LG — Poor customer service and the LG product
I have purchased a LG Automatic washing machine from one of the retailer and right after the 5months suddenly it stopped working and when i have contact the customer care for the repair as it was under warranty after 3days and lot of arguments with the retailer and with the customer care executives the tech visited the and it was of no use...i was in wrong perception that LG being good company will not have any problems and thought they will have educated and staff but i was wrong and i was misguided.
I feel i have done a mistake by Buying a LG product...and will never repeat it in my life...its not the only product is use less but also the pople associated with the customer care and services are also the same...because every time i call the way they respond and answer my query reminds me about my mistake of buying a LG product..
Hope atleast some one in hire management will take care this issue...
LG Gc 900 Mobile — REFUND MONEY BACK OF MOBILE COST
Dear sirmyself praffful bhatnagar from muzaffarnagar in u.p. i purchased a lg mobile GC-900 at[protected] in one month its giving me thousand problems but hanging & restart problem is main. i went to the service center they upgrade the software but nothing works the problem is same second time they told me to change the main board but when i invest 20000/rs in this why i will give it to open ? third time when i went to the center they told me to replace this set .now i dont want to use this phone.i have 5 more lg set but they r ok but this set is ruined my life.
so plz refund my money.

I purchased the above referred PC on 09 Oct 08 with a warranty period 03 years i.e. upto 08 Oct 11. Now the mother board of the same got crashed and has been replaced with another one of MSI Brand by an authorised representative of LG Electronics Pvt ltd. After replacement, the Audio/ Video graphics card software for said mother board has not been provided to me and in absence of same my pc is in dead position. Kindly do the needful to provide the software for making my pc active on top priority as my day to day urgent tasks are hampered.

LG Lhb975 Home Entertainment System — does not work for for long
I purchased an LG home entertainment system back in 2010, the system is the LG LHB975. It has worked for me 4 times and I have had to send it in for repairs. I have sent it back 2 times now and guess what I used it for the forth time again and the rear wirless speakers do not work again!I called customer support at LG and they told all we can do is repair it again. I asked so everytime I use it for the forth use I need to expect to send the system in for repairs? I stated I have many other types of Lg product from cell phones to TV and I have been very pleased until this. I said I need to get the system replaced! Here is what they have on their web site Fixing It Right the First Time

I am now having to send it in for the third time for repairs so that I can recieve it back and work 4 times before I will probably have to send it in again. I requested it be replaced and customer support tells me as long as they can fix it I need to send it in. Well I do not want to go through that again!!! Do they not understand that!
I suggest to consumers not get any type of home entertainment system from LG, they be fine in the TV and cell phone business but this they need to do more research and development!!!! I am an engineer and know that when a product is not working as it should you need to stand by the product and the customer and not treat it in this manner. I will not buy LG any more, I feel like gettinig my gun and use the system as targets, maybe then I can be satisfied because the product did not!
I purchased Lg oven feb 2010 now the press buttons not working .I placed compliant to dealer from which i purchased the oven The dealer @nandurbar (ms) Jaihind Electronics asked me Rs 250 as service charges is it correct.Repair maybe done by his local mechanic.

I had purchased a microwave oven bearing model no. MG-2381LE on 31 July, 2008 from Bhubaneswar Orissa and taken AMC on !4 August, 2009. The AMC end date 13 August 2012. Recently the appliance developed some problem and a burning wire smell was observed on switching.
A complaint was lodged with the customer care, vide number[protected] on 15.07.2011. the authorized personnel of LG checked it twice on 16th and 17th july, 2011. he informed that the spare part of the model is not available. The damaged spares cannot be replaced.
You are requested to take appropriate action in the matter and intimate the further development as my product is under AMC up to 13, 08.2012.

LGp520 — display repair
I dr. milind v. wankhede had purchased a lg p520 mobile from nagpur. one month back my display was damaged for which i had given it to a lg service centre in borivali west mumbai. inspite of continous visits there is no response from your side n now your men r telling that it will not b repaired n to take it back. my question is that do lg company not having a display?to cut things short please provide me the display or a new cell phone. i am a doctor , that was my dual sim cell, was not able to contact my patients with a daily loss of 5 thousand.
so kindly provide me the cell or be ready to give me my compensation. or else b ready for legal and customer care action in 2 days.

the product has given a really bad performance as a result i have to register a complaint every now and then.
I am so bugged up with the customer care that i have to register the complaint online,
THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES SUCKS!!... they dont even care to reply intellectually and infact THEY LAUGH ON OUR PROBLEM.
which will harm the company's reputation.. I would precisely want to name some people to whom i approached on regular basis still did not got any prior reply from them "MR. IRFAN (Madhya Pradesh)"

My LG colour TV Model 20D7RV, JOYMAX suddenly stopped functioning three months back. I lodged a complain for its repair but didn't got any response from service centre. Again after 15 days I started calling to service centre which is in Noida and its dealer in Dehradun but the after sales service is so pathetic that I have lost faith in this company. I went to the Dealer two month and put my TV in his shop for repair. Wow what a amazing answer I got when I called him today(after 2 months) " Company doesn't make its spare parts so we will search for the damage part so I will let you know after a month".
Such a poor after sales service you guys are giving and this type of irresponsible behavior is unbearable. I just don't do case over this matter because its sheer waste of my time but it should be an eye opener to the new buyers.

LG Monitor 17 Inch — Very poor service
Dear Sir/MadamI Had purchased a LG Monitor on dt. 26.08.08.it is in warranty period .monitor was facing some problem,within 11 days I repaired it two time and also we get same problem third time from LG Service station. service station repaired it temporerly , we are facing so much problem of conveyance because distance of service station is 20 Km from our house.kindly provide permanent solution of this .
LG Plasma TV 42" — TV not working
I had purchased an LG Plasma 42" from E-Zone, Raghulela Mall, Vashi on the 5th June'11 & its now working from the 7th Aug'11....Launched a complaint with LG customer Service on the same day....a technician visited us & restored the factory settings & said the problem will be rectified....did not happen....I launched a complaint again on the 9th Aug....a techinician visited me on the 11th said a pat needs to be changed n will take abt 2 - 3 days...since then there is no one who has visited us & nobody is bothered to get this soted out....my complaint no is: RNA[protected] I have purchase LG GL281FEG5 model refregirator for my sister marriage(still under warranty) but from day one we are facing problem for all vegetable and fruits have got rotten very quickly the vegetable basket is always at high temperature than upper partition, all vegetable rotten and white fungus layer deposit all around with in second day of keeping vegetable, i have call two times at your customer care but no effective result comes out, the engg came only advice to defrost twice a day which is not a solution of this problem, but i m definitely sure that this refrigerator having some designing error, so you are kindly requested to please checkout this problem as soon as possible by your quality engg(Dont send any maintenance person) and if possible i wants temperature parameter of vegetable basket as per your quality check. Please help us other wise change the refrigerator.

LG / LCD TV — Bad Product Quality
To the top management of LG:I bought an LG LCD TV from a reputed Electronics store in Bangalore on Oct 19th 2009. Paid Rs. 39,000 for a 32" Panel TV. Today 23 months later the TV does not work anymore. The problem as identified by the company trained service person is that my TV has power supply problem.
I was told that the product is out of Warranty (thought website says 32LH70YR is covered for 24 months) the company claims that all LCD TVs are covered only for 12 months. After 1 week of talking to absolutely careless service technicians I had to finally agreed to pay the labor cost + part cost. The quote to repair the TV was Rs. 3,000.00.
Finally the technician comes home replaces the Power supply board and says, sorry the problem is not with the power supply it is with the main board. The initial quote to repair the same is Rs. 5,000.00 (However, the same will be confirmed after checking out the parts cost list).
The solution to frequent failure of the TV is very simple! Buy an annual maintenance contract from LG paying Rs. 2,200.00 per annum.
QUIET DISGUSTING...I AM DONE WITH LG PRODUCTS FOR LIFE...

LG — The dirtiest company
LG complai number - RNA[protected]It is our fate that we are livng in a country wherein the customers are treated not less then fools.
I am too suffering from the torturous service of this company. The after sales support of LG is, I would say the poorest as compared to any other player. Seems the top management is blind or they are just happy with the salaries and perks they are geting from the company. I dont know if these fools are really bothered about the future of this company. I wish they too collapse like nokia once which was a world player.
Starting from there engineers to workshop managers, it seems they are all dump. I can confirm that the office boys workig in my office are far more competent, responsive, responsible and commited as compared tho there staff, with whom I have dealt till date.
An LG engineer came to my place, opened my TV, took the mother board to so called workshop(Faridabad) and never returned. I tried to chase him a number of time, either he was on leave or did not have a concrete answer. I called at customer care, and the exective was far more dumb. He gave me an option to close this request and open a new request. This is height. When I asked him what about my mother board which you guys have taken, no answer. At the same time he gave the number of the manager of faridabad office (I believe his name is Utkarsh). He is far more irresponsible. By talking to him it never appeared to me that I am talking to a manger of a great group like LG. First day, he replied me very sarcastically, oh it is not delivered yet. I have asked the executive to deleiver it. It is ready sir. Next day again I called him. I got the same stupid answer, sir I have asked the guy to deliver it. But as I have left for the day, I will talk to him tomorrow. But till now no response from these stupid people.
I have spent around 20 minutes to write this note for this stupid company as I am not able to find any mail Id on there homepage to escale this issue. I am forwarding the same note to CNBC awaz too. I hope these dirty practices of these so called big companies should be made public so that people should think thrice before purchasing any product from these companies.

LGp — Non regular delivery of LPG Gas
Dear Sir,I am compelled to inform that the LPG Cylinders are not delivery by the Agency of M/S Manpoong Gas Agency, Tezu since a long time. The agency is failed to provide as per require of the customer and always says that the IOC has not supplied sufficient LPG Cylinders as per their indent or requirement.Being a customer, i am not known actual fact of the matter in between of the Agency and IOC. In this regard, I am requested to authority, may please be provided the information regarding this matter in details. Moreover, it is known to me that Namsai LPG Agency is provided regularly upto Wakro Circle far from 65 kms from Namsai. If Namsai Agency can able to provide the LPG Cylinders to thier customer as per requirement. but why not M/S Manpoong Gas Agency, Tezu is failed to provide the same in regularly and public of this area facing a cute of problems of the shortage of LPG. In view of above fact, I am very serious and compel to complaint against the Agency for need of peoples scarcity. So, your kind cooperation is highly solicited of this matter at early at possible. LG, AC — poor response of dealer towards customers
I , Ravi Inder Singh Dhindsa, had lodged the complaint about JB marketing services, faridkot , for their poor customer relations n response on 28 dec,10., almost 07 months ago, but so far, i have not got any satisfactory redressel or solution to my complaint., neither from the dealer nor this complaint forum cell...WHOM TO RELY UPON!!!!!! its a big shame...on the part of dealer as well as so called reputed LG company.
