I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Plasma Pq70 — No parts available even though product is under warranty and only 6 months from date of purchase

I have logged in a complaint with LG Service last Monday i.e: 15th November 2010 for my LG Plasma 50” PQ70 for repairs and the complain reference number is C10B1631042. The engineer visited and checked the problem. The part (power supply) has to be replaced and they said that the part has been requested by the service team member. I have been coordinating with service team for past 10 days and i keep getting the response that the part is not available and will take more time.

The product is just 6 months old and is under warranty. Infact, i have taken an extended warranty of 2 years also.

Please help to resolve this asap.

LG Mobile Service Centre (Excel Solutions) — changed parts while repairing

my mobile once fell in water about two months ago,
then i got it completely repaired paying Rs 2400,
then also the display was causing problems (display is lost at times ),
and one day when it fall only from knee height (it was completely dry) the display is completely lost.
now when i show them the handset, they say there is still water in it........
and asking for more 2900 Rs..
now they are showing me some corroded display. how can it be so if they have repaired it earlier.
i believe they are showing me some other phone's part as mine and are trying to cheate me.

LG - 1.00 Ton Split Ac — POOR STANDARD OF SERVICES

I have purchased 1.0 ton split ac from LG in the month of April 2010, first they have delivered damaged unit (outer unit), after lot of heated arguments and complaints they have replaced the outer unit. But, they have replaced the outer unit with different specification which consumes more power and less energy efficient. I brought this things to their notice and ask them to change, but they said they have stopped manufacturing that model so it won't be possible. And for this i have to fight with them i have fired no. of email to their customercar id.

Now i have to dismantle the AC, as i was shifting my house, i register a request with them and they said within 24 hours job will be done. But nobody came from their side and they keep me waiting for whole day, next day i again register a reqeust for the same and again same thing happend, i was keep waiting.
For that one job i have to register the request for 4 times and when i send mail, complaining about all this things, they are not replying me.

You guide me what should i do?

LG India Ltd / Refrigerator — FAULTY LOWER BASE STAND

I PURCHASED A REFRIDGERATOR FROM S.K. ELECTRONICS, OPP POLICE CHOWKI, AIR FORCE GATE, NAINITAL RD. BAREILLY ON 27 FEBRUARY 2010 (MODEL NO.195SADG-5, CHASIS NO. 015947). THE LOWER BASE STAND (ON WHICH A REFRIGERATOR STANDS AND ALSO A VEGETABLE BUSKET) WAS CONTINUOUSLY BENDING FROM BACKSIDE FROM THE PURCHASE ITSELF. IN THIS REGARD COMPLAINTS HAD BEEN LODGED WITH LG CUSTOMER CARE (COMPLAINT NO.s ARE "C [protected]" AND "C [protected]" DATED 04 JULY 2010. REPRESENTATIVES FROM LG COMPANY ATTENDED THE COMPLAINTS AND REPORTED THAT PLASTIC/FIBRE ITEMS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY. ALSO, HE INFORMED THAT MANUFACTURING DEFECT IS THERE IN THE ITEM. BUT AS IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY, I HAVE TO PURCHASE A NEW FOR THE SAME. ALSO, I FOUND HUGE BALANCE PROBLEM IN MY REFRIDGERATOR AS IT DOESNOT STAND PROPERLY EVEN WITH THE ADJUSTABLE LEGS.

So, i urge you to take the necessary action in this regard before that.As a consumer,I am highly disappointed with this irresponsible behavior of Lg services and If there is no response from LG services soon enough, I will be forced to take legal assistence against it.

LG KP 199 — repeated malfunction in spite of taking to the customer care

sir,
i am astudent and i purchased a LG KP 199 on[protected].since april i have been suffering due to the mobile.twice the main speaker had to be changed and once the loud speaker.after that sice last two months the mobile is getting switched off frequently.i took it to the service centre-S.A.INFOSYS.on[protected].they told everything is ok after updating the software but after coming home i found that the same problem is persisiting.i again took it yesturday ie[protected].this time also they touched up the LCD and updated the software and said the problem would not occur anymore.but to my utter dismay i found that the same problem is persisiting.so this time i thought of giving a complaint because time is precious for me and i cannot afford to go and sit in the service centre for hours together.the second most annoying thing that i found was that for any article that is asked they say stock is not there whether it is a small headset or a phone cabinet.if this is the response of your service centre then i am sorry for the state of your after sale service of your company towards the customer.
