I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

LG Electronic india ltd/split AC — manufacturing defect of split AC

Dear SIr/madam

We have purchased 04 AC vide invoice no. ARSINAAZAOK11/436 dated 13/05/11. Out of four ac one of our split ac whose model no. is LSA5KR3A/2011 is creating problems of gas leakage. In a span of two months two times gas leakage has taken place in new unit, which means unit has certain manufacturing defect and hence under such a situation i am call to LG electronics india ltd helpline no.[protected] on date 25/06/2011 Booking a complaint, no.RNA[protected] but no action by LG 25/6/11 to till date 01/07/11 and affter booking of compliant same problum call to LG and repetition 15 to 20 Taime,but LG no action against this problum i request you to Register of my complaint and replacement of Ac unit shortly

LG t-325 MOBILE PHONE — WORKING NOT PROPER

I had purchased LG make LCD TV on 25 January 2010. The model no. of the LCD is 26LH20 . Details of the cash memo is given below :

Now,my LCD tv is out of order for last 10 days . We have lodged complain to LG company through toll free number[protected] several times,everytime they are giving me assurance that we will get service within 24 hrs but till day any service received against our complain lodged. The complain nos. provided by them are as follows : RNA[protected] ON DATE : 24.06.2011 (1st Complain)

RNA[protected] ON DATE : 04.07.2011 (3rd Complain)
besides,initially, we had lodged complain to local service unit of LG. After that they had sent a mechanic two days later , he reported that the tuner of the LCD is damaged & it is to be replaced.Afterwards no mechanic of local service unit attended to the said problem.Then we started to lodge complain to the toll free no.(as mentioned above) repeatedly.Today We also called up through this toll free no. asking why they are not sending any mechanic ; they again tried to give another complain no.but I refused to accept it , so in this situation i was forced to lodge a complain to your esteemed organisation.Expecting early action on your behalf.

LG LCD Model No 22LCD310 — REPAIR NOT DONE

I registered a complaint in the name of Mrs.Kavita from mobile no [protected] regarding some problem in my LCD on 24.06.2011 vide complaint no RNA[protected].The engineer visited and said that a part needs to be replaced which would be available in about 7 days.But the problem has not been resolved yet.Again on calling the customer care several times finally they gave another complaint no RNA[protected] on 06.07.2011 whereby they said that the matter will be looked upon within 24 hrs but even after about 36 hrs i am yet to receive a feedback from the company.
your service center is very poor condition costumer always struggle with your service
why are you not resolved your problem

Hi im santhosh i had purchased a fridge LG - GL245FM5/2010 ... 6 days back im facing with compressor problem and i already made a complaint many times complaint no is RNA[protected] bt nobody giving correct response... if i call to customer care they are giving another no [protected] then again i call to this number ther are giving technician no [protected] and he is not giving correct response when he will come... if i call in the morning he says ill come in the evening again i call in the evening he says tomorrow... he is reapting since tree days... plz do the needful ..im having good opnion about LG company dnt disappoint me...

L.G India Electronics limited — One problem resolved, another created

I had earlier registered a complaint (RNA[protected] about my A.C that finally got resolved about 2 weeks back (after almost 3 month of chasing).

Yesterday it caused an even bigger problem for me – water started leaking from the a/c indoor unit & went inside my L.G 42in Plasma television.

I have registered a new complaint (RNA[protected] about it yesterday.

My bitter experience with L.G continues..................................I hope my woes will end soon.

LG Sumaria From Ghatkopar (E) . — Not refunding your money from past 45 days we are fed up of calling them.

We brought a Lg washing machine from sumaria Ghatkopar(e) on 2nd June 2011. We were told by d sales person called irfan that it would completely dry by 30min. But only when they came for demo we got know that it takes 4 hrs to dry so we exchanged d machine n brought a normal front load machine. LG — poor after sale services and no resolution of complaints

I purchased 5 ac's in the year 2005, out of which one is continuously giving me trouble since the very first month. The cooling is not at all satisfactory.Every year I had to incur sum amount for its repair, even then it went all in vain.Keeping that in mind, last year, I took a 2 yr AMC for this ac., & your people assured that this time there wont be any problem, but the problems persisted. When called for servicing the engineers came & suggested repairs costing over Rs.3000/-. As I was assured that I wont be required to pay any further amount over & above the AMC, so I called up at your care center.I have already registered a number of complaints, & till date i have more than 25 complaints references, & none of them have been resolved, The latest complaint nos. are: 1.)RNA[protected] 2.)RNA[protected] 3.)RNA[protected] 4.)RNA[protected].)RNA[protected]

I have wrote this comment due to inconvenience from your Customer care & service center.
In month of Jan'11, I purchased LCD 32" TV & with in 5 odd months its showing problem with the display, so i contacted your LG customer care center & logged my complaint it has been more than week but still your service center employee have failed to fix my TV & they told me that they will require more week or so to fix my TV, your technician from service center came to r home to repair the device which has problem but he carried wrong device with him. After contacting your ASM & more than 4 to 5 employees on sat i.e 16th July'11 they send this technician with the device which was of some other model. Where as ur ASM & other employee Committed to me to fix my TV Today i.e. Sunday 17th July'11. I tried to contact your ASM but initially he was not receiving my call later he answered my call but he told its sunday which is his weekly off hence he cant do any thing.
Then i called the in charge @ Kalyan Service center & he told me that it may take more than 5 to 6 days more to fix my issue, so requested him to give me contact number of his senior concern person so that i can talk to him but he denied to give me his number.

So me & my family members are frusted with kind of services LG India & Its service center in Kalyan is providing to us & your service center executive never tried to contact us & let us know how many days it will take to fix r TV. Its was me who is calling your customer care & service center executives daily.

So me & my family request you to please take this TV back n replace it or refund our money back bcoz we don't trust ur company & employees commitments.

LG Fridge 240 Litres — No prompt demo & rude officials

I have purchased a 240 litres LG Fridge on Friday, July 15, 2011. The product was delivered the next day. I was promised that within 24 hrs the technician would come for a demo. However no one turned up on saturday nor sunday. Finally on sunday evening we switched on the fridge on our own.

Today ie., Monday July 18, 2011, one guy by the name of Manoj called from telephone no. :[protected] and was very rude in talking. I had explicitly mentioned the store owner that since we all are working professionals at home we would require the demo post 8.30 pm on weekdays and saturdays & sundays he may come anytime.

I explained the same to Mr. Manoj but he faltly refused stating that they do not take calls beyound 7pm and that the company doesnt work so late nor would they be interested in attending any such calls. Recently I purchsed a SONY LCD from Vijay Sales and the SONY people came to install & give demo of the TV at 9.15pm. So certainly I can presume that appliance companies do consider the odd working hours of customers who buy their product.

I have booked a complaint at the LG Customer support (Complaint no. RNA[protected] for someone to attend to us after 8.30pm.

But this is very pathetic on LG's part to have employed such people who cant speak decently to customers. Promises made big during purchase only to be broken later on after sales.

I will appreciate if someone attend's to my complaint. I also need contact details of higher / senior officials to escalate the whole thing....

LG / Split Air Conditioner — inordinate delay in repair/replacement

I purchased LG split AC on 03 Nov 11 to avail festival discount. When I used it first time, I found it was not working. I registered complaint on 04/06/11(RNA[protected] then on 17/06/11 then on 20/06/[protected]. Finally a rep from LG came and told that indoor unit was faulty. He took it with him on 22/06/11 for replacement. I am still waiting for redressal of my complaint. LG has cheated me since I had to pass the whole summer without AC. The money I had spent on purchase of AC has already spoiled. What is the use of warranty if the company takes two months for repair/replacement. Moreover, June and July are the months for use of an AC as nobody uses it from Sept. to Apr. Please help.
