worst fo the types of waters but now i am asked to buy a pre filter and the problem with the bought product is not attended since more than a week. water is bare minimum necessity for any family. i have 20 months old son and he is suffering from stomach flu as water we bought from grocery store was adulterated. Kent guys are not responding, they have formally responded to one email asking distributor's name n my address, to which i responded "Global distributor" and "wakad", then there was no mail stating when the filter will be changed. when i logged the complaint my AMc didnt bexpoired but today because of delay the limit is exhausted. over and above that my son is sufering.

                              Purchased Kent RO Pearl on 11 Sep 2012 from Riya Impex Pvt. Ltd. Purchase details: Invoice: 2426 Supplier Ref: CMP-1233, DT.10.09.12 and this product got installed by Siraj. Issue: Water taste is not good and to get 8 lts of water it takes 4 hours + and wasting more than 80 ltrs of water. Since February I''m facing issue and problem not resolved. Engineer visited on 17 Feb 2012 did something and issue persisted and he charged Rs.35 for that visit and he visited after a week and took some filters with him and he kept the product down for a week and came back fixed the filter on 2 March 2013(not sure what he has done) but problem not solved and more over he suggested us not to call them anymore because hereafter again since Service will be taken care by Kent directly. He gave the number of engineer Mr.Kalidass [protected]. I called Kent Kalidass and he said call logged and it will be resolved in 48 hours. but he havent send anyone till Saturday (9 March)so I called him on 9 March after noon and he said that can send engineer only on 10 March (Sunday). 10 March engineer in the name of Mohanraj ([protected]) visited my home by 6.30 pm and tested the water quality and confirmed problem with carbon filter and Membrine and it needs to be replaced. He said I may need to pay for Carbon filter. I refused to pay because its not even 6 months, he said i will talk to my office and get back. Till not he havent contacted and I called Kalidass 18 March and he said i have to pay for that then only he can provide service and again refused. He said i will get back once checked some details with manager, but he havent gave any call back till date and problem not attended and he is not responding to my call from that day. Shall i file a case against Kent ? I dont want to leave this as it is because i spent 15750 Rupees and top of it they want me to purchase one external filer and i did that also on 03 Jan 2013 for Rs.1500 + 50 installation charge. Service Head Mr.Rajesh is not responding properly on the escalation I made and he said i will support my team only and he is not bothered about the customer concern. He is rude and not answering to any of the questions and he is not ready to give the complaint number also.

                                I purchased a Kent Gold water purifier recently; ;lesser than 1 month. Now the performance is so poor by water purifier, it takes a lot of time to purify a glass of water like 3 hours. Its a pain to drink purified water waiting a long long time. I want to get this serviced/replaced immediately. Our need is not getting fulfilled at all.

                                I agree. In my case, I purchased a Kent ExcelPlus Unit in July'11. From the very first week I had problems pertaining to leakage from the housing, leakage from the joints of the UV System, the unit dispensing more air and less or no water to name a few problems. Technicians and senior technicians have visited us over 200 times till date. On completion of the warranty period, we were told that some of the components have failed and requires replacement. To my surprise slowly each and every component except the body of the unit has been replaced but all the problems still persists. On a few occassions, when we have returned back home after a couple of hours we have found our whole house flooded and then it is a task to mop up the water and clean the house. Substandard quality backed by very poor service and absolute lack of commitment from the Kent Officials.
                                I agree with you guys that the service from kent is too poor. I've got it repairs 3 times with in 7 months of purchase. The worst part is this service center in Bangalore called "Aqua world" they do not properly respond to customer requirements & just keep the customers wandering with false promises. My recent complaint number is 1006 which was raised on 17th Apr which is not attended even four days have been completed. I called their office nearly 7 times yesterday & they every time told that the technician Ajit will come to my house, no one came. Today u spoke to their manager Shiva, who falsely committed again that Ajit will before 5, when he did not come, upon calling Shiva, he's not at all responding to my calls not message. It's truly depressing. Kent such a reputed service has to look into this to keep their existing customer happy & thereby attract new customer. Otherwise, God only can help them surviving in this dynamic market. Thx, Arun (+91 [protected])

                                  With due respect I would like to bring to your notice the issue of extra charges asked for the repairing of my RO system even after payment of AMC. My Kent RO system was not working properly so I lodged a complaint on 18-2-13, my complaint number was D12328070., and in response one of your employees , Mr. Sanjay Kumar , employee code number 5590, came to check the system on 19-2-13. He told me that my system was not under AMC and so in order to repair the system he told me that I have to pay Rs 3200/- . He also informed me that if I pay the AMC of Rs 2000/- them I wont have to pay Rs3200/- and all the charges for repairing the system will be included in the AMC amount. He did not provide me with any estimate bill. After filling up the receipt for AMC Mr sanjay informed me that I have to pay Rs 300/- extra as service charges for that day and this was not informed to me before. We paid Rs 2300/- the copy of receipt of which is enclosed and the correction in amount is highlighted. The parts were not repaired on that day.

                                  I again lodged a complaint on 13-3-13, my complaint number was D12351863, and this time i was attended by a new employee of yours, Mr. Suresh Kumar. After checking the system he estimated a bill of Rs-3215/-. He told me that I need to pay this amount even if I have paid the AMC as this amount was not included in the AMC. This was completely contradictary to what Mr. Sanjay has informed me. If I had to pay this amount of Rs3215/- even after paying the AMC the why was I asked to pay the AMC if maintainance and replacement of the parts was not included . I am being cheated upon by your employees. When your employees are themselves are not clear about the norms then how can you send such people to sought out the problems of your customers? Is this the service you provide to your customers? I am shocked to see the kind of service you provide and how your employee has fooled me.

                                  I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible. Looking forward to your response .

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased a Kent Grand + water purifier on 5th Feb'12. AS per the specification, the water purifier is supposed to provide Filter change alarm, UV lamp problem alarm. AS per the warranty Kent is also supposed to provide 2 free services in 6 months duration.

                                      1st of all , we could able to get 1st service after few follow ups and no body came for 2nd service. The machine suddenly stopped working on 21Feb'13. I raised a complain. The customer service engineer informed us that few electrical parts are not working since filter is not changed and he charged Rs.5000. However as per promise, the machine should give alarm for filter change.

                                      I raised a complaint at their website but did not get any response.

                                      Request for your support to address this issue.

                                        We Brought KENT Mini Water softener from The Great Easter, 277/2/1, B.T.ROAD
                                        GHOHPARA, SINTHIMORE KOLKATA-700036 on 26th Dec 2013, along with a Washing Machine, after which it was request from the seller that they will contact Kent_Customer Care to provide the Installation and Demo to the Deliver Address, but it's almost 2+ month passed, still no response received from the Kent Service Center, even repeatedly we are trying to contact them, but Response is Same as Earlier, and the "KENT Mini Water softener" still unpack.



                                        It will be glad if we get assistance from these Personal, might be I think it will be unpacked and the all money is wasted for such a Worst Product from the Worstest Company

                                        this is regarding the complaint against water purifier Kent RO. The machine is shifted from calcu tta to Orissa. We had given the assurity to install it in orissa nobody has turned up for a month back. the service is so poor. As the m/c is under AMC also. So wht is the use of AMC and the water purifier.
