I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

I am not able to connect my LG KP 115 phone t PC. There is no PC suite is available.

LG / Model Gl Marsh; 211ntd5 Tango Blue — Manufacturing defect / replacement

Dear Sir-

I am tired of very poor performance of LG customer care people, I have purchased a refrigerator from Value Plus store,Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur on dated 18th Jan 10 and they delivered the same into our residance (which was under finishing and painting at that time). It was sealed packed and when we open it on 2-3rd Feb, it was not cooling properly, I gave another 2-3 days time for cooling and once it was not cooling, I called at there toll free # for complain, an engineer came and said that there is a problem in this product and you have send it for repair... I told them that why should I repair a new product as they must replace it... He told be to contact Ms Sahshi at Lucknow and that lady said we cannot replace it......

I have done several complains at LG toll free #, but every one says that it must be replaced and you must contact Ms Shashi for the same and she says she won't......

They prompted me to write this complain now to you... pls advise why should I get it repaired, as it must be replaced....

I have purchased one LCD Monitor from Kottayam and dealer informed me there is promotional offer of Free DTH with 6 months subscription. For that I have to send 99/-RS to LG office. I have sent all documents required as per their claim voucher and sent to Spectramind Noida, But no reply or DTH received till today (I purchased on 1/8/2009 and after 7month they are not able to deliver DTH and I had call Spectramind they informed now they stop marketing LG product due to poor quality. so I have to contact LG. Then I filled customer complaint via internet and my complaint No. [protected] but after 15 days no reply. I was calling their cochin area Manager Mr. Niyas since August 2009 but he agreed to release with in one week. but no action beeing taken. Now he is not replying any thing. In LG I feel they do not have any responsibile service support or good quality and requesting all reader to not to go for LG prodect in future. I am waiting for 15 days to go for consumer court. if they are not attending my case.

As per my experience LG mobile are not good not as per expectation of Indian people . and the service center are worst as they have no good staff ,to rectified the mobile problem , always refuse to deliver it by saying " Your mobile replacement is not sanctioned by company" Now i am thinking that i have invested 1400/- as dead investment. I am not satisfied with model no 3510 please replace my handset immediately. I am purchase this handset on 15th may.2009.I go to the service center after every second day to my nearest LG dealer(Vighnahar infotech) for the replacement , but they are not giving me the replacement or my LG mobile.

I want to draw your attention on improper installation of Split A/c.My name is Saurabh Mishra, i have purchased split a/c from M/S RA Electronics Vadodara (Gujarat) on 04/03/2010.The instlattion engineer have not fixed shock absorbers on outer body during installation which results in heavy noise and vibration of outside body.
This results in heavy disturbance to neighbours .I am unable to run my A/C till 8/3/2010.During installation i have told them about the vibration but they have neglected my point and told me that the noise and vibration is due to new compressor.I am not satisfied with there behavior and such type of attitude spoils the name of company in the market.I am not satisfied with the services provided by LG.
