I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

I purchased a 29 inch LG CTV (Model: 29FE5RGE, Flatron Pride 300) on 03-Nov-2007 and it carries a 3 year extended warranty (valid till 03-Nov-2010).
My CTV developed a problem in July 2010 as it started making a big sparking noise at startup and the picture started flickering on and off. I registered a complaint with the LG Customer Care Number[protected]Request ID: C[protected]) on 24-July-2010 and I was promised that I would get a call from the Service Centre technician within 24 hrs and my complaint would be attended to within 72 hrs.
It has been more than a month now and neither did I get any call from LG nor did anyone attend to my complaint. I have already raised 3 more complaints through their website in the last one month and every time I hear the response "we have forwarded the request to the respective branch and your complaint will be attended to within 24 hrs".

The Call Centre executives tell me that my request has been forwarded to the respective branch but they do not have the details of the branch where my request has been forwarded. The call centre executives are so rude that they started disconnecting my calls as I started to call them repeatedly.

I would like to know why does LG sell their products when they cannot provide service to it's customers even during warranty period.

LG operates like those "Chor Bazaar" vendors wherein the service and warranty ceases once the product is sold.

Since my product is still covered under warranty I am planning to lodge a complaint against LG in Consumer Court for denial of Service.
i am your very good customer... i am the proprietor a big firm which is called P.C. Jewellers... let me know you that i have 3 split ac, 1 window ac, 1 22" lcd and a double door refrigerator of LG... and whatever product i use to buy is from LG and i refer LG to my friends... But let me say you that i am deeply hurt through your service centre which is located in dist- Nagaon, State- Asssam... i always face a lot of problems from the incharge of your service centre which is named Mr. Bhadra Bora... whenever i call to him for getting my split ac, s for servicing, he sends the persons after at least one week and after calling him for at least 20 times... he always use to make excuses that he dont have much staff to finish the complaints... staff has not come today... staff has went somewhere else... what can i do... one day i asked one of his service person then he told that in our service centre there are only few person to lookafter the complaints and they told that we have to cover not only 1 district but 2 or 3 districts... now let me ask you where should your customers go??????? if your service centre which is in Nagaon, cannot lookafter the complaints of your customers then you should put some more staffs to finish the complaints... but i think that Mr. Bhadra Bora of LG service centre, Nagaon, Assam is really not interested to keep your customers satisfied. i am very much angry not on Mr. Bhadra Bora but on LG electronics... Because, i think, you never keep a eye on your service centres... I need you to take a very good step against Mr. Bhadra Bora not because for my complaint but for your sake to keep your customers satisfied... and one more thing... if you are still getting confused that i have a lots of products of LG... then please send me a mail then i will send you all the cash memos of all the products trough mail... LG — Poor Service - Nothing repaired even after payment

I had purchased a LG Aplit AC 2 years ago. I had a cooling problem for which I had contacted the Customer Care, after which the LG representative had visited my house and raised a Bill of arround Rs. 1650 (Gas refueling & Service charges), and confirmed me that the AC is absolutely fine. After few days I was having the same problem (No Cooling), again after contacting the customer care several times, LG representatives visited my house and said we might have to change the compressor and also few other parts, for which I'll again be charged. They were supposed to visit my house & it had been more than 4 days, they are still unreachable, we have been waiting for them since morning, no one had intimated us anything.

I am absolutely shocked to see such a lackadaisical approach. I am suffering for the same problem past 2 weeks and my matter is still not resolved and they have also charged me for a repair which has not solved my problem either.

I spoke to the Customer Care representative again in the morning today, they informed me that there represenatative would contact me by today. After sometime I get a mssg on my Hand phone mentioning the Reason : Request C[protected] is Closed (Reason: Customer will Call again). I am shocked to get such horrible service from there end.
After complaining again an one hour later they provided me with another Complain number : C[protected]

Well I don't know what to do with it now.I am extremely disappointed with their services and their service people.

LG would be my last choice if am buying any product henceforth.

lg electronics - split ac — Poor response of LG Service- south delhi

Dear Sir

I am very upset with the quality of service provided by your service people.

I recently purchased an air-conditioner 1.5 tonne (Split unit). Due to home shifting, i called service people for new installation.

After paying 3000/- for installation, i found water was leaking from inside. Service person told it is due to faulty outlet pipe, which was already there when my A/C was installaed in previous home.

After launching a fresh request, a new service person came, he accidently broke the A/C's front window. Also, he told that the water tray has broken due to wrong installation done by previous service engineer. He promised to bring a new ray sooner.

2-3 days after he left, the A/c completely stopped worknig. I am again and again calling the serivce at the Customer Care no., the concerned local SERVICE CENTRE for SOUTH DELHI is not at all attending to the call.

I am fed up of the service quality, and wanted to just give you a reminder before i take this matter to the CONSUMER COURT.
I can definitely assure you & the service centre for a strong legal action.
You can also check all sorts of requests complaints made by me by my registered mobile no. (given below) with LG Service.

LG Rd 3530 Mobile — WARRANTY

Dear sir,
This is regarding my LG RD 3530 Handset RSN No.RLGHS[protected] purchased from Reliance Web world on[protected].The handset has got some problem & need to be repaired, so i took it to the nearest service centre in Mulund(Mumbai), i was told that the warranty has expired in LG's Record & can not be repaired under warranty, i told that i have the purchase bill for the same.I was told to bring the purchase bill for claiming warranty, still i was not giving service but i was given an estimate of Rs.772/- & was told to approach the nearest web world for warranty issues.i approached the web world from where i have purchased the handset.I was shocked when told me that they cannot provide any type of warranty & told me to contact reliance customer care in *333(as the sim i use is a prepaid one). After telling the above whole story to the reliance executive, he kept me waiting & then told me that the handset has only 9 months warranty, but i told him that the manual carries 16 months manufacturee & 12 months sale warranty then also he told me to contact the LG service center again.

so i would like to know the solution to whom i should approach or make a complaint regarding the above issue.

Realyy shame on LG after sales service so call.
Still after 15days of summiting the complaint and many atime speaking to Mr Mukesh in Mumbai nothing has been done It really Shame.

LG / Mobile Phone Gm 200 — FAULTY MOBILE PHONE NEITHER REPAIRDED NOR AMOUNT REFUNDED

I HAD PURCHASED A LG MOBILE PHONE GM 200 ON 02.04.2010 FROM SPICE RETAIL LTD., KHANNA MARKET, LODHI COLONY, NEW DELHI. THE SCREEN OF THE PHONE WENT BLANK ON 31.07.2010. I VISITED NICE TELECOM, NANGAL RAYA, THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE ON 02.08.2010 AND DEPOSITED THE PHONE FOR REPAIR AND THEY ASSURED ME TO REPAIR IT IN 3 OR 4 DAYS. HOWEVER AFTER MAKING THREE ROUNDS TO THE SHOP, THEY RETURNED THE .PHONE TO ME ON 14.08.2010 STATING THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER THE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE OF LG. THEREAFTER I HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ON LG WEBSITE AS WELL AS BY SENDING MAILS TO LG SERVICE CENTRE BUT THERE IS NO REPSONSE. ONLY ONCE DID I RECEIVE A PHOEN CALL FROM SOME ONE STATING THAT HE WAS FROM LG AND MY COMPLAINT WOULD BE LOOKED INTO AND HE WOULD CALL ME LATER. SINCE THEN I HAVE ONCE AGAIN LODGED A COMPLAINT ON THE WEBSITE BUT TO NO AVAIL.

THERE IS NO RESPONCE FROM THE COMPANY.

THE COMPANY MAY BE ASKED TO REFUND ME THE AMOUNT SPENT BY ME ON PURCHASING THE PHONE, I.E., RS.3800 IMMEDIATELY.

i had a problem with my 42' incehes plasma LG TV.it started showing red patches on the screen.
i complained to custmore service, person came and asked to change the panel, which we readily agreed as it was in warranty period. perspn said people from service center will come and take the Tv with them.
after following for more than 45 days, those careless chaps came and took the Tv and now its been 7 days, no progress in my Tv every time i call, they say we are repairing, i don knw wat ar they doing. according to LG, it shud take only 2 days to get it reparied and LG employees are rude, they don pick up the call also.

i m staying in goregaon (E) area of Mumbai city. if anyone cud help me in this please suggest..
i totally fed up now. putting so much of money and company is unwilling to give good service for its customer and this whole sense of buying Lg products is useless.

They told me that there is complimentary Gift from their side for my purchase and that is Airtel DTH and that will be issues in two days. After pass only 45 days my a/c cooling become too less.I complain to LG CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE. But they cant solve this priblem.Guranty of this product by LG is one year.So i request to CUSTOMERCARE SERVICE to replace my product due to defect.But LG management refuse to replace the product.Its a wrong practice by LG management.LG is reputated co in india.After this behaviour how can belive in LG products and after sale service.I think so LG senior officer solve my problem very soon.

LG 26 inch TV — product quality is not good so is the service

I bought an LG LCD TV 26 inch FLAT screen

from the day i bought the sound is not clear we put up with it and after a year we complained

some engg came replaced some small speakers and charged us 1200 rs

Now again the sound is not clear i complained again, Now they offered free service

and eng came removed the board and suggested one international formula

"The tv sound should be lesser than the set up box sound and which shud be adjusted using the respective remotes"

Now we did all that no clear sound

and complained again now they are charging just for the engg visit itslef since our area is not under their chair or something

I fully agree with the writter. LG service is very very poor. I had bought microwave oven in Goa and once the warranty period was over they told me that I can have service contract done which I did for two years. The oven is not working and I lodged a complaint with customer service centre not one but three . c[protected], C[protected], c[protected], and[protected]. There is no sign of any technician coming to my door for nearly one month. I phoned them at least twenty times and no sign. I contacted service centre at US but the lady over there could not help me . So the best thing instead of complaining I have decided to approach the consumer's forum in Goa and get my money back.

LG 19" LCD Monitor M197wa — have not received DTH connection

Hi,

I have purchased an LG LCD monitor, with which i had an offer of DTH connection + set top box + 6 month subscritption free. I have filled in the form provided by them, & filled all the details they have requested. I have also attached a DD for 99 rs as they have mentioned in the application formalities & couriered the same on 3rd september 2010. I have verified the delivery of the courier & it was delivered to Spectramind marketing on the 6th of september. I have not received any kind of acknowldgement from them till now. I have tried calling their customer care no. ([protected]), which is temperorily out of service. I have mailed them requesting for some kind of response from their end & there has not been any communication from them. If this is a bogus, what kind of action should be taken on them ?? I have been waiting for the connection & have no cable connection at home for so long. I request you to provide me some solution to reach to them or take some serious action on this issue so that they do not fool around people like this.
