i have purchased LG ac of model:-18G1ASS1 1.5 Tonne from shopkeeper (add:- kushwaha radios(uptt. no. RG. 0046306) Anpara road, Sonebhadra U.P).
Problem:- He is not giving owner manuals and warranty card to me which i has given for stamping and his singanture. he said that after installing AC he will stamp the warranty paper but he is not doing as well as not returning owner manuals. And also he cheated me, i wanted 2 star raing AC but instead he has given without star rating AC by saying that it is also star rated ac. So kindly take serious action on shopkeeper so that he can returned our ac warranty card and owner manual.

    I purchased the LG 21" TV from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Noida on 6-Apr-08 but after some days the picture tube was giving problem and showing some blue patches. I also complained to LG customer care and they said that we will replace the Picture tube. They took my TV from my home on 20-June-08 and told me that we will give back to you on Monday 23-June-08 but still I have not got my TV back. Even I am calling to Customer care daily (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and also today) but not getting any response and even not get any single call. I also tried to contact Manorma (LG Noida Head) but she is also not picking the call. Please help me for the same.

      I am holding a airtel mobile no. since November 2007 and my mobile no. is [protected]. I am residing in Raipur, chattisgarh and I didn't ask for any hello tune. Somebody has probably given my number. And Airtel people has deleted 65 Rs. from my mobile. When I called up customer care on 24th of June 2008 somebody attended the call he said that he will be transferring the sum of amount by 25th of June 2008 but till date I didn't receive any such amount. Why should i bear this?
      this is a big fraud on the part of Airtel. The services are also not nice and also the customer care people are also not responding properly and i have to go the local office today.

      Please do the needful asap...otherwise forcefully i have to contact the consumer protection act department.

      Above complain has been submitted to airtel complain dept. but there is no action and the person from airtel with whom i have spoken to, is straight way denying,

      Please do the needful to stop any wrong activities if its happening or to improve the services.

        i had purchased LG fully automatic machine in Oct 2005. during the warranty period, the clothes started having holes. just a week before the warranty was to expire, the oil seal & bearing was changed.same problem occured after 11/2 months & they changed the oil seal, bearing as well as the steel drum on 22/2/08 & gave me a verbal guarantee of 3 months but refused to give anything in writing. now agin the same problem has occured. i have just been given assurances, but no action has been taken as yet. i request you to help me in this matter.

        I had purchased LG fully automatic machine in 2001.

        I had called up the customer care for my complaint and Mr. Virender Singh came to see the machine and told us the problem of gear assembly.He told us that some other person from the company would come but even after repeated calls no one came for 10 days. I had to get it done from a private person.

        If the customer's complaint is to be taken so lightly then what is the use of such a service. Kindly look into the matter so that othe customers do not suffer like me.

I complaint the retailer, the LG service center of my District. They, the member of service center told me to solv the problem but, till now no body of

          I agree the same problem comes to my phone when i attached LG it says USB drivers not supported and then says Unknow USB device whenever I connect the phone and the drivers are also not available. But now I have got the solution...I can now send all the data to my PC and from PC to my cell...

          LG KG 195 — Driver Not Available

          Assalam-o-alaikum.

          Me and all other people, who purchased LG KG 195, are facing the problems of the driver 7332, which is not available on the internet to download easily. If it is found in a website, it doesnot contain its complete version. Please solve my problem and also of all of other people, who have purchased this model mistakenly. :-)

          LG KG 195 — faulted phone now misplaced

          i have purchased a mobile phone from Hot Spot which had fault in it. i have given it to Hot Spot shop at Dilshad Garden. The job sheet # 049, book # 1746, location code 135 (Dilshad Garden). The phone is given on 24/07/09. i am very appalled to know that my phone is not there even they do not know about it.             I have purchased a oven vide model no MG 397WB from your dealer M/s Vasanth & co. Chennai. Subsequently, I was transferred to Coimbatore and during my stay in Cbe I had a problem of broken Turn table glass and approched the consumer service for replacement. I was told that this model was discontinued and no spares were available within a year of purchase. Later another person citing the name of local dealer approched me for replacing the turn table glass from kenstar, which purchased at an exorbitant price as I was left without a solution to use my oven.

            Later I came to know that this turn table was available at Rs. 235/-, from LG itself. PLease educate as what is happening with your service, Why should we suffer at the hands o[censored]nreliable people who claim to provide service. Is it a mistake to trust in LG?.

              My LG refrigerator is not working for last one month. I lodged a complain with LG service centre. Their representative came home to check the problem and told that it is not repairable. They charged me Rs.225 only for attending the complain and took photocopy of my purchase bill. According to them, it has been reported head office and they will send refund (less the depreciation cost). Till date I have not been informed any progress on that. Every time I call they just say it is in process. I called at the following numbers so far with no result:

              Please help me to get the refund/ replacement.

              Last 4years back we bought the Refrigerator. It was working properly but last 2 month it is showing problem like all the vegetables will convert to ICE. Even if you keep the temperature as minimum then also the same problem. As i am staying in Bangalore and we bought the product from DEVI INTERPRISE FROM JAYANAGAR. We called up Devi Int. for repair and 2 guys came and did some parts (he changed the timer for auto defrost) replacement. He put it some ordinary timer. No seal was there. He gave the commitment that it'll go more then 2 years. In one year if anything is going wrong then he'll do the full replacement. "He told LG now a day not making any auto defrost timer and they are using local timer".

              We don't have any other option so we relied on that guy and changed the Timer. He charged something Rs:-950/- for timer and Rs:-250/- as the visiting charge.

              After he changed the timer our Refrigerator is not cooling.
              even though LG is a re-nound company and on that Refrigerator 5 years warranty was there but there is not proper dealer from LG company they hire use to local guys. Whom we can't trust.
              Cost of original timer of LG company.

                Dear Sir,
                I had complaint to your Customer Servicers many a times since last two months about the unwanted balance reductions due to automatic service activation from your side.But still on date my deducted balance is not refunded. Even the customer servicers are not forwarding the complaint before 24 hours from balance reduction.
                Please look forward to such matters as it is being repeatedly done.
                May i know why are the services being activated automatically.
                I hope my balance will be refunded as soon as possible and we customer may not face such problems again.

                LG — balancing ring

                we have buyed LG fully automatic machine last year since from the day we used we are occurring problem like loud spinning voice sometimes it bangs the wall but the tecnichine use to come and see but he couldn't find any problem now in the month of Jan2011 he told that there is the problem in balancing ring we will replace it but till yet they dint turn off daily we give them call and the answer is i will come today by 3.30pm but that time is not coming only we are very unhappy of this LG washing machine

                  This is Praphul. I purchased LG refrigerator model GL-265TMG4, From Amit Enterprises, 70, Sarojini Nagar, Main Market, New Delhi -110023.
                  I purchased on Thrusday evening 12/06/2008 paid the amount there only. The sales man told that it will be delivered within 1 hours. My home is 15mins by Auto from the Shop.
                  i did'nt recieved on 12/06/2008, they gave a excuse that they did'nt have the product in their godown and promised to send the Refrigerator on Friday 13/06/2008 by 2:00pm .Again, to my surpise ... i did'nt recieved the Refrigerator on time. The excuse was its raining. Is it that LG did'nt do business in Rainy season? they told that i will recieve by evening on friday 13/06/2008. i did'nt recieved it. this time excuse was the vehicle which was carri ng the Regrigerator to their godown was struch in Traffic. They told me i will recieve today morning. Today, i ranged them they told that the is ricksaw wala has not come, is it that i have to arrange it?
                  i more thing when i ring them first they pick the phone and say that in 5 mins they will ring back ...but they never ringed back...and also when i ringed they did;nt pick the Phone...
                  Is this the Service provided by LG dealers...i am sorry no one is going to this Amit entreprises in Sarojani Nagar .

                    I PURCHASED ONE 295 LTR REFRIGERATOR FROM M/S SAI BABA ELECTRONICS, OPP ST BUS STAND, SILVASSA IN DEC'05. AFTER A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS AND 3 MONTHS WE FOUND THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL CRACKS IN THE INNER PART OF BODY. WHICH IS GOING TO BE INCREASED.

                    LODGED THE COMPLAINT WITH ABOVE DEALER AND ONE PERSON VISITED MY HOUSE TO CHECK PHYSYCALLY.

                    REQUESTING LG COMPNAY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO REPLACE A NEW FRIDGE. I AM VERY PROUD CUSTOMER OF LG AND HAVING MOST OF THE ELECTRONIC ITEMS IN HOME OF LG MADE.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing with no hope as everything I tried has not worked.I am consumer who wants to pay my LG TV Loan EMI properly without any delay as and when needed every month. But there lies the problem.

                      I have purchased TV from PCH Ezone Masabatank, Hyderabad represented by one Mr Azam who is not dedicated at all. The Bajaj Finance guy who has been in touch is Mr Kishore. I have an EMI of 1666 for 2 years and I gave cheques with no date on it as they said they will put in a scheduled date. The problem is that though I mainatain my balance, they deduct the EMI as and when Bajaja Finance feels. I have asked Kishore n number of times and his reply is that my EMI scheduled date is 5th of every month. However, I requested that ever month, it shoudl go off between 5-10. Last month, Kishore said no EMI will be deducted as it is the 1st month. I was all relaxed and one day finally on the 29th, I found my EMI deducted? What if i hadn't maintained my balance as per the words of Kishore?

                      Now again, my EMI has not been deducted and I am waiting that when suddenly the EMI will be deducted. Does Bajaja Finance have no ethics? Does it not have a proper scheduled period or can't it assure me of a date range where my EMI will be cut?

                      They deduct as and when they feel.

                      I would appreciate if the authorities take it up or I shall find other ways to deal with it.

                      You can't do anything now to change the dates, as bajaj person cheated you into leaving the dates blank which is against the concept of PDCs.

                      Try to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. May be the case can be made against them for different dates of withdrawal

                      Never trust sellers in India with any data they can manipulate

                      Even the biggest of Indian companies like Airtel, ICICI, Card companies, Banks (except probably Godrej, Tata ) run on money earned with false pomises & deceit

                      the question is why cheques having no dates were handed over to the bjaja finance executive. it is the whole resoponsibility of the drawer, for drawing a cheque. if you have any written proof, that the deduction will be made between 5th - 10th of every month, then you can raise the issue.

                      thus i suggest, there are no options, u have to mantain the balance, and be aware in future.

                        Hi,
                        I baught my TV, Washing Machine, DVD player, Refrigerator everything from LG as I heard all good things about LG products and I was encouraged to its support service.

                        Recently I had a problem on my washing machine and I lodged a complaint with request ID S8C60405049 on 31/05 and the support person convinced me that I will get a call from someone within 24 hrs. But after one reminder I at least got a call from the technician on 03/05 and he scheduled an appointment with me on 04/05 09:00 AM. I waited for that person but he did not turn up. That technican even does not bother to call me. I again called to the customer care and AGAIN convinced me that someone will definitely turn on the same day by evening. But alas !!! I was again proved wrong. I called again to the customer care and talked to the concerned manager. HE AGAIN GIVE ME FALSE COMMITMENT.

                        Now I don't know what to do on those guys.

                        This is one of the worst customer service I ever seen.

                          My Complaint no:- W8C52900086.

                          I have purchased a split AC and its 3rd service is due. Every time I call up LG customer support, I get a new ticket no. and the support executive tells me that my complaint would be solved in 24 hours. After 3-4 days, when I follow up, I am told that either the ticket is closed by the service provider or he / she came to my home and the house was locked.

                          This time around I personally monitored and made sure that there was someone or the other at the house 24/7. The result is obvious, no one came up and when I followed up at the LG service, I was told that someone came and the house was locked.

                          I have a 2 year old child and it becomes very difficult in this hot summer with the AC performing below par.

                          I have now decided enough is enough, if this doesnt get resolved this time around, will go the consumer court.

                              This is to bring to your kind notice that I have been a pride customer of LG electronics. But the recent experience has raised a question mark about the efficiency of its customer care centre. I have made a complain about the repair of my flatron gold flat model no.21FA20vw, serial no.CD[protected]M on 23rd MAY 2008.But even after 10days the complain has not been done.The workers at the local Aligarh centre have been making illogical excuses for this.I request the higher authorities to look into the matter and save me from further mental agony.

                                I bought LG refrigerator 8 years back with model no GR332SVF from local dealer at city Barnala(Punjab) named Surindra Radios n only after 3-4 months we started facing problems in refrigeration in the lower compartment n dealer didnt responded wel n since then we hav got the same problem atleast 20-30 times .we have comlained to Barnala, Sangrur and Bhatinda dealers but no satisfactory response has been given.

                                Due to this we are facing a lot of harassment n two dayz before the same happened n we contacted sangrur LG service station but it has not started working properly.

                                A no. of times timer, hot plate have been replaced n we hav spent thousands on its repair.

                                we have got 2 Air conditioners and fully automatic washing machine from LG only but the quality of service n dealing is very much poor n in future wil never go for LG or even suggest anyone.

                                we want early n satisfactory response frm ur side as soon as possible .we are this much fed up frm ur side n wanna file it in consumer court.Hoping for early response.

                                Dear Sir/Mam,

                                We lodged a breakdown complaint of our LG refrigerator on 09-June-08 wide your customer complaint number N8R52900007.

                                We regret to inform you that in spite of persistent reminders, the complaint has not been attended even after 3 days whereas LG provides an assurance that complaint shall be attended within 24 hrs of its registration.

                                Your customer care officials have been giving false assurances with several dates and time which has never been complied with. It has spoiled LG product image and your after sale services in the eyes of your valued customers.

                                We tried to communicate with LG Ghaziabad area head (Manorma-[protected]) whose contact details were provided by LG customer service but number was not reachable even before 1700 hrs weekday.
                                Another misbehaviour on part of LG customer service executive (Anant) who was adamant to close the call and not at all co-operative.
                                On the afternoon of 11-July-08, we received a call from LG Ghaziabad service engineer (Sunil) who communicated us that he would be visiting us at 1600 hrs to attend the refrigerator problem but never turned up and neither informed us about his absence. We continuously tried to contact him but he didn't picked up the phone but at around 1930 hrs we again contacted him through another number and his reply was that he would be at our home within 10 minutes which was again a false commitment.

                                This clearly indicates that customer care people are befooling customers by giving false promises; they are wasting our precious time and energy.

                                You are therefore requested to look into this case on top priority basis and provide justice to us by getting our problem solved.

                                LG — Not attending to the problem and false promise

                                Hi,

                                I stay in Andheri east Mumbai and i made the mistake of purchasing a LG product.I have purchased a LG fridge model number- GL-191PME two years back. Around 6 months back the door of my deep fridge broke and the glass which acts as a cover for the vegetable tray was also broken.I have lodged a complaint on 16th November 2009 bearing complaint number CO9A1612478 to which i was promised that the engineer would be at my place by the end of the day;that didn't happen.Again i lodged a complaint on 20th November 2009 and this time i got 3 complaint number CO9A2014877, CO9A2014856,and CO9A2014941 to which an engineer arrived in my place on 21st morning and checked the details and said that he would visit within 2 days with the parts. On 24th i gave a call to the customer care asking them about the status and they informed me that my complaint has been cancelled as i was not at home. I told them that a LG engineer had already visited me and was supposed to rectify my complain and therefore their reasoning of cancelling the Complain stands null and void. To this i was put on hold for 20mins and finally i had to put the phone down and when i called again the response was the same. The only difference was that i was put on hold for 2 mins and then they told me that someone will get back to me shortly. On my query that the engineer had come to my place so why do i have to repeat the process.To this, the customer care executive told me in that case i should visit a service center and give them my complain.I have now got fed-up and decided to approach the consumer court for the harrasement that i am going through and use all my voice recording which is recorded by the call centres and produce it in court as a proof of their mismanagement.
                                To end it up let me say LG has got the worst service .

                                2 water fall from back side of refrigarater
                                3 full scraches of freezer cover

                                i know what u mean buddy i have been facing a similar problem .my ac has also broken down and for almost 2 weeks i have been calling on their customer service help line i.e[protected] and no one has shown up even to look at it.

                                Dear Sir,
                                My Name is Arun Raut [protected], I purchased LG Refrigerator before two years. After one year completion I face the problem of low cooling at starting of summer season last year. When I done the complaint your technician was come and told that low cooling is because of Refrigerant problem. It is need to fill the gas and charges of Rs 1200 because it is out of warranty. Then he fill the gas and i gave him 1200 rs. Now again after one year I again face the problem of low cooling . How it is possible that in one year Refrigerant can not work properly?. It means at every year I need to fill the refrigerant. In compare to LG I used VEDIOCON Refrigerator upto 10years without facing any problem. So I request you to please sort out my problem. If my problem is not sort out I will directly go to the consumer court.

                                  I am Bangalore.

                                  It is been one year two months that we have purchased LG microwave oven. Often we used to have problem with the oven from the day one.
                                  The service person who used to attend to the problem used to tell that the oven is not placed rightly. Twice the service engineer mentioned that the magnetron needs to be replaced and ended up replacing the diode. I also reminded of warranty getting expired in few days. All this happened during the warranty.
                                  Now again the problem has started and is due to magnetron. We would have to pay 1100 for getting it fixed. The complaint ID of my recent one is SBC53000447. I do not understand, when the problem was identified (magnetron) much earlier during the warrranty period then why it was not done then?
                                  I even spoke to the manager incharge, who promised that he would get back to me in a day. Inspite of my repeated effort to reach him over his mobile number, he never responds. What kind of service am I getting??

                                  LG micro oven performance is not good, during first year itself it is giving problem of heating...let me know the cause of not heating
                                  L.G Microwave does not work if your power supply is less than 200 volts A.C.

                                  You cant use voltage stabilizer with it . It cause reset of system.
                                  while cooking, the core (centre) portion of material remains somewhat partially uncooked, and when it cooks the remaining becomes overcooked

                                      I had submitted my LG Dvd Player which was totally dead to M/s Balaji Distributors, Kanchrapara, Dist. 24 Parganas, W.Bengal who are authorised dealers of M/s. LG Electronics, India on 23/03/2008. Firstly the technician from the Company advised me that the failure was in the Power Supply which would have to replaced. After two weeks when I contacted the dealer they said they couldn't identify the problem properly and need more time. When even after one month I didn't hear anuthing from them I conctacted them again. This time they told me that the technician from the company still couldn't identify the problem. He decided to replace the parts one after one ( without having a clue about which one is faulty ) till the problem is solved. In this process I will have to bear the cost of all the parts those will be replaced which may or may not be faulty. Considering the absurdity of the proposal the Dealer refused to undertake the repair. Now I am left with an unrepairable dead set. My question to LG is, is this what they call customer service ? Is this the quality of their technical people or should we call them quacks?

                                      My LG DVD Player Model:-DZ9311P, is providing me black & white reception instead of colour. The LG Service Provider wants to change whole PWB(PCB) Assambly and is charging Rs 1450/= for repleasement of the same which exists the NO:-DV9000MT1389D-6870R9800AA.

                                      Dear Sirs,
                                      I had called the LG authorised service repair centre for Bandra Mumbai. The individual by the name of Jai Prakash Mob No [protected] picked up my DVD saying that he would need to check the same at his workshop. The DVD was working fine for an hour or so and after that there was distortion in voice and picture. The same was purchased at Sony Mony at Vile Parle approx 3 years ago. The DVD would have not been used even for a total 30 days in the last 3 years or so.I have been making calls to Mr. Jai Prakash who picks up my phone at random and says that he is expecting the part from the company. After a fortnight of pestering him, he said that the part is not available and he will send the DVD back. He has yet to come and return the DVD. What is most surprising that an authorised Service Rep cannot repair the DVD. This is ridiculous. Will someone from LG look into this please.
