I have paid 16650rs for this. But the item is not working satisfactorily. I have been facing problem with my device from the very first beginning.Either water leaks down from the filter or water comes in drops. It’s taking lot of hours to fill.We made complaint .first few times they attended our calls and fixed the problem. But just in few days the same problem is repeating.They asked to replace the membrane . We did that also. But still the problem is continuing.We are still in the warranty period but already they asked money for doing service.

We paid 200rs once. Next time again when problem came they asked 400rs for service.They said it’s valid for 3 months .We paid 400 on 8/4/2013. They fixed the problem but again in 2 weeks problem started. Since april we getting water can from outside.If we call for service they saying they will come only if we give money for service.They not giving proper response ,not attending our calls. The customer service people are doing nothing but delaying the response in order for the warranty period to get over.

They give me useless excuses

We are very dissatisfied with the product performance and seriously demand that an appropriate action be taken in order to replace the RO system currently used by us.We cannot continue to use this faulty RO system.
This is our first experience with KENT and we are really very sorry to say that it is very disappointing.
We'll never recommend KENT RO system to anybody.

We expect a proper and quick action from KENT service providers regarding this matter.

I hereby request to take harsh action against Kent RO company. I want my money back so that I can get new machine from other provider.

    I suraj sharma here by informing you that i have
    purchased Kent grand+ mro on date 9/12/2011, machine no- KR[protected],
    we are consecutively facing problem in the maintanence of kent there
    is formation of vapours and leakage of water every now n then, during
    the guarentee period also it happend but the person who use to visit
    for service clean it n always say that its all right , and as the
    guarentee period over they are saying you hav to change the adapter /
    water machine if this was the reson then why did'nt they took action
    during guarentee period, now they are not even responsible to receive
    our calls then to whome we shall address, the service provided n the
    inconvinence caused is not at all regreted, we are very unsatisfied
    with it, now every time for the service they are charging huge but
    every time the problem remains the same and we cannot give such amount
    for service every month, if this case remain same the sevice amount
    will exceed the purchase value then there is no sense to buy kent, if
    the machine having problem it shud be replaced within the guarentee
    period.

      hi i have purchased KENT RO on 25FEB2011 after free service 1yr in 10jun2012 i have gone for ab AMC VENCY ENTERPRISE in tambaram as suggested by kent office chennai for every service i have call and after 1 week they come for service,now for last service has to done on 10JUN13 and still no body turnup since raised a complaint to concern also kent product is good but service is worst.bcoz of this iam buying water in retail only even thought having kent bcoz of non servicing and water taste is poor.so many times complaint no use against this service franchaise

      please be aware before buying kent bcoz sevice is worst in free service and amc also.

        I have purchased Kent Gran plus on 24th July 12.
        Just after 2 months of purchase, the pump of machine stopped working. I called some 20 times to the service center then the technician reached.He replaced the pump but was not in the condition to give me the explanation about the problem in damaged pump.
        Then after sometime, the machine started overflowing due to which i had to keep the machine off for 15 days. I again called some 10 time to make the technician available to look into the issue. Technician did some goo[censored]p in the machine again and the machine started again. Just after two days of repair, machine again caused overflow. This time i was not having the energy to call 10 to 20 time to the service center. After this issue, my job was to switch off the machine once it is full with water, consume the water and switch the machine again. This goes for a long time. Suddenly one day it started working normally automatically by god grace. Before one completion of year, i called technician to check my machine and he said everything is working fine as of now. Just after 1 month of expiration of warranty, The flow of water suddenly stopped. Again i called many times to the service center and after calling 5 to 6 time, technician reached. He changed the valve and asked for 500 bucks which includes valve charge plus service charge.
        after 5 days of valve issue, again machine stopped giving the water flow. Again i called the technician and by god grace he reached. This time he said RO is not working due to membrane chocked. i was pissed off again. I asked them to change it but they took some 7 days to change the membrane saying stock is not available. They again charged for the membrane.
        Now i am looking for AMC for the machine and the company is giving me lot many terms and conditions for AMC also.
        I am fed up of this Kent water purifier.
        now i realized that either kent gave me defective machine or this is the quality of kent.
        To all the people who are planning to buy anything from Kent, please search for other option, KENT doesnt have any quality control or quality products. I dont want you guys to suffer how i suffered.

        kent grand + — new machine not working

        i suggested every buddy do not purchase kent ro. i purchased kent grand + before 15 days ago. technician installed same day and okey for drinking. but next day machine not work and raw water auto filled storeg tank. my all family drink this water regular 4 to 5 days. then my father and my mother hospitalized after drinking kent ro water which is not purified. then i called to service centre for that problem they came to rectify this problem after 3 days. buy they not accepted his fault. i called to head office but not instrested listen me. from that day no family member drinking kent water. accually this is my fault to purchase kent ro grand + top model. i sugest to every buddy don't go for kent. use only boil water. i used kent for secure our family but my 2 family member goes to hospitalized after drinking kent water.

          Dear Sir,
          Why in Rajdhani express only one bottle of water is provided for 20 hours journey.A man need around four to five litres per day then why you provide only obne liter?The behave of the TTE and other staffs are not good when asked for the water.They say only one litre is sufficient.If the officials travel then they provide free amount of water.Is it not the double standard towards public regarding water?

          PLease increase the amont of water.When I ask for more water I will have to pay for that.Why this is so?I have lodged a complain regrading this in the train but i do not fet any response .on the date 15 Aug 2007 travelling from Baruni to Dibrugarh.

          Kent Grand +, I had purchased this about 2 years back. Although the purifier is good, but there are many associated issues. 1. The Serving part totally Sucks. 2. The maintenance cost is quite high. The serving chain pathetic. I have specific complaint over Strobe Enterprises, Dilsukh Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad. Their license to work on Kent servicing to be ceased. Even after so many calls, they don't turn. They don't seem to understand how this purifier works. The come after 20, 30 follow up calls, change something and but the problem again repeats. They don't analyze or understand the problem. They response is very rude, crude and unprofessional. I have spent so much money on replacing its parts, this replacement cost is now equivalent to the original cost of the purifier. I wouldn't recommend Kent to anyone and servicing is a total screw up.

            Hello , I purchased Kent Grand + a few days back .
            Soon after the installation , we found that the reject pipe was disposing water even when the RO was full and switched off . the reject pipe was draining as much as 5-10 litres of water even in swicthed off condition . We complained at least twice to the customer care .
            The KENT gurgaon service team has a pathetic attitude towards the customer and certain guy JOGINDER overlooked the issue terming it as normal . When we threatened to record his statement on our mobile , he told that this draining of reject pipe is not normal . However when we asked him to call his manager Vinod Gupta to tell him the details of the issue , he again changed his stance stating that RO is working fine .
            Imagine this level of terrible/hopeless service , within 4 days of buying the KENT machine . We had bought KENT thinking that we would receive an excellent product and after sales service , but it seems KENT gurgaon service team is hell bent in spoiling all of that .
            Since we had just purchased the product 4 days back , we wanted a complete change of this faulty piece , which was refused by the service team .

            KENT R-O — Poor Service

            I have a Kent companies product, the RO water purifier. The pump in it is not working at all and hence we do not have any water to drink. Tomorrow will be holiday and hence a lot of trouble for us. We have lodged several complaints but they are not listening, they just keep postponing it. The complaint number is: 260157.

              there was a leakage in filter and we called service guy from kent named GAurav sector-4 gurgaon. he came and changed 2 filters and one more part.
              1. there was no date or anything printed on filters.
              2. the drainage of waste water has gone 5 times of filtered water.
              3. we want someone else senior to come and see as we doubt his service.
              as we are working so the service guy is not ready to come before 9am and after 7pm..Also he is saying that service charges will again will be charged if we wont call him in another 10 days.

              I don't understand the type of service and spare parts such a big company is gving to us.

              want someone else to come and check our RO after 7 pm.

                on 25/05/2013.and i called the dealer for the service.but despite of coming two times the problem isn't been solve.and now they are not responding the call.and if they receive the call they are giving useless answers.HOPE FOR A POSITIVE RESPONSE.THANK YOU

I have been repeatedly calling them for service, but the service provider Mr. Vithyanandhan is not fit for anything. He never picks up the call and the response is very poor. He always replies very harshly and is not bothered at attend the complaint.

                  Kindly look into this otherwise he will spoil Kennt name throughout the City due to his poor Service.

                  I purchased a RO from your dealer at Lucknow last year. For the last four days I am waiting for your technician to call on me and rectify the defect. One person came down and ckecked . He told that he will send another person. So far no one came to rectify the defect. It seems that your service centre here does not have spare parts. It is pitty that a service centre at state capital does not have parts. Can you please direct the concerned to attend the same immediately ?

                  The service team of Kent RO is totally untrained and they don't have any commitments for their words just passing their time in the company and taking the wages for no work. Downfall of the company is started due to there poor after sales service.
                  I bought Kent RO 3days back.Still waiting for installation. Kent team giving different timings to come but no one is coming. Very poor service and false commitments. Already invested a lot money so can't help it out

                  i purchased a kent mineral RO two months back from ORIENTAL AGENCIES, 258, N-2 Harjinder Nagar, kanpur. however, due to the carelessness of your mechanic who installed my kent, the machine felt down after 3 hours from installation and a huge damage was caused to my kitchen and my machine. I informed Mr. vivek gupta your sales manager ([protected]) but no attention has been paid to this. i have called him thousand's of time but he dont receives my call and till date he has not even given my invoice and my guarranty card . i then called your area manager Mr. prashant, he visited the site and said he will get the machine replaced but now even he is not getting it replaced. I therefore, request you to please look in this matter, else i will have to go to the consumer court.

                  I purchase kent ro from Excellent Engineering, vadodara(gujarat).in Dec'2008.

                  After purchase they can't give any free service.At present they discontinue kent agency.

                  I purchased a Kent UV from your dealer at Lucknow last year. For the last six months I am waiting for your technician to provide annual service, which is required after completion of one year of this product. I called up dealer numbers but always get a promise. Since last 6 months we were using the water of this machine that is completed 1-year warranty. We don’t know whether the water is correctly purified or not because machine was not services since 1.5 year. It seems that your service centre here does not have time for those customers who had already purchased the product. Can you please direct the concerned to attend the same immediately?

                  Kent RO dealer AquaAir is the worst service provider. At the time of purchase his marketing guy Mr. Shukla committed three free services including two filter change and one membrane change. But that was never fulfilled.

                  After a year the same person reach us with AMC contract and intentionally plays with settings of system and from last 15 days we're drinking water with high TDS (150+) and no one from Aqua Air is interested in getting the problem resolved, They just want money in advance for everything in CASH.

                  When i send my executive then the head/owner misbehaved with my executive.. His dealership should be revoked for misbheaving with customer. IF this the the policy of KENT then we shd not buy KENT RO or any other product of KENT.

                  I purchased a kent RO for my office about a month back. its absulely a pathetic product. And the behaviour and response of concerned authorities at ganganagar i.e Mr.Lalit Grover towards our complaints is even more pathetic.
                  I have KENT RO and have taken AMC last year. Since last 3-4 months regular problem is coming and each time have to register a complain. Each time a engineer comes and changes something and goes away. After some time again some other problem arises. Today also water purification has stopped and have to register a complain[protected]. After requesting to customer care, have received the no. of area manager( Mr. Sandeep Sharma-[protected]) but he did not picked the call after several calls. It seems that the KENT RO is using poor quality of materials for the repair which causes problem to customers . Request to look into the matter and stern action should be taken against the company as well as the person who is involved in using such defaulted material.

                  Based on a compliant lodged on 27th May'14 for overflow issue, one technician came from alex home Appliance last to last week and suggested to change one valve to get the issue rectified.
                  But after replacing the valve, overflow issue still persist. PFA the bill for changing the required valve in water purifier system
                  When I talked to Mr. Ali from Alex home appliances yesterday over phone, he is refused to do any help and moreover saying I need to replace
                  some more parts on chargeable basis without analyzing the issue by sending technician.
                  This is really troublesome for me on purchasing water purifier system from a renowned company like you. Request you to look into this issue and give
                  me a proper resolution to this.

                  I am a customer of your brand Kent Ro since 2011. After install it we are satisfied but some days later it create problem for us. We called an Ro expert from where we purchased it. He made it again working but soon it again got a problem we again called an expert.they always came and demand a big amount for removing the fault. We spend a huge amount on it but we get no satisfaction. There always occurs a new problem within 15-20 days. Expert never remove the fault but always take money. He always remove a part from it and says now it will work properly but it again gets a problem. Sir we all are really facing a big problem regarding the service of your brabrand.                   I do hereby inform you that my Ro machine which sl no KR[protected] and model no 1041 grand+ is disturbing from 3-4 months after its completion of warantee period.I have changed all of its spare parts as per requirements but it is not working properly.Even from 6 days it became dead and I am contacting for servicing to pramit Enterprise, Mr. promodh Bag mob no [protected]/[protected] many times from 5 days but they can not attain my request properly .So I am not satisfy your setvice and I am complaining as well as requesting to serve me a frequent and better service.

                  After registering Complaint on phone on 8th Today i.e.[protected] a technician
                  came. His employee code is 4626
                  He simply changed membrane and two filter candles and charged Rs3600/-
                  He did not wait to check the TDS of water and left.
                  My machine is not working as soon he left. I called him as well as customer care.
                  From customer care I got number of Mr Katara-[protected]. Mr Katara assured me that he will send someone to check but after one hour he didn't picked up his phone himself. Someone picked his phone and told they are unable to look into the matter right now.
                  I am very much upset with this kind of assistance from Kent.
                  I purchased my Kent R O from Kathmandu as I was posted there in Indian embassy in Kathmandu. There service of KENT was very prompt and supportive.
                  Now I feel I have to change my machine to new one from other company.

                  We have been using Kent Grand for the last two years and are happy with its performance. But the service provided by your dealer in Thrissur(Kerala) is not satisfactory. We had registered a complaint with them on 1st of July but no one has attended to it. The filter got blocked and the system is not working..We have great difficulty for drinking water .Kindly look into the matter and do the necessary.

                    These guys are completely frauds and are making money by cheating the clients.

                    I had recently shifted my home from Noida to Delhi and had called Kent RO to come and install the system. After registering the customer service request, they told me they will send a guy to my house at 8pm. I got a call at 7:45pm from a man named Salwar who claimed he was from Kent and will be coming to install the Kent system. He installed the system and did some checks and left without giving us a bill. His name was Salwar and his number was [protected].

                    Few minutes later (Exactly after this guy leaves at 8:30 pm) I got a call from Kent saying they will send a guy but when i informed them about Salwar they started accusing me of deliberately calling another technician over. I repeatedly informed that I had ONLY called Kent RO. How can a man come to a woman's house like this saying he was Kent, getting my number and coming at the EXACT TIME the Kent RO guy was supposed to come?????

                    To top all this when I called to say that my Kent system is not working today I am told that a complaint is registered against me for calling an outside repair guy. This is completely UNETHICAL ON KENT and just HORRIBLE treatment when I had ONLY CALLED Kent team.

                    VERY UPSET WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR! This completely improper behavior on behalf of Kent systems. Plus when I am trying to call the branch manager - Mr.Anil, his phone is kept switched off. So no one is coming to repair my system!

                    My warning, Pureit or any other system is better to this. My parents have never had to face this with other brands they are using at home. Definitely changing my RO now.

                      With regrett I need to state that I am using a Kent Product & get it installed from a source authorised by Kent i.e Euro care, being a consumer I took all precautions for not being cheated for any duplicacy product which eventually happened with me.


                      Not only I have been given a duplicate product but the strange thing is that nobody is taking this case seriously, only mails are being exchanged and several calls made to Mr. Rohit either went unattended or he is handing over his phone to somebody else as he know my case and doesn't want to provide any solution.


                      I have been cheated by Kent by providing a duplicate product and soon want the replacment.

                        Purifier is stop working from last week, i am trying to call several time to Distributer and customer care, both are refusing to service the purifier.
                        Kent Website and warranty card is also not giving proper information on service centre.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,
                          Calling at at toll-free number in HINDUSTAN TIMES of KENT RO Company, we have placed an order for a KENT RO GRAND PLUS WATER PURIFIER on 5th May 2013 to East Delhi Executive MR. MANOJ([protected]). The next day only their salesman MR. PRADEEP TYAGI was at our house to place it on . He informed us that they were giving us the KENT RO at Rs. 15,900 which was the lowest price throughout the market, as they were giving us the machine directly from the company itself without any involvement of the so called dealer. MR. TYAGI even gave us the guarantee of price for 1 month. We have placed a KENT RO , but after 2 days we came to know that t here were dealers who were providing us the same model at just Rs. 12,500 , Rs. 12,700 or so. Sir, may I know why this kind of price difference is there?
                          And moreover when I questioned the same to MR. TYAGI, he gave us irrelevant excuses and even stepped back from his promise of price guarantee. When we further asked him about it, when he visited our home to take away our old machine at just Rs. 500/- whose actual price would be Rs. 1200/-, he started misbehaving with us.
                          He abused so badly in front of the ladies of our house.
                          Moreover he blackmailed us that he will call his local “GUNDA GANG” people and thus will make our living in this city difficult.
                          standing in a civilized society he spoke so much of non-sense and abused in such a bad way that I can’t even describe that to you.
                          Is it a correct or civilized way to attend a customer? Why is there such a fraud? Why there is such a huge difference in prices.
                          Now I request you to give me full compensation of Rs. 15,900/- from KENT RO COMPANY and a punishment to MR. PRADEEP TYAGI as he socially abused us.

                              This is to bring to your notice the pathetic service received from kent. We have bought Kent RO water purifier almost a year back and during this January 2013 the product was not working and the filter was changed and a new one was fixed. We had to pay for the new spare part. Again in April 2013 the same got defective again and we were advised by the kent service guy to change the same once again22531866
                              and was also charged for the same again in April 2013.

                              I request you to look into this as the spare part installed seems to be of poor quality and we have been charged twice in a span of three months which is not acceptable

                              I request urgent action again this and to refund the money charged in April 2013 due to the poort quality product installed .

                              Looking forward for urgent action and a line of confirmation. Else we may have to escalate this further.

                                I bought a Water purifier, make KENT RO, model - Pearl and found that mosquitoes enter in the purified water storage tank. Almost every 2-3 days water has to be thrown due to presence of dead mosquitoes in it. When contacted the dealer from whom this unit was bought, he simply reacted by saying that this model has this issue but cannot be resolved. Showed his helplessness and stopped responding.
                                Had made several written complaints on the Company's website but no solution has been made. Fear of a water borne disease.

                                      I have purchased one Kent R O on dated 12/04/2013, after 2 days R O stoped working. I contact to the Dealer rearding my problem, so he replied me he can not do any thing, weather i can do any thing. I also contact to KENT R O Head Office in Noida, but KENT R O System were not taking my complaint, they replied me that, "I need to contact to the dealer. when i contact to dealer, than the dealer said ask to company, and when i contact to company they told ask to dealer. Dealer also not provided me the guarntee card of my KENT R O.
                                      please give guidence and solution that what should i do.

                                        I had purchased Kent RO Grand Plus on 01 Jul 12 from Croma Greater Noida.with Ser No KR[protected]. The system was installed on 04 Jul 12. n The first service was carried out on 22 Mar 13 and on 20 Apr the system stopped functioning> I gave a complaint to the customer care executive on the same day and was given the complaint No 603724> Since than I am running from pillar to post and despite repeated tele calls and emails to the service centre customer care executive I am yet to have someone come to rectify the fault in my system. I am shocked at the response of the service provider and now feels that i have been cheated. Every time I am told the service engineer will visit today which has not come till date. I am without filtered water for last 96 hrs and my problem is not being heard. Kindly help me out and send your service engineer to rectify the fault. I will like to advise that in case service is not prompt a person will think many times for AMC

                                        Kent r-O systems/Kent Grand — non attendance of complaint

                                        My Kent R-O system is not working well past 20 days .
                                        My complaint no.10435 is attended initially within 24 hrs and no fault was found by service engineer, service charges paid by me- no receipt given.Within next 10 hrs same complaint occured, on repeated calling with difficulty again engineer came and condenser was found faulty, changed, charges paid. By next day again same complaint, after repeated requests he came again and some other parts found faulthy, turned back by me to call some other more experienced engineer for full check up. Today machine stopped working water foul smelling, complaint not yet attended
