[Resolved] LG Dishwasher — Pathetic Service from LG
I am disappointed to state that the quality of service I am receiving to my complaint is pathetic in Bangalore. I want to escalate this matter to the highest possible level and I will do that if I don't get an acknowledgement to this email.
Here is the description of my problem. I logged a complaint on 19th November (B[protected] regarding the LG dishwasher functionality and was not paid attention to at all. I kept on calling the service center for two weeks before the engineer showed up at my place on 1st December. He spent hardly 10 minutes and said, we have to take the dishwasher to service center to replace a part. He said, he will arrange for someone to come and pick it up the very next day. It has been since then, we are calling every other day without any result and to our surprise, we were given another complaint number (S7CC0601087) saying, please use this one instead of the previous one, which was opened on Friday, 7th December if I remember the date correctly. I believe this is to show in the system that the case is not open for too long.
In a nutshell, this was the worst experience of my life. An immediate action on this complaint and acknowledgement of this email is highly appreciated.
