I purchased a new Washing Machine make LG from the dealer of LG products from M/s Kay Sons, Delhi Road, Sonipat in December'2007. I made a payment of Rs. 3000/- cash and remaining amount of Rs. 9, 000/- I got the product financed from M/s Bajaj Finance, the person of which Co. was available with the LG dealer. I submitted 9 (Nine) post dated cheques being EMI for balance payment. Next month i.e.in January'2008, first cheque was honoured by the financier in my bank, but next month the financier urged me to pay cash for that particulars month, because of some reasons, they could not present the cheque in the bank. However, I resisted it with the reasons, that if I have given them, why these people are hesitating to present the cheques in the bank, where as I was having sufficient amount in my a/c. Till date, also I have sufficient funds in my a/c in the bank. Any way that month i.e. in Jan'2008, I gave them Rs. 1001/- cash and obtained the Cash Rt.. But subsequently next month, they again phoned at my residence and asked us to pay cash again, because as per their statement they were unable to present the cheque in the bank without assigning any reason. I strongly opposed, but frequently, they have been making calls to my residence. Since I am an employee of Defence and working in Ordinance Depot, Shakur Basti, Delhi and due to harrasment made by the financier i.e. M/s Bajaj Finance, we are frustrated very much and now if in future they people are not presenting the cheques in my banker and also if they would again harass us and insist us to pay cash, I will be forced to lodge an FIR against them and also file a suit in Distt. Consumer Forum, Sonipat and subsequently, if any adverse action is taken against Bajaj Finance Co. I will not withdraw my complaint in any case.

LG- FRONT LOADING WASHING MACHINE — W8C92000171- complaint no .. dated 20th sept 08
i would like to register a complaint against poor service of LG ...its been 3 weeks that i registered my comaplaint ...the technician said that motor of the washing machine needed to be replaced. meanwhile there was no feed back from LG SERVICE CENTRE AS TO HOW LONG ITwould take to attend my complaint.After several phone calls from my side i was told that motor was lying inthe godown as an when it come to our service centre we would get it fixed. I AM staying at vadsar which is about 20 kms from ahmedbad. This is not the first timethat i am facing the problem with poor LG service, in the past too in aplce like hydrabad it took 26 days for LG to attend my complaint. i would like someone to help me as i have given up and convinced not to buy any LG prodcut now on wards.
