I had purchased Kent RO Grand 8 lit Machine Nos KR[protected] on 13/1/2012 from Vinayak Kitchen Ware , Near Bank of baroda Branch , 89-G Civil lines , Bareilly . and have got it installed at My residence at DAFFODILS ,11A Krishna Vihar Colony ,Surkha, opposite Maula Nagar, near Gulab rai School. After a month or so of my purchasing the system , the pipe which enters the RO candle popped out and the chamber which houses all the candles and wires got filled with water. The Machine stopped working. I informed Vinayak Kitchen ware and he sent an engg. who tried to fix the tube with Fevi Quick, he tried a few times but as the pressure was more , every time the tube popped out. After a lot of effort he finally succeeded and the machine started working. Again after two days the machine went dead and i informed the shop to send the service engg. after about 4 to five days persuasion the engg came . he said that as water had filled the machine , the contact point of wires going into the processor mounted on the inside back wall of the machine had shorted. He took the processor like thing and temporarily started the machine in some direct manner . he said that the processor had to be looked into. Any way after a few days he came and installed the processor but the wiring cable set which connected the various parts inside the machine had to be cut and joined temporarily as the wiring set was not available ...still the wiring is cut and joined in temporary manner. The machine was started now but with all loose wiring . After a few days of working , the machine again stopped working . The engineer came three days after the complaint he opened the plastic transparent chamber and tightened some wire which had become loose due to the still existing temporary wiring. , the machine again started working.This time it worked for about one and a half months at a stretch. Again it conked off . When I informed the Shop he sent an engg. The engg said that the power supply had conked off . He replaced it and the machine started working. I told him about the loose wiring which had to be changed , he said it was not available and would do it when it will be available. Again the machine started working and worked for a month or so. Then it again became dead. This time after at least 6 to seven days of complaining the engineer came and rectified the problem , I would like to add here that your service network , at least in bareilly uttar pradesh is very unsatisfying. One of the time the engg who came said he was working for some other company too . It really shook my faith in your after sales network. Any way about 10 days back the water stopped going inside the collection chamber although it was running in the outside pipe. The water chamber was taking a very very long time to even collect a glass of water. The engg came and told that the R O Candle was choked . The candle was changed for free but he said that i should get the other two candles changed too as six months had passed , he also advised to install a pre filter candle and so against a payment of sone 1400 rs I got the candles changed and got a pre - candle filter installed. The wiring is still in a temporary state. The machine worked fine for 10 days and now today 25th Oct 2012 it has again stopped working. I am very frustrated with this Machine, either the machine is jinxed or whatever. Even the service set up is pathetic. My daughter is suffering from typhoid. What is the use of installing such a high end filter system . Earlier I had Aqua Guard and I was very happy with it . Please change this piece as it is not working properly since it was installed . The water filling incident when the pipe popped out in the machine chamber has, i assume spoilt all the parts inside . I request you to change this machine as I am highly dissatisfied .
