[Resolved]  Koryo, Microwave — Poor quality of product and after sales service

I purchased one Koryo Microwave Grill machine from Hometown Hyderabad on 04/09/2008. Within a few days of purchase the machine started giving troubles.After lodging complaint for 3 times one person (not sure whether that person was an authorized person, as none of the mechanics carry their Company ID card and you cannot ensure whether authorized company personnel is repairing your machine) came and tried to repair the machine.But that person failed to repair!! therefore, I had to ask the Uppal service centre for another mechanic and from that point of time they started showing temper as if they were doing a favour to me.After 2 weeks of constant follow up, finally one person came and repaired the machine (!!!) After a month or so, the Grill machine stopped working.Again after a long follow up even with the Call centre (E-care) !!! one person finally came and declared the machine non-repairable as it had a manufacturing defect, but all of a sudden after talking to the Service Centre manager he changed his mind and said that the customer should request the Service Centre Manager for a replacement or further repair.When we did so, the Manager started behaving like the MD of Home Solutions retail Limited and we felt like street beggars begging for 1 Rupee.The manager developed some new warranty clauses on his own like the customer should take the Microwave Machine (have you ever heard of that???) to the service centre to get it repaired and must pay for the cost of the spare parts and although the machine had a manufacturing defect, we should not ask for a replacement! Even the call centre personnel tried to convince us in the line of the manager, and above all they don't have any supervisors.I tried to reach to the supervisors but most of the time I found them to be out of office (God knows what they supervise during office time by not staying in office).After 2-3 days the manager stopped receiving my calls and only when I wrote a mail to the H.O, I got some response from him.He started playing new tricks by sending mechanics who are not capable of repairing the machine at very inconvenient times (like 10 p.m. in the night) also not informing me in advance about the mechanics visit and forcing us to write satisfactory comments even though the mechanic did no repairing job.Now, the machine has even stopped its normal functions like normal microwaving and has become a piece of costly junk .Till date I am following up with the H.O. regarding the same and considering a legal step against the company.
I would like to request/advice all of you, never go for Koryo products, the products might be cheap and might look attractive, but buying the same would mean buying lottery tickets, literally!!!

Dear friend,
Full sympathy with you, these vendors o[censored]nbranded assembled whiteline goods do, somethimes even the branded ones do.
Simply why not file a case with the consumer court send him a copy. Hope you have the proofs of the declaration that there is a manufacturing defect, and hope you have not given satisfactory letter to the company.

Due to low price and product details I was getting inclined towards purchashing washing Machine and television of Koryo company. But now i m not going to risk my bucks for such a company which is providing such an excellent customer support. You really tried very hard by following the repairment. About me i am sure that i will leave following and my money will be doomed.

So really thanks..

koryo micro oven — stop working within warranty period

we have purchased a koryo multimate microoven model no.KMG 2111from the Kharagpur BIGBAZAR on 19/11/2008.It has a warranty period of 2 years.It stopped working on 12/10/2010.we launched a telephonic complaint on 4/11/2010 to the KORYO E-CARE All India service number.My complaint no.is 270861.Nobody attained after passing 5 days,i have dialled them again.They gave me the number of kharagpur service center which had already been closed a few months ago.Now my question is (1)Who will take the responsibility to repair the oven?(2)I have launched my complaint within warranty peiod then why should not I avail the promised service of warranty?
I have Purchased a washing machine from Big Bazaar Sangli. In spin mode it makes noise like aeroplane. Made a complaint. Then several phone calls. The service provider never says no. But never turns up.

Now the outlet of Big Bazaar in Sangli has been closed.(What else will happen if they will provide such bad quality goods and worst quality service?)

What can I do now? Will Mr. Biyani spare some time for such issues instead of writing books and boasting himself?

Otherwise People will catch him at public place. (Even Sharad Pawar was not spared)

i have purchased a grill microwave oven from southxmall big bazar Kanpur, actually we have lost the complaint number of koryo and we found many problem actually we don't know how to set the temperature of oven while baking and grilling . plz solve my problem

I have purchased Microwave Model No. KMC 2122, Bib Bagar, City Mall 36, Raipur (C.G.) vide bill no.Bill No. T25/12812 Bill date 08.06.2010. Since 2010 to till it is repaired from service center 4-5 times and machine still in service center from 4th April 2012.

I will not suggests any to purchase it.
