    USING KENT SERVICES FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND DESPITE OF SEVERAL SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ABOUT RO ( WHICH IS IN AMC), IT HAS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED YET .

    MOREOVER I AM TRYING TO COMPLAINT ON PHONE BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED AFTER HOLDING THE LINE FOR 10 MINUTES MANY TIMES ON NUMBER-[protected].


    RO IS NOT GIVING WATER SUPPLY MORE THAN 50 ML, UV LAMP LIGHT IS ON REGULARLY,

    ALL THE THREE FILTERS HAS BEEN CHANGED 2 MONTHS BACK.

    PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY ASAP. I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO U.

        We had installed Kent RO system two & a half years back which is when I thought that I had installed state-of-art water purifier at my house and my family can continue to drink clean water. Little did I know that my comfort level was ephemeral and would lead a short-lived life of only 6 months...which is when I had to put reminders, take stress, deal with uncouth-service-engineers on a regular basis!! I would dread even the regular service engineer visits. Kent RO is a product that works perfectly so long as it works, which is seldom though.

        There hasn't been a month where I haven't called the customer service and complained about something or the other. I remember paying around 10000 rupees for the product, and I would have spent close to 20000 by now?? Every 2 three months there would be "pump leakage", tap broken, candle broken, internal wires gone awry. Having used the product now for close to 3 years...the product makes more noise than my washing machine...service engineer charges more for RO repair than I pay for phone and electricity bill combined.

        To make matters worse, if we call the service centre...then the person asks us "Do you want me to come from the company's side or should I come as an independent engineer. Independent charges will be less than a half of what I will charge if I come representing the company!!"

        That's the kind o[censored]ncouth service engineers you people have hired. I pledge to never take any product of your company...who care more about Hema-malini's saree in their ad than the actual customer problems.

        Absolutely pathetic product. Disgusting service. Over sensibility towards customer is zero. Shame on you Kent to be in customer service industry!!

          This is to bring to your kind notice that we bought Kent RO on 22nd Nov, 2010 last year. (vide Cheque No. :0290554; Amount Rs 13,900).
          In less than a year we have had a breakdown of this RO many times. We were given to understand by your sales team that Kent provides the best ROs but after getting such shoddy product, which has broken down within the warranty period and extremely poor after sales service, we regret our decision to buy your product.
          We have spoken to Mahendar (Service Manager) at Gurgaon center many times but apart from giving us false assurances, and asking us to speak to the Dharmender (Technician) directly, no action has been taken.
          We have tried Mr. Bhardwaj’s-(Service Head) no also but he never picks up the phone.
          Dharmender (Technician) visited the premises couple of times and all he says is due to water pressure the machine leaks. We have got that resolved. Infact, during his last visit he did not install the candle properly and as a result we are unable to use the RO since then. We did ask him to fix that but he never turned up even after confirming that he will visit in the afternoon of 29th & 30th May to fix it.
          We are disappointed with the callous attitude of Kent employees towards customers, this can be gauged from the fact that we have not been able to use the RO since 23rd May and are getting bottled water since then.
          We did lodge a complaint and had requested customer care to resolve this and all we get is complaint no’s[protected].
          As the machine is under warranty, we would like to get it replaced, or else, please refund our money.

            i have purchased 1 kent mineral RO water purifiers from Verma sanitory Baraut .The agency assured to provide services within 2 days of receiving complain. But it has been more than a month, i have repeatedly asked the agency to send its service provider to make my Kent water purifier functional and all of my request are just unheard . Now when I contacted the agency directly, the person just misbehaved me by saying slang languages&told that he will not provide any service. He also reiterated that nothing will happen to him if i"ll lodge a complain to customer care services. Your company is saying to provide the best customer services,but in practical,thare is no truth in it. As i am hurt with the service,if no action will taken against the agency,then i"ii move to the consumer court.this must be treated as final notice.

                i have kent water purifier for the past 4 yrs.i have an annual maintanence cntract with kaypee service centre.i lodged a complaint on 20/5/11 my complaint no is 2051.it has not been catered to even today .it is 7/6/11.i spoke to the manager mr shailendra and he promised to send some 1 in 3 hrs but no1 has come.now he doesnot pick the phone.the service centr no. is 41436000.

                I had purchased Kent Purifier from Ezone on !6 Aug as it was the last day of festival offer. I was promised that if i take this product in Gujarat i wil be provided service but when i took in dahod (Gujarat) i contacted the Ahmedabad branch but they saying we will charge you as it is brought from Mumbai. When confronted they said you can give back the product in mumbai and take the full money back.
                Is this how this company treats its customer.
                i purchase kent ro in the month of july as per rule the candles are to be changed but till i do not get service from your executive mr. abhijit of chandrapur maharashtra pl. take healthy note of my complaint
                Last year on 31.07.07 we have purchased a kent ro system from company directly thru sales executive Mr. Ashok. From the date of purchase we are facving regular problem of water filter jamm. But on last complaint - KENT no executives are not responding & we are not able to use our ro system because of filter problem.
                So please look into this matter...
                I have a Kent Water Purifier [ Model : Kent Grand plus] bought around 8 months back.
                Company representatives installed the appliance, but within a month it stopped,
                Next week the company technician came and repair it.but after 3 month it stopped again and not work properly.
                since 2 months its UV part is not worked and shut down yet.
                my dealer SPAN SALES(phone no.[protected] &[protected] in Anand (gujarat) not giving reliable answer for this service
                Is this how this company treats its customer.?
                I have been provided a Kent Water Purifier by the builder along with the flat I purchased and moved in December' 2008. The water purifier has not been working for the past 10 days, for which a complaint was registered with their service center - Kaypee Enterprises (Ph:[protected], who claim to be authorised service agency for Kent. Part of the complaint was a request to send the engineer before 11:00 am as after that we leave for work and no one is available at home. Since as per Kaypee, they do not send engineers for repairs on Sundays, the request for sending someone in the morning hours. As per an sms received from them on Saturday, 27th March, 2010 - Dear Sir, your complaint number 2738 is registered and the same shall be attended tomorrow before 1PM or after 2PM by our engineer. However, till today, no one has come to repair the purifier.I have been calling the agency multiple times everyday and they have been assuring that the engineer will be coming, but no one has turned up. Yesterday, when I called up again, they said the complaint will be attended today (2nd April) for sure. I called up again at 9:40 am today to confirm and they again said that the engineer will reach before 11 am. I waited till 1:00 pm for the engineer to come but no one has turned up. I have been calling them since morning (almost 10 times) but have not got any satisfactory response.Finally I had to leave for work as could not wait any longer. They have been telling me that the engineer will call me and reach, but I have not recieved any call till this time (2:30 pm). Niether have the agency called me even once to check the status. I have been following up with them like an without getting the work done. This is pathetic and a clear case of making the customers suffer once the product is sold off. Moreover, the agency is pushing me to take an AMC. How can I or anyone take an AMC and be at the mercy of such agencies that do not care for the plight of the customers at all.

                Ashwani, I had purchase Kent RO grand plus water purifier from army CSD canteen(Bhusaval- Maharashtra). Now I want to set up this purifier in Delhi because of transfer. Will I get customers service help to set up the purification and what price I have to pay for that. I had purchased this purifier in Feb 2013.

                Kent RO filter after service issue

                Very sad after service, every 3 months it stops working and we need to spend 3500 each time, from Jan 2016 to may 2016, 3rd time we have called for service and already spent 10000. It's waste of money. At the time of purchase they said yearly once maintenance it may cost max 3500. Very disappointed.

                  I have purchased Kent grand plus RO water purifier and was installed on 12 may 11. As per policy I am entitled for free servicing of the product as well as free of cost parts replacement in case of any defect. My product stopped working on 27 May 11. I immediately contacted Kent service provider on [protected],who informed me that a technician would be sent as soon as possible. Nobody came. Even after repeated calls, till date nobody has come to repair the product, and my family has suffered health problems due to unsafe water.

                  We have been writing mails to send technician for our faulty ELITE II but no responce from the company.The Mumbai service incharge Mr Surender with mobile no.[protected] does not recieve calls and when some times he finally picks up the line then he says that we have not recd any mails and we will revert in five minutes.But these five minutes never over.

                  I bought kent purifier some time back.I called the company to replace its filters for which I was charged 1100 rs.The technician didn't service the purifier properly and water is continously flowing out of it and it has become a mess in the surrounding area where purifier is installed.I filed a complaint at the no. [protected] and spoken with the concerned person.I wa s told that the technician would be reaching to service within 2 hours and based on that I kept on waiting for him to come.I re-filed the complaint and till now (already 3 days are over) nobody has turned up.This company seems out to be very unprofessional company as I have experienced some or the other problems from time to time since I bought this product(ro+uv) from them.They don't care for the customers once they sell their product but yes one thing is there if I call them to replace filters or for some paid service they will immediately reach your home to serve you.The technicians are highly unskilled and completely ignorant of their work...so guys beware of before calling them as you never know whether they would fix something or create the mess.
                  After doing AMC Kent authorized service center in Kolkata area doesn't show up after 6 repeated request and each time I call the lady says they will come on the following day. Pathetic service.
                  Have registered complaint almost six times but Kent is not paying any heed to solv the problem... it has been going on for more than 15 days...why did they sell the product?
                  Also they sent inexperienced engineers to look at the problem and have given an excuse that parts not available... can you correct the issue?

                    Our complaint is pending from mid of may 2011
                    Mr Bhadhwaj service manager Gurgaon of KENT RO SYSTEM spoke on 3rd june to solve machine problem but till today 5th june it is still pending except for one part which is not in AMC contract is charged for and is changed but U V LAMP which comes under AMC contract is not been replaced and we still have to buy water bottles from market .
                    For motor it always in short supply and only used or rewinded motors are given to AMC contact customer .And customer accept to buy in cash then what part is available.
                    Best part is Mr Bhadwaj is not picking up his mobile no [protected] and also not responding to my SMS regarding replacement o[censored]V LAMPS.

                    This KENT RO SYSTEM works on slow motion mode till the part is under AMC contract but works over time if a part is to be charged from the customer .

                      I purchased Kent Grand + RO system from next showroom,sector 14, Gurgaon on dated 03.01.11 m/c no. KR[protected]. since last 1one and half months abnormal coming from mc during run ( to make up water level ) i registered my compliant to next showroom on 3-5-11 & So many times call to Mr Raniveer ( [protected] ), Mr Sunil ( [protected] ) & NEXT SHOWROOM[protected] , the all gave the assurance to recify the problem but till date and time neither they send the technetion nor arrange to rectify the problem. So, please take the neccesary action & do the needful.

                        kent i hopeless service, because of hema malini in advertise we tought its good, but not.i suggest not to buy this product.
                        Very bad services... Forced me to take AMC after taking it I am following from 2 weeks for the services but no respond and I am trying to reach [protected] one female picks the call and says "I will inform the technician" post that nothing happens. After shouting at her she gives some owner number which she only picks up. From past couple of days she is not picking at all. If you are not able to provide service refund my AMC amount on immediate basis.

                        I am also having the similar issue with these people. Took the AMC and did a service last month by a guy named Nagesh. The outside filter was not closed properly and so it is leaking. I called him n times and he said will come today, tomorrow...finally he stopped picking my call. I called the [protected] last week and the lady said will send the technician tomorrow, but didn't showed up till today. I had made more than 25 calls till today to get this fixed..still waiting..Is there any authority from Kent to take action against these cheating people?

                          TO KENT RO SYSTEMS,

                          WE HAD PURCHASED KENT RO SYSTEM FOUR YEARS BACK AND SINCE THEN WE HAVE TAKEN AMC OF THE SYSTEM. BUT FROM LAST YEAR THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR WHEN EVER A COMPLAINT IS MADE IT TAKE 2/3 DAYS FOR THE PERSON TO VISIT AND ALWAYS WILL BE SHORT OF PARTS FOR WHICH CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER FOR ANOTHER FEW MORE DAYS. FROM LAST FEW TIMES OUR COMPLAINTS REGARDING MOTOR ALWAYS WAS REPLACED WITH SOME OLD OR REWINDED MOTOR AND MAKING SAME EXCUSE "NOT IN STOCK".
                          TODAY OUR WATER WHEN CHECKED TDM WAS 400 PLUS AFTER TREATMENT OF KENT RO SYSTEM BUT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO SPARE MOTOR WE BEEN ASKED TO SUFFER FOR NEXT FEW DAYS AS OR WHEN MOTOR WILL COME THEN ONLY THEY WILL CHANGE IT

                          I THINK JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR SERVICE FOR ONE FULL YEAR THE COMPANY IS TAKING US FOR A RIDE.
                          IF WE DONT HAVE AMC AND WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY IN CASH FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE PART THEN EVERY THING IS AVAILABLE

                          I THINK KENT RO SYSTEMS ARE NOT BOTHERED AT ALL ABOUT THERE COMPLAINS AND REPUTATION IN MARKET.
                          THE JUST WANT TO MAKE BIG MONEY IN SELLING THERE SYSTEMS AND IN SELLING A.M.C. BUT NOT TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE END USER.
                          VERY SAD STATE OF AFFAIR.
                          Mr Bhadhwaj service manager Gurgaon of KENT RO SYSTEM spoke on 3rd june to solve machine problem but till today 5th june it is still pending except for one part which is not in AMC contract is charged for and is changed but U V LAMP which comes under AMC contract is not been replaced and we still have to buy water bottles from market .
                          Best part is Mr Bhadwaj is not picking up his mobile no [protected] and also not responding to my SMS regarding replacement o[censored]V LAMPS.

                          This KENT RO SYSTEM works on slow motion mode till the part is under AMC contract but works over time if a part is to be charged from the customer .

                          No use of taking AMC from KENT RO SYSTEM

                          Yes yesterday after lunch the issue got resolved but for that i had to make number of phone calls to your gurgaon office and request your service department to repair it on a urgent basis.

                          WE HAVE GOT INSTALLED A NEW KENT GRAND PLUS MINERAL RO S/N : KR[protected] VIDE INVOICE NO. 5SM[protected]N 04 OCT.2010. SINCE LAST ONE WEEK, I AM FACED WITH PROBLEM OF WATER NOT COMING OUT OF THE SYSTEM.YOUR SERVICE REP.                           We have purchased one kent pearl water purifier (Sr. No. KR[protected]days ago, on 28.10.12, from Mother’s marketing, Pondicherry (copy attached). During installation the guy found some manufacturing default in the machine, which he explained as a loose connection to me and installed the machine any how. After 30 hrs only, on 30.10.12 there was some sound from the machine and water started pouring out from inside of the machine. Immediately we lodged a complaint to the dealer and humbly requested for the replacement of the system. They came after two days. Inspecting of the machine they are said that one part of system is broken now & they can replace the part only. The same technical guy admitted to me that the previous problem was a different one. But we wanted them to replace the whole machine becoz it has some manufacturing default and started giving problem before we can actually start using it. But they are refusing, saying that they cannot do this and you do whatever you want’. I had not expected this kind of treatment from people who are attach to a reputed, internationally recognized company.
                          We are doctors with a very busy schedule. It is very difficult for us to attend these problems repeatedly. Really this is a physical, mental and economical harassment for me.
                          I request you to look into this matter and get the machined replaced.
                          Kent has a good reputation in market becoz of which we bought this purifier after considering all the option. Please do not leave us in a state where we will regret our decision.
                          Now I want to know what I am supposed to do?
                          Reply as soon as possible so that I can proceed further.

                          Manufacturing Defect

                          Yesterday I book Kent Prime at Velocity Distributor Thane Mumbai and today at 1pm I received the same and I paid the full amount Of Rs.17000/- . But when the Technician came at 3pm he opened the Box and we found that the Connector damaged/Defected and and not in working condition.

                          So I request you to replace the machine and give me the new machine otherwise just return my amount .

                          I am very disappointed due this type of service by Dealer.

                            We bought RO from Kent on 7/7/10.after installation whn we asked about the details of the product & the maint we were told that engr from the coy will come for the purpose.till date no one came & now filter is not functioning since last 4 days customer care is not responding even after holding the phone for 15 minutes.whn we spoke to the head office we are getting only verbal assurance.probably they are passing time so that warranty is expired. Worst coy,worst after sale service, arrogant behavior of people we wasted our hard earned money in buying stress& humiliation.nobody should buy anything from this coy. Shameful a MP is recommending this coy product in ads.

                              just a simple suggestion never buy a kent RO water purifier, horrible service in chennai, the service engineer Mr. Samual (never trust him) he is yet to visit after 30 days and 49 calls on his mobile phone, always a simple reply that he is reaching in 15 mins and he is very busy as the company sells so many products
                              even the Regional head in south fails to support.

                              just dont buy kent ro u can never hope to get services

                              I fully agree with what is being said by Saifualla.

                              I have a Kent RO, and it just has'nt worked since i purchased in last year. We've been following with the dealer, the sales manager of the company (Mr. Yamini) and now recently even the Service manager of the company (Mr. Ramakrishna Raju).

                              Whenever we call them, all they say is that the water in our building has a problem. Or they would say, we are coming in 30mins...all crap. Obviously there is a problem with the water in the building thats why i spent Rs.25000 on buying a stupid KENT RO for purifying it.

                              Please guys, throw your valued money in a dustbin, that would be a better way to waste money instead of buying a Kent RO.

                              The service manager of the company is even scared to give his email address, fearing that i would document every nonsense they are doing here.

                              On the contrary, I have been using Aquaguard for ages now, there are rarely any issues in the product and whenever i need service, all i need to do is make a call...

                              My blackberry even carries a message on my profile "I Hate KENT RO."...i guess guys you can understand how sick Kent can be to take me to this much irritation.
                              Since last 1 month we had been complaining about our Kent water purifier but the problem is not getting resolved. Also the technician from Bhilai (Chhatisgarh) service center visits after 2-3 days of logging the complaint. Is this your target for complaint resolution? Can you please get the issue resolved. I have logged complaint through facebook portal again 4 days back, but they are not bothered to solve the problem.

                              Does Kent thinks that customers don't have any other option????

                                I had bought a kent ro plant in aug 2010. The warranty of the product is 1yr. I have recently moved in from port blair and want to get the ro installed.
                                the request was logged on 21 mar at 0930hrs but there has been no response from the company rep till now. The complaint no is 96754. There have been 03 reminders given on the customer care and everytime the response is that within 24 hrs it will be completed. It is hard to believe as to what type of clock do the Kent RO people follow that the time of 24 hrs have not been completed even after 72 hrs of the request.
                                The services require immediate attention.

                                  I have purchased Kent RO Systems Ltd on 14/11/2009 Invoice No.SSM 90002171 from Kent RO System 204, Ansal Majestic tower Vikash Puri Community centre New Delhi-110018

                                  During warrenty period I was forced to get change filters which cost me about 1200/- Rupees. When ever their service technician comes he was insisting me to purchase external filter privately. I made his complain to the concerned section but no action has been taken against him. Rather after this complain he use to harress me. When ever he visited my house rather than giving satisfactory service he do the mischieve with the machine and spoil one or othe part for which I have to pay the cost.

                                  I was forced to have AMC with the company. All the costly part does not covered in AMC. For last 4 visit this man has again asked me to get change the filters as they are chocked. To great surprise the other man came from the company for service said that these filters are all right it is the motor which is to be replaced. After replacing the motor the system was working fine. During the month of February this man (Mishra) came for service and as per his practice he is forcing me to change the Membarane which cost approc. Rs. 2100/- as according to him TDS control is not functioning properly as at present (on 19/5/2011) it 190 where as directly from the tap is 210.

                                  I am govt servant and having only megere source of Income i.e. only salary. How can I spent Rs. 500/- on monthly average at this machine. I am not left with any alternate except to request your kind office to get me justice.

                                  The KENT RO as company made tall promises at the time of selling the product but when it comes to after sales service then they make their customer from pillar to post as the people working for the company are just trained to sell the product but at Customer Care had no such information of the services rendered by the company. Right now I am in a dilemma wether to get the machine in working order and pay..

                                  Looking at this juncture what is important for us in the family is to have supply of softwned water then to wait for justice. so finally thought of writing to Customer Court for justice.

                                      I have a kent water purifier under croma extended warranty.Now it is not working properly and having defect, for which I lodged a complaint at croma extended warranty customer care at [protected], around more than 1.5 months, till now my complaint is not rectified. I have to call the customer care almost daily. Daily they people give assurance that today it will be done, but of no use. 1.5 months have passed, irritating me.I have talked to the senior person Mr. mahesh at [protected], Mr. Pandey at [protected] several times, but of no use. I haven't seen such height of negligence of service, harrassing the common man even in warranty period.I would not recommend anyone to have CROMA EXTENDED WARRANTY . They people are just making money and making fool o[censored]s.

                                      eight of negligence of service

                                      we have purchased the water purify last year Dec -11. below are complaints details after usage of 4 months

                                      1) On 18th April 12 their was water leakage & Service Manager Mr. shailendra came to fix the issue & in hurry he fixed INLET pipe to out let due to that the R-O membrane was gone bad.
                                      2) 19th April engineer visit the site & informs us the membrane will replaced in warranty within by 3 days & their was no response till 27th April.
                                      3) on 27th April Mr Shailendra informs us the warranty waived off due to usage of filter more than 5 hrs a day & use of hard water.
                                      4)On 28 Th we asked to instal new R-O membrane & cost will beard by us. Engineer come & install the new RO membrane & observed that the water pump is not working therefore he was not in position to fix the issue. After a long chase the vendor came on 2 ND may to repair the pump & installed a old pump & informed us that the new pump will send back after the repairing.
                                      5) On 5th May once again the water leak's from pump we informed the vendor he came on 12th May to repair & while repairing the leakage the adapter of filter was gone bad.
                                      6) on 12th May the vendor came to fix the adapter without proper tools & hence was not able to fix the issue.
                                      After investing Rs 8250 for RO membrane we are not able to use the Filter for last one month. The service is pathetic hence will suggest to think before going to kent or kaypee for water purifier in Pune
