[Resolved] Kent RO Water Purifier — no service is provided and the piece is not working | |||
sir, i have been keep callin to the customer service centre of kent RO water purifier in gwalior and no body is responding me with the service, itz being 6 months we are facing problem with the purifier, the purifier is not working properly and not filtering water. we also complaint many times to the shopkeper for this but he is not listening, the product is under warrenty . i agree and my kent water purifier model gold plus is not working and is not filtering the water. i changed membrane and carbon particles even than it is not working

i have purchased KENT RO GRAND on27 02 2010from morena my ro is not functioning since last 20 days despite of repeated request every day twice to thricetosri rajpoot on mobile no[protected] but services has not been provided satisfactory being declaring every time new fault about replacement of ei smps fault coke faulty and finaly motor faulty iam agreed to do so but it can not be rectified so far kindly entervain an arrange early rectification of faultsto avid my thinking not purchase this product in future
