[Resolved]  LG / Split AC — Poor Service after sale

Dear Team, We have purchased LG split AC in june 2009 from Vasanth & Co Pattukkottai, we are facing major problems with LG technicians as they not able to attend faults/problems of AC unit, they told us to change single booster to double booster, we changed it, then one LG technician came and reduced the gas from 65 to 60 as he feels 65 is very high, other technician from LG told 65 is ideal, till now no one is attending the faults and problems properly. Vasanth & Co is great, but LG service technicians are having very poor knowledge and they are spoiling LG's brand image, please attend to this, we will be greatful to LG family.

LG- India Split AC — Defect and Poor Service

PURCHASING LG SPLIT AC A MENTAL AGONY
I had purchased a split AC 1.5 ton from M/s. Dutta & Co., authorised dealer of LG-India. Kondhwa, Pune, on 16.04.2007, the 3 free mandatory services commenced from 11th. month after purchase, after reminders and complaints on the web, nos.[protected]/[protected]/[protected] complaints dtd. 11/03/08, 22/04/08. 02/05/08, 16/06/08, 25/09/08 and so on, as of date all the service engineers Mr. Haridas and Mr. Umesh, (Service) Mr. Madhukar(Quality), Mr. Sachin(Prod) claim to be qualified, have attended, they have replaced the drip unit too, since there was a disturbing sound from the In Unit there is a start up noise from the Out Unit which they claim to have rectified but is still there, which was bought to the noticeof the techs, has not yet been solved, have acknowledgement, the job work sheets have not been given to me, it has become a harrassment, approaching International Concumer Rights Protection Council. Thane, to get the matter resolved.

LG — split air conditioner

I had purchased 2 lg split ac's (1.5 & 2 tons)from the dealer karan electronics, d-77, malviya nagar on 4th of april, 2009.The dealer got them installed from lg company for which they charged me around 7, 000/- which includes the cost of extra wire and stands.The 1.5 ton ac in my bedroom was not installed properly and all the gas and oil leaked within a few days.The dealer asked me to contact the company and the company assured me of replacing the outdoor unit.Today is 4th of may, one month has passed and i am suffering everyday in the heat.I am calling lg regularly and they always ask for 3-4 days more .Kindly help me in this regard.

LG AC — LG Split AC

I am facing so much delay in repairing of my split ac. my ac is in warranty period. i bought it in feb. 09 and on 13 may 09 i installed my ac, it can't work. when i complain it then one worker from service center (not LG engineer) came and broke U-Coil of AC and leaked all gas of ac and then he call to the engineer and he said that it will be charged to you. I complain on 14 may 09 and till no other action will be taken yet. i called so many numbers but nothing will done. i am using many LG products in house and never seen this type of delay in processing. please take immediate action fro this.

LG india/ Split ac — Poor after sales service

We have bought 2 split AC of LG company, just few months back from Ketan Electronics Jamnager.
When we bought the product we had been given full assurance of all services, but now the scenario is completely different. Though complaining several times no person is coming to do the service. Total bad response from the work station.

LG Air Conditioner — Horrible After-Sales Service

After caling up LG Service center my Window AC has been taken by Gennext services (LG's authoried service center) for change of gas (for which I have been given an estimate of Rs. 1630). After calling up 10 times the people seem to be clueless (that is when they pick up the phone) and I am still waiting for my AC to come back !

WHEN I GOT A NUMBER OF SERVICE CENTRE NEAR MY HOME, THAN THEY REPLIED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE MINIMUM OF 5 DAYS.WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT IN HELPLINE PERSON HAS TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HOURS. THEN THAY TOLD ME THAT THE HELPLINE PERSON DONT KNOW ANYTHING. IS THIS IS THE WAY U GIVE SERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF YOUR COMPANY IS PROVIDING IS SUCH A BAD SERVICE THAN I AM SORRY YOU ARE LOOSING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Viveks/LG Split AC — delay in attending service calls

We have purchase a LG split AC 1.5 ton from Viveks and is in warranty. We have made a complain on 30.06.2009. Today is 11.07.2009, we have not received any technician to see our fault. When we make a call to the service centre there is no proper response from front office assistants and they are not transfering our call to any supervisor. They say the line cannot be transfered and the supervisors do not have any outgoing nos and all such rubbish answers.

If VIVEKS, such a big retail showroom does not have service technicians to attend calls why they sell products and give false assurance to the customers.

I have purchased LG split AC in August 2009 from Ice Berg Engineers, Sales and Service, Santhome, Chennai, from the date of installation onwards i heard gas leaking noise and breaking noise in the indoor unit i have contacted Ice Berg they inspected and accepted that there is Gas Leakage Problem and some others problems in the indoor unit and removed the indoor unit from my house and took it to their service station. I asked for the replacement of the Indoor unit because the entire indoor unit is faulty and it gave problem from the next day itself and it was totally dead with in a month of purchase. till now the are not replaced the faulty Indoor unit and they keep on dragging the problem till now both LG and Ice Berg Engineers are keeping silent and giving me evasive reply. This will surely spoil the image of LG and Ice Berg. Is there any advice for me what to do in this problem
i have purchased Electrolux Split 1.5 ton A/C from Vasanth & Co., pattukkottai in during Diwali 2009. after the installation 2 days later i found some noise coming from the unit. nextday i had informed to them. but someone called me and said they will come and check within few days. but since, 2 weeks from now there in no one come and check anything! after sales the service is not good at all. Vasanth & Co Head Office should take this matter very seriously otherways they have to lose all the coustomer!
this is from warehouse, orissa power generation corporation, banaharpali, jharsuguda, orissa. we have fitted two nos split ac in our office last two year but till there is no routine check up by the company representive . one ac is not functioning and routine filter has not been cleaned till now.

LG — CHANGE OF AC UNIT

We had bought a Heat / Cool Cassette unit vide bill no. 389 dated 16/02/2009 from Snowcool Airconditioning Co. Munirka, New Delhi for a very prestigious Architects Space Matrix (Turnkey Executioner for M.S.D.F Qutub Hotel, New Delhi). Space Matrix use your units in abundance . The units has been giving perpetual problem and twice the PCB has been replaced by your dealer M/s Snow Cool, Munirka. There have also been various other problem. The client is not happy with this frequent failure and is demanding new Indoor unit. He had lot of faith in LG and we were also very assured of your quality but this has not turned out to be so.

LG Split AC — service issues

I had purchased a split ac 1 ton last year,there was a service issue for a long time,which was only attended very recently for which i have been try to get hold of for a period of time.The service men diagnosed the issue as to change the coil of the unit,this happened 2 month back,still now i am waiting for a reply,iI hope you look into my problem soon.

I am your valuable customer from Chandigarh, Last weak I have purchased A/C Split type (SR.No.002ABZJ004765), Model No. AA51BR1 (IN) of Rs. 24500/- from M/s Saini Electronic Sector-38-West Chandigarh. Today when Installation of A/C Being carried out Electrician asked for stabilizer, I contacted to dealer for stabilizer but he refused to give stabilizer and told that stabilizer on payment basis and demand Rs 2000/- more for stabilizer. But as I read in news paper that stabilizer and dust cover +3 free services complimentary with purchase of new A/C then why your dealer refused for stabilizer, after so many request to Saini Electronic finally I contact to LG INDIA LTD by this mail Please instruct your dealer why they harassed me.
I had also contacted your toll free No.[protected] they also agree that stabilizer is complimentary free with New A/C. This will surely spoil the image of LG and Ice Berg. Is there any advice for me what to do in this problem?

LG. SPLIT A/C — damaged Ac sold to us ,service not done

I have purchased LG split AC on march 2008.The dealers TMC AS rao nagar hyderabad.They have have sold damaged and demo AC. which is not working properly after taking home.As SPLIT AC is under warranty .we asked them to repair. they are not ready to repair it.customer complaint id :C[protected], 22nd April .I request you to take necessary action against them .

LG India-SPLIT Air Conditioner — Very Bad and Poor Service

I bought a 1.5 ton LG Split AC 3 years back and took AMC through the company, in last six months i am facing one problem or other in working of the AC. Each time i have to run from pillar to post to get it repaired. One week back again the AC broke down and i made a complaint to LG service centre as usual the response was our system failure we cannot register your complaint please try after 2 days again i tried to register my complaint after lot of delibaration they finally registered my complaint. An engineer visited after several calls and told us that the gas needs to be filled up, incidently this is the third time i am facing this problem. He told us our people will come the next day to fill the gas. Till date no one has turned up, inspite of several calls to the service centre the standard reply is that our engineer will get in touch with you with in next 24 hours. so many 24 hours have passed no response from them. Hope atleast a single responsible staff will look into this to set my AC repaired.

I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THIS WILL BE THE SERVICE STANDARD OF LG.

He are a reputed builders and developing Colony.We purchase every year L G AC (spilit & windows) from your Raigarh dealer in huge quantities.But we are sorry to inform that service provided by your engineer is very poor & they are unable to satisfied customer like us.So,it is a big issue for us to eigther stop to purchase AC or you have to improve your service with out fail.
