LG Home Theatre, Plasma, Ac — More than 5 days and still installation not completed
What a Shame!!! After more than 30 calls and 5 days, I am still not able to get my products installaed. Customer Care gives the number of service station which is always switched off.Person comes for AC installation and mistakenly brings equipment for installing split AC and not window AC.
TV person says he will only install TV and someonce else would come for Home Theatre. No one calls/ turns up.
Tell me one good reason why should I not do a stop payment for the cheque that I issued???
LG India — Poorest service for AC
I have been trying to get my AC fixed for last 15 days. It seems with in a month of installation (by LG guy), the gas has leaked, and now there is no one to resolve it. The customer support keep on saying somebody will call up, but of no use. I will recommend nobody to buy any LG product .. AVOID it at any cost, Bad products, worst service... 1. I have purchased a LG AC 1.5 Ton (Window) on dt 22 Apr 2010. The same is not working properly. I have lodged complaints on dt 31 May 2010, Complaint No C[protected] and on 16 Jun 2010, Complaint No C[protected], however no action has been taken yet. On 05 Jun and 17 Jun 2010 one of your Engineer Mr Sahid, Mobile No [protected] visted but the AC was not repaired neither any call back from your side was received till dt. I am facing extreme hardship due to non repairing of my AC.
2. You are requested to take immediate action and get the AC repaired immediately.

LG India Frost Free Refrigerator Model No 295 Ttg4 — Substandard Quality of the product leading to frequent breakdowns - No Cooling
I have purchased a refrigerator model 295 TTG4 from US Shoppe, B-3/62, Ground Floor, Janak Puri, New Delhi - 58 vide invoice no. 4543. From the begining itself I have been facing serious deficiencies in the functioning of the product. Cooling in the lower section of the refrigerator is practically non existant and the Refrigerator is working / cooling only off & on basis only. I have been chasing LG India Customer Service Dept. for last several months on regular basis but to no avail. All my complaints filed on the toll free number have failed to elicit any responce from the Company. Even e-mals sent by me at [protected]@lgindia.com has failed to wake LG India out of its slumber. Despite ll efforts I have not recieved a single revert either on my phone ([protected] & [protected]) or on my e-mail ([protected]@probusassociates.com & drpraveen.[protected]@gmail.com). I purchased a Plasma TV from CROMA – Koramangala on 13th Oct 2009.

It is regret to write that inspite of our complaint, and follow up from bottom to top level by not only making phone calls but also visiting the sales agency, sending email our tv set is yet to be repaired. It has also be noted that even after making so much efforts, neither any proper feedback is received till date nor t.v. has been repaired.

Sir, we are suffering on three counts
1st we are unable to watch t.v. programme,
2nd expenses incurred on making calls, & follow up.
3rd We are also paying the charges of setup box without enjoying the facility.
Thus your company is liable to compensate the loses beyond acceptable limit (the service engineer has assured the repairs of t.v. within 3 days.)
Sir, It is now requested to replace the product immediately & arrange to pay the compensation of Rs. 5000/ towards damages,& other cost on follow-ups. While Rs. 10,000/- may also be paid towards mental agony & indirect harassment meted out by not paying due attention on our genuine complaint.
We hope you will do the needful & oblige, other wise I will compel to take up this matter not only to appropriate forum but also to media.

I bought the LCD on 30th May but really frustrated the kind of service provided by the LG demo person.Wall mount bracket was not provided by the LG demo person. LCD was bought with the intention to mount on the wall and I wanted to get that mount neatly from my carpenter but the Demo person clearly refused to provide the bracket and was being told that he can only provide the same if he fits the same in the wall. He dint even give the demo and asked me to sign on the form to close the case. Thats not the kind of service we expect from such a huge company. I opted for LG leavign samsung & other products just because of the service. Appreciate if you could look into this matter and resolve the same at the earliest. Cell No : [protected]
LG 20" LCD Colour Monitor — Complaint pending for last 17 days
Purchased one LG 20" LCD colour monitor model no. W2043T (sl no. 003LPSY018838) on 22.05.2010 from Saboo Computers Pvt Ltd., Nager Bazar, Kolkata and on 14.06.2010 the LCD screen of the said monitor went complete white. A complain was lodged on 15.06.2010 over phone and a confirmation sms sent to my mobile from LG saying my request ID is C[protected]. Now 17 days have already elapsed. I want to bring it to your kind notice, your company has been instrumental in harassing my wife , misbehaving with my wife during complaint to your customer care. We are suffering on the hands of your customer care since last week, Our ref no FYI is C[protected] and we are getting false promises on repairs and nothing else.
The engineer who visited us mis informed us on the status on the machine and in fact made it dead before leaving while it was working when he came to my home but was a bit erratic only. I observed it was the door sensor issue which was make to look to us it was the main control plate which was not working and was even offered by the engg to buy his personal plate at almost half prc with 3 month warranty
I don't understand why such petty attitude is being shown to customer and Lg reputation is being sold mercilessly. I want you to kindly intervene and get my machine up urgently. I am very hopeful to get your support on immediatete basis and if i don't get is then sir i am very sorry to say i have to knock the door of consumer courts and also forum which help customers

REQUEST FOR GENERAL CHECKUPLG 6700 — song is not working
sir,LG -LIFE GOOD but after purchaing your product it make my LIFE BAD.i purchased LG-6700 mobile of 5700/rs in feb but in 4 months it can't operate properly also hanged . In early stage i think it's battery is working only for 3-4 hours .but one day it totally hanged and send to customer service in pune-address akshay complex near ruby hall clinic ,they told me sir it would take time . how much ....1-2 hour ..i said ..ok..
but after se told me it take more ...how much 5 days bec ur h/w have some problem ...i leave ...after 25 days ..i got a call from lg ..sir come ur pats is come ....ok i come...finish.......
but after 7 days the problem is same ...hanged again went to c.care for complain...again same thing..... right now i suffering more than 18 days but no solution......... i decided i go to consumer court and put the case on lg ....my case is 12787893.

LG mobile model no. KS 360 — handset problem
i purchased a LG mobile KS360 on 9th november 2009 from a shop in borivali. mobile IMEI no. is [protected]. the handset is not working properly and am facing following problems since the date of purchase:1. the functioning of the phone is very slow.
2.keys dont work properly.
3.i dont hear the ring when i call someone.
4.the phone stops functioning frequently and hangs.
i have shown the handset to LG service centre for about 7-8 tyms in last 7-8 months. they rectify the problem everytime but within 14-15 days the problem occurs again. Dey have replaced parts of d handset each time i have approached them. Dey even replaced the handset once but the problem is still the same even with the new handset.the IMEI no. of the replaced one is [protected]. The service centre people have shown their incapability to provide a permanent solution.I have even registerd a complaint on the LG website but their is no response from them.i think there is some serious problem with the handset and needs to be sorted out.Such defective type of products are not expected from LG.i request the company to give me a proper solution to the problem before the warranty period ends.

LG India — Poor Service and Faulty Product

It is with a great sense of discomfort that I write this email to you. “Discomfort” because I am the one who had purchased LG LCD TV in the month of October,2009 and within 6 months the pixels were burnt and vertical black line was appeared on the TV. We have requested to replace the TV itself, but your service center has declined to do so. Again within 15 days there is a problem with panel. Now 2 " Horizontal yellow patches has appeared on the at the bottom of panel.
The complete failure of products and delivery of service at LG experienced by me during the course of these last two months has SHOCKED me. I wonder at the level of quality control and inspection employed at one of the best companies in the world if it can ship a product which can go faulty in just 6 months.
A company that wants us to Experience the LG Difference with great value, technology and shopping experience has delivered only a “shocking experience”. In these last two months. After looking at service experience, I have lost my excitement I have thought o[censored]sing a LG TV
Now we'll not accept the replacement of the panel. If your TV goes faulty in 6 months, it shows the quality of the product. Please replace the TV with the new TV, else I will be forced to go to consumer court.

i agree with all the complaints.i am also facing the same problem.i have bought lg kc550 mobile last year.after completion of 1year warrenty display of my phone gone.with the grate difficulty ie almost after my 4visits to customer care center situated at andheri marol i got it restored.now after 3months receiver of the phone is not working.i lodge my complaint on17/06/2010 with same customer care centre.by now i have paid 3 visits to this customer care centre.every time staff of this centre is giving me vivid answers about the availability of the receiver.i think i have made a big blunder by purchasing lg mobile.as claim by lg LIFE GOOD i have made my life lb LIFE BAD. I am facing the same problem where my LG LCD stopped working and service cenre is unable to repair it. They assured of its replacement but no signs as yet even after many follow ups. Surprising to see such reponse from reputed company like LG.
The first complaint was logged on 3rd Jun 2010 and issue not resolved as yet. Regular follow ups but no response.

LG India — TV Display Issue 29 " Repeating the same 5th Time in last 6 Months
Dear SirWe had purchased the LG 29th " TV from local dealer of Bhopal. Date of Purchase is 24th April 2008. It was under warranty for 1 year.
During warranty we faced the issue of Display of screen going hazzy and not viewable and same got attednded by Service engineer.
This problem has occured 5 times in 6 months perid and 6th time again same problem occured.
We have done AMC with LG India , and latest complaint logged with LG is C[protected] on 12th June 2010,
We requested to replace the PCB everytime as same problem reoccuring again and again, but Service engineer was servicing the problem but reluctant to replcae the PCB everytime.
NOw company is ready to replace the PCB but they dont have parts in place, this is pending since 4 days and ther in no clue when the part will come.
Very disatisfied with Service, AMC is being taken but the Parts are not available with Company
