I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

I bougt a LG LCD which suddenly turned faulty.the complete history of the Service support is mentioned below & I am still awaiting for resolution of my problem.

• Complaint raised on 31st August Complaint No C[protected] regarding LCd turned faulty in warranty.
• Complaint closed by LG service care based on technicians feedback, Residence was locked, which is not true & white lie.
• Another Technician (Servesh) visited on 5th Sept & identified the problem of faulty PSU.- He promised to revert in 2 days. And there is no response again.
• - The update of Technician Servesh visit and problem identification is not registered in your customer care system.
• Raised this issue to LG service India, who reverted with Thane BSM contact Details Mr. Janak Doshi.
• Mr. Prashant of LG Micro Service, Thane promised that by 10th Sept the issue will be resolved.
• Upon follow-up with Mr Janak Doshi – Thane BSM, on 13th promised that the issue will be resolved on same day 13th Sept.
• Your Technician called and confirmed that the part is not avail able & will be resolved on 16th September
• 17th Sept I received a call to inform that there is delay so we are replacing your LCD & requested to provide the Invoice & Photo ID.
• 23rd Sept, I received a message from my wife that SMS is received from LG service that due to non-availability of the part your complaint is closed???
• So far the complaint is not solved & no support provided.
• I have sent mail message to Mr. Janak Doshi & yourself.
On the top of all above the complaint is closed stating that the faulty part is not available.

Even the responsible BSM is not reverting neither responding.

Its calssic example of KICKING OFF cUSTOMER.

Lg Gu285 — Game & Applications not working

Yesturday, I have purchased LG Gu285 mobile. In this model can't work games & Applications. Select games & application, it shows a msg resource is not avilable. What is the proble. Please send the solution.

LG / LCD 26" — NO CONCRETE SERVICE RESOLUTION

Ours is a LG 26" LCD TV, bought in 2007 for Rs. 43,000/-. We had got an AMC done for our benefit for 2 years worth Rs. 5000/-. Our TV got some problem as the display was not there, so called up the technician. On his checking, the technician said that the part is not available as the company no more manufactures the same.

As it is under AMC, now after close to 1.5 months & end no. of follow ups, they are favouring us with nominal amount of Rs. 15,000/- which i would have got it if it would not had been under AMC

How are we responsible if company has stopped manufacturing that part. Why should we suffer. We are middle class family and cant afford to change our TV every 3 years.

Now i will have to again buy a TV worth Rs. 30,0000.

Who the hell is responsible for all this nonsense, Does the LG (Life is Good making our life worst ) think that everybody has extra money to change their LCDs every year.

And moreover no proper channel of complaint by LG company so that people keep suffering..............

LG Ele. Pvt Ltd. / Home Theater System — Snag in working.

I had purchased LG Home theater system (HTS) on date 13/10/2009, from M/S Prakash Electronis, Gandhdiam.
About month back the display penal of the HTS player wend blank. For that I logged complain and handed the unit to Sainath Care (LG authorised service center) here in Gandhidham on date 11/9/2010 (ie within guarantee period).

The service center person kept on delaying the repair work and suddenly on date 11/10/2010, the person closed the S/Center with out handing back the product.

During this period I wrote a letter to LG Ele. Pvt Ltd, Noida, but no response was given.

Now, neither the LG is responding the complain nor the person is opening the service center. I am left without the product since last one month .
I have also gone through somewhat same kind of experience from the same Gupta. Then i complained about him in court where LG officials revealed a fact that he isn't there authorised dealer and even he cant prove the co's claim to be wrong by showing any proof like purchase bill etc. He is fake...

I have purchased a refrigerator and there is a manufacturing defect in the product. I have also complaint thrice but company's representative unable to rectify the same. The product requires replacement but company is not taking any action.I give opportunity to the company to rectify the problem or otherwise replace the defected piece otherwise I will be compel to approach Consumer Court to protect my right and claim the losses. LG / AssembLED Computer — adjustment of wrong recovery as airtel PC secure charges

On the basis of my letter dt 30.9.2010 pointing out wrong recovery of Rs.60/ month as airtel PC secure charges and also in my subsequent message sent through internet on 9.10.2010 i pointed out the wring recovery of Rs.1440 @ Rs.60/ month. I suggested that this amount may be adjusted in four monthly installments of Rs.360/ month. Iam happy that the amount of Rs.60 stands adjusted in the monthly bill for the period 17.9.10 to 16.10.10. However i want to point out that when the amount of Rs.60 is not chargeable at all it should not appear in my monthly telephone/ broadband bill. This point may be considered and amount of Rs.60 is altogether ommitted from the bill of 17.10.10 to 16.11.10 and subsequently also. I have not heard anything from your end as to when the wrong recovery of Rs.1440 would be adjusted from my monthly bills. Reply to this point may be sent through e-mail at an early date.7

LG - 320ltr Fridge — Finance refused

I had tried to buy a LG's fridge trrough bajaj finance at vijay sales outlet vasai(W), maharastra. Afer selection of fridge 19,500/- Rs ur executive told me pay Rs 3225/- of down payment & 8x1625/- Rs of EMI u will get a fridge, so i sumitted all require document & ready for fridge delivery but unfortunately ur executive told me my score is less that is 591 only. & it is rejected for finance. So sir/madam please let me know why is is rejected.

I have serviced LG monitor (crt) by skylark computers, near s.k. puri children park, Patna.My complaint no. c[protected] & technician Mr.Govind Pd. visited for servicing LG monitor and service charged Rs.Four hundred. I haved paid Rs.Four hundred & demaned bill but any bill not recieved. I concerned skylark computers but didn't get any responce & said bill will print by Internet & handover. I recieved bill today 29 oct 2010 & saw two parts show on bill but two capacitor (470mfd25v) have replaced by Mr.Govind Pd.On bill has shown two parts (Fet part code OTF630001BB, Transistor code 6TRG10006A.).I amn't satisfied by LG service centre staff & staff behave so lower.My rest amount hasn't handedover.The bill has shown Rs.336/- but paid Rs.400/-.My complaint is now-a-days incomplete.
Therefore, I request to you, kindly enquiry this matter & informe to me.

I bought LG GW620 Mobile phone on 30th April 2010. Till this date I am facing a lot of problems in that phone.

1. Mobile phone software crashed and hang.
2. Rebooted without any reason.
3. Call drop.
4. Backtrace appeared without any user operating on the phone.

5. Till up-to-date, changed the LCD display.
6. Changed the Touch panel.
7. Software updated 2 times.

I really fed up and went 4 times to the service center for the mobile to get repaired.

Now the problem is that the SD card is not reading and I went to the service center and they opt for changing the PCB. No stock currently and need to wait till it arrives.

I don't think so, there is something important left in the mobile phone to get change thereafter,

I have used this phone for approximately 6 months and faced a lot of problems.

I would to mention here, that I have spend Rs. 16,117 to buy this phone and not satisfied for opting this LG BRAND.

I kindly request the LG to REPLACE MY MOBILE / MONEY BACK, if LG really felt for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I purchased a LG microwawe MC 7687 AB from CROMA ( Reliance Mall Faridabad )on the 12th of Oct 2010.I was promised that the engineer would come to give the demonstration the next day.Unfortunately till today nobody has turned up to give the demo.I had received a call from an engineer 1 week back asking me when to come to repair my WASHING MACHINE.I clarified that I have no complains for washing machine and the person was supposed to come for demo of Micro wave.
Such a bad service is not expected from LG.We purchased LG only because of the best service facility but unfortunately in my case it has turned down my expectation.Please somebody get in touch with me on my cell No [protected] or [protected].I request for immediate attention

I brought a brand new LG LCD TV : 32LD460 from GIRIAS Jayanagar on 31st Oct-2010.
The screen goes off after sometime automatically.

Hi, I purchase a colour TV 29 "Flatron but there due to some problem as per instructed service engineer i put the new PCB board and the same problem came again, i repeated complain to the service dealer but he is not taking any kind of responsibility regarding my television, also i complaint to the LG Customer care responsible ASM of Bihar state mr amolji but he is not taking any action regarding my tv, and now hw is not answering my cell phone also
i am suffering to the bad service of LG.they are not provided the good and sufficient service to us.
So next time i am not gonna to buy a LG Brand product.

LG Gd 510 Black — Defect In The Product

As I have earlier lodged my complaint on 31st october 2010 & received a complaint no. 3110100. Since, there has been no response from your end, I am doing it again.
I'hv purchased a LG touch phone GD 510 Black from M/S Spice Retail Ltd., Dwarka, New Delhi on 23rd March 2010 in Rs 7170 -/. The touch screen of the set started posing problem in the very first month of it's purchase. Since then -till today it has been repaired three times from the LG service center NICE TELECOM ,15/19 DDA Complex New Delhi having it's center code IN018513CDM00577.Now it again received the same defect i.e the fourth time.
The persistant problem with the screen suggests to me that manufacturing defect is associated with the model. I have no more choice left other than to request you to either replace it with the better quality product which have value to the money I spent or return my money.
Kindly address to my complaint as soon as possible.

LG Gw525 — Poor service and bad product

I am Roopak Tripathi from Indore M.P. I have purchased a lg mobile model no:lg gw525 on 19 feb 2010 , from Prakash Electronics (180 , Jail Road Indore - 452007 , M.P. ) whose imei no is[protected] , which is creating problems (hanging of cell phone , automatic switch off , showing charging of battery while handsfree is attached and above all handsfree is not working.) since the date of purchase. i have complaint about all this drwabacks 7 times at the lg service centre. A quotation is also written of solving problem within 1 hrs but they usually deliver around 2 days. They hadn't replaced my handsfree so i had purchased new handsfree whose invoice no is 1162 and reciept no is s[protected] date of purchase of new handsfree is 3/8/010. They finally changed my handsfree slot of mobile which is now creating overheating of mobile. The service centre which i have visited are as follows :-

Kindly solve my problem as i am depressed and mentally harrased.

2 months Back i had purchased LG Cookie Phone newly launch and lots of features as company says as i had brought that phone n used that i come to know that it do not have accelerometer in it but company on its official website specification they had mentioned it supports accelerometer also i communicate with others outside state and come to know that the have accelerometer in it .

Now it feels cheated to buy a phone as we are from middle class society
also no other people must be cheated, thats y i wish that you take some serious action against it

LG Microwave Mc 7647ul — Out of order since One Month

Sir,

I have bought one LG Microwave From Aditya Vision, Kajpura Rajabazar on 26-Jul-2010 for Rs.10,600/-

Last month it started fiving Error 10 /9. We have lodged complaint and the next day one service eingineer came and told that one part is to be replaced.

After lots of followup he came after one week with the part but the problem persisted.After R & D he could temporary solve the issue but again after an hour same problem began.

Again we have lodged complaint but the service engineer came after 4/5 days.
He also could not resolve the issue and the equipment is lying out of order.

The complaint numbers are as follows;

In this situation what can I do. Whether I should go to consumer forum or throw away the equipment in the shop.

I have purchased LG510 mobile phone at the end of June'2010 costing Rs 8500, but i didn't enjoyed this more than one month, since then its lying at your service centre for repairing / replacement, after numerous rounds of your service centre at Gurgaon, I always got next date for getting it repaired or replacement, but nothing happen in last 3and 1/2 month. People there are neither responding properly nor solving problem. They are least bothered of LG's goodwill.

Now I am requesting you to return my money and resolve this issue.

LG Mobile Services — Services not Provided after sale the product

I am suryakant sitapara and i m using LG mobile handset KF510, but due to some
probleme i had submited to your service center at A com Technologies, C G Road,
Ahmedabad (LG authorise service center) on 04th October,2010, serviceman said that in phon there is a belt problem will sort out in 8-10 day, but still my phone not sort out or repail...

nobody is responcing me and i am really facing big problem and afraid of LG mobile services.

even i got name of Mr. gaurang and indrajeet who is looking for LG branch (Gujarat) and
service department head and they are also not pick uping my phone when i called up them.

LG Mobile service people are giving falls commitment every time till date and nobody
is giving me straight or right answer.

Is there i made mistake in purchas LG mobile phone??

Gaurang last commitment was to call me on 13th november, 2010 and give me the
right dicission but till i had not received the same.

Please help me if you can otherwise i am going to claim at cosumer forum and do
FIR for the same..
