I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Int'l Mobile Awards — LG INT'L MOBILE AWARDS 2010

i got meeeage in my mobile that i my phone number won 300,000 pounds in LG Int'l awards in london and they also give an email ([protected]@wduty) that i have to condact for my claims. icondact them and they send me one mail that which i hane to send my details , isend my details to them they again send me a mail which says that i have to pay them 120 pounds ie. almost 8100 indian rupees for their charges to send me the money. i want to know this mail is fake and also i loose my money please give me an answer.
i have bought an lg DVD RW 7 to 8 months ago. Some problem arised since 2 weeks while writing and reading. so i went to your nearest service centre atharve electronics, gave it to them as on 8th or may be 10 of this month March.
went to them after some days as they said, but the same roblem persists till today ie. 29.03.2010
i have visited the service centre like 4 times after this and everytime they said it has been checked and now it is ok but nothing happened.
I would also like to tell ull that your service centers results are not at all satisfactory and i am really fedup by this kind of work ull are doing...
low skilled workers and no time management and no correct place to be an Lg Service centre...
Please look into this matter and let me know as fast as possible

LG Refrigerator GL - 528YLQ4 — Delivery of incomplete product

This mail is to bring to your notice an anomaly i observed whilst buying LG refrigerator model No GL-528YLQ4

I recently bought the subject fridge serial no 001LPHT000241from LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd C/o Kathayee Cotton Mills Ltd, 24 Aluva Perumbavoor Road, Kerala 683101 vide invoice no SINCOCCC409/15558 dated 22 Mar 10. System order code [protected], dealer code IN013909COC00268_PARAMLT.

The same was installed by LG service center at my residence on 25 Mar 10.

As per your brochure held with me this model is supposed to have "Normal Veg Box + Vita Kit". Further a "Vita Light" is also supposed to be a special feature of this model.

However i was surprised to see no such kit with the fridge delivered to me or any such light provision in the veg box

The customer service at[protected] was clueless about this issue and has directed me to send this mail

pls look into this anomaly of your delivered product and sent me vita kit and provision for those vita lights at the earliest

LG GL - 241NT5 — Missing Feature

With reference to catalogue provided by M/s. Mega Electronics, Allahabad & product details present on website, information received from Toll Free No.[protected] I purchased one Direct Cool Refrigerator GL-241NT5 on[protected] from Mega Electronics, Allahabad

I decided to purchases GL-241NT4 which comes with Open Door Alarm, as per brochure given to me & also written on website of LG Electronics. At the time of purchase I was told that GL-241NT4 is not available so we have an option of GL-241NT5 which has all the same features instead it is a 5 Star. I was also shown that it has Open Door alarm, one sticker for Open door alarm is also there.

I called a person from service centre for Demo, he told me that there is only sticker but there is no Open Door Alarm in GL-241NT4 & GL-241NT5. The sticker is being pasted by mistake.

But if mistake occurred while pasting sticker, what was being checked by quality control department. Please note that features that are written on brochure & website that have to be given by the LG in his product.

Request you to pls intervine how come my call closed without any resolution .let me know the TAT to resolve the issue like cooling & what action you have taken on service provider who has not given service because i have not taken the AC from deoghar.

LG 1.0t Split A/C — 1 month old. Not working. Nobody comes

I have bought a new LG split A/C from Viveks, Mylapore last month. It worked for 10 days. There after no cooling. Only fan works.Went last saturday personally. I was told that technician will come only on Tuesday (after three days). I said that I am willing to wait for 3 days, but my experience is that you never take action. They sais tthat they will positively respond. Today is wednesday. No one turned up. Whom I should contact? Does LG sell a genuine machine? Why should the machine become faulty in less than a month's time.

LG-Refrigerator. — Faulty Equipment Sold with full cost & Issue not resolved with Repeat Complaint

On 31st of March we brought the 340-ltrs Refrigerator just by going for word of mouth for this brand.
On the very 1st day we found that one wheel is missing in the refrigerator.
After complaint again the issue was address after 3 days. After two days we realize that the cooling the Refrigerator was a not at that level when we brought it so temp was adjusted accordingly.
But with the 6th day all vegetable lost it freshness & milk became paneer.
7th day all stuff started stinking.

Since then we are complaining at the call center & the most disgusting part at the top all this harassment is that without addressing the complaint people at asking the rating of the LG service.
After paying close 18000 Rupee this is the kind of dustbin we got in the name of Refrigerator.

With one Single Address 4 complaint logged with-in the 7 day of purchase. So kindly stop claiming for world class quality product & services. This is the bitter truth behind the big brand.
Arrange to return the amount we spend on this Refrigerator.

LG Direct Cool Refrigerator — manufactring defect

There is a liner defect in door.Company has sent a new door twice but both times it was dented.They promised to bring a new door through courier and informed me by a phone call.But the door has not been replased yet and even nobody contected me regarding that.I haven't enough time to go to the dealer again and again to renew my complaint.
