I mohd rafiq, had purchased a lg flat slim model no 29fg2rge ctv on 12th january, 2008 from ajanta electronics, sakinaka, mumbai. The tv was faulty having patches which on complaint the dealer got it replaced but the replaced tv too consisted of the same problem which then the dealer forwarded to the company.


A technician was sent from the company who visited my place and adjusted some yoke in the tv which was of no use and indeed the patches increased to the worst .Then the tv got replaced by the company on 12th february, 2008.The replaced tv had the same problem on which i asked for a senior engineers assistance, to which a technician mr rajbhar visited and said that he would send his senior to see the problem .A senior engineer mr. Singh visited my place after 2-3 days and to my surprise he explained me the difference between a mercedes car and a maruticar .It was really great to know that you have people who can explain such things rather than what their work is, he assured and promised me of inquiring whether the same problem occurs in other tvs and would call me, but he dint returned even a call.
The other technician i.E. Mr rajbhar said to me that your tv is cheap therefore it has such low picture quality which he said in front of the dealer. Is it that you make big promises about your globally renowned products that are said to be best in class and of the highest quality which your own technicians consider to be a cheap product.
Now i too think that your senior engineer and technician were correct about the quality of your product.
By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the mumbai branch manager mr. Ankur joshi (Mobile no. [protected]) on 11th april, 2008 who assured me of returning back a call for a feedback and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's.
At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would hav to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customes services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.
I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible

Hi,

I bought an LG split AC(LSA3CG2VF5) from NEXT( Konni, Pathanamthitta, Kerala) on May 2011.
It was fitted by LG servicemen, but the next day itself it stopped working. I called the NEXT
showroom and they changed the complete product. After one month again it stopped working..
there was no cooling from the AC.. again LG servicemen came an serviced it. Again after 10 days
the same problem occurred..

After that I spoke to customer care several times and there was no response from them.
I also called one Mr. Mathew in LG (Pathanamthitta, Kerala) several times and he too did n't respond.
Now they are demanding cash to repair the product.

Now its almost more than one year.. It has not worked properly even for a single day.!
Totally I am very much frustrated with your service.. I did not expect such a bad service from a reputed brand as such..

So what I am saying is I don't want that product and I need my money back..
so please let me know at the earliest what you can do upon this..

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Refrigerator, LG, GL-328LMG4(310LTR GREEN ION) on 27/08/2007 from ELECTRONIC STATION, Hall No2, Plot Gravity Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, (UP) vide invoice number 807, dated 27/08/2007.
The day i purchased said refrigerator the it troubled me regularly i had requested retailer to change but he denied, since the dealer did not took any responsibility, the case was taken up with the customer care and chain of trouble started and the compressor of my refrigerator was changed 5 times in 5 years the sequence of complaints lodged by me are mentioned below. (Here i cannot mention the complaint numbers which i have not recorded during earlier occasions immediately after the purchase of said refrigerator).

Your services are below average / standered, no one bothers to attend the complaint, once they come to know that the same person is calling for repairs of same machine, after calling and reminding several times, then only your service department responds.

I also tried to approach your officers Mr Anuj Singh and Ms Nikita Lohiya on there phone number [protected] and [protected] respectively but they never bother to respond or picked my call.

Now once again the compressor had stopped functioning and said refrigerator is lying ideal at my residence, you are requested to send your service engineer with in week on receipt of this mail, get it checked/accessed and change / replace the same or other wise i will be compelled to take legal action against the company.

This complaint is being registered for the bad quality of the LG product sold to us..
I, MR.V.SRINIVAS RAO purchased a Double door refrigerator of model number: 1 LG-GL-278VE4-VB from SOUNDARYA SHOPPE, dno:47-10-6, diamond towers, near diamond park, dwarakanagar, visakhapatnam on[protected].The price of the product is twenty one thousand seven hundred only.Whatever goods are kept in the fridge get freezed up.it gets freezed and gives ice cubes into the goods which is causing heavy damage to the goods.I have been lodging the same complaint many a times and every time the service engineer comes and replaces a part of the fridge.Since the fridge is in warranty period the company is bearing the losses but after the warranty period i'l have to bear all the losses due to your low quality product.Also the behaviour of the service men is very rude.With in a span of three months, six times they have attended They have advised how to maintain the temperature and went away. They have replaced "Thermostat" in their 3rd visit, again replaced ""Thermostat & Bio metal"replaced 4th time. 5th time they have replaced full set Thermostat, but the problem has remained the same. I had complained again on 12.03.2013 and as on date service engineer blamed us saying we are purposefully damaging the goods .he showed a very rude behaviour towards the customer

Keeping the above factors in view and if this is the condition of the fridge then suitable action should be taken for rectification of the fridge or else replace with new one.
I hope you would take the neccesary action regarding the complaint with my fridge and obllige me.

We have registered the complaint for DVD home theater system on 27th April 2013 and the complaint no is RNA [protected]. customer service executive responded with 24hr engineer will visit. No body visited then again i called on 28th april they ssaid we keeping your request on priority and with in 24 hr engineer will visit because our engineers doesn't work on sunday that is why they have not visited. Again no body has visited till 29th April .

Have called once again on 30th April they said will keep your request on high priority and engineer will visit within 24hrs. As usual nobody visited.

Have called on 3rd May 2013 customer service executive is saying your request was closed on 28th April 2013. LG india has appointed All jokers in customer service desk. They are big liers who are creating a bad brand image for LG India.

Its very unfortunate and as a customer we cant raise our concern.

Sales India — Taking Money and Not Installing the instruments

I had purchase a Onida Ac from saled india on 07th May, Tuesday, 2013 before 15:00 hrs.
Not install the instrument yet till 11th May, Saturday, 2013. I want my money back and want to claim the company for taking money before and not giving proper services
i have a LG refrigerator (260 ltr) which is 10yrs old, approx. Its freezer door broke last year, i made a complaint, your engineer called up and enquired the details and when he came to know that its a 10-year-old fridge, he refused to come and said nothing can b done about it. I was managing with this problem till last week when my refrigerator stopped cooling. I again made a complaint, your engineer called up, enquired and said i don't repair fridge that are smaller than 500 ltr.
I told him that it was there internal matter and that he should send an appropriate person. He made 3 calls asking the same questions each time, which i didn't understand why.
Finally he came in the evening, saw the fridge and said that the gas has to be refilled and it will cost Rs 1200/-. He didn't have the courtesy to tell when will he come back. This happened on May 17th, after that he never turned up nor did he call.
Kindly tell me what to do and is this the type of after-sales service expected out of a big company like LG. Also, today i again made a complaint at 9.24 am. and till now (12.50 pm) no body has contacted me.

My T.V. had got some issue due to which it was not working properly, I had complained about it to LG India Pvt. Ltd. But employees of the company do not take care of it. I had submitted my TV to the workshop of LG India Service Centre on 14/4/13 and I had talked to the customer care several times but all in Vain they are saying that your TV cannot be repaired and you can have 2000Rs for it. I really admire LG India Pvt. Ltd. products, but this time the behavior of the employs of the company hurt me a lot. In future it would not be possible for me and my friends or relatives to purchase any product of the company.
So you are kindly requested to take necessary action about the same or I would be bound to take legal action against the same.

I would like to inform you that we purchased 2 T Split AC 2 yrs back, now main problem is that water dropping near AC and making noise during running. Service engineer visited and told that installation is wrong, where as installation was done through LG person only. Okay we understand that installation is wrong then it is prime responsibility of LG to correct it without any charges. Secondly it has been observed that complaints are closed without visit and new complaint is registered, my complaint history given below:

This is in reference to Complain id no. RNA[protected] LG screen for which we have loged a call on 31st Augus, 2013. Your technician attended the call but he just took the purchase invoice n left the office without informing us the status on the screen. i am really sorry to say this but your service is very bad. i have to call again n again ur toll free no to ask regarding the status n all the time i get reply saying some one reply back within 24 hours and you call will be attended on priority bases but nobody calls nor i get any reply from youll. i told several times to send a new screen if youll dont have the part available with youll. i am really fedup of calling your toll free no and next time will make sure we wont purchase any LG product .
lg service is not satisfaction my lg monitor physically damage from packing lg person came two time but he told this is not replaced because this is physically damage but i told that this is damage from paked box what can i do what is my problem in this monitor no any scratch . it means not physically damage from our side how to satified from lg see lg monitor details bellow mension

i am from patna i lodge a complain on 25/8/13 via no RNA[protected] they told that within 2 - 3 days my problem solved, but on 26th technician said that some parts r not aviailable here take 8 - 10 days again i lodge a complain on 3/9/13 via RNA[protected] the on 5/9 technician called me that parts r reached i came on 6/9, when ur technician came to repair again he told that parts r not same take more 8 - 10 days when i talk MR. Gaurav Priyadarshi ([protected]) he talk with me like stupid e.g that sir this parts r mismatch or after 45 % depreciation we exchange that oven.
I want to the higher Authority that i purchase LG product or LOCAL made product, i am suffering mentally & economically bcoz i purchase Oven near about 18 - 19 K near about 1.5 - 2 year ago, how is it possible that material is defect in these days.This is very shamefull for LG & his management.
