I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

Samsung — shameful behaviour of customer-care executives

This is very difficult but most important matter what should be focused in front of you all. I visited service centre of Samsung mobile named ‘TECHNOCRAFTS’ in M.P.Nagar Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The behaviour of costumer-care executives is not gentle. I found that they use to deviate costumers in spite of solve their problems. Let’s disclose few instants what I saw as well as suffered myself:

I went that centre to make to format my mobile(C-3200).they took half hour to solve my problem. When I operate various function of my mobile in home, there was neither any games nor default wallpapers and sounds.
At same date another costumer was discussing his problem. In his Dual SIM mobile, only a single SIM was detected while in both port SIMS were been fitted. He said that he had visited many times there but he didn’t get appropriate response from executive side. Now he came with his father to discuss his problem in front of Centre Manager.

I went again to the same service centre to discuss my problem. But here instead of solving my problem costumer-care executive argued me. When I was seeking to responsible personnel for the software related work, then they were try to befool me and said no body available at now.

I went again to the same service centre with same problem of mine as discussed before. But now I got very childish reply by costumer-care executive side. The reply was:-“Actually when software is reinstalled in mobile there is no games left inside this usually...”. After getting his reply I tempered and tried to meet manager of the centre. When he saw my behaviour, he introduced me to the personnel for the software related work. Again this was surprising for me because I saw him (personnel for the software related work) on[protected]. While they were saying that he was not available in Service centre on[protected].
I hope you are getting what I am trying to focus in front of you.
After discussing my problem in front of personnel for the software related work, my mobile phone is accepted for further reinstallation.
On the same date I got another costumer who also suffered as I was.

Today I was about to go to receive my mobile. Before went there I phoned him. Now reply was:-“Mr. Dwivedi due to down server we were unable to reinstall the software in your mobile”.
Then my next question was:-When I supposed to collect my mobile.
Answer was:-One or Two days more.
Me:-for installing software why you need two days?
Answer was:-Do you know more about software then say what do you know?
And finally I decide to inform you about those types of customer-care executive of reputed Service Centre of reputed mobile company “SAMSUNG”
i had bought a lg airconditioner on dated 12.4.11 .the pcv of my ac is not working.Your mechanical staff told me that he will fit the pcv on 26/5/11...but from that day he is ignoring my phone cals.., so please take needful action on my complain & resolve my problem as soon as possible.
My washing machine is making noise in spin mode. I made an online complaint no: RNA[protected]. THe service technican visited my home once and said that this needs to be taken to service center for repair. THe machine is under AMC upto the year 2012. He promised to take the machine a day later and even after 2 days, he did not reappear. I tried to call the local Baroda service center on no: 6588705. They repeatedly gave a mobile number [protected] which is not answered. Then they gave another number [protected] which is also not picked up.
THis method of service delivery is highly deplorable. Any one in LG listening?

I had booked a complaint for my washing machine about 4 days ago. THe complaint number is RNA[protected]. The service technician came once and siad that the machine needs to be taken to service center. THe machine is under AMC upto 2012. Even though he promised that he would take the machine the next day, he did not reappear even after two days. The local service center at Vadodara was contacted on number 6588705. They always the direct that another mobile be called for follow up i.e. [protected]. THis number is not picked up by anybody. On another number given by service center i.e. [protected], there is no response.
THe system of service delivery is very bad. Anybody in LG listening?

LG Refrigerator Dais — no cooling

I hav been complaining over the past few weeks regarding the new LG model dias refigerator having a 560+ltr capacity which was rercently launched by the company.I purchased it on 27th jan 2011 ,after 4 months o[censored]se it started having problems the freezer part completely defrosted itself and fridge part stopped cooling automatically.the slot where temperature is displayed started showing error.However after much harrasment an engineer from the company did visit only to say that it was a temporary problem and had happened due to red ants that had accumulated on the pcb board or some board on top of the refrigerator and he claimed that the problem would not occur again as he has cleaned it.However after a few minutes of his departure the problem resurfaced.Its been a week now and i have been unable to get a positive response from the company.Now i hav a feeling that i hav wasted my Rs 50000+ amt by purchasing this junk and would advise people not to purchase any goods from this company.I think they should change their slogan from LIFES GOOD TO LIFES HELL!!!

Refrigerator — insufficient cooling in the refrigerator

We have purchased panasonic refrigerator model no NR-3262 sl.no OMS501384on[protected] .We have come along a problem in refrigerator compartment and freezer compartment cooling is not adequate and gradually comoing down as we have complaint to the panasonic dealer e copr(panasonic brand shop) lakshm plaza 46-15-22 dondaparthy visakhapatnam-16 they sent a technician who tried to help out but stil there is no difference.There is no response now from there so i hope you will take a proper action to our complaint regarding "INSUFFICIENT COOLING IN REFRIGERATOR AND FREEZER COMPARTMENT". Request you to look in to the matter.

LG ****ac — Chang AC

CHROMA has wrong policy.The product will be delivered in 48 hours and it will be installed in the next 48 hours.
THe AC was delivered in the torn carton. We refused to take the delivery but the van left in hurry. we communicated to LG and chroma. The installation Team installed . You can check the damaged Ac.

All my efforts have fallen on the deaf ears. The band of employees-name not known- one of them told me on phone,"Do what you can." Do you want know their phone No.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

Chroma, Saket does not pick the phone.

LG it has worst service. I bought a color TV 29inches on 23.06.10 from TMC Malakpet branch. Hyderabad. on 07.05.11 i find out in my tv has some problem immediately i have placed a complaint they told me to send the service person with in 48 hours but 4 days passed away no body has come then i called the and enquirer then they sad, today they will send the same day one service person called and told me to come at 6 o clock(His Cell No. [protected]), i have taken 1/2 day leave in mu office and went to home earlier and called to him but that fellow switched off the phone i don't know that is the meaning of it, is it the service the LG company? i ever seen such irresponsible service persons so far. till now nobody attended to service. to day is 13.05.11 this is the 8th day that i have given complaint.

LG / LED - Le5500 — LG free Tata Sky connection not received

Hello Sir,

I had brought LG LED – LE5500 & LG home theater H855 from LG - Datta And Company LG Life Style Shopee, Kondhwa, Pune on 31 May 2011.

They gave me the coupon (Serial No: LGW3HD141797) of free TataSky (HD set box) connection & told me that I will receive this within 48 hours. I had sms to TataSky as per coupon condition on 2 Jun 2011, also I had received call from TataSky on 3 Jun 2011 and they told me I will receive the connection within 48 hours. (Subscriber Id: [protected])
But still I have not received any update as well as connection. I had already called to LG shopee & TataSky call center.

Now no response from TataSky and LG - Datta And Company LG Life Style Shopee, Kondhwa, Pune, so please log my complaint & take necessary action against LG & TataSky.

L.G India Electronics limited — Poor Quality of product & service

I had bought a 1.5 ton split A.C last year (Mar ’10) from one of L.G dealers.

Ever since I bought it, I have been facing problems. For the past 2 months I have been chasing customer care department + local service centre etc for getting the problem resolved. Till date the problem with the A.C continues despite 5-6 visits by service engineers + taking the A.C to workshop as well.

Even correspondence with Samir Dhimani & Nikita Lohia (both Service Department employees with L.G India ) has not been fruitful.

In the absence of a working A.C during the entire summer, my family (1 year old boy & wife) had to undergo hardship.

Over the past 15 months I had switched to L.G, from being a samsung loyalist. I already have a 42” LCD t.V + washing machine by L.G. The current experience is making me have second thoughts about decision to move to L.G.

LG Split 1.5 Ton AC — wrong installation

On the month of April'11, i had purchase an AC from your Bansdroni Reliance Digital Store, but the installation was not done properly, on that day only i made a complain against that issue to your service executive Mr. Madan, as well as your request desk also, they told me that they will look after this matter but they didn't take any step, after few days again i made complain again the same, this time i made complain to your store manager, they also told me that they will definitely do the needful, but they didn't do anything, neither i got any call from your end, yesterday due to rain my house got body current due to the fault of wrong installation, again today i make a complain about the same, the person who has installed my Ac Mr. Abu, they called me up and they continuously making an argue that this was not his fault without verify the situation what i am facing now,
Now the question is if any disaster happens in our house will you be taking responsibility for that? After continuous follow up with you people, nobody didn't bother to solve the problem, so for my security i will do the GD against your company into our local police station as well as i am going to complain against you into the consumer forum also,
This thing is not expected from such a renowned company like reliance,

LG T310i — poor mobile

This is too bring your kind attention towards the phone I bought on 4th June LG t310i IMEI [protected]. as i have already registered the complaint for the poor service of phone 24th June Morning, and It happened again on 25th when I was ready for my office, got the call from my office for the cab and the phone got switched off automatically and restarted. It happened till I missed my cab. still doing the same thing. So kindly take this pathetic phone back as I have already suffered great loss from this and can not bear anymore. Kindly take this matter seriously from my point of view and loss i have had so far. I have been using Nokia, Sony phones for many a years and have no problems in them and the day i bought this stylish touch screen phone, Started suffering. please get this phone back as i can't live with this touch screen phone any more. thank.
Its is very sorry to say that i have purchased the LG handset Model No. GX 300 Dated[protected] and till date i am having many problem while using this Hand set. Four Times i send it to the customer care due to many problem comes time to time. Both hardware & software are regularly creating problem on my Handset.
Even today i am facing many problem on this set.

So kindly suggest me what to do with this set as i am very loyal customer of LG and my every home appliance is of LG.
