Sir,

Policy Nos.[protected] &[protected]LIC)

I was started my LIC Policy in Cuddalore and after a while I shifted to Chennai and address also changed accordingly.

Finally I request them to change the address to Ooty and went to abroad for my Job. After two years, when I enquired about the policy they told me for a medical check up.(Money back no problem-risk always risk).So I went to Egmore branch and consult a authorised doctor there.They told since your policy is in Chennai - you should go there and finish your medical.

Is any idea to finish my medical without a visit to Ooty.

Since I was newly joined in a company- It is very difficult to get a single day leave(Private Organisation).

Kindly advise me to solve this problem.

My survival benefit cheque for moneback policy number[protected] was sent to my earlier address. That cheque (No.052927) expired. I sent my new address to SSS Division, Mumbai on 10-9-09 through my insurance agent Sneha Manjrekar alongwith original policy and my authority letter to collect new cheque. That division accepted the documents, gave acknowledgement and sent new cheque (no.52927) again to my old address.
I have still not receieved it and my agent's calls to the division have proved fruitless.

My question is loan is given to person or company ?

Let me be brief of the Mod-us Operandi of LIC HFL & Vinod.
1. sweet talks to pickup your case
2. Collects incomplete papers
3. Commits the day when sanction would happen. (do not believe him as he will definitely fail you & you will suffer a financial loss)
4. As he is careless he will bring up requirements at the last moment ( well after the committed time) that are raised by the bank, leaving you running to arrange the documents.
5. Finally the case is sanctioned ... hope your deal with the seller is still on.
6. The seller / builder starts charging you huge interest. so u run to collect the disbursement documents.
7. Collects your original property documents for disbursement. (beware he might lose it causing you irreparable financial & reputation damage) pls get it acknowledged what original docs ur submitting to him, also will collect 2 cheque from you which is a correct requirement, is bound to lose at least 1 of the cheque. 8. Will call be additional docs at least 3/4 times (why cant he be a little more organized & tell the docs needed in one go)
9. then your file goes to LIC back office in fort .. majority of corrupted people TOP - DOWN , who do not want the system to improve
10. if luck is on your side the file may get checked earlier.
11. If Vinod remember of your file maybe after 4/5 days. he might give u final queries. ( till then keep paying huge interest.
12. Try complaining to the Area Manager.. things might move if this person is organized .. (but it seems difficult)
13. Pls keep checking with Vinod if he has not lost any original docs & cheques.
14. If everything is OK. You might get ur disb. cheque appx 10 days after the committed date. -- Normal time.
Problems with LICHFL
1. Understaffed
2. Still manual movement of the file. Use of computer to the minimum.
3. Absolutely unorganized.
4. internal corruption & bais by certain managers in power.

Problems with Vinod
1. Lair
2. Unorganized scatterbrain, irresponsible, careless & negligent.
3. DOSE NOT PICK UP THE CALLS, IF HE DOSE BE SURE MOST OF THE TIME IT WILL BE
MISLEADING.

AVOID LIC

purchased lic health plus in the name of sudhanshu kumar,jyoty kumari & sachika on 24th march 2008 from lic samastipur branch.policy no.[protected]. jyoty kumari got hospitalised on 24th april 2009 to 5th may 2009.it was informed to lic agent as well as lic branch samastipur.policy document not received till date.it was found that sachika name (child) not incorporated in policy.premium due on 24th march. please help.

Dear Sir
I have a LIC policy (Policy number:[protected]issued in Jan.2010 through your development officer Mr.Arun Pratap Singh (Ph.[protected]) and agent Mr. Sahab Singh Bhandari (Ph.[protected]) from branch office K-25,Pearl Plaza, sec-18 Noida. Still I don’t receive the policy bond and medical checkup bill which given by me at the time of policy issue. Mr. Bhandari told me that it will refund you but now he denies. I am calling continue to both. Mr.Bhandari told me that he can not do anything for me because he left the LIC company same by Mr.Arun. It means that if some misshaping done with me in future your company LIC will not pay any support to my family because Mr.Arun and Mr.Bhandari will leave LIC Company at that time. Both persons cheated me. Is this LIC customer’s service? Please help me regarding this issue.

myself Shankar patel from Vapi, Gujarat. i had taken two policy on 29.03.2009 .

1. Rs.3600/- premium cheque no.514093 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009
2. Rs.8196/- Premium cheque no.514094 of icici bank and it is passed from my bank on 08.04.2009

above two policy BOC no.34436 & 34437 above policy taken from Vapi Branch, Dist:- Valsad, Gujarat

i had received one Policy no.[protected] of Rs.3600/- premium and it is open on 03.10.2009 , i had given cheque on 25.03.2009 ( after Six Month ) give me reply for late opening six month policy

other Premium Rs.8196/- paid till Date ,i had not received Policy bond , i visited three times personely for this but any person do not give proper answer.

what about my Rs.8196/- ? Rs.8196 interest @24% for one year Rs.1967/-

pls give me above policy bond, and sudgest me for claim on lic for this amounts

i had taken a loan from lic housing finance of rs. 9.50 lacs and my account no. is 11037054.I had given letter for debiting my account through ecs,due to some or other reasons ecs was not in time, and also due to some reasons i had to close that account therefore, i wrote letter to the authorities to take PDC and not to debit through ECS but no action was taken. time and again i requested them over telephone to take PDC for my installments but result was nil. so i personally visited asaf ali road office on 30 sep 2009 and ask them not to debit from ECS and take PDC from me they stopped the ECS but refused to take PDC's i had a talk with Mr. pandey and one lady over there but all in vain i left the office without any result after somedays Mr.Rana contacted me and asked for Rs. 300 as default payment without my mistake i had to pay Rs. 300 as fine and i had given PDC's to his messenger but again Mr. Malik rang me and asked for the installment dues it is really a sorry an harassing position for me .I even dont know where are those PDC's given by me to them then again manager of lajpat nagar branch sent two persons to my house for collecting the installments it is really a shameful position for company that they donot have tie up between their officers. Why shoul i be suffered financial loss and mental torture for their carelessness Kindly look into the matter and also arrange to get refunded my charges which were taken from me without my fault

Dear Sir,
I am a LIC Money plus policy holder and I want to know my current account in my e-mail.

During the payments towards my policies an unbelievable harassement is faced by me only this year. Previous years I paid my policy premiums from any of the branch and in consolited amount.This year my cheques were not at all accepted and asked me to pay at the only branch where the policy belongs. Then I went to the respective offices but again I was forced to submit seperate cheques for the individual policies. So for paying six policies i had to waste six numberss of cheques and also running from piller to post and wasted a loot of time with unnecessary arguments and then i paid my policies with fine amount.The reason put forth by the branches is servers non working which is a strange case. Will LIC take care in future not to harass their esteem customers?

Dear Sir,
I am a senior professor of Allahabad University and President of Allahabad University Teachers Association. I took a Money Plus policy No.[protected] on 23rd Feb 07 for my wife from your CBO 1 office civil lines Allahabad. I was paying yearly premium of Rs.6250/-. After depositing 3 full years premium more than 18000/- I came to know that I have only 539 units balance in my policy account. It was because of 7,55,000 sum assured, but according to policy terms sum assured can be given only 5 times to 20 times of yearly premium. I had applied only 5 times sum assured. Nominee name is also incorrect. Several times I visited your office to solve the problem, but nobody is ready to take pain.
I request you to correct the fault and credit units in my policy accounts, otherwise I would be bound to go to consumer court .

I took my loan last year. When the loan got approved, I tried to avail it within 6 months from then. However, the agent asked me to re apply for the loan as it had been three months since we got our loan. We needed the loan urgently and we knew that he wanted to make money for himself however, we kept quite and reapplied as asked by him. We paid the file charges twice.
He told us that the EMI will keep increasing with the funds released. We gotta call in the month of Feb that we had an outstanding balance of appx 6K. We requested for some documentation to explain it but never got anything. Finally we went to the LIC office ourself and discovered that we had 30,000 due and if we did not pay it, we will be in the defaulters list. We ried to explain that we had never been given this information ever. We were not even send a single letter or a phone call informing us that now our installment will increase to 20,000 a month rather than 6600 which it was earlier.
We gave them a chq for the 5th of the next month and to make things worse, they presented it on the 2nd of Mar. to save our cr history, we had to put a stop on the chq. Now as it is the end of the financial year, we are getting calls from LIC agent threatning us to clear the amount before the 31st else we will get a legal notice, we will have scary collection guys coming to our place and harrasing us, we will have a defaulter letter stuck outside our house and so on.
We have never refused to pay the EMI its just that we have asked for time till the 10th April to come up to date however, we are nt getting any cooperation.
Please advise.
