The toll free no put up in the website of lgindia is not working. the no. has been temp. withdrawn, the website address www.lgservice.com is not working. Why do these people give all these nos. / put their nos proudly if they are not working. kindly expediate
I had purchased a 280 ltr refrigrator wide bill no 4964 dt 7-8-2004 from softvision faridabad .On 12th sept a complaint was lodged at Intella services Faridabad wide complaint no 8c[protected] and co's representative sh. SHIV KUMAR had attended the complaint on 13th who assured of replacement of compressor on 13th/14th (The machine being under warantee) but today ie on 15th another representative turned up at around 1230hrs and took a zerox of my above said bill. On enquiring at 1400hrs m/s Intella services was not aware of the status . I again lodged a complaint wide Complaint no.N 8C 91507797 in your complaint centre in Gurgaon and also visited Intella services at 1830hrs .Now, we have been told that it will take another 2-3 days as company is not having the required compressor.
I have heard that LG solves grievances in minutes but it is not true in my case.Hoping for quicker solution I am submitting this mail at your end.

my lg w machine fully automatice is not working properly. it' drains only water not washing &rinsing cloths but spining. urs toll free no is not working.
i just want to know that which motherboard is used in my lg pc having model now[protected]bci03in.

as i heard that all lg company used only intel original motherboard in their desktop's.

    TWO MONTHS BACK I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING SERVICE AND REPAIR OF SPLIT AC. AFTER THAT THEY ARRANGED MECHANIC WHO IS INTURN DONE THE JOB IMPROPERLY. DUE TO NOT NECESSITY I HAVE NOT USED THE AC. BUT NOW DUE TO HEAVY TEM. I SWITCHED ON THE AC BUT FOUND IT IT NOT WORKING AT ALL. REASONS NOT KNOWN. I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY GIVEN COMPLAINT NUMBER ON 17.04.08. BUT NO BODY HAS CAME TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM.ON 21.04.08 I HAVE ONCE AGAIN CALLED THE CUSTOMER WHO IS BOOKED THE COMLAINT ONCE AGIAN.THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE LG ELECTRONICS.

    Dear Sir,

    I have puchased new LG split ac on 14/04/10 from shiv shakti agencies, Gandhidham, Kutch, Gujatat.
    But I am finding lot of problems, like vibrations, gas leakages etc.
    And I found the customer care services is not uptp mark.
    The responce is very, very poor.Whenever I call to customer care, they will reply we r sending our engineer within a day.
    I will just brie[censored] about my last complaint:
    I have given complaint on 27/09/10( ID:C[protected])and the engineer came and checked and told me that the gas percent is very low and gas filling will be done tomarrow and i got message in evening that your service requeste is closed (Reason:customer will bring set to W/s).
    I just dont understand why they have sent this messege because i have not installed the AC ( INSTALLATION DONE BY LG).
    Again I have spoken to LG representative Mr Hiten Bhai([protected]), he told they will send the engineer for checkup and gas filling but no one came to attain the same.
    Again I have spoken to LG representative Mr Nilesh ([protected]) many times, but till date no one is attain the problem.

    I am very disappointed with LG services and I WANT TO REPLACE THE AC AT THE EARLIEST.

      My product name is REF325TMand my complaint no. is N8C40801372 dated[protected] for inner sides cracks acts on body, bad odour, noise and not working properly.Your engineer also visited and assured us that our refrigerator will be replaced by a week.
      But till date inspite of my repeatedly reminder to your call centre, there is no response from your side.
      Kindly replace my refrigerator as soon as possible since am facing lots of problems.
      My complaint ID is N83A1507991 i have purchased a brand new convention 5 days ago.as i don't know how to use the convention. i was looking forward for a demo. The demo person came yesterday advised that nob is not working. there is defect. you may have to repair this. " I DO NOt agree to THIS I A purchased fresh brand new piece requires a repair " when i called the customer care. they gave list of numbers to be called all of them incorrect/ no answer. the dealer said it will take 15 days to replace the product. we could quickly give a service to this. When i called the service center the lady spoke to me in a very rude fashion. asking to send a copy of my bill and this will be done in 10 - 15 days. when i order for a new product you dont even take 15 secs / less to debit that amount from my account. why does it take 15 days to give a me a functional piece. I looking for brand new product with working condition. as i have paid full amount of money. & also i have not purchased any defect piece / lesser price. website says incorrect version of customer service and LG brand. I looking for brand new product with working condition.

After requesting several times at your help line your engineer had visited our place yesterday. He reported the error and given his statement as the refrigerator has to be replaced with immediate effect.

      After informing the help line again they have advised us to call the Sigma Service Centre as they will do the needful.

      After referring them they told , that you have to keep on calling the service managers number.

      We are just irritated keeping call several times your customer care and helpline along with the service centre.

        i am sreenivas R/o Falt no 306 Surya teja apts behind the krishnaveni school KPHB colony HYderabad. I buyed recently a refreezrator of 608 ltrs. it is creating so much problem.there is over freezind in refreezrator side.I had complaint many times. but there is no responce.please help me out this problem.

        on 16 june 2009 i had complained to service centre about my two AC's whose complaint no is N9C61601217 but he made only one AC whose model no is LWA18G1RAH1 .(on the bill of first AC he has done my signature and taken the money). My LG Washing machine broke down about 10 days back & I lodged the complaint with LG who redirected the instructions to Faridabad Service centre & they picked up the machine for repairs at.

            Who assured to repair it within a couple of days but after three days when I called up they told that they are attending it & will do the needful at the earliest.
            The next day again I called & got the reply” Our workers are in the field, so I can not tell the status, please call tomorrow”.
            The next day I was told that there was less supply of electricity in the area, so we could not do the needful, please call tomorrow.
            The next day they told that due to heavy rains, we could not open the machine, please call tomorrow.
            The next day the pretext was that they do not have the tools & equipments to open it, so it may take more time.
            When I visited myself at the service centre It was lying unattended and since It was covered under the Insurance, the surveyor could not be intimated to go there to check it & get the estimate. Sir, the insurance surveyor can not take the photographs until and unless the machine’s related part is dismantled.
            Two days back it was surveyed by the insurance Company, but ALAS, the parts are not available with your valued service centre.

            Sir, I do not know how such a large Company like LG is handling the after sales services,
            If this is the culture & tradition of LG, I shall be the last person to buy any LG product in life, rather I shall tell all my nearer and dearer the above painful response of LG’s service centers.

            Can the senior top brass be informed about the third grade way of after sales & service machinery appointed by LG.

            I have absolute shock when on calling second time in one day the owner Mr. Ved told “Aap ke saath deal karma to bahut hi mushkil hai.”

            Sir, is it the right way to react to a consumer? Is the customer not required to know the status of his washiung machine which is lying with u for last 10 days? Every one can realize that the washing machine is one of the great necessities of a house hold. Then, should the LG service centre owner behave like that? Is the consumer his worker to whom he talked that way?

            He repeatedly made an excuse saying that the LG Company does not have the spares used for after sale services. Do u know that if even a small part of the above complaint is published in a national news paper, the LG may come to an earth the same day?

            Kindly tell your service centre owner Mr. Ved to return my machine to me as it is, I shall sell it to a scrap dealer & will buy the other brand new machine from other company whuich I have tested & found satisfactory in the past. This is the first LG appliance I tried and had a terrible experience.

            I have a TATA INDICOM walky phone of the model LG - 400T. The keypad of that model is not working at all. I had gone to your authorised customer care cum Service Cente at J.P. COMPUTERS located at 5B, Ekdalia Place, Kolkata - 700019 to repair the phone. But more than one (1) month I'm being harrased by them as they are commiting me every week that the keypad is not in their stock and will be available in the next week. I'm fed up with the same version from their end.

            Henceforth, I seek your suggesstion what to do to make my phone O.K.

            Dear Sir,

            Please refer to my complaints no. N8C21605675 dated 16.02.08, comp no; N8C3300013 dtd 30.03.08 and e-mails dated 02.04.08 and subsequent e-mails followed by legal notice by my advocate . In this connection, before filing a complaint with the Consumer Forum, I would like to say:

            1. That the noise emanating from the refrigerator has made our life hell. It has become difficult to sleep at night.
            2. At the time of purchasing it, we were advised that there is one year warranty whereas complaint was lodged well in time but no action was taken.

            3. My wife is of the opinion to obtain permission from the administration and place it in the prominent place in Chandigarh and put it on fire in the presence of Press.

            4. I am of the opinion to call the press and ask them to record the noise emanating from it and let the people know through their news channel about the product and customer care of LG.

            5. Last option rest with me is to file a complaint with the Consumer forum, switch off the refrigerator, put it in the corner of the house as it is not possible to bear the horrible sounds, and fight it to the last.

            I would like to know what LG suggests me.

            It is advised that I had purchased one LG T.V., A.C. and D.V.D. and did nolt faced any problem so I decided to purchase one L.G. Refrigerator also and purchased in April 07 from Chandigarh.

            But this time I changed the dealer. At the time of supply, its veg./fruit container was broken which is very much evident from the supply/delivery slip and copy of bill. The container was replaced by the dealer. From the day one, the refrigerator was giving unusual sounds. Though irritating, we thought that it might be a regular feature in L.G. Refrigerators. We three officers purchased the L.G. Refrigerators simultaneously from different dealers. When I visited one of their houses and enquired about horrible sounds, I was informed that there were no such sounds in their refrigerators. I lodged a complaint vide complaint no. N8C21605675 dated 16.02.08. Service Engineer visited my place after repeated requests at call centre and to the dealer. As per service Engineer version, Capillaries of the refrigerator are blocked and it is the cause of sounds. There was huge water storage in the base of the refrigerator also. It was taken to the service station and was delivered next day. Immediately after delivery, we were asked to sign satisfactory report but we asked them to take after 2-3 days so that we could judge whether problem is rectified or not and mentioned on the job card as ‘under observation’. The problem persisted and we advised the service station people but did not get any response except falls promises. I again lodge complaint vide comp no; N8C3300013 dtd 30.03.08. But it appears that company has decided that loosing one customer will not affect it and further a person who has purchased a refrigerator is not going to purchase another one soon. But it is also true that image travels from person to person. Further if my request is not acceded to I will be forced to approach some Forum to intervene to get me the value of my money.

            My LG 7.0 kg model no. WF-T7012 EN washing machine is not running properly. when I started it, it revolves 5 seconds and revolves opposite for 5 seconds and stops. what the solution of this problem. Send the mannual of this Model.

            LG Refrigerator — NOT WORKING CARELESS ATTITUDE OF SERVICE

            On 10.05.2009 I purchased one LG refregirator at CROMA KORMANGALA BANGALORE.Within one day the unit was out of order, The company exchanged it but again within 3 days this unit also went out of order. Since then they are repairing it and we are spoiling Food filled in the refregirator every day.The feeling is sick and we are harrased. We want our money back as we have lost faith on both LG as well as CROMA.We also want to be compesated for the losses.
            i agree with you.you should ask for refund.

            LG Mobile — Defective model& careless service

            I brought KF 510 of LG mobile. From the date i purchased it it was creating lot of problem. It is still in warrenty. Whenever i went there in LG Care centre in Aurangabad opposite shivaji nagar they behave like that they are doing some charity work for me. After consuming lot of time still they were not able to rectify the problem. Last time they even not fitted key pad well. I fed of there careless attitude. So those who are reading this please stay awaya from LG mobile.

            If you have filed a proper consumer complaint, there is no reason for worry as the consumer court gives time to opposite party to appear and give its own version. It may take time, but if your complaint is genuine, you will get justice.
            In case your problem is not properly heard or addressed by the District Conumer Court, then you have the remedy to file appeal before the State Commission within One month of the impugned orders.
            I suggest that you reperesent your case properly before the court.

            I am fully agreed with this complain about the LG Mobile Set. Even i am also suffering after buying LG KM335 from the begginning...so be aware from LG Mobile Sets.
            I am a very disappointed customer of LG. I have bought a double door refrigerator a year back and the fridge started smelling very badly(we always keep only vegitabls inside the fridge) and I am sure it is not becouse of damaged food. It is becuse of some machine complaints. I have made a complaint to LG and they sent represntative who can only understand hindi and after verification he had confirmed that the refrigarator is not smelling. He requested me to pay him the service chaege for no job he has done. I've denied the payment and his manager said, they will not assist in future.

            What is LG india thinking, as a customers we pay huge amount of money to buy their products and when 1 year over, they feels that the the relation is over and they require money for even single visit which doesnt help me as a customer.

            LG made my life worst, and every time I open the refregirator, I feel like vomiting. LG sux big time.

              Since I got a problem on my TV I logged a complaint to LG Service Center on Saturday (5-Apr-2008) afternoon my comp. No. is S8C40502342. For the same i got SMS from LG. by the time your Customer support Executive told me our Service person will attend the comp. with in 24hrs. i waited till next day morning Sunday Nobody turn up then i called your LG Service Center No. by the time I got Information Sunday is holiday, today (Monday)morning again i called your center and I informed about my grievance. No body responded. Then I called your Service Center franchisee and they gave me one Service person Name & Mobile no. Mr. Periyaswami, [protected]. I called the same person and he promised to come by 4.00 PM today (Monday[protected]. And my wife had taken off, just to be there when the person comes. But he dint turn up at all. When I tried calling he dint attend my call. Around 9.39 P.M I called your LG Customer Support & Service center, and told them to connect me to any LG higher official responsible for the above said problem or to give me the number of concerned person. Instead the person gave me the number of another service centre employee’s number. I insisted him, to give the number of Direct LG employees, and the person went ahead and disconnected my call. This is most frustrating, and such a customer care is really shocking from LG’s side.

              these guys are just ...i have gone thru the same experience bout my dvd player...i called them 5 times...and they kept saying ..they will come...the last time i called he gave me nos of service centres...and the people at service centre would behave like they r doing a favour to me...

                I have a LG Microwave, Airconditioner, DVD player, fridge and washing machine. I reside in Pune. This feedback is to warn people in pune - not to buy any LG products as the LG service in Pune is very very bad. Their products are good but service is terrible in Pune.

                Their service engineers are openly telling customers that since they get paid only 30 Rs per call, they are not intrested in attending to customers on time. On an average, they take three days or more to come after lodging a complaint, in some cases, they have not even come after 7 days.

                Since LG does not pay them, they are cheating the company. So if any engineer comes to you, ask him to lodge a fake warranty claim and they will happily do so in someone else's name and give you the part at a 50% discount. They routinely do this for all LG products in Pune. Its surprising how LG does not know this as almost all their senior Engineers are involved in this racket for atleast two to three years now.
                All the engineers have also told me that the company takes very long to send the parts needed and they are helpless on that issue. LG has taken more than 15 days to source any part, on more than 4 occasions, in the last two years that I have needed a part.
                Though they have changed their service franchisee recently, about 2-3 months ago, the new service franchisee is equally bad if not worse.
                While in Mumbai, the LG service was good, but their service in pune is really very bad. So while their products are good, if they need service in Pune - may god help you.

                I have been waiting for LG Service engineer to repair my Washing Machine from past 20 days.
                I had booked the ticket with customer care on 23rd August 2008, and it has been closed without any notification to me. Saying customer number is not reachable. Whereas my number was reachable all the time.

                2nd time I booked the ticket with Customer Care on 4th September 2008 and daily I am calling to customer care to know when engineer is coming and I am getting the response till date, that we will be sending an reminder to concern people.

                Finally I am very upset with LG Service and have decided not to buy any products of LG and suggest people too.
                LG is not a good brand.
                I bought a TV after one week the receiver of the Remote Control stopped getting the signal.
                The Door of the freezer of my refrigerator is NOT closing well.
                And the most recent worse thing, is that i bought an "LG" washing machine item model "WD80154TP", SN#: 807PNE032548, it produce an EXTREMELY ANNOYING NOISE while washing, and it produce a noise as if there is a Jumbo Jet plane is taking off while spinning.
                LG is hiding information on its customers since it is not mentioning the DBA of the item under the specification, LG is not testing it material, there is no quality control on its material.
                I request LG company for a refund on this item (washing machine).

                  had purchased a flatscreen television on the 28th of October, 2007.

                  I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint ID - S8C[protected] with the customer care center on the 21st of March, 2008. This complaint was to be attended to on the 22nd of March, 2008.

                  Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. All they say is that the service center representative will be sent over to my place the next day. I am almost nearing the completion of making a directory of the cellphone numbers of all the service center representatives with all the numbers given to me by the customer care. But as my luck would have it, not a single call, of all the many repeated calls that I have made to those numbers, has been answered. I am sure it is easier to talk to God, himself. Another common dialogue that I get from the customer case is that the service center had made a call to my cellphone and that I did not answer it. Moreover, every customer care representative that I speak to, asks me to call back and ask for them if the complaint is not attended to the next day. But strangely, when I call the next day asking for them, I am politely informed that there was never anybody with that name at the customer care center.

                  I am still waiting for the complaint to be attended to.

                  27/08/07 when it was taken Rs.1200/-, so your person from your service centre is asking me to pay Rs.2500/- for the installation

                  I have purchased one refrigerator (company LG, model no. LG211SA4) on 18th of june 2008 from SWAN SONI APPLIANCES PVT LTD. Bill no for the purchase is 14270. After 10 days it started giving problems and finally on 25th of june it stopped cooling. I filed complaint on 1st july 2008 at around 9 am, the req no given to me was S8C70100366 and the person attending the call told me to let the refrigerator switched on at the highest cooling level for 4 to 5 hours, i did the same but nothing happened. i again called the service centre around 4pm on 1 st of july, and i got another complaint no- S8C70104195. Next day they send one service engineer to my house, he found that the compressor was not working and was drawing 4 amps current. he told me that compressor will be changed. But nothing happened after that so, i again made a call to service centre on 5 th of july 2008. they told me that they will replace the compressor by 12 in the afternoon i[censored]nable to do so they will change the refrigerator itself. Believing this i took leave from my office and was waiting for them, till afternoon nobody came so i made a call again, this time the reply i got was that one old refrigerator is available whose door is having problem and they will fix the door of my refrigerator into the old refrigerator and that resulting refrigerator i can take.
                  This is my problem and nobody of the LG showroom is listning to me. Please help me in getting my nonfunctioning refrigerator replaced by a new working one.

                  I have purchased 1ton A/c from Balaji Electronic dated 5th may 2008.Since the time i have purchased a/c after one month my a/c start giving problem (no cooling effect) i have complaint to costomer care and the engineer came and with genral checking said that there is a leakage of gas.Then the next day other engineer came and checked the pressure and said that there is no leakage, there is a problem in installation as you a/c pipe is very high and straight this will give you problem.He advise me to re-install the same with extra cost(Installation and extra copper pipe).We were agreed to do the same and the engineer start punchring the walls as he adviced then he took my indoor to service center for genral checkup and said he will come back tommarrow with a/c after checking.After two days i got a call that coolin coil of your A/c in not working, It will take two days to replace the part.There was no comunication after that, when we call them they said, we are not getting that part and we are trying to replace the a/c and it will take two days for this whole process.After so many calls and reminder to the service center and the incharge Mr Ashok Saini the whole process took good 15/16 days.And the Incharge Mr Saini was simply blaming L.G.for not providing the same.After getting my replace A/c back in 16 days and with extra cost of re-installing and extra copper [protected]@rs5500/- my a/c is still the same with no cooling effect.and even this time we have noticed few problems and informed to the engineer Mr Gautam, and we have written down the problem on the job card for Mr Saini refference.But he is not bother to call back regarding the same.May be he is facing the these types of complaint everyday.
                  Over all i would like to say that the after sale service is very poor and they just dumping the product to the costomer after spending money in add to mis guide the poor costomer, They should spend the money in making the product better.

                  Hi I bought a LG KP 110 mobile and on from the day I bought it, it restarts whenever i get a GPRS message and Text mesage simultaneously. In LG site I see the internal memory is 64 mb (65536 kb) but in phone it shows only 1 MB (1024 kb). headsets provided with the handset are not that good. No softwares or Games can be added to the mobile. Please reply back to my mail id if there is any possibility to access phone memory and add any games.

                  I have purchased theo LG Mobile in June 2008 and twice they replaced the battery but still there is problem, If I get around 8 to 10 calls and the call duration is not more than 1 to 1.5 monutes my battery will get discharged, when I contact their service centre always they ask us to give the instrument for service and they are telling that they can show in the manual how much hours they committed only will come.
                  Hi I bought a LG KP 110 mobile and on from the day I bought it, it restarts whenever i get a GPRS message and Text mesage simultaneously. In LG site I see the internal memory is 64 mb (65536 kb) but in phone it shows only 1 MB (1024 kb). headsets provided with the handset are not that good.                   I purchased an LG washing machine 3 months ago from Hyderabad. Unfotunately the water pipe has been accidently broken. I have been calling the customer services for the past 5 days. everyday on every call i have been assured that i will get a call back from the technician but no luck.
                  It has been escalated for the past 2 days now - my complaint number S8C91200453.
                  Now the latest is that the customer services number that i am dialing takes me to north India, wen they transfer me back to Andhra Pradesh branch no one can hear me! The telephones are not working. I asked the north india branch to ask the Hyd branch to call me back - the answer is that " no this is an inbound call centre" surely someone can call the Client back ????????

                  I have not seen this kind of a service before and i am absolutely sorry to say that LG has degraded themselves to this extent. We have just moved back to India from UK, i am amazed to see that how many times i have to call for a water pipe!

                  PS: i had similar experience with the LG TV as well.

                  The LG name & products are good... however i will not advice anyone to buy LG just because no one helps once you are in trouble.

                  The next day the pretext was that they do not have the tools & equipments to open it, so it may take more time.
                  When I visited myself at the service centre It was lying unattended and since It was covered under the Insurance, the surveyor could not be intimated to go there to check it & get the estimate. Sir, the insurance surveyor can not take the photographs until and unless the machine’s related part is dismantled.
                  Two days back it was surveyed by the insurance Company, but ALAS, the parts are not available with your valued service centre.

                  Sir, I do not know how such a large Company like LG is handling the after sales services,
                  If this is the culture & tradition of LG, I shall be the last person to buy any LG product in life, rather I shall tell all my nearer and dearer the above painful response of LG’s service centers.

                  Can the senior top brass be informed about the third grade way of after sales & service machinery appointed by LG.

                  I have absolute shock when on calling second time in one day the owner Mr. Ved told “Aap ke saath deal karma to bahut hi mushkil hai.”

                  Sir, is it the right way to react to a consumer? Is the customer not required to know the status of his washiung machine which is lying with u for last 10 days? Every one can realize that the washing machine is one of the great necessities of a house hold. Then, should the LG service centre owner behave like that? Is the consumer his worker to whom he talked that way?

                  He repeatedly made an excuse saying that the LG Company does not have the spares used for after sale services. Do u know that if even a small part of the above complaint is published in a national news paper, the LG may come to an earth the same day?

                  Kindly tell your service centre owner Mr. Ved to return my machine to me as it is, I shall sell it to a scrap dealer & will buy the other brand new machine from other company whuich I have tested & found satisfactory in the past.                   KG 800 mobile — Worst service by LG Service Centre

                  I have purchase KG 800 from Universal at Malleswaram around 30 Sep 07.(Now not warranty).

                  On 07 Oct 08 I given my Set to Optima Mobile services at Rajajinagar with the reason for battery not working. First they have informed me that same battery is not available.They immediately put new battery and found the set was working OK.
                  Then they have told to purchase new battery which it was costing Rs. 884.00(incl tax). I wentback back for brining money and next day I asked them to check with other battery. They kept the mobile under observation and then they have told me that SMT (Rs. 551) and PCB (Rs 281) to be replaced and it was replaced.
                  Next day it was giving same problem then again I paid Rs. 884 for battery. Once I return to home again I found the condition of mobile as good as when I visited first time to Optima service centre. I doubt about the Service Centre persons whether they are really rectify the diagnosis or simply charged the amount for my visit. After paying Rs. 1716 for mobile which purchased before one year and some days still want some more money without proper rectification???

                  If this is the condition of LG mobile please tell me whom I can advice for the good mobile??

                  I am an ex-service person and living on pension where as I cannot afford thismuch costly bill without reason.

                  Please do some thing where I can remember LG the best in service also.

I m not responsible for any hardware and system problem “, than he gave me Service station number. after 8 hrs one engineer come home at 12th December 2008 and told me “this is Switch Panel Problem, so give me permission for open the FTF, I ill change Switch Panel Part ”. Sir, how can I permission for open the new LG FFT... which is just 48 hrs old and under 100% warranty. The Service Station Owner does not agree to replace it.

                  Today is 16th December 2008... Still 4:3 button not working. Sir I want replace this unit not service /part change I ill pay full amount so why I repair it.

                  I had purchased a LG 9800 couple of months back.I was told it has a Bluetooth facility in it and after purchasing the mobile I came to know there is no Bluetooth facility available in the Handset. Ima a very regular customer of LG. I have all the products of LG in my house and such kind of cheating was not expected from such a reputed company like LG. I was very much hurt by such behaviour.

                  I have bought a LG head set KP199 before a Two months ago, but after a moth there is problem with chargig pin, due to pcb of that pin is working properly, Since cell was within warranty, so i visted to LG care center Horizain(pune). They told me that they will repair it with in three days but i got my mobile with changed PCB after more than one month back, now due change in PCB mobile's software is not working properly.                   Regarding Servicing for LG AC.
                  Never buy LG.. I have similar experience with LG when I bought their DVD player and recently a 1 ton AC. Product delivered to me at home is different than what I ordered. Though the box on the outside has the correct Product name and barcode written but it has a differnet product inside.

                  I have ordered LSA3ZG5NTY1 from Cams Corner in City Centre Kolkata. It was delivered on Saturday but when the people came for installation and opened the box I found that the model inside is different than what is written on pack. As per the specifications of the LSA3ZG5NTY1, indoor unit should be Golden in color but I got a silver colored unit. I was promised for the replacement today (6th April) and I followed up multiple times with the dealer but not yet recieved the correct indoor unit.

                  I purchased an 1.5 T split AC Through M/S Sales Emporium Kolkata on 24-04-08 which was installed on 25-04-08. On 25--4-09 I informed the service centre at [protected] for third free servicing within its warranty period. LG Service centre refused to do the servicing for free an send somebody to provide a paid service.As I didn't agree for the paid service The service engr offered to do the servicing on cash payment of Rs 250 to him .

                  This is the state of affair of after sales service of LGEIL who refuses the customer the due free service when it is informed to them just 1 day late.

                  I strongly feel that nobody should go for lg product and I shall advise my friends and relatives to do so in future.

                      In my cell i.e., LG RD3000 cell phone, the service area is not displaying. I enquired with both constomer care and LG service people both are not listening my problem. In terms saying that its a problem of the network and viceversa.

                      recently i purchased lg rd 3000, there are a lot of problems in that phone.
                      some of the problems i faced are
                      1) the phone heats up when i charge the phone.
                      2) the phone heats up when i talked for 5 mins.
                      3) recently the vibration was not working .
                      4) the service area is not displaying.
                      5) the battery back up is weak.
                      6) there is no dictionary available when writing messages.
                      7) the downloaded ringtones sound is very low in this mobile.

                        I had been trying to call on the numbers for Customer Care in Patna but could not for last 3-5 days as every time it was busy and today daytime i posted my complaint through the LG website and it was like magic the LG person Mr. Dharmendra was at my doorstep after approximately 1 and a half hours and everything was done in one hour or so and my washing machine was working
                        This type of response frankly i had never expected but it was very nice to see the promptness please keep it up and try to give more tel numbers as one number is not enough and it is busy whole day.

                        i took a LG fridge 2 days ago and i found 2 dents in the side and the light inside the fridge was not working. the fridge also looks very dusty and old. i think LG is selling old products. there is no response from the shop we took. i dont know were to lodge a complaint againist these people.

                        I purchased a LG refrigerator GL-181 PP4 Batcg : 10559 from Electro World, Bank Road, Gorakhpur, U.P. on dated:28Jan, 2008 paying Rs. 7650.00 only. I gifted this refrigerator to my sister on her wedding on dated:5Feb, 2008, and she took it with her to Deoria. There they came to know that cooling system of this refrigerator was not working. I did so many complaints to 'Electro World' by writeen and by phone(as he recommended). Sometimes some engineer's reached, but they couldn't repair the refrigerator to work properly. It about 5 and half months passed now. It seems it is the company's formula to cheat the comsumer's by providing their junk material to them to earn more profits.                         I purchased LG 1.5 ton split ac on 14-3-09, It was install ed after 3 days. from the next day i found cooling problem in it.                         I purchased two XD63 deck/players from LG and on opening up the boxes observed in one of the box remote, battery, wire set were missing and one speaker of one set is not working.

                        The sets were lifted from Lajpat Nagar, Jeevandas Refrigeration and these items were missing and complaint has been lodged on 21st and 22nd with the Agency known as Advance Solutions, 455, Patpargnj Industrial Area, Delhi 92.

                        One Mr. Vikas says he will give the missing products only at cost after 4 days from today. I told him to give this in writing but he says for the mistake of dealer he is not bothered and they should pay.

                        Till just now I have been not only investing time, money on getting service from LG India and product for which I hve full paid to them, but I would request Mr. Ajay Raina of LG India, Greater Noida to desist keeping such agencies who are unable to properly behave with cutomer who has paid the money to them

                        LG Electronic split A/C — false advertising and AMC services

                        I took an AMC from LG in early march. In April, my a/c had run out of gas. LG took Rs.2200 (approx) from me. On their site they promise service within 48 hours and promptly. I made my complaint on the 12th of April. I was told the service engineers would do the needful on the 13th. Since that time endless phone-calls, complaints, e-mails- and I have yet to see the so called "prompt" service take place. The call centre does the standard apology and guarantees an engineer will appear on that day. As a result I have taken time off work to be present when the engineer arrives. No such engineer has appeared and I have lost out on clients and work as a result of such incompetence. That a company by virtue of its size is entitled to treat its customers with scant disregard is appalling. There is no empath, understanding of care by this organisation. They have taken my money- and they wanted me to take it for all five a/cs)- thank goodness I didn't fall fool to that. I am seeking damages for emotional harassment, loss of work time and clients and misrepresentation as well as fraud by the organisation.

                        I had purchased a LG fridge model GL-245TMG4 9 (SERIAL NO. 808NLNC 009863SINOX, Batch 1 on 8th FEB 2009 from Sahu Agencies Pvt Ltd, Gomtinagar. After 2/3 weeks it has giving trouble like not cooling. We had complained to the customer care and they had given complaint regn no. as N9C42209415 and after two days two technician visited our house and checked the fridge and said that some part of defrost is not working and they had replaced same and assured us that now the fridge will not give any trouble.

                        But again after few days the fridge has given the same problem . we had again complained to the customer care and they had given the complaint regn no. N9C50108047. Another day a technican from LG visted our house and he had also changed some parts and assured that now the problem will not occur.

                        Now after two days the fridge has started giving the trouble. Yesterday again we had registered the complaint no. N9C50514465. we hope the technician will come within 24 hours as mentioned by the customer care and we are waiting for that.

                        Now we are feeling that we had taken a wrong decision to purchase the fridge of LG company. After purchasing the fridge on 8 FEB 2009 we are experiencing the trouble as mentioned above. During the period all the foods, vegetable etc are rotten due to the problem and now we are facing lot of problem in this summer season for keeping the milk and all other foods. We think that your technicians are not good enough to know the reason for the defect of the fridge. Kindly tell us what we can do. The only mistake in our part is we select the fridge of your brand. During the last twenty years we had used the Kelvinator fridge and it has not given any trouble for a single day for these years. Due to the oldness of the fridge we have decided to change the same and therefore we have purchased the LG one.

                        I had some problem in our LG Referigerator 190Ltr I made complaint at LG customer care first the some engineers came (22/05/2009) (Complaint No. N9c[protected] in my house cheked and found O.K. but problem was there, second complaint made by me then engineers come and given obbservation compresure will replace then third engineer comes and toled for gas recharge and rechrged it but problem was as it is. Then complaint made engineer found thermostrait not working now what they will do I don't know.

It is almost 3 months and I have faced lot of problem in this summer season, as the A/C is installed in my mail sitting lobby.
                        I never expect such service from a company like LG who promises Life’s Good but wheras the Life’s Hell with such peoples. I have my mobile bill in which calls to all above numbers can be seen over 100 times Now I am forced to go to consumer court and report this to Media as well.

                        However pls see that still no body has responded except a call from Noida last week. Moradabad service center peoples are so insane that they do not care for any complaints and several calls. Everytime they have a excuse for last 3 months that LG Moradabad do not have a 2 ton compressor.

                        As summers are getting over and complaint has not been attended by LG, this is a violation of consumer warranty and LG should pay a penalty for this definitely. Better I should now stop complaining and take shelter of Law.

                        From Day one AC is not giving Cooling.
                        Many complaints lodged and Follow ups made but the response was very much poor and delayed.
                        The engineer visited aftr 6 days and did some repairing in the unit, but NO Improvement.
                        I am not ready to live with defective unit, which is not giving cooling even after repairing.
                        I have requested for replacement of this unit with other model.
                        Pls arrange to get this Unit replaced with New and tested unit of 5NW3 model of 1.5 ton split AC.

                        Matter is already delayed by LG for more than a month, now I am loosing patience.

                        I am going to put a complaint of harassment and mental and monitory torture against LG and its service center Neutron Service center Prabhadevi, Mumbai for non repair of my fully automatic front loading machine since last 6 weeks .
                        My Machine was making noise and I had put a complaint on ur call center [protected] . A technician from Neutron service center visitted on 12/6/09 . He told me that inner drum had broken . When we him that this drum was replaced 5 months back his technician told us that gasket fitting is not proper . He left without fixing the problem . Next day when operating the machine it again started making noise . I again complained to Neutron. Again another technician visited on 17th june and told that inner drum has to be replaced . After talking to Mr Truptikant incharge of Neutron it was agreed that drum would be replaced as it was under gurantee . I had already paid the service charges and had agreed to pay transportation charges . The machine was taken on 18th june . After repeated calls to Mr Truptikant & Mr Arvind owner of Neutron and Mr Manish ( so called service manager of LG) my machine was not returned for almost a month since i registered the complaint . The reasons ( excuses) given were drum was not available ( which is very difficult to believe that such a important spare part is not available for a month), wrong drum had arrived, transportation van was not available/working and the list goes on . Finally machine was sent on 11th july . After checking that I found that machine was making screeching noise, the cycles were not functioning properly and the drum was making noise while spinning . Again we called truptikant and send a senior technician to see the problems . AFTER KEEPING THE MACHINE FOR 3 1/2 WEEKS WE RECEIVED THE MACHINE IN SUCH PATHETIC CONDITION WITHOUT EVEN THE BASIC CHECKS BEING DONE AT THE SERVICE CENTER . On 14th july the same technician came and told that some spring was missing, the rubbers have to be put on feet for balancing and the timer was not fitted properly . Again after talking to Truptikant on 14th july it was decided that senior technician will come with all spares.
                        After repeated calls the technician came after a week on 20th july . He did try doing some repairs for 2 hours after consulting someone on phone . Next day when we operated the machine it was noticed that the soap powder was not going in the machine and the "B" Cycle was not functioning properly . Mr Truptikant told me again that he will send some senior technician on 21st july . The same junior technician who came on 20th july came on 28th july and diagnosed that it a timer problem . I am not sure of the capability of this junior technician who doesnt seem to have much technical knowledge that he has diagnosed the problem correctly as all other cycles are working properly . ALSO THIS PROBLEM WAS NOT THERE WHEN THIS MACHINE WAS TAKEN .
                        IT TOOK ALMOST 45 DAYS FOR UR SO CALLED SERVICE CENTER TO ATTEND TO OUR COMPLAINTS AND AT THE END OF IT STILL THE PROBLEMS HAVE NOT BEEN RECTIFIED .
                        SECONDLY THIS MACHINE WAS LYING AT DEALER PLACE FOR 3 WEEKS . SO WHO IS GOING TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FACT THAT OUR MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED WITH AS THIS TIMER PROBLEM WAS NOT THERE WHEN THIS MACHINE WAS TAKEN .
                        AS OF TODAY ALSO I AM STILL NOT ABLE TO USE MY MACHINE BECAUSE OF THIS LETHARGIC AND PATHETIC AND 3RD GRADE SERVICE PROVIDED BY UR SERVICE CENTER .
                        During the last visit when i asked the technician about jobsheet, I am informed that the call has been closed without I even knowing or signing on any document . I had mentiioned in the last jobsheet that machine will be tested for 2/3 days for the screeching sound and that I was not satisfied with the service . How is it possible that call is closed when a adverse remark has been written on the job sheet . This is CHEATING. And why is ur technician not carrying job sheets when he is attending the calls . How do u monitor how many calls are registered and resolved ? Do u any system or it is all left at the grace o[censored]r so called service centers and technicians and so called service managers.
                        Mr Manish who is ur Mumbai Area service manager ([protected]) is least bothered about resolving this problem and is just busy putting me and neutron on conference call and listning to our conversation . Of late he has stopped taking calls . What kind of service managers a MNC like LG has appointed ??? .
                        Mr Truptikant is another character who does not understand the meaning of service center . My mobile /landline bill has gone up by Rs 500 /- last month, needless to say the time, energy gone for such a trivial problem .
                        As such I have decided to go to Jago grahak and consumer court filing a case of consumer harassment, monitory loss and mental torture . I want a BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE SAME MODEL replaced as I dont have any faith in ur service center who have kept the machine with them 3 weeks and returned it with some new problems which were earlier not there and the pathetic service provided . Also I WANT RS 50000 /- AS COMPENSATION FOR MY WASTAGE OF TIME AND MENTAL TORTURE . Lastly I want the service registration cancelled of Neutron for such pathetic 3rd grade service worse than a local unskilled service man for which u people charge Rs 330 /- .
                        I will wait till Thursday for ur reply else I will go ahead and file a case against LG and service center and see that the guilty is punished and u people dont get away for such harassment .

                        I have purchased a LCD Tv 32 inchs from exhibition in Muzaffarnagar, on 16 August 2009. They offered me offer of DVD and one DTH connection. I have paid all payment of Rs 37, 990/- and 100/- for subscription of 3 months, the local dealer "V.S.Distributors" Bhagat Singh Road told me that they will install the TV and DTH connection within 2 days. But they have not installed the TV and not yet install DTH, I have called on their phone many time, and visited them many time, but they are giving me proper response, and they freqently says they are not liable for this. and you can make complaint to the company. Their behaviour is very roud. I think the dealer is not taking any interest. I have make also a complaint for my microwave in that exhibition, but till now nobady has come from the company.
                        I am very much annoyed with this type of service and behaviour of the dealer.

                        I had terribly bad experience with my mobile phone battery going dead within 3 months. I have been following up with the LG service centre in Pune, and there on Mr Sanjay[protected] has been just telling me please come after 2-3 days each time I visit the center. It's almost 40 days now and I have not been given replacement. Today when I went again, on seeing me loosing temper, I notcied he replacing with an USED BATTERY (can you believe it). The terminals of the battery was worn out and had scratched all over. Any blind person can say its old. Initially he didnot accpet it's an old one, but when I repeatedly insisted, then he accepted that the battery is used one. He has again called me after 2 days. This kind of service is PATHETIC, LG you should be ASHAMED of this service. I swear I will NEVER purchase any LG product in future nor will recommend this to my enemies too.

                        I had bought a 230 Liter 2-Door White Refrigerator (Model No.GLT242GPD) few years ago. About two months back, the Vegetable Box & its Cover-tray were cracked from many places. When I called up the Helpline, I was told that a representative would visit our house to check the model and do needful for which they will charge Rs.330 as visit charges (The cost of the box and tray will be extra). I am shocked that the company charges for a self-fitting spare part. When I told them that I can collect the Vegetable Box and Tray myself from the service centre to save the visit charge of Rs.330, I was given an address of Digital Care-Rajan Society, Naranpura. I have visited this service center after calling them thrice in last 2 months but everytime I visit them, they inform me to come back after 4 days since they cannot find these parts. When I call the helpline, they tell me that since this model is old now, there are no spare parts available easily. LG's claims of customer satisfaction and prompt After Sales Service fall flat when it actually comes to delivering the end-user. The models selling today will definately become old few years later, does that mean that parts will not be available ?
                        I buoght LG cdma mobile model no LG 3500 color green, RSN no RLGHS [protected] on 30/05/09. After two days it started problem.I went five times your servising centre and they told me at frist socket problem then circuit problem then keypad then vribrattion.                         I am having 6 no of 1.5 tr LG Split AC for my office. i had a problem with one of my AC and I had been trying to call on the numbers for Customer Care in Chennai but could not. After 10 days the person came from LG and find out the problem, and he says that the service people will come and pick the compressor, because the compressor got failed. For confirming the problem they have taken 10 days. OK fine and then after 5 days later some body came from LG and took the Outdoor machine, while taking the machine they have told me that there will be charges for transporting, i said OK. After 1 week the compressor returned to me and they have told me that people will come and do the installation. It happens on 15th October 2009. Each and every time the Custommer care executives is giving the request ID to me, and they are sending the ID no to my mobile thru SMS.                         i have purchased a LG 1.5 split a/c from m/s AMUTHA AND CO, TAMBARAM, CHENNA on 15 May 07, for rs 24, 690I. Now it is almost three years and now my compressor is defective/not working which have 4 years of warranty. now i want the replacement of compressor which i dont have a bill which i lost during house shifting. i have the owners manual and the box of the outdoor unit. in the outdoor unit i could see the No.LSA 18S1 AS1 AE43DR1(TN) 18000 Btu/hr. 38kg MICOM SPLIT A/C RS.24690 15-MAY-07. So the industy who will work on the customer delight will lead . This is to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased one LG refrigerator GL325 on 16 April 09 from Geetanjali Electronics, Begum pul, Meerut in the name of NITIN GUPTA . Just after two month the rubber which is fixed at the door got damage . Due to this i am unable to close my door . I have logged the complaint at the call centre twice, compalint no. are N9C71701042 AND N9C71802139 . The service engineer visited at my house and told us that the rubber is not generating the magnet and is to be replaced . How can the rubber be damage of a new fridge ? Till date no response recieved from the service centre of LG . I have never experienced such pathetic services from any service industry . The service centre at Meerut is not responding to my complain at all . Mr. Dinesh, superviser is not interested in picking up my call . Its almost 10 days but still my problem unresolved . I am going to issue complain letter to your chairman for such kind of service from LG if my issue is not resolved today. This is in reference to the pathetic service that i have received from one of your Service Centres in Meerut at Saket.

                        I am a a loyal customer of LG for past 15 years. Unfortunately, my brand loyalty towards LG has been miserably dazed. I bought a 42 inch projection TV in September, 2002. In March this year, suddenly the TV conked off. We immediately contacted authorized service center of LG (complaint number C[protected] dt 18 Mar 2010). The TV goes automatically into protection mode within few seconds after switching on. The problem was detected in deflection board of the TV. We were told that the part had to be changed and it would take maximum 7 days. On the 10th day, after repeated calls to the service executives, the part was delivered but it did not serve the purpose. We were told that the small unit of the new part was missing. We were made to wait for another 15 days and finally informed that nothing could be done as the specific part was not available.

                        Is this the customer satisfaction and support LG stands for? Which is absolutely contrasting to what you advertise every time? This also shows lack of professionalism in providing support to their products. I have lost faith in LG and cannot imagine that a company like LG has actually not kept any provision for spare parts of expensive products like 42 inch projection TV. I don’t understand what I should do now. I find myself helpless in the hands of LG. I am badly stuck. Kindly find a solution to this problem at the earliest.

                        Call them for a paid service they will come immediately. They took my AC to workshop and once its back its giving noises. Now follow up with them and no response because no charges for that and its their mistake. Now what should I do with that AC. Its just 2 yrs old and not even eligible to throw.                         I have purchased LG Split AC one day before Akshaya Tritiya day, the dealer said that the AC will get installed on Akshaya Tritiya day i agreed to purchase the AC but the it has not been installed till tuesday.                         LG should stand for Life's gone . I can not imagine any customer service could be this miserable and insensible. No one holds any accountability for their actions leave about ownership. A bunch of ill mannered and irresponsible youth sitting on a call center and massacaring LG's brand on one side and the buracratic service centers on the other . I used to be a LG loyalist (I have LG AC, TV, Refridgerator, washing machine) but now have taken a oath not to buy any LG product ever nor advise anyone to do so. I have a complain with LG pending from 23rd December (today is 4th January) and the same has been cancelled over and again with lame excuses and then another new complain, so on and so forth.Till date I have not received any service on my complain. And this is not the first time it's happening this way. I have had similar exeperiences in the recent past. Are these guys just spared and there is no one who holds them accountable.                         I was having over confidence about company .which Broke in few months after purchase, when my TFT became faulty. I lodged a complaint, a person came and solved that in an hour but in one month same happened again it happened seven times during guarantee of three years. Every time person came & changed the DISPLAY UNIT a product with bad quality or I feel unlucky because my products failed. now i am at same place with faulty monitor .during same period my AC which was working well a person on call serviced unit same time I decide to take AMC with company for the products. For TFT the person refuses to extend the grantee he told me that the life of product is this much. I was offered three year contract in Rs.2800 in special scheme the person who collected the cheque didn’t gave us papers of AMC. When I called for the service they confirmed the papers from office and made my AC repaired. Now same is happening with AC. My AC has been repaired by company’s experts so many times. Now the problem during starting summer season when ever I called for service the technician came and every time told me “SIR GAS LEAK HAI”. Now it is my duty to call service and pamper them so that my ac run smoothly I was told by three company service engineers sir coil change ho jaayegi but after repair nothing changed on one visit technician told “SIR JAB TAK AAP KI COOLING COIL NAHIN BAADLY JAYEGI TAB TAK YEH KABHI THIK NAHIN HOGA”. I requested the same to make it proper repair to SH. ASHISH JI who was looking after UNIQUE AIRCON. In same contest I gave ring to MADAM SHOBHA PANDEY who made a conference regarding the matter i was assured but when I received the ac after paying Rs.250 the same was not attended the ac coil was repaired badly for which I have mentioned remarks on job sheet on[protected] “daring person said “AAP KAHIN COMPLAINT KAROGE TO OR TANG HO JAAO GE”. Now this summers on[protected] when I called LG care I was told that a person will call me in 2 hours and will service my ac in 24 hours but after 24 hours I again called Customer Care .He regretted and again told me to wait for another 2 hours for call & 24 hours for service. Now person came the same day from another service center ALFA SERVICE, Ashok Nagar New Delhi. Again service engineer told me “SIR GAS LEAK HAI” AC company jaaeyga and assured me that company vehicle will come and collect the AC It again took another two days.                         I am too suffering from the torturous service of this company. The after sales support of LG is, I would say the poorest as compared to any other player. Seems the top management is blind or they are just happy with the salaries and perks they are geting from the company. I dont know if these fools are really bothered about the future of this company. I wish they too collapse like nokia once which was a world player.

                        Starting from there engineers to workshop managers, it seems they are all dump. I can confirm that the office boys workig in my office are far more competent, responsive, responsible and commited as compared tho there staff, with whom I have dealt till date.

                        An LG engineer came to my place, opened my TV, took the mother board to so called workshop(Faridabad) and never returned. I tried to chase him a number of time, either he was on leave or did not have a concrete answer. I called at customer care, and the exective was far more dumb. He gave me an option to close this request and open a new request. This is height. When I asked him what about my mother board which you guys have taken, no answer. At the same time he gave the number of the manager of faridabad office (I believe his name is Utkarsh). He is far more irresponsible. By talking to him it never appeared to me that I am talking to a manger of a great group like LG. First day, he replied me very sarcastically, oh it is not delivered yet. I have asked the executive to deleiver it. It is ready sir. Next day again I called him. I got the same stupid answer, sir I have asked the guy to deliver it. But as I have left for the day, I will talk to him tomorrow. But till now no response from these stupid people.

                        I have spent around 20 minutes to write this note for this stupid company as I am not able to find any mail Id on there homepage to escale this issue. I am forwarding the same note to CNBC awaz too. I hope these dirty practices of these so called big companies should be made public so that people should think thrice before purchasing any product from these companies.

                          We purchased a LG fridge from Viveks, Indiranagar, Bangalore. The fridge was not working fine after 5 months and we informed the LG service people at LG Service center, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore. The service centre people did not respond to our complaint for a long time.After continoulsy contacting them they sent a technician "Basha" who came but was unable to fix the problem.Basha has being giving us some excuse every time he is unable to fix the fridge.The freezer which was the only compartment in the fridge that was working earlier, is also not working now after he replaced some parts.He has also not given us any job sheets as part of the service he has done.Even after informing thier manger Mansoor, they do not bother to get it fixed and it has become more than a month that we have been waiting.
                          Hope you will look into the problem seriously and take necessary action immediately.

                            I am looking for Lg rd 6250 handset its also called as Boom Box. I am put in chennai. I am not able to get the handset in and around Tamilnadu. I am working for reliance. Even though i tried in all possible ways but i could not able to get it. Request you to kindly arrange in which web world or lg showroom that handset is availabe.                             I had registered a complaint for my front loader fully automatic washing machine on[protected]. The problem was the machine starts but after 5-6 min it shows the Door error &#039;dE&#039; on display. The service man come and check and said the problem of the door lock, he took the part for a sample after 2 days i got a message form LG of ordering of part and after 3 week another service man came and opened the whole machine and checked but not able to resolve the problem. Till now my machine is not bin repaired.
                            very very poor service... :( :(

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had purchased a LG vacuum cleaner 2 years back. The hose of the vacuum cleaner has broken and has to be replaced. I asked the LG service center here in Trivandrum, Kerala for replacement of this part and repair of another part. This was done a month and a half ago. I have need of the vacuum cleaner for various purposes in the house regularly but these people have neither given a replacement hose or even called back to inform me about the status of the part. If the company cannot provide the parts then why do they sell the vacuum cleaner in the first place. I paid 5000 Rs for this one and if I have to pay 5000 Rs for a new vacuum cleaner each time a part needs replacement it is going to leave me penniless. I need some help with this problem and the ride the dealers are taking me here. The vacuum cleaner is a LG Spark V-C2620 Healthgaurd serial number 40HTA00631

                                i have loss my mobile LG RD 3000 .can i get it or not...
                                I am having Chocolate handset. I have been using it for past 2 years. I am very happy and satisfied with this handset. However, Battery of my handset has become weak now. I am unable to find battery in any mobile shop. Also, at every shop the salesmen advice me to buy Nokia as its battery and other spare parts are more videly available.
                                No one is ready to even place an order for battery. After having such good models, the reason for dip in your sales is bad after sales service. Everywhere people have adviced me to not buy Viewty. Can you help me procure a battery for KG800 ASAP

Now the service centres are asking for purchsing the battery, that too hey dont gurante would be availabe after placing order. basically as the fault had been observed during the warranty period and not rectifies by the service centre/LG, is it stands with LG business ethos that I shall be now charged for the cost?

                                One way LG has no service channels and secondly there is no customer satisfaction due to lack of attention to the complaints.

                                Please advice.

                                i bought Lg mobile along with bsnl sim in bundle offer. it provide RS 100 talk value extra every month for 15 month on every recharge of Rs 100, but its validity ends only after 6 month.it is cheating case by company.

                                I purchased new lg mobile kp220 from kanpur three months before first time gprs was not working, again after one month problem faced sms sending service center kanpur removed this problem but generate new problem in camera module showing "NOT READY" i want to say that till now my mobile not working properly .all these problems may please rectified at the earliest, so that our faith on lg co. may continue.                                   Dear Sir,

                                  I have purchased a LG air cooler (1.5 ton) from TMC Begumpet on Sunday i.e. 09/03/2008 from sriram financing agency. I had the unit being delivered on Tuesday 11/03/2008 at my apartments 1-10-330, Flat#306, Airlines apartments, Brahamanwadi, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016. On Wednesday i.e. 12/03/2008 people from LG service center came for installation of this air cooler by charging 1200 rps. Later on Friday 14/03/2008 when I realized that the refrigerant from the air cooler outlet started leaking out with high pressure I immediately called the concerned person who has come for installation and the response that I got was, They would come and see after 2 days and I have to go for refilling the refrigerant and will be charged approx 1800 rps.

                                  The same issue was escalated to LG customer care unit @ 39010909 on 14/03/2008 with a reff#S8C31502680, they promised to send a technician on Monday after 48 hrs, but as of now I have no person coming and checking the unit and the refrigerant gas is still leaking out of the air cooler outlet with a huge pressure at times. I understand as per the user manual that this is a harmful Nitrogen gas leaking out of the outlet and request the concerned authorities to take action against this issue.

                                  I really thank you for taking time and reading this issue. It would be a great help if no one is being cheated upon in future and a corrective action is taken for the loss of refrigerant for the product that I purchased.

                                    My LG Washing machine suddenly while running gave sparks and stopped working. Its been about 14 days now since complaint (no W8C[protected] has been lodged thru call centre. One Engineer visited residence the next day and inspected the problem. He could not sort out the issue and promised that the issue will be resolvedin 5 days which did not happen. I had made several calls to the Service center Shree Ganesh Manager Mr.Mazumdar who had made seveal promises but did not stand by commitment.The machine is unattended even as of today.

                                    LG Washing Machine — nobody has come for last 6 days to install or give demo on the newly purchased machine

                                    i had purchased the fully automatic washing machine on the 02nd of may 2008. till date nobody has turned up to install the machine and give a demo, inspite of my repeated calling them. i must say that the response is close to pathetic .i think i have gone for a wrong brand just because it can not provide me after sale service.can any remedial action be taken for the same or do i have to raise the level. thanx

                                    I have asked for repair LG Washing Machine Customer Care Centre. vide Customer ref. No:[protected] dt 03.12.2010 & various dates are[protected],[protected],[protected], it is very poor response from your Service centre.

                                    Service Centre Shreeji Engineering, person came after 13 days from 03.12.10 to 15.12.10, that service person says some push parts can be replaced, he says I will come with material next day.

                                    I have called on 17.12.10, he says only for your machine repair i will not come, he says that area require another 6 to 7 customer complaint required otherwise i will not attend the same.

                                    I am daily dialling phone call to Service Centre M/s Shree Engineering, Mr. Amit Bhai, Mobile No: [protected], [protected], [protected] .

                                    Service attended Person Mr. Kalpesh Rathore Mobil No: [protected] now both are not lifting the phone.

                                    My question is LG product after warranty period will not work or disposal item, after completion of warrnty period machine is not working.

                                    In India LG product is very good name & and also Excellent product name, kindly protect the protect, this type of service centre destroy your business very shortly.

                                    Kindly instruct to Service Engineer to attend my washing machine to be repaired in time.

                                    lg service is nothing but pure harrassment.

                                    i have been talking to the lg customer service toll free number sice the last 2 days.i have not been getg any response on the same. every exec who picks up the call says the senior will call back but nothing is happening.
                                    i spk at the call center ...kajal sardar at the call center has the audacity not to transfer the call .she kept repeatg the same thg for almost half an hour.later the call gets transfered to a team leader mr ramesh harijan the teamleader is another useless person. i dont know how does this company survive with such fools sitting to serve their customers.
                                    he later transfers the call to shrikant balshinge.
                                    he insults me by saying that i dont have a complaint number..........so he cant do anything....he doesnt even know the systems r down since 2 days.
                                    he cant provide me with customer service head email id too..

                                    lg has now set a world record in customer harrassment..the company has become too big to handle their customers

                                      am pradeep me bought LG 295TMG4 Frost Free MOdel its looking good so i bought this .I bought this in V2 Electronics in Hyderabad then my problem on FEB 23 i bought and then next day he delivered to my home delivery boy said within 2 hours cooling will work but it was not worked becoz of GAS problem(LG engineer said) and he offered to repaire this but we refused to repaire and asked him to send new and good conditioned one he said ok and withing 3 days we deliver ur new Item but upto now we didn't get new 1 we asked V2 Electronics ppl they said we are sending from our godown which in bhuvanagiri still we didn't get new 1 when i was calling him he is eascaping just saying ya we r sending then i told that guy to i'll file case in cosumer court yesterday and also he is not taking care on this what to do SIR
