I am Nagappa Avanti applied for home loan Six month back in your esteemed branch my loan application file No is 804154.
But as on date I have not received any approval regarding same. The quarry asked by your
people. but still there is no any kind of feedback from your side. Also my developer is asking for loan approval latter continuously. When I call your branch office at Gulbrga (Ph. No.[protected] your executive always assured me about approval & still told me that you will get approval within 2 or 3 days. This is happening from last 6 months. But till dates I have not received any approval. So can you give me clarification regarding this delay via return mail.

This inform to you that, my self Nagappa Avanti from karnataka state Gulbarga dist, Yadgir tq, i have apply the housing loan in the Gulbarga branch, i have for the month of 18th feb -2010 and i have submit the all documents and also your fee. Rs.9300/- your people not taken the resposd me. what is this.please cofirm the status other wise i will go to the consumer court.

I have Fixed Deposit of LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD { FIXED DEPOSIT }. I have surrendered the original FD Reciept to LINK IN TIME the managing financial services 3 months before. I have recieved Two cheques original amount & interest amount both cheques bounced.Till date I have not recieved any thing. Due to the above I incurred loss of Rs. 10 Lakhs. I want to say that my money should be return with compensation, as I am really a frustrated with LININTIME

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I am Atyendra Kumar, taken two Policy (Policy no.[protected] &[protected] from your Bhadohi branch, Sant Ravi Das Nagar Badohi, Uttar Pradesh on 12/05/2009 but till date I didn't get Policy Bond for Both.
When I contact to Branch Manager by email they replied me that they send Policy Bond on 21/12/09 by speed post. But still I not received. Again I send email according, if Customer not received concern documents / post from LIC, who will be ensure for that documents. They didn’t reply me and didn’t take any action.I send email many times but No action taken by them.Now I fadeup. they are solving problem of customer this way.
So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the LIC and pls. arrange to send me my LIC Policy Bond.

I submitted all the required documents against discharge voucher on time against my policy No.[protected] in the name of Rajesh Poddar, well in time, but to my horror LIC branch 20 of kolkata deducted Rs 13046/- from the maturity value without any reason on some false pretext. When an explanation was sought it fell on deaf ears. I can't believe that they can do this to a loyal client. More then half of the maturity value just vanished. All my financial plans are now in jeopardy.

I have taken money back insurance plan from your company i.e. Life insurace Corporation of India Ltd vide policy no.[protected] on my name Anwar Ullah Khan.
I have submitted policy document along with application for payment of final payment or maturity value on 16/6/2009 at your LIC Robertsganj Branch.

Almost One year have passed and after several telephonic call and personal visit branch/office still have not paid any amount telling one or other reasons
Since I am a retired personal i am in dire need of money for my personal expenses.

please help in this matter early

Sir,We are very hopeful about your cmmitment for better service to customers.But in reality some of your employed people are behaving opposite.Just for example,to day(27.5.10) at 13.50Hr.I wanted to pay premium for one of my policy at LIC ,city office-1(opposite to tea board),Kolkata.Person sitting at cash reciving counter told "Our main computer is not operating properly".Then I asked,when it will be ok.Replied "not known".A person standing by the side of me said"he tells lie to get rid of work".

Just to verify,I went to your another office,LIC,city office-4,Kolkata at 14.00Hr.(27.5.10).I could deposit the amount without any difficulty.SO MY EARNEST REQUEST IS,PLEASE HAVE A CHECK ON YOUR STUFF,WHO ARE BECMING SUFFERING FOR YOUR CUSTOMER.

With ahope to get some corrective action at your end.

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform that I had registered for LIC Premium payment for my LIC policy no[protected] with HSBC VISA Bill pay facility. It is again to inform that I have made On-Line payment of Rs.7878/- from SBI NetBanking on[protected] and at the same time HSBC VISA Bill payment was also processed. As a result, I had made double payment of Rs.7878/- aggregating to Rs.15756/- for my policy no[protected] for the premium of period[protected].

I had followed up LIC on e-mail address '[protected]@licindia.com'; '[protected]@licindia.com' and also on their help line no-079 – 2551 1419 but they have not taken any steps to refund back my premium.

I seek you intervention on this issue.

Sir,I received claim letter from your office on 10/05/2010 and I deposited the lic bond alongwith claim form on 11/05/2010 in the morning.but I am sorry to point out that I have not received the chque/payment till time i.e.6:15 P M dated 21/05/2010.the payment was due on 15/05/2010.you are requested to pay the interest @18% on the due amount from 15/05/2010 to the date of payment received to me.

I have been requesting LIC, Divisional Office-I,P &GS Unit,Jeevan Prakash,7th Floor,25,KG Marg,New Delhi-110001 through phone, letters and fax messages for the past one month to send me the TDS Certificate in respect of Tax deducted by LIC from monthly pension payments on the Annuity no 011M[protected] taken by IFCI on my behalf , for the year ended 31/03/2010. I have neither received the TDS certificate nor any response from LIC so far.As i have to file my income tax returns at the earliest , please take up with LIC to respond to me immediately.

We had taken two policies in the name of

We haven’t received our money yet. Trying to reach[protected]/226591-( lic nanjan gud branch) where we had taken our policies.

Nobody bothers to pick.

Can you please help in this case. We are fed up of calling Nanjud gud office at least 20 times a day.

on maturity of policy no.[protected] in the name of my daughter Pragya Kamal on 02.02.2010 , a cheque of Rs.217300.00 was delivered on 13.03.2010. In course of collection,the cheque was returned as the signature of the lic Dumka official differed.I sent the cheque to Dumka branch with a request to make payment through D.D. with interest due thereon for the delay.No response from LIC authorities till date.

LIC HOUSING sanctioned a home loan file no. 23539 of Rs. 1250000/- to me on 12/01/2009 and disbursed the first installmet of loan of Rs. 394100/- in March 2009. While sactioneing the loan they look ECS instead of PDC cheque. From April 2009 pre EMI of Rs. 2873/- started and from August 2009 pre EMI of Rs. 3284/- started. At the time of sanctioning of loan it was communicated to me that pre EMI will be charged upto 12 months and thereafter EMI will be started on the disburse amount. But i was shocked to see my bank account because amount of rs. 14538/- was withdrwan by LIC Housing on account of the said home loan. When asked from the concern officials i was told that EMI on the sanctioned loan has been started. It is astonishing that EMI has been started on the amount which has not been disbursed to me.

On the application form of loan i have given my address, phone no., mobile no. and email id but LIC Housing has not informed about the changes of ECS amount and charged the amount without my knowledge. It is there responsibilities to intimate about any change of ROI or change of ECS.

How the institution like LIC Housing can withdraw the amount against the loan which has not been disburse to the borrower.

It all shows the negligency and bad intention of LIC Housing and we feel cheated by LIC Housing and in this regard i have written to there Registered & Corporate Office and Area Office but till now no reply has been send to me. Now i am sending the complain to RBI as well as Finance Ministry. I will protest this upto any level because it is a serious matter of financial irregularity and financial cheating by LIC Housing.

I am writing on this platform just to aware other borrowers to take care of there money from LIC Housing. LIC Housing will not hesitate to snach money from borrowere without informing them.

Hope after writing on this platform any solution we will get at the earliest.
