I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Gx - 200 — ASKING FOR MONEY BY THE (ELCOM TRADING CO.PVT.LTD.) AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER OF LG IN NEHRU PLACE,MADHUBAN BUILDING

RESPECTED SIR G,
I went to LG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER(ELCOM TRADING CO.PVT.LTD) regarding the hanging problem of my mobile phone,the service center person told me that i have to pay the charge becuase the PCB board is bend(tedha ho gaya hai), and they ask me to pay Rs. 1730/-.

sir g my mobile phone is under the warranty period of the company then also they ask me to pay the amount and my mobile is first time repaired in this service center only on 28/05/2011 and after this repairing only my mobile started to hang for 1-2 minutes but now it increase by 30 minutes and some times more also and sir g this problem happens 3 times in aday sometime.
sir please pay your kind attention towards my matter and get me rid of this problem,with great hope iam writing my complaint to you sir g please take some favourable action as soon as possible.

I have raised a query for my washing machine as it was getting stuck when wash was coming to 13min...point to note I have, requested for extended warranty for this, as my washing machine was functioning properly...(it was only getting stuck at 13min) just wanted to get it covered under warranty, JUST to avoid any future problems...

Today morning one of LG person came, he said he is service engineer from LG(I was wondering HOW he did not have any LG ID ?) I thought he came to give me extended warranty for my WM(as nobody bothered to contact me IN LAST 8 DAYS and came to check why my washing machine was getting stuck?)...

I was taken a back!!!...when he said I don't know about this WM model, I have never worked on it...(I would HAV not allow him to touch the machine if he would have said it early prior opening the machine)...

Then he called up his so called senior..he discussed with him for around half an hour...he was removing something and was experimenting on my machine...he dissected every part of my working WM...while his dissecting, I told him I have already applied for extended warranty..then again he called up his senior and INFORMED HIM the same thing, HIS so called senior asked him to do something(WHICH COULD MAKE MY WM STOP WORKING)...his senior also asked him to take the SERIAL Number from the back side of my WMachine(SO THAT THY CAN MAKE SURE, I SHOULD NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, AND THEY CAN CHARGE ME AS PER THEIR GREED)...after 5 mins he said your WM motor(which was working properly, AFTER HIS TRICK MY MACHINE STOPPED WORKING) need to be get change, then he showed me my WM is not working (BUT which was working properly, was only getting stuck when wash was coming to 13min)...

Now new surprise...He said, you can not apply for the extended warranty NOW...as motor is not working...he argued with me and said it was not working FROM BIGINING, HE DINT DO ANYTHING...then he said I will need to spend[protected] to get a new Motor for my WM...he screwed my WM and was asking for money...??(I wonder about LG's future in INDIAN market, IF this IS THE way they want to work in INDIAN??)...When service engg took Serial number of my WM...AFTER CREATING a problem in my WM...I came to know...SO called LG person wants to cheat me...As he could get more money from me...I don't know whom to contact now...I believe this was my last ATTEMPT to contact LG..raising this issue to MEDIA...

I AM MAKING SURE, NOT TO PURCHASE ANY LG PRODUCT IN MY WHOLE LIFE, ALSO NOW MY MOTO IS TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE ABOUT LG'S POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE AND GREED...

Its been now a week I am trying to reach your customer service, on [protected] and[protected] but no one is bothered to pick up the call.

I am totally disappointed with the service from LG electronics, Now planning to raise this service to MEDIA, contacted one of the leading Media News Channel. they have promised me to handle this issue, with their style. also I have collected the data and contacted the unsatisfied LG appliances users.

I hope you understand my concern very well, also want to highlight your way of approach to the users, you guys just provide the service to those who comes under your warranty.

While purchasing home appliances I thought LG is very good at customer service but I think It was my very bad decision.

I bought

1. Front loading washing machine-Now not working
2. LG 32 inches TV-Now not working properly
3. LG double door fridge-Has air leak problem.
4. LG DVD-by god grace it is still working but it is in warranty!!(after warranty it wont work)

LG Gm200 Handset — Negligence shown by your complete CHANNEL

I am Ratnesh Pandey from PUNE, Maharashtra.I have purchased the LG GM200 handset on[protected].
I have paid Rs. 3650/- for the features like- FM radio with RDS, built-in antenna,3.5mm jack Dolby Surround
Sound Technology…etc. But hardly have used these features because the never worked properly since week 1.
Since i purchased the set, its FM has never worked and have tried so many jacks but didn't got the appropriate
sound.After almost every week some of its key-pad button stops working.

I have contacted to service center :-

says contact to LG Service Center, service center says you directly call LG. If i have to do all these things then
why LG is spending so much on these service centers??

I Need my money back ASAP and i'll make sure that no one in my contact buys any LG product because
your Products are faulty, your service is not up to the mark and above all I am not satisfy with the kind of
negligence shown by your complete CHANNEL.

The only thing i want to say to you is I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP and if you also can't do any thing

we have purchased a lg five star double door refrigerator from Edison Electronics, Kodungalore, Thrissur District on 08.08.2011, Model No.LG305VMG5 vide bill NO. 1546 . On second day the door fell down, the screw of door was broken and we could not use the refrigerator. Several times we have compliant to M/s. Edison, there is no response from their side. Kindly instruct to repair the same and get ready to use the equipment as early as possible.

I am thinking that it may happen some time but I surprise my friend Mr. Sachin who had also purchase same laptop along with me he has facing same problem from 05.09.11 onword. Thats why I mail to you, It is HP or LG Display mistake by which we are in trouble & loosing our money to replace LCD screen.

May be it is very late to mail you…

But you see the matter why It happen. And If possible, please change my LCD Screen with original one.

LG Mobiles India — Worst handset quality

i had purchased an LG GD350 flap mobile before 45 days .That mobile is not working properly.Usually it is unable to detect memory card & within a weak it completely hangs out.When i reached to service center then they told me that the mother board is dead completely.They took over 25 days to recover from that problem & still it is not that efficiently working.It is totally a fault of LG company & there service for such a product which came in market without proper testing,even there distributor told me that model is fail & company stops there production.
I am so mentally & financially harrash by that handset, now i m trying to resell it.
please suggest me what should i do.

LG 32'' Hd LCD Television — Philips DVD player and Philips speaker are not in working condition which is free on television

I have purchased, washing machine,LG 32'' HD LCD television,at that time Philips DVD player and Philips speaker are free on TV having current price near to 6 thousand that is not working condition. they told this is free on LG tv . we are not giving any service on free product. if they are damaged or it is not in working condition then its your own risk. then why are you giving free product. if you are providing free branded product on existing product then you have to reproducible that those should be working as like buy new products.
i think you are, you have a large damaged stock and you are trying to sale on existing stock like this way.then this is fraud you have to do some thing. or otherwise we will apply consumer court.
This is happened with me for the same, when i purchased same from CROMA mall, Krave nagar, infront of Big bazar, pune.

LG Refrigerator Single Door — door problem and others

I had purcahesd new lg refrigarator two year back but, since purchase of this, within the period of six month the door locking and door gasket problem were getting started. The cockroch and other insect enterred in side the fridge.Ii made complaint for this but even second time the person from service center comes and repaired it but the same problem get start after few days. it seems that the service center people are not so keen about thier job and not bothered about the customer satisfaction. Moreover as warranty period is over now they charge hefty amount. As the company name is famous for consumer good but if this type of problem could not solve then it will loose the customer faith. i am now fedup whetther i should sell this fridge and purchase the another brand. I hope for immediate solution of my acomplaint.

We are using 100 of LG products in my company, which include Acs, LCD monitors. We have purchased these products from nearest LG dealer. Untill now we insisted for LG products but after two bad experiences it is very sorry to say LG is not having reliable products and after sales service. One of incident we experienced as follows,

We purchased LG make 3 star split ACs 2# in May 2010. Model was 5CW2AF5. For one year one of them was working fine and started troubling after one year, last more than one and half month we are unable to use it as even after many visits of your service person (which also made possible after our so many follow up) It is not working. Initially we were not getting cooled air, your service person came and cleaned the filters. Only after a day it gave again problem in cooling, few days later your service person visited and said it had problem in compressor and needed warranty replacement, it took more than 10 days and after replacing a compressor it worked for two days only and again same problem was observed. Well after 15 days of information passed on your technician about problem, your service person visited and put system in pressure to check where is the leakage, on next day he observed there is no leakage and charged the require GAS and ensure us now it will work. But very next day same problem we faced and on his next visit he said there is problem in condenser. All these happened in last 2 months even after as on date our AC is not working. This all was also informed to your Regional service manager at Surat.

I do not understand whether your service technicians are capable of finding the faults or not, or it was done deliberately but in all cases we suffered a LOT and seem we paid for LG product just to suffer. Whether you pay attention towards this incident or not, but I am sure this will make us sure to not to purchase any of LG product in future.

LG Mobiles India — POOR IN SERVICE

My mobile (LG KF350) had display problem. In warranty time also it is arised. that time LG Serice center in VZAwada took 2months time.. after 1 year it agian this problem. the services people also using duplicate machenaries. I again given to the service center in hyb 1month before still they not given. those are very poor in service. It is very shame to feel those.. Please ban that LG phones in india bcz they does maintaining quality. that mobiles always getting problems. please ban it

LG - LCD TV - 26 INCH — POOR QUALITY PRODUCT & POOR SERVICE

I have purchased a LCD TV in Dec 2007 of LG and within four years I have realized what a poor quality product I have purchased.
At the time of installation only when enquired the problem of volume with the installation engineer, he told us the problem of cable operator and not TV. Since then there is some or other problems came in the TV.
Now after four years TV has now following problems.
1. Left speaker of the TV is faulty.
2. Patches on the screen
3. Power board not working
4. Panel (logic board) got malfunctionig.

With all these things together in the TV i simply can say what a poor quality product LG is. This is the first time i have taken LG product in life otherwise i have samsung fridge, TV, washing machine but i never had a problem in last 10 years. I did a mistake to try once LG.

On the above i have registered my complaint to LG customer care on 20th September, the person name Mr. shyam called me and queried about my problem. I told him to come at my home in evening but the person told me that he will not cater the calls in evening because the person who looks the evening calls of my area has not come. However, i called him to come in afternoon and asked my wife to stay at home till he comes.
He came and found some part issue, so he told us that he will come again with that part and check for the exact cause. When asked that he will come tomorrow, he replied very uninterestingly that it will depend on the part availability at the company. his words were "main kya kar sakta hun, company mein part hota hi nai hai".
Next day his mobile was switched off, when called next day he was waiting for the part. On friday he came with the part and when he checked he found that the part he brought for testing was defective. and his words were "company mein agar aisa milta hai to hum log kya kare".
And now i am trying him, call centre but of no use, he says part milega company se tabhi he will come.

So from past one week i am waiting for the right part to come, and please help me to get the problem rectified.

I think LG has the worst service in the country. They claim to provide a solution with in 24 Hours but even after I registered my complain 4 days back they have not sent anyone from maintenance department.
i had bought lg washing machiene fully automatic top loaded 1yr back due to defect on top cover it is not working.i have lodge a complain on 9.9.2011, till today the machine is out of order due to lack of parts.plz try to repair it as soon as possible other wise i will move toCONSUMERS COURT, FOR MENTAL HARASHMENT.

LG - Convection Microwave — No response to complaint logged since 20 days

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our microwave oven is having problems as the start button in the touch panel is not working for which, we had logged a call on the 30th Sep, 2011 and again on the 2nd week of Oct, 2011 but we have not received a single call or nobody has visited our house to find out the issue/problem with the Microwave.
The call center executives have informed that the person has visited the house and informed that the part is not available and closed the call. Please be informed that nobody has visited nor have they called back to find out the problem.
I am very much unsatisfied with the service, its been more than 20 days, but we have not received a single call. Nobody seems to be bothered and guess they are now trying to pass the buck. Is this the type of service provided by LG?

I would highly appreciate if somebody takes some action after seeing this mail and try to sort out the matter.

SHIVAM GAS SERVICE — GAS DELIVERY ALWAYS LATE( APPROX 20 DAYS LATER)

GAS DELEVERY IS SUPPOSED TO BE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER ENTRY. BUT THEY ARE DOING DELEVERY AFTER 20 TO 25 DAYS AFTER ENTRY.
