I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Mobile Gu285 — action not taken by the police even i traced my cell phone

Dear sir,

i purchased a mobile phone on dated 12/08/2010 from the market with the name JASBIR SINGH and bill no. 273 IMEI NO[protected] LG make model no.GU285 so far i lost or theft that particular cell on dated 13/12/2010 on the way even i lodged an FIR near by police station (basti jodhewal ludhiana) after an hour as so far. My cellphone had a tracking facility and i informed the police that my cellphone is working with the [protected] and [protected] but they people did not take any action against that user till now even i receiving regular msgs. from above said nos. there fore it is to request you please suggest me the right way and what should i do further .
i actually so much satisfied with your services an i need again your help.

LG — Complaint

LG - Life's Good ?? Life is Bad ,,,

too many gatekeepers between the customer and the authorized LG Person .. Call Centre is not really understanding the customer's problem. when needed to speak to a Manager that too they are not transfering the call.

We really don't see any email communication which can be directly monitored by managers.

LG is very pathetic and SAD , Please dont go for the LG Product where the service would really screw you and the Tech team will never understand your feelings....
We have purchased LG TV from LG Best Shop at Kondhwa Road, Pune in Oct.2009. After a year, it went out of order and showing Vertical Line on Screen. After registering on line complaints and follow up for five to six times, a LG technician cane for repair and took away PCB Kit of TV Set to their work shop on 29.12.2010 for repairing. He promised us that it would take a week for repair. To my surprise, he could neither give a feedback nor return with PCB Kit as on 5.1.2010. After making a call to the Service Engineer at Workshop, it is replied that IC is not available for our LG TV, in the market. I could not understand If the transistor/IC is not available in the market now what to do about TV. Why LG Company is making such TV, for which they could trace spare parts in the market. It is very very bad and poor service of LG Company.

LG / Gs102 — regarding technical issue

I am shyam sunder reddy my father had bought LG mobile hand set of model no GS102 on 17/09/2010 from nearest retailer in my home town. The mobile has lot of technical issues from date of its purchase , The issues are ( from the date of its purchase the mobile is switching of by itself , and from 01/01/2011 the mobile is not displaying date when we tried to adjust it manually it is displaying as 152/93/2010 ,the format is DD/MM/YYYY

I want LG to solve my technical issue or to replace my mobile with a new one

LG Double Door — making lot of noise IN wheel is damaged by default

i purchased double door refrigerator on[protected]. from the first day its making a lot of noise and back side wheel is also damage. The person who came for demonstration told us that he'l replace the wheel and send technician on next day but after i week also he did not contacted. so i complained on lg service my complain No. RNA[protected] with in 24 hours the service man will check the product their told us. But after 48 hours a service man came but he too did rectified the refrigerator and told he'l completely replace the product with in 2 days but now its 12 gone but no response when i called the lg service their inform with in 6 o clock person will surely check the product but no response form any side...very poor service.

LG Home Theatre System — delivery of defective system

I bought a home theatre system on 30-DEC-2010 from the below mentioned dealer-

From the very next day, i.e. 1-Jan-2011, it suddenly stopped to give the output and no sound is coming from that day onwards. Then i complained to the concerned customer care service about the problem on 2-Jan-2011. After that their engineer visited my place and said that it's a manufacturing defect and promised to replace it as soon as possible. Its been 15 days now, no one has contacted us. When we contact to customer care service, they always promise us to get it replaced within 2-3 days and gives the contact no. of the service centre in my region which on contacted also make false promises. I have contacted them many times but hasn't got any response yet.

This to to inform you that I GEETA GUPTA had purchased an washing machine model no WP 25145 SD from Ghaziabad . The Machine was faulty as the dryer was not working properly.


On my complain a technician was sent by the co who told that the Machine is defective as the dryer is cracked and i(Geeta Gupta) wiil receive a call from the Co regarding whether the machine would be replaced or repaired.

However i did not receive any call from the Co , so i myself called the customer care executive who gave me another complaint no RNA[protected] and informed me that the machine would be replaced on 12th Jan 2011.

since then i am regularly following up with the customer care executive in Gzb Mr Rahul and Ms Nikita ,but have not received any solution from them yet.


We are completely dissatisfied with the service provided by LG. As.

1)The defective piece has been sold to us :The machine has broken down two times between 2 months of purchase.
2)We were told that the machine would be replaced on 12th Jan 2011 but have not received the delivery until now 16th Jan 2011.
3)My complant has not been resolved nor been attended by any one from you side even after myself calling Mr Rahul and Ms Nikita(Mob no [protected]) Ghaziabad Incharge.
I am really annoyed with the treatment that have been provided to my complaint.
I thaught That the customer care has been opened for the convinience of the customer but i my case it has been a real torture.

So request you to take immediate action on my complain and provide us some satisfactory solution.

LG Mobile Ks360 — display damaged wants to be replaced

IN My LG mobile KS360 display damaged . I launched complaint on phone on 26th Dec. when not proper respond personally visit to your service center Mobs mobiles but after every day followup on 11th I got complaint no. RNA[protected]. Now every day I got the same answer that our PO is in progress. Now almost 25 days passed but till I have not received my phone with ok repairing. What is this?? & this is the way to entertain your customer. The people in the service center r not able to give confirm answer to your customer & I am continuously following them . May I know when my mobile get repaired or it is not possible. Due to your poor after sale service can we stop the buying of good LG product??

LG Gu285 — Faulty mobile

I went to exchange my samsung phone in good working condition for a LG Mobile at Sangeeta stores in motinagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, I had decided to completely satisfy myself before getting into any deal. Another time the smart salesman convinced me that he had given me the best price for the LG wanted to buy. . When I looked at the seal on the box, I grew suspicious and asked him to provide me another piece. The guy very cleverly told his assistant to find another piece, within no time the guy came back saying this was the last piece they had. I purchased the mobile by spending Rs. 4567.00. The very next day i found that the games are not working and There is a problem in sending SMS and also the internet is not working. Though i went to the shop within 24 hours, i was asked to take it to LG service stores by my self and he did nt extend any help in this regard. I went to the service store by missing my very important classes at the college. They did something with the software and seems working properly. My happiness disappeared with in a week as the problem started recurring. This 3G mobile was gifted to me for my birth day and i was teribly disappointed and spend sleepless nights with the thought i was cheated.
I know that justice will not be done to me, atleast I hereby caution all the viewers to keep away from the stores and especially with this model of LG.

LG Microwave Mc - 8089tlr — JUNK IN CABINET OF MICROWAVE

I have purchased microwave model no. MC-8089TLR from LG shop of haldwani on Nainital highway road on 24 jan 2010 . After six months some stains of junk arose on out side . Now it has rusted from inside totally. Even small wheels are also rusted . Initially i complained verbally, but problem was not rectified.Local lg service centre is very bad.They never pick up phone.Or they always do fake promises. Now i have locked call (call no. LG LCD 26 Inches — Poor customer services

I would like to bring your kind attention to the fact that i had purchased an LCD 26 inches LG television back in February 2007. I have been encountering many problems regarding the video showing on the TV set. I had lodged the complaint first time on[protected] and the complaint was attended after three days of constant reminding and great inconvenience on our part.The repairmen informed that the inverter board needs to be replaced but that it is out of stock.I have had over three visits from your people but still no service has been provided.
I would strongly like to convey my displeasure and it has caused me a lot of

My name is Chandrashekar S, Hyderabad. I have been calling LG, Nodia for more than 3 months to replace my panel on my LG 32" TV and was told that as this model is discontinued they would pay some amount and collect the TV. I have spoken with even the BSM Mr. Vijay Kumar Soni and I have not come across such a person in my entire life who doesn't listen to what people say but assumes things and finally the check has not been handed over and he advices me to go and file a case against LG, India and LG Service Center, Hyderabad legally, as he told me that the check cannot be handed over to me but according to the LG, Nodia office, I was told that the check has been issued to the Hyderabad service center in my name. This person denies saying that they have not received anything and says that LG always has been playing in this fashion with customers and at the end of the day, LG will not even pay a single Rupee. I want this case to be probed, especially BSM's like Mr. Vijay who have been rude and don't bother to listen or advice properly in behalf of LG. I need justice to be done, at least the Panel has to be fixed at any cost as I have AMC also till 2013.

LG Electronics 32LG80fr — LG LCD TV (32LG80FR) ruins my money and time

Hi,
This is Vinoth and I had purchased an LG LCD TV (32LG80FR) on 2-NOV-2009 and my TV got repaired (no video displayed except the gray dots) exactly after the next month of the warranty period. When talked to the LG customer care, I was told your TVs display panel is gone and it would cost around Rs. 12000/-. Though I asked them is this the brand/quality that LG possess and I was answered “YES” by the service center head authority and customer care floor manager and moreover I logged a complaint and still waiting (this is the 17th day) to get it repaired/serviced.
SO GUYS IF ANYBODY PLAN TO GET A LCD TV NEVER EVER DARE TO BUY LG BRAND.
You might get a better brand and quality service from other vendors.
Treat this as my personal request.

I have lodge the complaint but not attend by the LG compny service centre and also not replying/attending the phone after lodging complaint on 16 January 2011 to Feb. 14, 2011. Hi,

I bought LG television, LG refrigerator, LG DVD player , LG washing Machine and LG microwave owen.

The customer case services provide for each of these electronice appliance SUCKS big time. I am so pissed off from the customer service provided by LG that I have decided that I will never ever buy any LG item.

The most recent issues has been with a service request for LG washing machine. As per the customer care the SLA is 25 hours but it has been 4 days that we have been following the LG people. The service engineers are such big &&(*& holes that first of all they take time for coming the next day and never show up and when you call up and ask why he didn't show up , he denied committing any such time. They will tell someone will call you and come and then suddenly in your office you will get a call that I am coming in an hour. I mean what are these guys thinking they are the only busy people in this world and we will wait for them all throughout the day and whenever they confirm we would greet them with like a celebrity.

I will never ever buy a LG product and will recommend anyone else to do so. LG is undermining the power of customer feedback.
