Non receipt of pension policy cheques for Policy no:[protected]
My Father has a pension policy for which he receives 12 cheques every year, each cheque amounting to Rs.1158. He has not received his cheques for the year 2008 till now. Even after repeated follow up with LIC, no response has been received from their side.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had taken an insurance policy No.[protected] under you in the year 2001. But regret to say that no policy bond has been issued to me from your side till date. I have made enquiries from your office many times through my agent but no satisfactory response is forthcoming. This is causing a lot of worries to my family.
I, therefore, wanted to know the status of my policy bond and insurance policy from your side. If it has been lost or misprinted due to some reasons, please issue me a duplicate policy bond immediately and send it to me at my following given address:

I hv paid for a policy through agent in 11.11.2006, policy no[protected] . Yearly premium is 12184/- which is regulerly paid.
Till date not recvd the policy.
I am having the premium payment reciept.

In spite of regular follow up with agent no results hv come in.

I think agents are interested only in commencing policys but not in servicing the policy holder or attending to his greviances.

It is the earned money & the trust in LIC that we have invested.

Pls revert on this issue.

i have paid my premium by online but my amountis deducted from my account but i canot get any confiramation from my lic i have paid folling plicies whose no:[protected], and[protected], amount paid Rs-5983/-and whose reffrence no:IG04081896 BY THIS id:pyment was deducted from my account but i canot get receipet s o look into matter seriousley
My Policy No[protected].I have purchased a health Policy in April(17/04/08).but till date I havenot received any document(Policy document).Also I was told that I will get a medical card against this policy with the document.

I have takenr policy from LIC. Which is given below? But Till today I have not received my original policy documents of my Money Back policy No:[protected].
I had written, letter to you once before but till date. I had not received my original policy. This is my last & final complaint for this policy.

BRANCH MANAGERS/TOP LIC AUTHORITIES ARE UNNOTICED TOWARDS THE COMPLAINTS OF THE POLICY HOLDERS, As an Example. DEATH CLAIM AGAINST MY FATHER's POLICY No[protected] is still not settled even after filing several months back.This case is due for its settlement since april 2001.It is a case Of LIC FARRUKHABAD (UP) Related to Zonal Office KANPUR.

Bajaj Allianz LIC is charged that dishonoured my cheque due to insufficent fund and deposite an amount of 50000+100 bank charge against policy no-[protected].I have tried to convince them so many times that the cheque send to the bank against my policy that is not at all my cheque.So pl. advise me what is to be done against Bajaj Allianz LIC.

With refrence to the above subjective matter, I would like to bring to your kind notice that on 10/10/2007( Detailed mail is as below), I had requested several Times in LIC Tiptur & LIC chittoor to Settle my claim with Interest but till date I am not able to take back the maturity proceedings as the LIC Tiptur Branch or Chittoor(AP)605 branch are telling that hard file & Soft file File is not in their respective office .

As I need the money very urgently for my daughter's medical expenses, I request your goodselves to instruct the respective branches to do the needful to issue us the maturity proceeds with Interest. Other wise I shall go for appropriate court of Law

I request your goodselves to look over to the above subjective matter & help me to get my maturity proceeds at your earliest.

I would like to inform you that my policy has been matured on 15.01.09 and I have submitted my origional policy along with all formalities to LIC office Govindpur branch, Dhanbad ( Jharkhand) on 15.01.09. I visited twice to LIC Govindpur branch, Dhanbad, but sorry to say that till date my payment has not been released from LIC, Govindpur branch, Dhanbad.

Again I paid on line the premium in the evening. the payment was success. I have receive LIC policy cheque of jeevan samrudhi policy after 5 year of Rs. 37500/- . This particulat Bank Of India cheque branch is not mentioned . Hence what we do for this
I have insured with you under my policy no.[protected] which is under Table no. 14-15 for the period of 15 years. And the same has been running smoothly from 28 July 2000. Agent said to me (at the time of policy) it is money back. But i have not received any payment till date.

Please advise us whether it money back or not. if the same under money back then why did not received the amount.

We have registered complain through LIC website.
Complain no->153269.Complain got closed without any action.
There is no response from the LIC office inspite of repeated attempts.
I keep on running between agents and LIC office to claim my own money.
Sir, i want to know that when i accept a policy then after what days i can return it safely.Can agent creat problem in this

My brother made a LIC a policy throug a agent. But know I m very confused situation. The agent gave me a PROPOSAL DEPOSIT RECEIPT, there is not any policy no mentioned. and the premum amount Rs. 1646 deposited on 20.01.2008. Still know I have not received any bond or policy number. Please Sir help me, what can I do now?
