No of times the PCB was replaced - 2 times with in 2 months
Problems:
1. 1st compliant was made on picture quality and subsequently the PCB was
changed for that but there was no change in the picture quality. Instead of rectifying the picture problem the audio problem got added and that was because of the bad quality (older one) of the PCB was replaced.
2. 3rd time when the engineer who has come to look at the problem, missed one of the screws to assemble the PCB and screw was found by me.
3. Second time the PCB was replaced yesterday to rectify both the picture quality & audio problem. However there was no improvement in the picture quality and ghost/blurr image is still exist. Added to that now the color of the picture has also gone bad and it is looking as a black and white picture (with green back ground)
4. So far I had made 100 of calls and sent several mails wasting my golden time and energy and in this 2 months I had a mental agony and was not able to concentrate on any other things.
5. I had tried calling the supervisor who has attended the problem on 22/12/09 but in vain. I also spoke the service manager who has assured me that he will confirm by 23rd evening. but till now response.
I don't want to hear any more compromise/explanation from LGI and now I wont allow the LG Engineer to touch the TV. I only need is brand new TV as a replacement or refund the whole money I had spent.

Dear sir,I am a customer of your reliance mobile, CDMA mobile number - [protected]. I have the following complaints of Dissatisfaction of your Network and also the Customer care.
There is no doubt that Reliance Communication has brought Boom in the world of Mobile Phone in India. But, it is a matter of great regret rather disgrace in the part o[censored]nregulated deduction from the talk time account of Customers and showing a deaf ear to the request/complaints of customers by the so called Customer care service ( no. *333) giving an excuse of Technical Break Down/ upgradation. See this will bring a bad name to the History of Reliance Communication. These employees earn their bread and butter from the income of the Company earned from the customer. But, do not think about these customers.
Now, it is intimated that recurrent deduction has been made from my account of CDMA mobile number - [protected] towards the "Astro India" which is without my consent without any notice. After many complaints made to the Customer care desk it was told that it would be refunded to the account and it would not happen again. But, to my astonish the same had never been done nor been unsubscribed. You tell me is it a seen to have a Reliance Mobile connection. Don’t you think it would bring bad name to your company? Please refer the complaint no.[protected] dated 26 Dec 09. Prior to this also several times my money had been deducted.
It is requested that necessary action may please be initiated for refund and it should not happen.

While repairing in FEB 2009 technician charged 1000Rs with out receipt Up on demanding receipts from technicians bearing PH nos.[protected],[protected] alltime i am made fool. kindly give me receipt to enable me to file complaint in consumers grievances courts.

LG India 29 inch TV — After service not done
HIWe have purchased the lg product last year on 31st December 2008. We were facing problems with the same since last month. We have launched a complaint with LG customer care on 23rd December 2009. They promise service in 24 hr. Also the person who picked up the call mentioned that we will receive the call in 2 hours and executive will come in 24 hr. No response. After 2 days one person came and said that there is a problem with one of the part and promised to come back in 2 days with the part and also he will call back. We waited till 29th December but there was no response. So I called up again and spoke with one of the team leader (Not Sure) who mentioned that we will receive the call in 2 hours and the problem will be resolved today. When i called in the evening again as there was no one who visited the place, the team leader was not ready to come on phone and again representative said that we will call back. The problem is still the same and i hope someone will listen to it.

We bought an LG - COLOR TV (FLATRON) on 10-Aug-2008. Within 1 month of period, we faced an issue (Audio is present but video is not available) with the TV. So far we have registered 5 service calls on the same issue. But, the issue have been araising again and again. Also, the response from the service personel who attended all the 5 service calls (SHIVAKUMAR - [protected]) from LG services is completely unfair. Though we have been following up(through phone calls) the service person, we didn't get the right solution for the issue. The latest SERVICE CALL number is
We are completely dejected by the LG services and we are completely DISSATISFIED with the product.
We need PERMANENT SOLUTION or COMPLETE REPLACEMENT for the product.

I complaint LG to about my exciting 17inch lcd monitor, its under warranty & customer complaint id is C09C1503488 , there person visited on 15dec2009 & he reply problem with a screen and he told he can get it & fix it with in a week because that part are not available so they are order from dehli, but till i didn`t get any response from there side,everyday i suppose to call thEm & they said parts are not available & they are not going replace my monitor also.so what can i do now, so please suggest me to do something so they can knows there service after sales. this is my worst experiense to LG very very worst service

LG Mobile Set C - 2500 — IMEI DIFFER AND POOR MAINTENANCE BY SERVICE CENTER

I bought a LG mobile phone model number C-2500 two years before from an authorized LG mobile showroom.On 30 Nov 2009 My set was blocked by service provider(Vodafone) stating that my phone has an invalid IMEI number. Then I tried to contact service center but response from 5 service centers located at Delhi was that they do not have mother board which is to be replaced in my set. I have deposited my set on[protected] at LG Service Center Shahdara. I could receive my set back on 04.01.2010 i.e. after one month in worst condition. Now it can be operated only with head set, which I do not use. When I told them that I should get my set back in same condition in which I have deposited before repair. They responded that they have repaired IMEI number and they are not resposible for problem added at service center. This type of poor maintenance and response from LG mobile service center is highly unscrupulous.

LG India, Television, 400 Watts, Ultra Slim — Temporary Resolution provided and Poor Service
Dear Sir,I have purchased Television on 2nd October 2009 from M/s. Mohan Enterprises, LG 400 Watts, Ultra Slim. I have raised series of complaints viz C09C2116108, dtd 21/12/2009, C09C2706826, dtd 27/12/2009 & 0501100. LG Technician has visited and provided the temporary solution to the problem. The one problem has been resolved and other started. I sincerely don't understand, why LG is not replacing the existing Television. The existing television is getting repaird again and again. They are not providing replacement.
I request your necessary help in this regard.
LG Kp 320 — software suport
hi all,i have recently bought a LG KP320 (dynamite) LG mobile phone. it has only 2 themes. u cannot add more themes to it. they claims it has JAVA support, but most of the games that i can play in other mobiles, i.e. even free java games, i cannot play on this mobile phone.
I have asked for a pc suite in a service center near to me. they told me LG does not gave any kind of software support to that phone. then, why is it giving that Korean Phone to us in the name of LG phone. I have searched in the net to get any kind of softwares related to this phone. amazinly, no results. only few results that i got were related to LG pc suites from unknown developers. we cannot trust them. most of them are malwares. i have tried many of these pc suites and these even fail to detect this phone.
then firmware, i have gone to nearest service center to get the firmware of that phone updated. LG KP320 has released a latest firmware in APRIL 2009. i have asked them to install it on my phone. they told me, they have not got that one. what is this? (today January 2010) why do they open so much service centers from which we have no help at all???????????????
really pathetic condition.
what made me angry and what provoked me to write this complaint is "IMEI issue". it shows 2 types of IMEI numbers. the IMEI written on the back of the phone is different than the one we get when we press *06#. recently in India, the government made a decision to sensor the fake IMEI numbers and my phone also gone dead with no service.
it is a phone worth of 7500 Indian rupees and if you spend that money to buy a nokia phone, amazingly u will get more features and more software support. even 3G phones will get with that price.
it has a 3 megapixel camera, but with that u will not even get a clear picture than 2 megapixel camera of nokia or Motorola has.
I think all LG phones are fraud ones. they are almost equal to Chinese cloned phones. never buy any type of LG PHONES. U WILL GET CHEATED.
i request u never buy any type of LG PHONES. LG KP320 biggest FRAUD mobile.

The purchase details were submitted online to LG and the registration number alloted was DTHGOA0411094. Subsequently, all the relevant documents viz.(1) Photocopy of Invoice no.2K9/11/1429 dated[protected] of Intech Computers, Panaji - Goa towards purchase of LG 23” LCD Monitor TV (Model.No.M237WA-PT); (2) LG Monitor TV Serial No., Model No., barcode cutting from the carton (Original); (3) Printout of Email message dated[protected] received from Team LG, LG India and (4) Demand Draft No.576142 dated[protected] of Rs.199/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Connought Place, New-Delhi favoring “Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.” against handling charges of DTH set top box was sent by Speed Post on[protected]. Through e-mail received from [protected]@solution-intg.com on[protected], I was informed that all my documents were received and validated and that Airtel team will get in touch with me soon for DTH installation. Now, even after a month since, I have not received the Airtel DTH connection. Every email sent thereafter to LG as well as to Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. are being returned without delivery. Even calls to their helpline no.[protected] are not being taken, I always find it switched off or moved out of coverage area. There is no other way I could contact them, and so I request you to kindly mediate.
