I purchased one 1.5 tonne Split Air conditioner on 24.05.2007 from L.P.Electronics, Cuttack, Orissa who is the authorized show room of LG company. the same dealer has a subsidiary named Laxmi Service Centre and it is the authorised service provider of L.G Company . The company has to provide four free services in a year ie, within the period of warranty. On repeated calls one service was provided on 05.12.2007 and thereafter no body listens to complaints. The warranty will expire three days hence. What should I do ?

    i had purchased lg split on 20 feb, it had developed some problems, the same has been confirmed by lg tecnician and he told will replace the part in 2 days. I have complained 10 times but really surprised that no one is bothered. Its my new ac and such services is offered. my compl no. W8c51402064 dated -14 may 08, and another W8c52000381 dt.21-5-08. I hope some strict action is taken against LG. I want my mnoney back as its a new ac and developed the probelms so it is obvious it gonna create more problems in near future and by that time my warranty would have alredy been exprired. there are som many of my friends who are SUFFERING FROM LG PRODUCTS AS IT IS OF WORST QUALITY.

    We are getting a problem in split AC since a week, its not cooling..we are calling up constantly but no body is picking phone at the call centre..once i spoken to some lady she replied to raise reminder for that particular complain..we are not happy with your services..Can you do it our problem resolve now..

    i dont agree wid the statement wat maulik said ...lg is a very olod company i have been using lg products for more than 8 years till now i have not received any complaints ..now as u said some strict action should be taken u can always go to the consumer court and lodge an complaint and need please i[censored] r buying lg products u should know wat lg is famous for ..for ac u need to check ogerneral and ifb and even sapphire ..ur the biggest LT i have ever seen

      I have an Lg refrigerator which is approximately 2 years old purc chased from Jamnagars-Mahavir Electronics .since dec 2008 it started makind very much noice. we had logged complaint on 15.04.2008 .the complaint id was W8C41505267 which was going to be handled within 2 days of complaint but after so many follow ups and reminders your engineer came to us on 28.04.2008 and rectifed the problem.we were informed by Jamnagar dealer that the service charge would be Rs 250/- but the engineer charged Rs 335/-. He didn't replace any part of the refrigerator. me or my husband was not there at the time of his visit. my mother was there at home and she gava 335/- as your engineer told that min service charge is Rs 335/-. In addition to that he has not provided any bill or receipt of the same . We had complaint about the same when we received the call from your customer care and they promised to send the bill within some time but till date we have not received any bill. plz fix your chages structure and advice your engineer to arrange to provide us bill for his service.

      After purchasing from very begining my refrigerator (390lt) is not working properly. Your mechanic has came several times but problem has not been solved. They suggested for new one replace this. Please take care off.

        On 19 th april my parents Dr. C.M. Mathews had complained to the LG service centre that the fridge. GRE362FRD was not working.A service man named Biju [protected] visited and diagnosed the complaint as a compressor problem. Took a recipt for Rs 100/ and said when the compressor comes he will repair it. Three weeks have passed and when I made a call to the toll free number (complaint no:S8C[protected] they said that the complaint was looked into and addressed!! I replied that the fridge still hasn't been repaired and repeated calls to BIJU received the answer that the compressor hasn't arrived yet. Any way two days back we got it repaired locally for the same price as quoted by the serviceman but with one year warranty.
        I was the one instrumental in getting my parents to buy an LG refridgerator as their after sale service was good. Is this how one deals with customers? Anyway LG has lost a customer for good and definitely this experience will be passed onto others.

          Yesss... I am a postpaid customer and my bill reflect this 64611010 numer and was billed Rs.10/- for each in the 'SMS-Other' section. These are arond 40 and was charged Rs.383/- I never use any such number or service in my knowledge and called up the customer care to know about this and they said like that this charge i for downloads from the above said number. I wondered to know that I have downloaded??? never I downloaded (maybe my mobile is downloading such context as it went bored when I was not talkig... hahahaha or maybe receiving that sms itself considered a download?) this is really ridiculous.

          I've been receiving this message "Modelofday" from 6411001 since Dec.23, 2008 and being charged Re.1 for which I have not subscribed for. Logged several complaints at Airtel P.R.O. CENTRE AND COMPLAINT CELL as well as CUSTOMER CARE, every executive at these places give the same answer Sir we are sorry and weare logging a complaint for de - activating this service, Sir it will take 09 hours, Sir it will take 24 hours for this service to get de - activated. Everything seems possible but at Airtel after receiving these kind of false assurances, I am unable to understand whether I need to discontinue using their services.

            We purchased an AC one year back. However in the past one year despite our repeated requests we have been able to service our AC only once. From the past three weeks we have been trying to get our second service done but of no avail The customer service people just seem to be interested in generating complaint ids and request nos . Beyond that they are least bothered about what happens thereafter. The service center (Bhushan Services, andheri east) headed by mr unmesh has this uncanny ability of not picking up our calls.
            Last week the service center promised that they would send a executive this week. however on contacting the customer service they had apparently closed our service request. Wish i had purchased another company ac! Saying that the service is "pathetic " would be an understatement.

            Now after a year its Video is running perfectly but Sound gets Disabled, I mean sound not working.

            Repairman takes it and after 3 months passed.. still they didnot replying me.

            I am very regret to say that I had Purchased LCD 42LG80FR of rs 64000/- on Dated 27 march 2009. i had complain for my LCD Before last month o[censored]nder Warranty to Call centre on Toll free num but that time no one give me proper response i tried two times again but not responding proper.then i visit with shop keeper then he gave me Service Incharge Number then i called him Many times but he did not pick my phone but after some days i called him with another number then he picked my phone i told my all situation to him then a engineer came at my place for repair then i told him all situation but he demand me for pay ammount.i know if my product damage then ammount is applicable but my product was not damage that was immditealy fault.so i did not give any ammount to him i demand him that pls provide my complain number then he told me that its not with him..then he go back after that I totally harrsaed due to L.G after sale services. now that time my warranty was expired, I complained again after two days of my Expired warranty I called again Customer care number then I told him all situations he give me complain number C10B1015512 but that time my product expired of two days of warranty.then Engineer came again I again told him all situation then he also want pay amount.i know that time he was right to demand to amount but I deny him because I want my Warranty days get back for service.After That I generate again Complain number to disscuss all situation on customer service number RNA[protected] but again demand for Paying amount.Now that Time I totally frustrated & I also decided that I never Purchase L.G Product & never suggest to any one to Purchase that Worst Brand Product.
            But I want some Questions with L.G Service
            A:If L.G services always ready to charge amount then who is responsible to reimburse the waste of customer time.Is customer Value or amount are dust for that Brand ??
            B:If L.G Service Person are not responder then that was also a customer Fault.
            Please do something on my case if Any person are in L.G have responsibilities to resolve my issue otherwise I waste my 64000/- on that worst brand product but I am not agree to pay any amount for service that time only.

            LG / Home Theater — Service during Warranty time

            I bought my LG Hometheater model no. HT924SF worth Rs. 14000 before few months ago, it has service warrenty of 1 year and till the product is under warrenty, I got problem of DVD playing immediatly after 3 months of purchase, I register my complain to customer care they sent person but it was not done, I have register my compalin for more then 7 times from month of march once I personally took my Home theater to their workshop for few days but it was not done, I felt that either workshop peoples are not well equiped and educated or they try to resolve it whithout finding fault or Company fault ... Now I dont want to carry that DVD last time today I have register my complain to LG Customer Care for replacing it, and don t want to waste my futher valueable time to repair it ... Please let me know how can I claim on company to replace my DVD...

            I have been approached by the Service station and asked me to submmit the copy of product bill for replacement process, I have submmitted the same on 15th June, 11, once they received the fresh product for replacement they will call me up, Incase if it happens and goes smooth for future then I would be satisfy and probably looing for LG products for future...
            Fully agree. We bought several LG units for our office, there was only one service given in warranty period and that too after a lot of chasing. At end of warranty period, the fan blade broke, LG agent says part not available, LG service team is just passing the buck. This despite the fact that our office is in the same building as LG!

            Hai my name is Engals.S, i had purchased a LG LCD TV on 21th April, 2011 from viveks purasawalkam, Chennai. The TV was faulty having automatically on, off problem which on complaint the customer care on 28/12/2011 on Pondicherry BALAJI ELECTRONICS but the complaint is registered on 2/01/2012 the complaint no RNA[protected] but

            A technician was sent from the company who visited my place on 12/1/2012 a technician Mr Senthil visited and said that the mother board has problem and he said the mother board have ordered it will come 2 or 3 days but I spoke to customer care at that time Mr shylash attend my call and he told the mother board come soon on some more days, Than the technician 18/01/2012 the mother board received and 19/01/2012 come to my home and fixed the mother board but not work after that he told SMBS has problem, after that I waited for some months and than I spoke to customer care at that time Mr shylash attend my call than I told to 2 months I wait but also the problem not solved,
            After on Pondicherry BALAJI ELECTRONICS manager Mr nagarajan given me a spare TV, than the SMBS received and 15/02/2012 but its not worked properly than another SMBS as fixed it is also not worked properly than 16/02/2012 took my tv to service center than they have updated some software he told now the tv is working the complaint closed, after I have shifted to my home villupuram, than I checked the TV on 2/3/2012 it does not work after that I call customer care Mr shylash in the 3 months I have faced 3 problems so I suggest to give a new TV replacement, I registered the the complaint on 2/03/2012 RNA[protected] on villupuram, after 3/3/2012 a technician Mr and than he checked the tv and told us same automatically on, off problem than I spoke to villupuram manager Mr raghu that I need a new tv replacement he also agree, And he told to wait for some more days, and every week I call him and ask about new a tv replacement, at time he told the formalities is going on, I spoke to Chennai service engineer Ms menaka also know my problem, I spoke to Mr raghu on 22/3/2012 he told to me your tv replacement is not approved so that u speak to Mr prabakaran while speaking with him he is not responding me properly, than I speak Mr Stephen he also agreed I will tell in this week, than I speak customer care Mr shylash also he also agreed, so I wait only 3 day .
            kindly I will request you to solve my problem sonly, other wise I have full evidence of complaint numbers, emails and audios and I will take this problem to consumer court..

            I fully AGREE with above. I have same experience with LG Refrigerator. I had problem during the one year warranty period. I had registered my complaint on 21st March. On 23rd, a technician visited and found that gas filling is required and they would take the fridge to their service center. No on came to pick up the fridge. After calling several times on the Customer Care no. and to the service center, finally they picked up it on 26th and verbally promised to return the same on 28th. After 28th, I have repeatedly called Customer Care and the Service Center but there is no proper answer. On 29th the service center promised to return the fridge on 30th morning. However, They have still not returned the fridge.

            Moreover, the service centre guys are not picking up phones. I have complained to Customer Care but they dont do any thing but say sorry and we will do follow up on priority.

            The LG Service Center in question is Digital Care, Ahmedabad.

              I bought LG refrigerator Model NO. GR- S592QLC, Serial No. J96-405KR00052 four yrs ago. It was working fine till june last year until one fine day the door of the refrigerator came out. I called the complaint center and the problem was rectified. But again after a week the same problem occurred and I complained again and again the problem was solved but this time the engineer Mr. D.S. Chauhan who came to attend the complaint call told us that we have to get the door replaced for which the approximate cost is Rs.10000/- and on the other hand he said that incase I take the Annual Maintainence Contract (AMC) the door will be replaced “free of cost” as it is covered in AMC contract. As we know that usually the AMC does not cover spare part replacement so I asked him in particular that are you sure door is covered under AMC and he asked us to be rest assured that the same will be done but after 15- 20 days of taking the contract. So, finally he sold the AMC to me at the cost of Rs 5400/-.

              The refrigerator was again working fine till about 2 months but then suddenly door came out again. This time I complained again but to my surprise I was told that MR. D.S. Chauhan has sold AMC to me on a wrong promise, changing of door was not covered in it. I felt cheated and called the Area Sales Manager, Mr. Arun Rawat- he was co-operative and said that he understand that AMC was sold on wrong promise and since nothing is written on the paper only help he can do is get the door repaired “free of cost”. OR buy new refrigerator and he will offer some discount on it. Mr Arun sent the engineer to take the door for repair after 14days and there was no responsibility taken to give the standby refrigator for the particular period.

              I am told that you have no spare parts available for this particular model as it is not in production any more.

              One representative of your company told me that there was fault in the design of the refrigerator (the door is made heavy) so I should not keep anything in the door. What kind of solution is this??

              Last time when I complained – the engineer was well prepared with the answer that he cannot help me on this issue anymore.

              As I would have known earlier I would have not bought the AMC rather I would have gone for new door. My AMC money is wasted and also incase LG found out that there is some problem with the design it should on its own recall the refrigerator and replaced. This is pure negligence of the company. WE the consumers have to pay for it and now there is nobody responding to my emails and nobody contacting us. I am left with a defective refrigerator.

              I keep getting emails from MR. Aseem Khan that MR. Janak Doshi will get in touch with me but no one contacts.

              Now the door is repaired atleast 4 times but still it keeps coming out, I cannot use it anymore. Last week when LG repaired the door I told them repair it only when you are sure that it will work otherwise give me new door. But as no spare parts are available for this particular model they assured me that the repaired door will work for long.

              Is LG responsible about this issue???? Is the life of their product so short??? If yes, then they should not commit any promise of good product. If LG feels responsible then why don’t they contact me.

                  My grievance related to Payment of compensation of Rs. 35000/- due to late delivery of refrigerator, late replacement of broken vegetable tray & harassment from all the related officials etc. (vide complaint no.[protected], dated 25.03.08 &[protected] dated 07.04.08) has not settled in spite of my repeated request to several of LG Services officials but nobody are taking it seriously.                   In spite of the above communications nobody from LG Electronics within India OR from Korea has initiated for fruitful solution to sort-out the issues, It is my patient to follow-up with all the concern persons through mobile phone and through Email i.e. Sh Sumit Bajaj ([protected]), Sh. Bhatiaji ([protected]), Md. Aseem Khan, LG Customer care, Head office, Greater Noida ([protected]) and Dealer’s Rep Sh. Gunjan ([protected]) from last two weeks and the final result is humiliation of myself. All the above Officers are with the dealer M/s Jeevan Jee Refrigerators, at Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi, and nobody is interested to listen from my side that how much trouble I have faced from last one month due to late delivery of refrigerator on 27.03.08 in place of 12.03.08, Breakage of Kangaroo tray (Veg. tray) & non replacement of the same till 25.04.08 and delivery of items vide invoice dated 09.03.08 in place of 27.03.08.

                  I have also paid an amount of 14000/- through the said cheque (given by my family on 27.03.08 without my knowledge) as balance payment, due to pressure of payment by the Dealer, but my grievance related to compensation had not been settled till date. It seems that nobody is interested to replace the same & understand the real facts, may be all the concern officers of LG Company are guided by the dealer because they are very much interested for dealer’s part. I have also given many noticed to the concern officials of LG Services all over the world.

                  They have also given me two fake coupons of Rs. 20, 000 & 34 coupons of Rs. 1000 each for which I could not get any prize as they assured for 100% prize for two coupons of Rs. 20, 000 each.

                  I personally feel that this company is a group of thieves because you cannot trust any of their officers including top level officers at India & Korea.

                  You are requested to settle the same at the earliest.

                  This is to report ineffeciency of the LG staff to repair my LG refrigerator.

                  I had reported a defect in my unit on 13th April 09 and i am still waiting for someone from LG services to repair my unit. Also this is not the 1st time i a m facing such severe concerns with LG service, i have faced the same concerns in the past aswell.

                  I have been contacting the service agency owner My Dilip Sharma, Supervisor Riyaz, repair executive Monu sharma and representative from LG regional office Mr Rajinder Bhatt in these last 9 days to somehow get my unit repaired however all i have recieved till date is lame excuses.

                  On 18th April Mr Bhatt had assured me that the the damaged part (PCB) had been ordered from Pune and the unit will be repaired maximum by 20th April, however when no one turned up on Monday as well and i called up Mr Bhatt and Mr sharma they again had another excuse that the part has still not recieved by them and they are still waiting for the same. This is a big lie and lame excuse as if the part was coming by air (as told to me) then why would the part not reach the agency or the regional office since there has been no plane crash that i am aware of.

                  Finally i was assured by Mr Bhatt that a standby unit would be delivered at my residence till my unit gets repaired, however that has also not happened till date and i am still in the same soup.

                  Finally i have consulted my laywer and decided to move this case in the consumer forum and file the charges of consumer harassment and also decided to do away with this LG unit and buy another refrigarator of a better brand than this non responsible brand.

                  LG — In spite of several follow ups replacement of defective Refrigerator is not being done

                  I have bought LG refigerator model no. 265 TM,unit serial no. 000919 on 12/04/09 from Prakash electronics ,Gandhidham. From the begining there was a problem in Refrigerator. Water was coming inside the lower chamber of the refrigerator as it was double door refrigerator.
                  I have ignored in the begining, but as the condition becomes worse I loged a complaint. First complaint i have loged on 17.08.09 having complaint no. W9C81805699. In the series i have loged complaint's as even after the visit of service engineer the problem was not being rectified. The complint no's are W9C90207354 on 4/9/09, W9C91605517dated 16/9/09,C[protected] dated 24.09.09 along with that i have telephonically talked to the local representative of LG electronics at gandidhamseveral times.
                  After several visits of service engineer, one service engineer reported that its drain pipe is choked and need to shifted to there Service centre for repair. On 26.9.09 that have taken refrigerator to there service centre and not even reported back.After two days when i call local representative he informed me that there is a manufacturing defect in your refregerator and they are going to replace it with new one.After that i have given them a hard photocopy of my invoice and not only that i have them scanned copy of invoice as they have reported that there rajkot office have not received any hard copy from there gandhidham branch.
                  After several telecon with the local representative, Rajkot representative and whole gujrat representative till date 17.09.09 i have not got repleacement.Every time when i call them they are giving one or another excuse.Although they have informed me that new refrigerator is with transport and going to handover me on 16.09.09 still i have not got my new refregerator.

In this way your company not only have cheated me but also all the customers who purchase LG products in this exhibition between 06.08.2009 to 09.08.2009 on a L.G Exhibition, Arobindo Stadium at Burdwan(West Bengal). Your company has humiliated and jeopardized my social status and reputation in front of my official circle as a Divisional Engineer (Govt. Class-I officer) of West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited as well as in front of relatives, social & friends circle. After declaring the lottery winner in the exhibition dais in front of large number of customers, officials of L G electronics, owner of the dealer of L G products i.e Joy Electronics, Burdwan(WB) as a winner of this trip myself along with my family have been selected for South Africa trip, as I immediately arrange my passport as well as my wife & son under Tatkal quota with much trouble and strain within a very short period. Md. Sahidul Haque, Minister Of Parliament, Burdwan-Durgapur constituency has helped me a lot in issuing passport & other related matters. I feel ashamed to Mr. Haque, M.P & other familiar persons when they asked me regarding South Africa Trip. As per verbal instructions of Mr. Arup Kr Das, Manager (Sales), L G Electronics India Pvt. Lid., Asansol, (M): [protected]([protected]@lgindia.com) who have e-mailed me in large number of occasions to submit a large number of documents one after another related to this tour like Passport, T.D.S draft amounting Rs.16, 050/-, last 3 years I.T return, last 6 months bank statement, photograph, duly filled Visa form etc. for sending yours H.Q at Greater Noida. It was very difficult for me to collect all these documents within a very short period especially “No Objection Certificate” from my highest employer i.e G.M level which I have collected within 4 days(after getting your confirm official documents) with much effort keeping in mind of most urgent. As a public emergency services Electrical Engineer my services was most essential during Durga Puja Festival. Yet I have taken prior written special approval/permission from my highest employer for this tour. With above all I have incurred a heavy personal expenditure for issuing passport of my family, purchasing o[censored]SD & other related documents for this tour.

                  this is a great dissatisfaction from LG service for our washing machine which is due for atleast 20 days now. Till now 5-6 technicians have come here and they are actually illiterates who have no idea of the actual problem in the washing machine. They have wasted our time and money of Rs 2200 approx. Everytime a novice came in the uniform of LG and replaced the parts- magnet, shockers and P.C.B.and that was useless.the problem is persistent till date. And shockingly those mechanics were so sure about the problem and just acted oversmart. Till now...we have filed atleast 10 complaints with LG service centre agra.and it is miserable to let you know that this is a third grade company with 4th grade service.We will not refer any product of LG to anyone now. We are currently using around 10 products of LG and it is really a big irony and we are going to change them as soon as possible.The last fellow who came on 28th nov. told that PCB will be replaced which had been replaced within last 10 days...than how is it possible that a new PCB has a fault and if so...than why is it so.the last fellow who came told he will bring a new PCB and will replace it again and machine works ok than it is ok...this is a total guesswork..and the mechanics are hopeless.it is monday night and nobody has come to replace the P.C.B. as told by him.

                  Dear Mr. Shin/Mr. Amitabh Tiwari,
                  I would like to draw your attention to my service complaint pertaining to a LCD TV of your brand which I own.
                  We have been experiencing a negative picture problem with the LG LCD TV which we purchased about a year ago.
                  As per your required process, we had duly registered a service complaint on the 25th of December ’09 (No : C309C2506706). Post which a certain Service Representative by the name of Mr. Brijpal turned up at our premises for diagnosing and rectifying the problem.
                  We were a bit surprised with the response of the Service Engineer who was visiting us, he immediately (on merely seeing the product) stated that the module panel of the LCD TV is defective and needs to be replaced. This was disbelieving to us as neither did he handle the product or make a diagnosis of the problem. He concluded that the LCD TV needed to be taken to the local service centre for repairing. We were curious enough to ask him as to how he could arrive at his conclusion to which he replied in a very offended manner, that he was a certified and experienced engineer to know the problem, and we should not be question him on his profession.
                  He then informed us that the official service van would arrive at our residence the next day on 26th of Dec, to have our LCD TV collected and concurrently provide us with a stand-by product for the service period. Obviously as expected of LG’s standards, no one turned up as scheduled or informed us of any change in itinerary. We received a surprise call from a gentleman named Shamshad on the 29th of Dec, who said that he had come from LG and was waiting at our door for collecting the LCD TV. We informed him that we were not available in the city, and it would have been better had they informed us earlier of his grand arrival. Anyways, the LCD TV was finally collected the next day on the 30th of Dec. And thank you, for the Stand-by LCD provided to us, we have never seen any worse condition of an LCD TV, seemed like it belonged to the stone-age. Old, broken and rickety. (I hope LG isn’t in a similar condition)
                  But as unassuming consumers, we resigned to fate on the quality standards of your service team, with the only request that our LCD TV be repaired and returned to us at the earliest. We were spontaneously told that the LCD TV would be repaired and returned the next day itself.
                  The day next we received the most harrowing call of our life from LG. A gentleman named Mr. Amit Wasan phoned us to inform that this particular model of the LCD TV is apparently an imported version from the company and that they cannot service or rectify the product of its problem. They suggested that we should come over and have the LCD TV collected from the service centre and absolutely nothing could be done about it. (Ohh and they were kind enough to suggest us that we should go and buy a new one, when we asked what we should be doing now).
                  Wow. This is the most preposterous experience I have had with any brand in my life. I always thought government agencies were the worst.
                  How ridiculous is this? I buy your product and you refuse to service it a year later???? On what grounds??? That it’s an imported version and you don’t have the spares!!! Would you want me to seriously dump the LCD TV into the garbage bin and buy another LG LCD TV…… again?????? Or would you be shameful enough to get your act together and resolve my problem immediately.

                  This is Charul Kapadia, from Rishikesh. I had bought a refrigerator from LG store here (Sawan Sales) on 19th jan, 2007 for my restaurant Jasmine Tea at Tapovan for Rs.30000.
                  I then shifted it to my other restaurant Laxmi restaurant in feb 2009, suddenly in march 2009, it stopped working and after a month of calling the service centre frequently, the service people came on 8th April 2009 and put some gas in it and charged me Rs, 949, and said it will work in a couple of hours… but nothing happened. I called the service people again and they asked me to send the refrigerator. After 4 months of frequently calling they finally returned me the refrigerator on 2nd, aug, 2009 and charged me an amount of Rs.1049, and said it will work in a couple of hours but it dint work, and I returned it back to the service centre and till date nothing has happened… after calling them again from the past 5 months with no response… I finally called a Mr. Vinod Gaud who said he will look into the matter and I was confirmed that the refrigerator was Unrepairable… after two days a Mr. Vinay called me and said that they had somehow fixed the refrigerator but it will still not work properly and I should collect it from the service centre.
                  I am not willing to take it back, instead I want to return your company back the other 5 refrigerators, 4 ACs, 3 Tv sets and the washing machine that I have, and I demand a compensation of Rs 31998 (purchase amount and the service money) and a compensation of Rs.10000 for the wastage of my time, money spend on phone calls and the harassment that I have gone through.

                  I had purchased a 1 ton LG AC on 15th dec 2009 . And it is only 3 months, and the AC has stopped working. I called the helpline number and they send a service man and I was shocked to be told that the gas has run out due to the faulty instatement by the person who has come to install the AC.

                  I want LG to take responsibility for the negligence of its service team and ensure that all the required things are done to make my AC working again.

                  L G Electronics Ltd — Hassling of customers by LG

                  LG Electronics has a new policy to its customers. Auto drivers only talk to customers. No one at LG will answer their phones. LG will print phone nos. on the invoices which are obsolete. If calls to any of these nos., they will disconnect it. When objected by customers they threaten to have customer pick up unit at their own cost. They will not deliver when promised. When asked why no one calls from LG, they say it is their policy not to call customers irrespective of any problems. They will not tell customer what the problem is, and will not fix the problem, so the customer has to pay them transportation charges every time. When they come to check unit at home, they say it is working even though it is not. LG wants its customers not to bother them with any of their problems. Their customer service nos. are just a no. to call not to get any service.

She straight forward to say me first you pay the Rs. 175/- for engineer. First Recharge your account. I told them there is no visit of engineer at my home. I already stop complaint. I again repeat this when no engineer came to my home how can you close my channels due to no subscription. This is not justify against a good customer.                   LG is a fraud company. noone should buy any product. i have been cheated thrice.my mobile phone which i bought in the yr 2005, my microwave in the yr 2009 & split aC 1.5 tonnes are all damaged products. the company sells all defective items n they dont have any liability.
                  I am being immensely harassed by the LG company for my C since 3 yrs. Within warranty period of 1yr they did gas refilling twice but never said that there was leakage in the machine.that is their company tactics so that after the warranty is over the customer is made to repair and pay from his own pocket.Their customer care is totally nonsense and very rude and they threaten customers that they will not register complaints and try to impose solutions instead of forwarding the problems to the next level.I will file a case against the company in the consumer court. no one should buy anything from LG electronics.

                      Dear concerned person,

                      On 9th march, I bought one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA19YBVTY2) from PUSHPAK ELECTRONICS (TP NAGAR, KORBA, CHHATISHGARH). At that time of purchase I asked for a fresh piece from them, but they forced me to buy a display item .They also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be immediately replaced with newone.
                      From the very first day of installation, from the product abnormal sound is coming and several times Mr Lochan Sahu from Star Vision Services, Authorised Service Center, had been contacted and the people of him didn't able to rectify it, but they are able to completely ruin it . Now the condition of that Ac is completely dead and PCB of that also damaged.
                      Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it changed it with new one.
                      Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.

Road on 13/07/2006 is making an incessant noise when switched on and there is no cooling. I have complained to the local dealer who sent technicians over but there seems to be no effect and no improvement whatsoever.
                      He assures me that the problem is beyond his scope of repair and the complaint has to be forwarded directly to you. However despite having complained several times there is no response from your Company. Your Company Officials except for informing me that the complaint should be registered with you, do not respond further.

                      i had registered a complaint regarding electrical failure/ over load taken by the ac of 2ton capacity, to my lg dealer aerovision ambala cantt.

                      I purchase two brand new room airconditioner from Vijay sales corporation, mumbai on July and right from the day of instalallation, the AC is making so much noise, the service technicians are helpless. Rather than replacing or rectifying their defects, they are now informing that we dont know how to use AC. This is ridiculous.

In winter season, I check the machine every week and in last week it has been observed that during running condition some noise is coming out of the machine.                       The fan of the Window AC purchased by me in March-2008 is noisy. The same was conveyed to LG service through complint no. W8CB1203007 in Nov.2008.
                      Their technician visited and confirmed the defect and promised to replace the fan within one weeks time. 3 months have passed so far job is not done. 4 reminder calls to LG service yeilded no results. On 19th Feb.2009, when I again enquired. I was told that my earlier complaint has been cancelled by them. Now new complaint has been registered by me. The complaint no. W9C21905340. While installation of Window AC is free, the customers are required to pay for packing the extra space. The installation franchisers are takeing advantage of this and demanding heavy amount. The expenses for packing the extra space is the same ie., Rs.300/- whatever may be the area to be packed. ie. you require sal wood of size 2" x 1.1/2" x 5' length costing Rs.75/- and labour for the carpenter for two hours is Rs.200/- including the cost of small pieces of 4mm plywood. Please do not pay more than this

                      LG split AC 2 ton — 3 times AC with defect

                      By paying Rs.29450 I have purchased an 2704 LG Split AC (Bill no :-) dated 17-05-09.
                      Two package wide the whole was delivered on 18-05-09. Two mechanics came to install the AC & found outdoor was defective then I checked the indoor unit and found scratches and asked the mechanic to report for replacement. Mr Ravi Verma was conformed regarding the complaint and assured us to replace the both.
                      On 20-05-09 the outdoor was delivered to us. The matter was reported to Reliance helpline & the service manager. He assured me to replace the indoor as well in 2 hours.
                      On 21-05-09 the indoor unit was delivered to us on 3 PM & the machine was installed by your mechanic till 8 PM. The same could not be checked due to Power cut.
                      The AC was inspected by your mechanic on 25-05-09 & found some sound coming from the Indoor Unit & said that this problem has to be examined by some engineer.
                      The Engineer came on 26-05-09 and inspected and found that the problem was in the Outdoor unit and told for replacement by the next day.
                      On calling Mr. Ravi Verma today we were informed that till now no necessary action has been taken in our case.

                      LG — Split AC 1 t - not working since its purchase

                      I have purchsed a LG make split AC (1 tn) from LG Shoppe, Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad on 24th March 2009. Since then we have hardly used the AC for 7-8 days and have given complaint about its not working 4 times. 3 times the problem was attended by giving LG complaint nos. W9C61205333;[protected]. 3 times the gas was filled in the unit, explaining us that there was some leakage. But its strange that the leakage either was not detected nor it was handled appropriately. I have never heard that any new AC has a leakage of gas.

                      On 23rd june, the cooling coil was changed and was told taht this shall not give any problem. Today again there was leakage in the unit/ cooling coil.

                      My complaints are not responded well and till date no senior service person has even have courtsey to resond to my queries.

                      I have been harressed for the full summer and my family has been suffering.

                      This is not at all accepted by a company like LG.

                      I would like to have compensation for this and a new unit to be installed at my home.

                      The after sales service is one of the worst in India, mainly in NOIDA/Ghaziabad. I had registered a complaint against my AC not working on 24 June 2009. Despite of many reminders (atleast 10 times and also after waiting for5-10 minutes every time)finally they took my AC on 30th with apromise to return it within 48 hours. Today is 5th and I am still waiting despite of calling them 12-15 times. They either dont pick-up phone or say we are sending the same in next 2-3 hours. I am still waiting.

                      Whether company management would come for my help or I go directly to Ministry of Consumer Affairs whose Consumer programme I am evaluating at present. Any how a good mention of ranking it as one of the worst after sales service would go in writting in Ministry's report.

                      The Service Department, keeps informing me since the month of May, 2009 that the motor for my Air Conditioner is not able. But only two days ago, I realised that, the Service Dept. does not even know the Part no. of the motor and neither do they know the Model no. of my A.C. They had sent their technicians 4 times to my house with the wrong Motor. If they do not yet know what is the Model No. of my A.C., then how can they order the Part?

                      I request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know if the correct motor is available for my Air conditioner, Model No. LW-N 2460CI).

                      i have purchased 1.5 tonne capacity split ac in M/s. Vasanth & Co., Puducherry nearly 14 months back. There is one label sticked on the ac unit that there are 3 Free services will provided to the customer by the LG customer care unit after fixation/purchase of the system. but so far, none free services has been done by any one from LG Service Centre. i have contact the LG customer care toll free no.[protected] and informed and requested for free service. but everything became vain. so far no response has taken from LG service Centre. i don't know the meaning FREE SERVICES. i hope that it is one kind of CHEATING OF INDIAN CUSTOMERS before selling their products.

                      I have bought LG Jazz LCD tv from Girias outlet in bangalore. After some days the LCD frame is slowly getting intacted with the LCD panel and a gap is formed between the frame and panel. This formation of gap is not regular all the foursides. when i raise a complaint about this, the service center guys were telling this is a normal behavior and the design is made such that. I spoke to the higher management in the bangalore LG service center, he promised me that he will get the problem resolved. But tilldate after following up so many times also, no one from LG service center turned up. and the other side, slowly the gap is increasing.
                      the worst point here is, i am also the employee of LG but for different division. if my problem is not solved even by this mail, definitely i will be approaching the cosumer court. I am fully got pissed off raising service requests about this.

                      My AC is in AMC till 15th April 2010. I am already entered my complaint through phone on 6th March 2010 & written complaint through mail on 25th March 2010. But till today nobody can solve my problem & I think they want's to pass my AMC period & then surrender.                       LG — Window AC problem

                      Two complaints records which i had kept with me are : [protected] ,[protected]
                      MODEL NUMBER LWA18G2DF1; ES NO. ; 804NLPQ006112.

                      I purchased my WIndow AC in year 2009, but it worked for two days, on calling LG engineer he told us, that the Vultages are very low ie around 170 volts, The whole year the Ac couldnt worked, But this year State Electricity Board has installed a new transformer and now our voltages is excellent around 230 Volts which is required.
                      But the problem is same, as the ac starts, it takes current around 9-10 amps and increases gradually to 22-25 amps and then settles by tripping with compressor. Now, around 20-25 engineers have attended the problem but no solution. I have invested around 19000 Rs, and till date not a relief of 19 rs.

                      I request you to take the things inyour control and help me out as i am tired of LG's very poor services.

NOW WHEN WE SAID THAT A MONTH BEFORE WE HAVE GOT THE REFILLING DONE OF GAS BY YOUR COMPANY AND WE HAVE PAID RS. 1700 ALSO THEN HE SAID TO TALK TO MR. ANURAG WAHAL. WHEN WE HAVE A TELCON WIHT MR. ANURAG WAHAL HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING THE PAIN AT ALL. ANURAG WAHAL AND MERAJ HUSAIN BOTH ARE TALKING THE SAME. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS WE HAVE PAID Rs. 1700 AS THE CHARGE SAID BY THEM AND TILL DATE THE PROBLEM IS NOT RECTIFIED. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE MAKING A FOOL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS THE WARRANTY OF ONLY ONE MONTH OF GAS AFTER REFILLED.                       LG - Split A/C — Complaint not addressed

                      I have made my complaint about Split A/c Water leakage problem and first free service on June 02 2010. They said within 24hr service engineer will contact you. But my daily followup, 5th day only service Engineer attend the service. When he came power is off, so he just look the A/c then he said everything is alright and ask to sign for problem solved and not ready do the first free service also. But I said I cannot sign without checking. So he left the day and close the current complaint and made next complaint then next day he came and find out the problem. Service Engineer said that one parts has to be replaced with some other team, they will come next day.

                      Till date nobody is coming. Everyday I follow up with Customer care & local center. Everyday they said, we will set the reminder to our senior Engineer, they will look this matter and also they given some of the number to contact their senior executive. I try contact him in given number unfortunately Nobody pickup the call.

                      I have LG split A.C. for which I got the AMC. On 25th June, 2010 I lodged a complaint No. C[protected] and the service engineer were quick to visit me. I had low cooling complaint and high consumption of current. After the inspection the service engineer told me that the servicing of the A.C. is required. Since the out door unit is mounted out side the engineer suggested me that he will visit on 26th June 2010 in the morning hours. On 26th at about 1.00 P.M. some other service engineer visited me and said that the cooling was ok. The service is not covered in AMC. It is high time that the customer service department must look in to the things. CSI of L.G. going down . I have almost all L.G. products which I am feeling deceived. I have LG products at home and and having a very defficut time.Front end loading washing machine was a real pain in the neck.For the last two years I am using Samsung washing maching I nener had any problem. L.G. service Crntres are run by non professionals and behave very indiffrent. I have already put a brake on L.G. products.
                      I have logged complaint with LG for AC not working. This is the 3rd time I have registered a complaint and without any fix to the problem they close the complaint. No one bothers to address the real problem. I have spent time just registering complaints and doing follow up. This is the worst customer care that I have seen. The other companies are very quick to resolve the issues.

                      I would not recommend LG product of any kind to anyone. DO NOT BUY LG Products at all.
                      We have puchased Lg Ac 1.5 Ton in 2009 and are never satisfied with his output.I think its a defective piece.Now last yr my Ac got repaired from Lg service guys and this yr again there is a problem and technicians they sent is of low knowledge abt the AC.Now again this yr there is some issue as it is not working properly and some sound is coming from inner part and when we called service guys from LG they came and said there is no problem but the problem is the same.I really frustated with LG Ac and thought of never to buy Lg product in future.

At the time of 3rd serivce, i made nearly 100 calls to LG customer care from 10th June 2010, after 20 days my call was responded. at last some how or the other I managed to bring the service guys to my place. At that time I found that there is some leakage in GAS. Since then I'm calling LG service person to attend the complaint. I would have made nearly 4 calls a day to Customer care but there is no response. Im following up with LG customer care since one month.                       I bought an lg ac two months back.At that time of purchase I asked for a fresh piece from them, but they forced me to buy a display item .They also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be immediately replaced with newone.
                      ..it workd for only one day...since then it has bein off...the second day a person came to rectify it..he said that rat has cut the copper wire..where as there are no rats at my place..n in one day such a thing canot happen... he rectified it...after a few days the compressor stoped working...

                      i spent 1700.00 dollars on youre product in august99 in nov 99 it quit working had repair people come back out fixed ittwice now in late october 2010 it quit again called the business that sold me the ac and the owner died they would not return my calls about who was doing warrenty work so i gt hold of the salesman who reccondmended a guy who charged me 75.00 to tell me the compressor was bad he couldnt get parts so i called 3rd tradition heating tey charged me 220.00 to install a new compressor still not working correctly so now i have 3000.00 in an ac and heating unit that has not run for a year yet without sometype of major problems i cant even find a number to call and talk to a live person about my complaints this is not good business to make someone spend their hard earned money on this type of problems i would like for someone to contact me fromthe company please

                      LG — Excessive noise in AC

                      I had lodged a complaint regarding excessive sound in the LG window AC. Instead of solving the problem, I met with some rude experience while interacting with their service personnel.

                      This is really humiliating that after you have purchased an LG product, you will only be required to pay some more to get genuine problems solved. The company is least bothered.
                      The Indian consumer is being taken for granted by the LG company. They think that we are all uneducated illiterates and can be fooled into buying the products without expecting any service

Next day 1.4.2011, one person was sent by customer care and he told that the AC is not working because of the Gas leakage. And he told that he come tomorrow and will attend the repair.                       But the same has stopped working since yesterday, late afternoon. Naturally we dailed your customer care no[protected] around 8.pm and we were told that the engineers would visit us within 24hrs from the time of complaint. However after waiting till 12o'clock in the morning we had called cust care again. This time some male representative took the call and said that " I have taken a note of it but cannot commit that your complaint would be addressed within a day since today is Sunday"



                      Now, may i ask is this the way you are providing the support to your customers? During purchase of any product the sales representatives give an idea that we will be given support 24X7 related to any problem with the product and now when there is a genuine problem the support team is having such a relluctent attitude!



                      We are facing serious problems in the office work and unable to find a solution to this since noone from the LG team can promise to send an engineer to repair the product!



                      If this is the scenario then am afraid your projecting a very wrong and recullent image from your company which will result in drving away your customers to your competitors.



                      i would therefore request you to handle these situations sensitively and recruit proper cust care executives to tackle situations properly.

                      LG 1.5TON Windows AC — Frequent problems in AC from date of purchase

                      LG 1.5T Windows AC purchased from AC mart, 32-A, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 600017 their bill no.176/10-11 dated 15.05.2010, same day installed.

                      From the date of installation the AC started giving problems like more noise, no cooling etc and immediately I made a complaint with AC Mart and their mechanic came but the problem remained same.

                      I made a written complaint on 14/08/10 to AC Mart and again the machanic came and informed the outlet to be changed and he did at our cost but the problem not solved viz more noise,no cooling.

                      I wrote letters to AC Mart on 14/08/10, 17/09/10, 14/01/11 and 25/01/11 and several complaints over phone and internet.

                      Our last complaint made on 11/05/11 COMPLAINT NO RNA[protected], RNA[protected] WERE UNATTENDED. AGAIN MADE COMPLAINT ON 13/06/11 NO.
                      RNA[protected] AND THE MECHANIC CAME YESTERDAY AND INFORMED THE WARRANTY IS OVER ON 14/05/11 AND HE WILL CHARGE RS 350.00 FOR INSPECTION OF THE AC AND FIND OUT THE FAULT.

                      SO FAR 17 COMPLAINTS WERE MADE BUT THE PROBLEM CONTINUES.

                      MY LG WINDOW AC stops after every 3-10 minutes running. However during its 3-10 minute run the compressor also starts and cools.                       I have purchased a 2 T split AC frm a dealer in Chennai and the same remains faulty since its installation.
                      The call centre was contacted and when the service people came they said that the gas is leaking and needs
                      to be refilled which was done at extra cost. Again after a week the condensor was faulty which was replaced
                      at extra cost. Now, the compressor is faulty and the call was registered on 16th April 2012, to which the
                      service people are yet to come and rectify/replace the compressor. I call on the service people almost every
                      day and they are not bothered to call me/rectify the problem till date. I am really frustrated with the LG product
                      and feel sorry for having purchased the same.

                      Kindly arrange to send the service representative immediately. NOw that the summer season has started in Chennai
                      it is difficult for my mother who is a bed ridden patient without AC, which was installed specifically for her.

                      Kindly give top priority for this.

                      On 24th may 2012 i called to service manager([protected]) at 10.41 am(5 times) he said sir i am calling back in 30 Min but he didn't call

                      So please look in to the matter . if there is a compressor problem in new Ac it means there is manufacturing problem and company have to change the whole Ac.After complain 9 days passed. Take action otherwise after 48 hours i will go to Consumer Court.

                      LG Electronics - Window Air Condition — No response

                      After lodging complaints to LG Customer Care vide RNA[protected] dated 23rd May 2012 for AC not working, the Company have sent one person from their service centre Comfort Point located in Goregaon, Mumbai. He convinced us to go for AMC for which we agreed & given a chq. Post I called up on 25th May 2012 to LG customer care.They said they have put my complaint on fast track.Meanwhile I have been calling Service Centre-Comfort Point, they are not clear when they will resolve my problem. Subsequently I called up LG Customer Care Vide- RNA[protected] dated 28th May 2012.They again said they will put my complaint on fast track. The Calling agent gave me her supervisor's Mr Sajid's mob no [protected] which is either busy or switched off. Till date my problem is not yet resolved.

                      Problem in Room Air Conditioner
                      Dear concerned person,

                      On 19th April, I bought one split room Air conditioner (Model No: LSA5MR3T.AMLG) from VASANTH & CO, PURASAIWALKKAM, CHENNAI. At that time of purchase they assured me that it will good air con and they told there will be no problem, and they also gave me guarranty that if anything happens, it will be immediately replaced with newone.
                      After three months it gave an error and it stopped working, I have called service centre and as well as the seller on 16th of August and I have given a complaint and went to the showroom and explained everthing to Mr. Vijay in that selling center.I had been contacted with many people and my Aircon was an exhibition for the service people to come and visit my residence ( at least four times) and still no could to rectify it.Now the condition of that Ac is completely dead. I want to get it changed it with new one.
                      Hope you people will hurry up with your activities.

                      We have puchased Lg Ac 1.5 Ton in 2012 and are never satisfied with his output.I think its a defective piece.Now last yr i complained for 3 times but it is so not satisfied and this year the outer has gone to lg service center for many times, therfore the problems are same.Now again this yr there is some issue as it is not working properly and there is no cooling by the ac and when we called service guys from LG they came and said there is no problem but the problem is the same.I really frustated with LG Ac and thought of never to buy Lg product in future.I want to replace my ac or i will contact the consumer court

                      If you are telling me to pay the pending amount on behalf of your yellow marked lines then I am very sorry to say that your service center is making fool you also. I have only one AC in my office which is one ton in capacity and that is under AMC and help number for the same is 017712. As far as the payment of AMC is concerned. I have the photocopy of cheque received by LG Local Service Center. I can share both (AMC Letter and Photocopy of Cheque) with you.

                      By these incidents you can estimate that how fraud your service center is. Your Own Service Center is misguiding you. I can prove that payment for the AMC has been done and the said AC is also under AMC. You are blaming me for non-payment and about the AMC of LG product. Just tell me what penalty the LG Service Center will pay if I am right in both cases, because from the very first day I am suffering only because of your Service Center.

                      I could get only these mail ids and I am afraid that these mail-ids can help me out. As from last three days I have logged call for non-working of LG AC. Complaint numbers for these AC’s are RNA[protected] and RNA[protected], it was assured at that time that within 24 hours the engineer from LG will visit you, but till time there is no communication from LG service centre. And this situation is not for Karnal City Only. The same situation is in Kurukshetra also. Once my LG TV became out of service and LG took 5 days only to response for the call.

                      I can understand the level of service of LG product from these two incidents. In future I will never go for LG Products. But it is my humble request either to take back these products from me and I will not expect any money from LG or provide the service for those products. I swear that in future, I will never purchase LG Product.

                          Information to lg RD3000
                          My brother purchased LG RD 3000 model handset with RIM connection in Bhgalpur within 15 days handset dead auto switch off. Also there are a lot of problem Battery Overheating, Batery backup etc. Now I decided to purchase nokia 2505 Handset.

                          There are no any L3 level service center in Bihar I don't Know how many days it will be taken in Repair.

                            bought a LG i-sensor waching machine HS8014, more than one month back. Till now its kept as it is as the response from the LG India has been very bad.
                            First of all, the machine was delivered 7days after purchase and was told that LG delayed the delivery. Then, when the machine arrived, it had scratches on the front panel and broken lid, I was told that we can mention this on delivery slip and LG people will contact. That happened, but after that at least 4 persons have come to see the machine without any results.
                            On calling LG customer service we have been given many complaint numbers and many names and numbers of their personnel in Bangalore (Symonds, Mansoor, Rajesh C etc.)but nothing is done. In first place, these persons don't pickup the phone and if they pickup they promise to do the needful, and never communicate back.

                            It has been a month and around 30-40 calls, still machine cannot be used, making it a classical example of bad customer service, in the times when other companies are moving towards customer delight. Even LG people don't want to communicate anything.

                            This incident has only reaffirmed that the LG service still remains bad as was, 10 years back, but came in the words of the salesman this time.

                            I purchased a front loading fully automatic washing machine from LG shop situated in the Industrial Exhibition, Hyderabad on[protected]. During installation (on[protected] I asked for stand and the extension pipes for intake water and drain systems. It was promised by the service personnel of LG that they will be provided by next day. Till this date I didn't receive any concrete action from them. Even if complaint was lodged through the customer number, they simply accept and record the same.

                            I personnel feel that LG might have trained the concerned personnel to be obedient to customers by words and not by deeds.

                            In such case how can we trust LG and its services.
                            I brought a LG Microwave from one of the Biggest Chain of Stores "X-cite" in Hyderabad, 8days back, but so far, i had not used the equipment, because No demonstration was given. I was told by X-cite Staff, who are very kind, that in next 48 hours LG will send a Representative, who will demonstrate the equipment. I had made around 8 to 10 calls for demonstration only to X-cite. So, i know what type of service we can expect from LG. Even i have a collection of LG products like Television, Color Monitor, and Microwave, i decide not to further trust this brand.
                            I too bought a LG microwave in 2007 and till date we are able to operate cos no one attended us to show the demo and helpless looking out for customer care...

                            I have 1.5 ton LG air conditioner. i sent it to shahdra delhi Lg customer Care for service . They took my A/C to workshop (challan no. 122) . Next day they came in the evening and said that A/C is working well. I asked that person that it is not working properly and cooling is not upto the temp. set . Finally, he had to wait reluctantly. soon there was no cooling.He agreed that there is no cooling and tookaway the A/C again ( challan no.209).
                            Next day person from the service center came even before the time given to him and kept the A/C in my house and went away. I was not there . when I came I found several points where welding had been done.Since no one from service center was there I my self attached cables and shutter.
                            On turning A/c on there was no cooling. My A/c has been badly damaged by LG Customer care shahdra, delhi.
                            I never got it serviced it from any unauthorised agent. No repair had been done in the past. The authorised agent has damaged my A/C badly.
                            you will agree this is example extremely unprofessional act on their part.He may Please be asked to replace the welded parts with newer on free of cost.

                            i have complaint of my AC on 2nd of May 2009 regarding Non-cooling to customer care. These people have taken my AC in the morning and told me that at evening they will get back the AC after filling the gas. My complaint no, . is N9C50303353. from then to till date i have make at least 75 calls to their frenchiesee but these people are not even attend my phone. Every time their phone have busy.

                            i am from chromepet. i purcahsed LG one and half ton window AC before 4 yrs, my AC got repaired on last friday (01/05/09), and i complained in customer care on 2nd may my complaint reg. no is S9C50205718, no response for two das, then on 5th may two representatives from LG customer care came and they said something and said my AC will be repaired within two days, after tat no response, the again i called on may 8th and booked complaint, my reg.no. is S9C50701633, after tat also no response from them. i kindly request u to take immediate action on this complaint and take necessary and needy action as soon as possible... I have lots of respect and confident towards ur service, so pls keep up to your name...

                            LG we care to New slogan LG who cares or LG we don't care service after sales.
                            All the best. This will be never done. You need to be persistent - call them everyday for at least 2 months. Some day, somebody will solve your problem. Till then, good luck.

                            I shifted my house holds in the same vicinity at A S Rao Nagar in cluding my LG AC purchased last year. When I contacted LG people to get the AC fixed in the Window, they sent two boys who came and opined that carpenter is required for the purpose. When I again contacted the LG person, he assured to send the carpenter.I told him that no other servicing is required than to fix up the AC at window but after two days, they sent two other persons alonwith a carpenter. The person coming to my place started bargaining for charges. Only the carpenter did the job of packing the uncovered portion of the window and fixed the AC. These boys did nothing except changing a plug pin. The Carpenter demanded Rs.450 and the boys who had hardly work for them to be done demanded Rs.500/- as installation charges. It was peculiar that for just making personal presence with the carpenter they asked for Rs.500/- The height of the thing is that when I rang to LG person, he supported and justified the demand of Rs.500/-. So just putting the AC at the window and fixing it, I had to pay Rs.800/-. It is just a loot in the name of having some specialised service.The charges are so exorbitant. These people are just making money doing nothing. My very complaint is that they should have charged altogether not more than Rs.500/-. I do not now carry a good image about LG after sale service.
                            No I DO NO AGREE THAT THEY HAVE VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT EVER SEEN IN INDIA AS PER MY EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE.                               I have a 'HAPPY' (??) LIVING PLAN (AMC) with LG service center called 'EBR Enterprises' in Chennai signed on 2/2/2008.

                              I registered a complaint for my airconditioner (window type) on 02/05/2008. The AC is not working. I got the complaint registered with Complaint No:S8C50201922. Till date, nobody from LG turned up to fix the AC, never any of LG service personnel bothered to call me.

                              I have made many calls repeatedly to LG customer care no. Some of its customer care representatives promised that the problem will be attended by their technician within 24 hours, some of them promised that it will be done 'as soon as possible'.

                              The landline of EBR enterprises provided by LG representatives doesnot work either.

                              No service has been provided despite the AMC.

                              The same poor quality of service is provided by LG till today. Even in May 2008 the company maintains the very poor quality service. There is not body responding from LG. Till today the call center and their representatives maintains the reply it will be attended by 24 hours. But poor LG does not know the real meaning of 24 hours. Very bad and poor customer service and claims that they are an international company.

                              LG — AMC service not provided

                              I had renewed the AMC for my 29” TV through Siddhivinayak Electonics (Goregaon,Mumbai) in April 2009. We had paid Cash to the service engineer and were informed that the AMC card would be received from the company. We have till date not received the AMC card. We have a reference number HLP HJ 01413 relating to the AMC provided by the Service Centre.

                              I have given this reference number to the new Service centre (since Siddhivinayak Electronics is no longer an authorised LG service centre) and have also spoken to to Mr.Vishal (from the LG AMC dept tel[protected], written mail to Mr. Harish Suri, lodged complaints on the LG site but no action has been taken till date nor has anyone bother to get back to me on this. The original complaint was lodged on 20th Oct 2009.

                              LG Window Air Conditioner — Poor Response

                              Very poor response from M/s Sheen India, when i called; Mr.Naveen Tyagi denied for the service in the area Dilshad Garden - 110095 while website shows M/s Sheen India comes with in the area.

                              I have regulary called LG customer for providing me AC repair service but there is no response to my complaint even after following it up for six days regularly

                              EBR Enterprises Chennai offers worst service, both for the ACs and for the customers. We have an AMC with them for our LG Window AC. We booked a complaint two weeks back with LG Customer Care, and it was referred to EBR. The technician checked and told us that the motor had to be changed. 4 days and about 10 phone calls later, the AC was taken for service, and they promised that it would be brought back in 2 days time. Its been more than a week now. I have called EBR Enterprises at least 10 times until now.

                              18-Mar-2012: It is out for delivery. The delivery boy;'s mobile is switched off. Please ask him to call us after he reaches your house
                              19-Mar-2012: Sorry madam, there was some problem with the vehicle, so he came back to office.
                              21-Mar-2012: It will be delivered today. Please have somebody stay at home.
                              22-Mar-2012: Sorry he got late yesterday.Will be delivered today.
                              23-Mar-2012: After he took it, the driver realised that there was a fault with the wiring. It will give a shock if you connect. So the driver brought it back for your own safety !!! (Wonder what the technicians did for a week).

                              All these calls were made by me - not a single one was by EBR Enterprises.

                              Wonder why LG has such firms for service. Pathetic Service - is an understatement.

                              We will never buy LG products anymore.

                                I have purchased a LG Washing Machine from DASS Electronics in Aundh Pune. The Washing Machine number is WD85260NP and is front loading, 5.5 Kg capacity. The problem is that front loading door does not get lock properly due to which the machine does not start. I spoke to the engineer and he told me that the door lock has to be changed. I have mde two complaints so far first one Complaint Id: W8C30803526, which was closed without the engineer visiting our home. The second one was again made a week ago, complaint id: W8C42700216. It has been more than two months now that washing machine is not working. It is lot of inconvinience to us due to this. Both me and wife works and hence we requested the engineer to call us on our cell number so that we can schedule the engineer visit. I am very disappointed with this delay. Kindly treat this urgent.

                                  I purchased LG 500 lts refrigerator One year back. This summer I found colling is less. I called up Customer care and to y surprise Service engineer contacted me and said Gas need to be filled and it will be done in same day.
                                  But now I am trying to reach LG customer care there is no response for past 4 days . Customer Care Executives are so poor they do not understand English well . I escalted Call to Sr. Level but no response. Customer Care gave me the number of some Manorama Tomar, her Cell phone is not available .
                                  I am in a fix . It is very poor & pathetic service from LG . They should close down the Customer Care unit .

                                  Hi; My name is Keith and the reason for me contacting you is because of a refrigarator I purchaced some time ago.Six months after we purchaced this unit, we noticed one of the drawers had a broken track and one of the other drawers had a glass broken.So I said to my wife that we should call Cohens and have them repair these thing.My wife agreed so within a week I decided to call but during that week I noticed another problem.At any time of the day or night, the refrigarator would make a beeping noice.At first we thaught it was something keeping the door open but we checked it several times and did not make any difference. Then shortly after that I noticed the light would serge when the door was first opened. The light serging happened after Cohens service person looked at it, so I made the call to Cohens.They said they would send someone out to look at it and they did.The service person said that the seal around the door had to be replaced and that he would order all the necessary partss needed to repair the drawers and the door.I waited Five to six months and heard nothing. I called Cohens and a person by the name Harvey Hollaway finally got back to me and said the servce person was suppose to have taken care of it.When I called the service person Gordon Young, he said that he told Harvey Hollaway that the part numbers did not match up and Harvey said he would take care of it. I guess you can see where I am getting with this right? NOWHERE. I purchased this refrigarator on sept 22 2005 and according to the serial #, 303MR00145 Modle # LRTN22320WW, the unit was made in 2003.Maybe that is half the problem. This unit sat somewhere for 2 or 3 years.Please get back to me and tell me what can be done about this situation. I think the unit should be replaced. Thanks; Keith

                                  I have bought a LG Refrigerator in march 2008. It worked smoothly till october 2008. In November 2008 the fridge was packed due to winter and avialability of another refridgerator in my house. Since march 2009 it is creating problem and cooling is not proper . I lodged a complaint with messers Ashwini electronics Lal Bangla Kanpur, the vendor of the fridge on 7th April 2009 they charged service charges Rs 2250. His employe visited my house but no repairing has been done by him. He reported that fridge is ok, even though the same was not working properly. We again lodged our complaint and the employe of M/S Ashwini eletronics repeated the same activity on 28th of April. He adviced to keep the fridge in a big /airy room. The fridge is kept below the AC window. The same is not performing normally. We asked to your service center at Sharda Nagar and Saket Nagar for our problem but no result came out.The representative of Saket Nagar service cener adviced to contact the vendor as he has charged for service charges. We have repeatedly called him over his mobile number [protected]. The vendor is not cooperating at all.                                   I am surprised how your local agent is attending such complaints & why he has failed to replace my defective unit? Will you please look in to this matter & do the needful i.e. replacement of compressor at your earliest, at no cost

                                  Hi, My refrigerator is having some problem in cooling, so we registered a complaint at LG Care and a technician came and inspected and said that one part needs to be replaced and will be done on 24hrs. It is more than 10 days no one has come to replace neither any one from LG had contacted informing the delay.                                   We have purchased a LG Refrigerator ( Model No 258 VA4 ) from Khosla Electronics Pvt Ltd, 37/1 Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata – 700034 on 3rd June 2009.The fridge was delivered to our house on 4th June 2009 by the dealer, but we were not given the guarantee papers, the user manual and the pair of key set.The matter waqs brought to the notice of the dealer who assured to look into the matter and arraage to give the same within one or two days.But still after three weeks we have not been given the same.

                                  We have also intimated the matter to your office two weeks ago and to which we have received an acknowledgement reply to look into the Case.

                                  But it is a matter of regret that even after so many days, a big MNC LG have not cared to address the Customer’s Complaint and neither they have cared to enquire why the materials ( the pair of Key Set, User’s Manual and the Guarentee Card ) was not supplied with the Fridge itself – as a sign of fair trade practice.

                                  Would the LG Management care to see and say on the matter even now.

                                  I bought this LG One Door Fridge one year agao.
                                  Last night I clean the fridge as in the freezer there are so many Ice that I couldn't keep things inside.

                                  Since the ice is so thick that I use a knife to take it out. Suddenly while I was cleaning there come out some vapour with a little noise. After that my fridge is not cooling down.
                                  I read in the internet that there is a gas in the Fridge that is keeping it cool and heard that it cost most than it worth. Can it still be fix?

                                  Heard that this gas cause depletion of Ozon Layer and hence it is beyond repair.
                                  I am not sure whether the vapour is that particular gas or not.

I registered a complaint regarding the problem to Mr VIRENDER KUMAR in service center Bathinda ( pb.) on 16/03/2010 around 12 o' clock & he ( Mr Virender) told me that i m sending the technician at your home as soon as possible.i waited for the technician on that day till 4pm, but he didn't come, then i made a call to service center again this time phone was attended by a lady and she consulted the complaint with her senior and told me that "Technician is coming to ur home" .

                                  Next day on 17/03/2010 when i made a call to Mr Virender and he told that the techician will come to your home aroun 3-4 pm, but technician not came.Few hours after waiting i then again made a call to Higher authority on their mb no'-[protected] and they told mr virender to attend the complaint of the customer then, they sent the technician to our home around 7-8pm.after examined the refrigator he told me that the problem is occured just because of some BIOMETAL and told me that i dont have any BIOMETAL with me.
                                  On date18/03/2010 i went to service center where after consulting to technician Mr. Parvinder, he fill a form and told me that i will visit to your home in evening at 5-pm, but till date on 21/03/2010 no body have came to attend the problem.
                                  today on (21/03/2010) at 5pm i made a call to customer care they told me that we have canelled your complaint because we didn't found your residence address.It is strange to see LG have employed such kind of rediculous people who r making of the company itself, as well as the customer too.I dont understand how can they say that they have'nt found our address when one of the technician had already visited our home on 17/03/2010 . Such people should be treated in a manner that they dont make fool of the customer and the company too as to every good company customer satisfaction is the first priority.

                                  I am resident of Noida and bought Side by Side door refrigrator a few year back. It has been doing well till it went out of order due to power fluctuation. And there started a series of woes. The latest one being - "The vegetables kept in the vegetable compartment freeze." This is better than the previous - both the fruits and vegetables kept in the respective fruit and compartments used to freeze up.

                                  Company engineers keep on blaming this on the Rainy Season - the cold air in the compartment settles down causing the temperature to drop too low in the lower compartments.

                                  What i can't understand is -

                                  a) Why is it impacting the vegetable compartment only and that too when vegetable compartment is on top of fruit compartment?

                                  b) what are the temperature sensers in the compartment doing?

                                  Anyways, despite multiple complaints (C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected]) it still the same and the last one is finally closed with me receiving this SMS - "Your Service Request C[protected] is closed.                                   i purchased lg / refrigerator 2 door model GL 295 TMG4,280ltrs. on June 3rd 2010 ,within 1 month it started giving me problems,1st the gas got over ,they repaired it,in august again same problem and they repaired it. now again it is spoilt,the technician says the pipe line is choked,this was on Saturday 23rd.Oct. till today no one has come to repair it.I want this fridge to be replaced.what should i do?

                                  LG Refrigerator — Poor quality of service

                                  Hi,
                                  My LG refrigerator which is just more than 2 yrs old is not working. I raised multiple complaints almost 3 weeks back. After a week of complaints finally one person came to visit and told that the part that is faulty is not in stock and he raised a requirement for it saying that the part will be available by 5th Apr. It is 14th Apr now and after calling the servicing agent Sachin, he just referred me to his supervisor Mr. Balaji (cell num [protected]). This person just tells me to call later without even listening to my problem. Is this how LG handles after-sales service??? And if this is how they process paid repairs I wonder how they take care of repairs within warranty period. I really regret having bought an LG product. Would definitely avoid any LG product in the future and also suggest the same to all my friends and relatives.

                                  lg people came to rectify my problem ...and assured me that it will hv a warranty of 6 months....next day the fridge was not working..i called them again and he told me that in 24 hours someone will be visiting my place.....but its almost 10 days and minimum of 3 reminders still there is no response from their side...

                                  LG Refrigerator — Complaints not being attended

                                  I had bought the LG side by side refrigerator model GC-B217 FLC on[protected]. On installation by service engineer Mr Hardeep on 23-4-11, it was found that two racks on the door of the freezer are cracked and need to be replaced. He told me that he will send an installation report to the company and it will be replaced in 2 days. When nothing happened for few days I called up the customer care on 29-4-11, 2-4-11, 4-5-11, 9-5-11 and on 13-5-11. I was sent a sms by LG that the defect will be rectified by 8-5-11. It is a long time and despite several reminders and spending more than 2 hours in total on phone talking to customer care several times; my complaint is not attended yet. And there is never any satisfactory reply. Calls sent to grievance cell to ms Sapna Bhatt on her telephone number [protected] remain unanswered all the time. A telephonic talk with Mr Shubhanker Dev' Area Service Manger on 4-5-11 also failed to rectify the defect found in the refrigerator during installation.
                                  Same problem with me. & company people are not able to repair even in warrenty period. They just igore complaint of customer.

                                  I buy a Refrigerator of LG Company. We power on the Frizge for around 8 hrs but, it is not cooling.
                                  We complained to the Dealer. After 3 days,one guy (said he is from LG Company) came and saw what is the problem, he told me that the cooling system is not working, within 4-5 working days we will replace Refrigerator.                                   Your Executive came on 2nd October Sunday and he filled the gas in the refrigerator and he said their would be no problem inthe refrigerator but sorry to say that the deep freezer againg is full of ice & full of water in the tray below the refrigerator & difficult to use .

                                    Hi,

                                    I have given my mobile into a LG service centre in T-nagar, they said they wold replace the PCB for the handset profile problem. But the problem is they the mobile as such except the panel outside. After I noticed that the charging didnt happen properly and found that the service centre replaced my mobile with a older one. The IMEI and battery numbers are different from the purchase bill. Will the high authorities take action against them.

                                    Hello, I purchased a mobile phone LG kG 195 two months back in universal showroom in bangalore but the problem of the phone was the voice clarity of the phone was very bad so went to a service senter of lg and explained the similar problem the person suggested to re load the soft ware so it was in the warrenty period i gave the phone to reload the software in the athorised service center of lg the service center is so bad it is just like old garage with ill educated service person, and the mobile phone was scrated on the dial and a sticker at the paper sticker at the back but the problem was not solved, Fm radio reception is very bad and voice recording quality is ver bad i suggest not to go an lg mobile the service senter is worst of such good company.d

                                    LG KG195 — Non delivery of mobile from the ASC

                                    I had given my LG mobile phone (KG195) to service centre for servicing on 30/10/08 as it was in warranty. The ASC told me to collect the mobile after 30 days. But when I went to ASc to collect my mobile ASC refused to give my mobile. They told me that it was delivered while the receipt is still with me. The ASC is cheating me. Plz look the matter and solve my problem as earlier as possible.

                                    My LG mobile was not getting charged and I sent it to LG Mobile service centre. I was told that though the mobile was purchased in February 2009 with 6 months warranty the battery has 9 months warranty from the manufacturing date. The battery of my mobile is not working and it is to be replaced. I am asked to pay Rs.250/- for the battery. I do not understand the logic behind the warrany of battery which starts from the manufacturing date. It it true or am I being fooled by the service centre personnel.

                                    I have an LG KP107B mobile purchased on 17OCT2009.I handle it with carefully now SIM ERROR problem.
                                    I own a LG C2500 handset. I wanted to have mobile banking facility offered by sbi on my phone. But, I did not find any specific application for this model on the sbi website "http://statebankofindia.com/". On enquiry at the SBI, they said to instal the application for generic models on the phone which would work. The application got installed on my phone but upon launching the appication, the error message "This Java application can not execute" is always poping up on my screen. Please help me on this problem to install the sbi mobile internet banking facility on my handset.

                                    We are LG Customer, we have purchased LG Mobile (Model: LG GD-510 Purple, RSN No.:[protected], S/N: 0071PEL029796) as on 11.09.2010 from [censored]al Communication, Vapi. This mobile is not working priority from 15.05.2011 & submitted to your respective service centre (Kare Center, Vapi) as on 18.05.2011. This problem is create the second time same problem. First time problem start from dated 17.10.2010 & solution after 15 days @ Servicing Centre. I am not able to any work. I feel havebeen absloutely cheated and my Rs. 5800 have gone a waste.
                                    We had already communication with your respective vapi service centre, But till now not complete your process (i.e. your service are not fulfilled) & not any satisfactory reply or action taken in this regards.

                                    In event of not given any solution within 03 days on your information we will have no other option but forced to go to consumer court with Police authorities and take legal / Civil action against your company.
                                    So, kindly look in to the matter and take immediately appropriate judgment is highly appreciated.
                                    pls help me, sir. i have a problem . i cant launch applictions in lg kg 195 when i installed operamini . when i launch it is switched off soon!
