[Resolved]  KORYO PLATINUM 21" TV — POWER SWITCHED OFF FREQUENT.

21'' classic flatron t.v. — when i am power on my tv so that time vertical strips show on t.v. screen.

i have purchaised t.v. before six or sevan month modal- 21'' classic flatron, i have a problem since last week my problem is that when i do power on so that time strips show on the screen. and present time i am unable for wacth t.v.

i had do note compland to your dealer. after three days one tecnical person came my home he opened t.v. cabnet and do some work and said to my mother it is not ok right time i come back after two days.
but he is not come again if i called him he make some evashion.
i am puzalled . so please remove my problem .

I am also facing the same problem..I bought the TV two weeks back and the power is switched off after some time

KORYO TV is the worst TV i had seen in my life.Within 1 month of purchase i called Koryo customer care 5 times...Please dont buy this TV

I am bought a TV KORYO PLATINUM 21 at big bazar. My Problem is My telivision screen colour is corner side pink. and i complaint to service centre shaker pur branch 4 time. but no responce .

I PURCHASED IT FROM BIG BAZAAR...THE PICTURE IN IT IS BUBLING OR DANCING...AND AUTOMATIC POWER OFF...

CAN U GUIDE ME ON THIS.

twice i requested change in my TV Korya 21KSR due to bad picture quality .

I'v registered a complaint, waitin n watching.

I am also facing same problem with Sound system & DVD's USB port.
But I have one suggestion, not only for KORYO TV, for any product purchased from BIG BAZAR & within warranty,

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the subject cited above the Koryo TV i had purchased 4 years back is now creating some unusual sound when i switch on the TV.

This makes me uncomfortable to watch the TV & switch off for some time and restart it again. But the problem continues.

Pls help me to permanently get rid of this problem .


Besides this the TV is awesome for so many years. Value for Money.
