Dear Sir: This is with reference to my payment of Rs. 25319/- for the LIC policy number[protected] paid on 28th November 2008 through our website www.licindia.in using my citi bank account. But here my problem is till now it is not updated in site and I didn't get any any receipts as of now. But amount is deducted from my citibank account. Please check with this ASAP and let me the updates. Here I am giving transaction details. BUT PAYMENT RECEIPTS ARE NOT SENT REGULARLY FROM YOUR END N SO I DO NOT GET
THOSE. MY BRANCH NO IS CITY BRANCH ( KOLKATA ) 415. THE MATTER WAS REPORTED TO
THE BRANCH EARLIER, BUT NO EFFECT.PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER IMMEDIATELY SO
