I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG / Double Door Fridge — worst customer care

i am kavitha living in chennai.i bought a fridge on end of September .i got a problem on my fridge on[protected].i gave a compliant on the same day.lg responded 2 days back and two guys turned up my home and removed the repaired parts.they promised me to back with in 2 or three days but never.i called lg customer care again around last week they just gave me 24 hrs.but never turned up.i called them every day including today but no response .they gave me the same 24 hrs time..please protect me from the waste lg customer care .i wasted my money to buy a lg product.please i[censored] are not able to repair then please take the fridge from my home.
or else please give me a good solution for my money

I am regular customer of LG products looking to my confidence to LG product, i bought LG LCD
CTV model 26" lc2r Sr no:- 0011 vide bill no. 11706 date[protected]. through your auth. Dealer M/s C.L Mehra & sons Dharmshala, distt Kangra H.P this is to bring to your kind notice that, the front glass screen of the said LCD suddenly broken about six month back.
I reported the matter to your auth. dealer m/s CL mehra & sons, your service centre at duri Dharmshala and Chandigarh to Mr sahil but all he vain.
All your official are trying to avoid the repair of my L.C.D since six month and i am totally harassed. so i am horribly again request your kind attention to either repair my damaged L.C.D or have it repaired at the earliest . feeling which i will be comfortable to take the legal assistance for the same, for which your co. will be responsible.

I'm very sorry to say that L.G. is loosing its reputation by its own.

We bought LG MICROWAVE MC 8087ABR on 24/10/2011 from LG SHOPPE (44/2C Krishna Puri, Outer Ring Road, Vikas Puri, New Delhi -110018) on INVOICE No. -LG/129/OCT11 with REF No.: ANIL.
We were promised to allot a gift (TRI SET) with the Microwave, but due to shortage they asked us to receive on very next working Day. we are making a follow up till today. But they are ignoring the issue. Even we visited the store approx 5 times and called approx 20 times but they always put the matter for next two to three days.
So I request to do the needful as soon as possible.

LG-GM360i — Poor service

Sir,
My mobile touch screen was non operational within 10 months of my purchase which was subsequently replaced by the Vadodara servive centre , but now again I was highly disappointed when I found that the replaced sceen was not sticked properly by service centre also my camera click button and flash light was not responding after the servicing been done . Presently My mobile is with the service centre since 18th of this month awaiting for the camera click button replacement. Kindly help me to resolve the issue as early as possible.

I am another unsatisfied customer of LG, The reason may be the very poor quality of services. LG seems to have no control over there service center which have been outsourced. My Fridge of 310 ltrs was addressed for same problem three times. The response take 48 hrs which LG claims 24 Hrs and the visit take 3-4 days followed by another visit-- Really Sad. I am of opionion to throw the same and go for another brand. Its sad that the service of Fairdeal in Noida and Ghaziabad is worse than the word worse.

i have purchased a side by side refrigerator before 4 years back and having compressor in warranty and fridge out of waranty

before 3 months i have faced a problem that fridge working in okay condition but the ice goes melt in any time without any fix time.
so i logged the complaint to lg customer care (complaint no:rna[protected] on 13 /8) but no one has taken care to come and to see the problem
then after i have made second complaint on 26 8 ..(complaint no rna[protected] then after that complaint a person came and said that there is a problem of pcb and it will take more than 10 days to get the pcb and at that time i also called a local repairer who said that it will be okay by gas charging
then after that local person has filled the gas in compressor total 3 times but the problem was not solved

so i made another complaint to lg customer care on 17 10 (rna [protected]) to chjeck and solve the problem
after 5 days making so many calls and make the co ordination with local lg supervisor miss. nisha she arrange a person to visit my fridge and he says that it has having pcb problem..
and he told to solve the problem by installing the pcb ... at that time the diwali festival was nearby but he promised to install it before divali

after diwali also he was not contacted and when i called to nisha she made confernce with mr fransis of microcare he took more 2 days to send a person and he was not able to get the pcb no.

after 3 days i call him then he was not sure to having the exact pcb that it needs

so i called her and asked her to send a senior technician

so she arrange a another guy who said that after refilling the gas the problem will be soilved at that time i told them that i have refilled the gas 3 times but the problem is not solved so i[censored] r sure than and than only i go for refill with your company
than they said and was sure to be solve the problem by installing gas the problem will be cleared

at that time i make confirmation that the gas refilling is in warranty with my other person so i[censored] think that they have not work properly then and then u can fill the gas other wise i can tell them to refill the gas.. but they were sure to solve it and i also confirm with nisha that i will not pay other money if the problem not solved with this installation

after installing the gas by mr, babubhai ([protected]) after 2 days the problem starts of melting ice .
so i told nisha on 11th to loged the new complaint if the old is closed by her (11/11 rna[protected]
from that day to today the problem is not solved by your persons and i m suffering with the same problem
now they r asking more money to solve the problem
so total money i have paid is
2000 to retailer gas charging
2050 to lg person babubhai for gas charging
and now more 2000 they wants to solve my problem

I had bought LG fridge and taken AMC for the same. Even after regular follow up I am still waiting for repair.

I think LG is highly irresponsible in after sales services and staff is totally non cooperative. Yes, they dont forget to call you at least one month before the expiry of AMC.

Good policy. First sale worst product, they charge AMC and then no service.

We should see the Balance Sheet of LG India. They must be in huge profit.

LG — POOR QUALITY

Consumers be aware from LG Products. Their stand by service quality is very poor cheap and of defective quality. The same is about their product. Avoid purchasing any sensitive product like Personal Computer. Some more than 3 times, it has gone for repairing. Their stand by service, is of so poor nature that the service people take shelter behind their defective worded warranty document. I am one such sufferer, where the compalain number RNA[protected] and RNA[protected] are still pending and not resolved. I am trying to bring this thing to their top most authority or shall take legal action.

LG LCD TV 47 " — Poor Quality of Product

I purchased a 47" LCD TV around 1.5 yrs back and also took an extended warranty for the same. However, the product is of such poor quality that within this time it has already developed faults 3-4 times. Already the LCD panel has been changed twice. Every time the tv needs repairs the service technician tells us that the parts are not available and takes about 7-10 days for the repairs.The last time the LCD panel was changed was in Nov 2011. However the TV has again become faulty about 10 days back and the service technician is again telling us that the parts are not available. So in spite of all the claims of LG of 24 hrs service , our TV is actually inoperable for 7-10 days every few months or weeks.
First , i would like to know if LG makes such poor quality products that they go bad so frequently , even for such costly products as a 47" TV.
and if the product quality is so bad then why are the parts not kept in ready stock at the service centers.
Our perception of LG products has really taken a beating and through this forum i would like to warn other potential customers to steer clear of such poor quality products. I do hope that LG is able to explain to me the reason of such frequent failures and such long periods of the product not working.
