[Resolved] Koryo — TV Complaint

Hi All, I have purchase a TV (29") from Big Bazaar (EDM Mall), the company is Koryo. After two months, i am facing problems and after so many requests / call - the engineer has came and repaired and after three months i am again having same probs but this time engineer not came and finally i was repaired from local electrician and now the same probs come out but this time i am planning to exchange this worst TV. Friends, i am strongly recommend, pls dont buy Koryo product - even not in free... I am also want tell some words to Big Bazaar Team - "Yaar tum logo ko is bakwas brand ke alawa kuch aur nahi mila" - kyo apna brand kharab kar rahe ho... my name is manjunath i'm a poor worker in one small shop my wife ask for a TV.So i went to BIG BAZAR in bangalora & i bought a tv in my 1st salary.after 2 months that TV starts giving problems that automatically it gets switched off then after 10 minites if i switch on the tv then it works for few minits then agen same problem.SO being an a friend i request u people not to buy the koryo products.so u will also face same problem in fuature.better u pay 1000 rs more and buy a branded company products.

i have brought KORYO TV.

I am facing very big problem right now.Nobody can repair it what i feel i have to throw it but i am not getting any place to throw it.i dont want to spoil the place even.

Tv child lock is on i cant unlock it, in THis TV there is no option to unlock the child lock.

If any one has ans. pls mail me.

Go to the channel which is locked and pres "---" key for few sec .. it would be unlocked, also repeat this for tune lock

I have bought koryo tv before 2 month after some tv I get problem towards this. this automaticatically closed after some time . I suggest to everyone kindly don't waste to your money to buy this tv. Kindly if some one help do need ful

Hi,

Am also a customer of KORYA TV.

There is some problem with it. Am not finding whom to complain. The numbers mentioned in the brochure doesn't work. No body takes the call.

Is a little frustrating.

I am not getting remote for koryo tv.I am following up with jeevesh electronics recommended by big bazar customer care.But those people always tells remote is not in stok.This means product support is lagging for koryo TV

I am very much agreed with the service level they have is very very worst, I have purchased a 29 inch TV in from Big Bazar Lucknow. With in month time its started showing its colors, then i have complain not working then they have exchange the TV. Again after 2 yrs completed same problem started not able to switch on the TV.

Koryo — Geyser not heating up water

my recently bought (in oct) from ezone in hyderabad has stopped working and noone picks up the phone on the customer care no provided.

I purchase a KORYO LCD TV on dated 09 July 2011 from big bazaar, Sahara Ganj, Lucknow, after 15 day I am facing problem, TV is switched off, I complaint to service center many times, but today is after 1and 1/2 month there is no solution. Friends, i am strongly recommend, pls dont buy Koryo product - even not in free...and also don't PURCHASE any electronics product from BIG BAZAAR, bill quality and service of big bazaar is very poor. Purchase electronics product only from authorized dealer.

Koryo — 6 months since issues not solved

Writing this complaint on 14/SEPTEMBER/2011. The Koryo water heater which is still under warranty got repaired in last APRIL. I have registered a complaint on the same(in APRIL) with Koryo customer care and it is been **SIX MONTHS** but not yet fixed. After no response for about initial two months I been calling the customer care for every week(really on saturdays/Sundays) and every time I get the same response that "We will get back to you on Monday" but they never did. More than the issue of the water heater is not fixed, I feel cheated. These thieves/frauds should be severely punished. NEVER/EVER BUY KORYO PRODUCTS.
