Dear sir,
we had purchased a KENT RO water purifier from their authorised dealers M/s VGM enterprises, tambaram, Chennai in 22 October 2010. we had received the machine with a wrong warranty card number and without bill.

When we informed the kent company manager Mr Srinivasan phone no: 28297994, he confirmed us in email stating the company is aware of non issuance of bill and wrong warranty card given but will take care of all repairs .

Last month our machine got repaired , we informed Mr Srinivasan and he told us it will be replaced due to company defect. From that day he has been commiting it will be done immediately but there is NO ACTION till date.

Also they are been selling products without bills proabaly evading taxes which is causing revenue losses to the state and country.

Also it is astonishing a reputed company like Kent is having such unethical practices of non replacement , repairing of product

    repeted complain for sound in the machine of our purifier but their response was very weak. They changed the carbon filter by charging us money inspite our warranty period was not over.But still the problem was not resolved. they said that they will be changing the motor but they did not do so.they are just wasting time so the warranty period ends

      Dear All,

      I am very sorry to say KENT service in AHMEDABAD in PATHATIC. I am Under Warranty but still since last 8 days, no one turned up. I talked to R.M. level and had alredy sent EMAILS to co. Head office. I am facing problem since the day I had purchased. Everytime I have to ring up TOP MANAGEMENT and than it is attended in atleast 10 days., MY ADVICE, NO ONE SHOULD BUY KENT IN AHMEDABAD. I was warned by EUREKA FORBES person but still i went to KENT even it is COSTLIER, but Now I am paying the price.

      WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER WARRANTY ? I think I will have to pack the system and throw it out , get it replaced by EUREKA FORBES.

        Hi ,
        My name is Nishant Thakur and i am from Hyderabad.
        I took the Kent RO Purifier AMC(Annual Maintenance service) from "SURIYHA ENTERPRISE" on October 1st 2010.I paid Rs. 1300 for this AMC which covers 4 times servicing of machine in a year. In November 2010, my machine stopped working and i called them to come and see the problem. They don't come on time and they took almost 10 days to come. When the service man came, he said SMPS of machine is not working and need a replacement. He said, i have to pay Rs.1200 for this. I called Kent Purifier customer care and they said SMPS costs Rs .900.I told the same thing to SURIYHA ENTERPRISE contact "Sunita" and She agreed about price of SMPS.After almost ten times of call they came after a week time with SMPS.The SMPS wasn't in packed condition and was looking like old one. I told them to provide me some warranty about this SMPS, but they said SMPS will work properly for minimum 6 months and there is no warranty. I took the SMPS on Dec 7 2010 and paid Rs. 900 to them.In 1st week of march, my Kent Water Purifier machine again stopped working.I called SURIYHA ENTERPRISE and told them about problem.They said, they will come and see, but they came after two weeks after calling almost 20 times.The service man came on 17the March and checked the machine.He said SMPS is not working and needs a replacement and i will have to pay Rs. 900 for this. I called the contact person "Sunita" and told her, within 3 Months SMPS failed and i will not pay the costs. She said ,will talk to management and send the person tommorow.I contacted the Kent Customer care and they said ,SMPS comes under 6 months warranty and you needn't to pay anything.This is ultimate case of bad service and fraud with customers.During this whole period i had to purchase water cans for almost 30 days which costs around Rs. 2000 and damage to my Kent Purifier machine. Called them for 20-30 times for service, then only they hear about problem. I took AMC, so why will i face these hassles.

          dear sir we bought kent water purifier system from Varanasi. After a year we migrate to Bhopal for new job.After staying in bhopal for six month, we called Shivam enterprises for the regular water check up .they told me to change cartridge, uv and carbon Ro cartridge worth Rs 3200.,i changed it, but after changing the cartridge it gave a proper water for two month, then again i complained to them they come and started saying us the quality of water is very bad so you place a separate bowl filter before kent to stop direct entry of dirty water. and we placed a separate bowl worth Rs1400, and change the carbon i asked them how long it will work correctly they told me at least a year you will be tension free .now after 3 month again it stopped giving proper water, then i am sending you a complain . they always pressured me for buying of AMC.( Annual maintenance cost). Now you advise me what to do with them.thanks for your anticipation.

            I bought one Kent pearl water purifier in the month of june 2010. It has alot of problems from the very first month of installation. Their service engineer came four time and rectify the problem but everything in vain. this water purifier still not working. Actually, i belongs to rural area. The water in that area is not good. I already talked with their area manager many time. Also, he gave me the proposal of exchange with the new one. But when i broought this Kent Pearl from Jhandutta to Panchkulla then he denied this proposal. Now at the moment, they were just giving me harassment and wastage of my precious money like travel expenses etc.

              i beg to state that i was purchased a water purifier company name kent ro. first this purifier not performing their functions. then i complaints to shopkeeper many times. after 1 month company changes the water purifier.but the changed water purifier does not work properly.i want to complaints to kent ro compay.

                Kent Grand Plus, Invoice Number 1575, Machine Number - KR[protected] bought on 05/02/11 from Global Distributors, Bhawani Peth, Pune.The main water pump started giving loud sound in the first week itself.After numerous calls to the sales guys as well as the owner, a almost novice service guy was sent without proper screw drivers So he returned back without doing anything.
                Again after calling numerous times and after 1 week, another guy was sent who openend the pump and tightened the screws at the top of motor.After fitting again, lot of vibrations started in the whole system due to uneven tightening of screws and after 2-3 hours, the same sound returned.Again loged a complaint and the same guy visited and could not resolve the issue.The owners promised me that the machine would be replaced soon.I have been calling them regularly and have been receiving several false assurance.
                My advise to the new customers would be to take Hema Malini home i[censored] wish to home but not the purifier she is selling due to extreme service after sales.

                  Kent RO Water Purifier has the worst and bogus service network. They are more into selling things and virtually cheating consumers without service coverage.

                  I bought Kent RO Water Purifier 8 months ago and it is already 4 times the device malfunctionals. Every time it is a pain to bring service personnel to work. After repeated calls and complaints they turn up. Now, this recent time, the service centre is not simply paying heed to the complaint and none turned up. I am planning to take them to consumer court this time.

                  If you get to read this, stay away from Kent. Consumer awareness and subsequent refusal to a product with poor service may impact company sales. This is what Kent deserves, as our consumer laws are not strong enough like the west.

                    Hi,

                    Would like to inform that 4 months back I had bought a Kent Grand Plus water purifier from Global Distributors, Pune, whose motor is faulty and had been trying to get it replaced since last 2 months but still couldn't be lucky enough to get the same replaced.

                    Every time I call up I am informed either the motor is not available and would be arriving in next 2-3 days or the service man is out with the motor and will soon call me and reach my place. 2 weeks back one of your service man did come up with a motor and after 45 mins of struggle he discovered the motor he was carrying was also faulty, also while replacing the motor he did loose one of the bolts which holds the motor to the machine surface.

                    Not sure how a "OK TESTED" machine has a faulty motor inside and is delivered to a customer.
                    Hope you would try to understand the anguish of getting a faulty machine at the cost of Rs.14000.00 and help me to get out of this.

                      we have purchased Kent water (UV & RO) purifier in May’10 ie., 9 months back. It is giving frequent problems. Service person changed corbon block, also bypassed the pressure Switch. Till date we have complined 7 times. This time Though power is OK machine is not getting on and no indicators. We have complined one month back. Unfortunately till now there is no response from youir service persons ispite of repititive calls. In Visakhapatnam (AP) our Steel plant people being giving maximum business to you, this type of Customer Service may prove fatal for your business. Hope it is taken seriously and respond immediately. Pl. change the piece if possible.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have purchased a Kent Ro system on 06/09/2010 through Swastik Traders (Pilibhit) and installed at my house. Just after 15 days of purchase I started facing trouble with the system. In the beginning it used to stop function after every 2-3 days. And after a month of purchase it started leaking as well.

                        Initially I had to call technician once in a week but now situation has gone worse and thus I am forced to call technician atleast 5 times in a week. Infact I have to call many a times to the service provider so that he can send technician for its repair. Different technicians have different answers to this problem and whoever visits say that other technicians doesn't know anything and claims different type of faults and service. Its been 5 months now and I am not getting any resolution to this.

                        This particular product has some kind of manufacturing defect due to which my family is facing problem of drinking water. I have to purchase mineral water from the market even when I have got Rs.15000 RO system installed in my house.

                        When I tried calling company's phone number: [protected] I was put on hold and got no response, and thus I had to disconnect. Then I filed a complaint on their website and got response to contact at[protected] in case o[censored]rgency. When for the second time in the same day the water purifier started leaking and beeping, I tried contacting at the same number but it was not reachable.

                        This is causing mental trauma and I feel really harrassed because I have to beg for its service every time for which I have already paid such a big amount.

                        I am looking for a proper and timely resolution to this problem, please help me with the same.

                            i am kanchan devi rathi i bought the machine on 21/03/2009 invoice no.4971. i am hardly disappointed with the way your technicians deal .i have done the amc of my machine on 01/06/2010. your technicians bring damaged parts of the machine like RO MEMBRANE AND UV PURIFIER they fit these important functioning parts damaged the result of which is no purifed water after every 2 days i have to call them and they dont come i have to call them in every hour.recently my machine RO MEMBRANE got changed and after 4 days i am suffering the water problem . your people say that the water am getting is bad due to which the machine part is getting damaged so early these disgusting excuses are ruining your company name. take some initiative this is the height.

                              I bought Kent Grand RO Water purifier from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu some nearly 2 years back. So far I have spent nearly 5 thousand in the way of changing carbon filter UV lamp sediment filter and as service charges. now they say to change RO filter and pump. So I have decided to throw it off and to buy mineral water in barrels.

                              kent grand RO water purifier — Complaint

                              I have a Kent Grand RO purifier. Its failed twice in a year. service provided is very pathetic. this time complaint is not cleared till now since the complaint lodged on Saturday. every time Kent takes a week minimum to attend the complaint after several calls. product is very hopeless since it failed twice in first 6 months itself.. i suggest not to by this hopeless product anymore

                                  I have purchased kent grand plus from Sri Raaga's techno marketing pte ltd on 16-05-09 with serial no.KR[protected].
                                  The purifier started giving problems from date of purchase.The micro-switch does not work, every 15 days we have to complain and call technician. As myself and my spouse are from working class one o[censored]s have to take leave to wait for technician.Today one person has come from Radiant Bizz associates and charged Rs450 for starting. I have purchased this purifier instead of aqua guard sensor as my colleagues from our campus suggested to buy Kent.
                                  I request you to advice your office in hyderabad to repair and rectify the peace. I am a senior citizen and hope your company may relieve of frequent headaches.

                                    I had bought Kent Gold water purifier from ezone in Bangalore 2 months back. Now we have issue with the UF membrane, which is important part in Product where water gets purified. The water is not comimg through the UF membrane and it flowing thorugh in another direction. we have mailed to the service people many times but there is no response from the company and also I tried to call them but no response. There is no service given by company for the Product. I kindly request some one resolve this issue.

                                    My sincere suggestion is to ban Kent Products as there is no service centres available.

                                      The worst Water Purifier
                                      * Be aware duplicate is also available!!!!
                                      ** Rude behaviour of head office and local office!!!

                                      We bought a Kent RO Water Purifier on 25 Oct 2010 from Crystal pure (A authorized deeler of Kent as he certfied) The product was leaking from the very night it was installed. We called up the deeler, after a lot of folloup he came and replaced the lock. The system again start leaking after one hour. After 2 days of complaint the deler replaced the carbon. Again after one hour the purefire stop working. So far i am not able to take one glass water from purefire. When contacted at Corporate office they given Bangalore office number. When contacted to Bangalore office , Bangalore office replied that Crystal pure is not an authorized deller.

                                      I dont know who is gonna look into this complaint on this site, but i hope if any of the Kent service manager is reading this should feel some shame. On Friday 7th aug i called one Kent Sr sales executive to buy a Kent UV+RO system, which cost me around 14, 500 bucks. I asked them to install the machine on the same day.They did it.Awesome!!.

                                      Kent engineer demo me how to use it and all that manual book steps. He told me to not to use initial two bucket of water as it will be not that pure.Afterward you can use it.OK Taken.

                                      Then he started the machine and went. When first time that water bucket filled, i switched off the machine and then clear the water bucket. Then again i started the machine and here is the wonder.Its not working at all. Even second bucket which also i supposed not to use is also i am not able to get.I was regretting why i thrown that first bucket :( . I read the manual, but nothing was mention to help me out. I called the guys who installed the machine he said that you have to raise the complaint at kent call center.Bull . But what can i do, then i launched the complain on saturday morning 11 o clock and call center person is saying that some one will contact you on monday as tomorrow is off. What the hell i am contacting you on satuday and they are telling tomorrow is holiday, then what the hell they are doing on saturday?? waiting for sunday ?? or enjoying that tomorrow is off??.

                                      Then i thought of escalating it.I contacted the sales executing Mr Pankaj Singh on his mobile number [protected]) .I was lucky he picked up the phone, or possible he might not know my number as it was my first call. He assured me that some one will come to your house in 1 hour. OK .. I waited for almost 2 hours but nobody turned up. Then again i called i called the same Sr Sales Executive Mr Pankaj Singh but as expected he is not picking up my phone.I called many times but still no response.

                                      Then again i called up that installation guy and asked him to come and check. He said sir we cant do any thing in it, even if we figure out what is the problem we need service person to resolve it as he has all the required accessories. Bloody hell!! . Then i asked him to give me a service manager number.I got a new number of My Bharadwaj ( [protected]) .He is really a service manager, even he didnt pick up the phone at first call :) . So after installing this [censored]ing crap machine i am still waiting for a drop of water which i can drink.

                                      So i dont know how to escalate it further. Do anybody know the mail ID of Kent CEO, Higher level service manager or some one else with whom we can raise a concern? Please let me know? Because 14500 bucks is something which i will get back from them and will throw this crap machine on their head.

                                      And one warning to all the guys who is reading this complaint to beware of the names which i mentioned above. Better go for tradition water purification method of boiling at least Kichten GAS you can get it sooner then this kent service.

                                      I am not familiar with the Kent product but very familiar with the unprofessional attutude of the Kent employees. They are ill trained and ill behaved. Looking their rude attitude I have refused to buy their product and now they are misbehaving with me over phone and otherwise.

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam

                                        I purchased Kent Grand Plus Water Purifier from KENT RO System Ltd. on 17/05/2010. Appliance comes with Quarterly Service, which is free for one year warranty Period. Whenever we contact companies Call Centre, some lady attend the complaint and give Complaint number, but one turns up for Service of appliance. when followed up, they give one Service Head's Number, who never pick up his cell phone. We
                                        suffering for last 2 months, but company don't bother to attend my Complaint.
                                        Kindly help me to whom shall I contact for getting Support.
