Sir,

I have deposited my Sep/08 premium on time and the amount has been debited from my Federal Bank, Allahabad Branch A/c 3836 on dt. 04/10/08 vide Cheque No. 386372 dt. 29/9/08. But as per Branch Manager letter dt. 04/12/08 he has mentioned that I have not deposited the Sep/08 premium and your policy has been lapsed. Shri Ram Pyare (AAO) has accept that Sep/08 premium has been deposited by me. He told Mr. R. S. Yadav (Account Officer) to ammend the entry but since last 1 months he hasn't able to ammend the correction and he is saying that I can't ammend the entry. I have also complain the same to Manager (Admn.), Shri R. K. Singh but he is saying that I am helpless. The LIC is harrassing me & my next premium is due on Mar/09 so kindly co-operate to help me out. The details are given below :-

I have paid my insurance policy premium(Policy no.[protected] online on 12-Jan-09 through LIC website. But I did n't get online receipt for the same. Please do the needful.

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased 11 policies and paid Rs. 22127/- towards first premiums vide receipt no. 2779 of branch unit no. 11U, SCO-34 Sec- 12 HUDA Complex Faridabad on[protected].

I was issued policy bonds as per below

this totals up to Rs. 19749 and leaves Rs. 2378 for which I have not been issued any policy bond and premium receipt from retrospective effect.Why such a lapse has occurred??????
If you cannot issue me a policy, then pl refund this amount ASAP with interest.

It is now one year and the agent says that branch does not have stationary to print policy bonds
I want your intervention in this regard as I need receipts.

I would expect an early response to this, failing which, I shall be compelled to write to IRDA

I have applied for loan on 27th of Dec against LIC policy. Till 16th of January I have not received the cheque of loan amount.

When I called three four times at LIC office phone no 22626343 I got the answer that the cheque was prepared on 1st Jan 09 and it was dispatched. How much time it take to deliver a cheque with in the same city?
When I asked for registered post number, I got the answers that that is not available with us call later. Lastly I got answer that it was dispatched on 13th Jan and you will receive shortly, but still I have not received the cheque.

Whenever I am visiting your BASANT LOK BRANCH to deposit LIC Premium, most of the time they are not accepting the payment in one go sometimes we are leaving the cheque with our contact details with a request to deposit the same whenever your online system is working. Yesterday, again when I visiting your said branch they were not ready to accept the premium rather diverting me to deposit the same to concerned branch only. It is a serious matter with this type of attitude one get irritated rather wanted to get rid off. Moreover, whenever it is brought to the knowledge of the Jr. Branch Manager Ms. Ushaji she shown her inability to help me in any manner rather insisted me to visist the concerned branch only and narrated that it is a priviledge to the customer and not mandatory on our part and it our sweet will if our cashier ready to accept your cheque. I am pained and concerned about the future of LIC when most of the Private Insurance Companies are in the market.

When POLICY HOLDER surrender his policy by what so ever of nature or reason, LIC ADMIN PEOPLE JUST SEND CHEQUE FOR SUCH AMOUNT TO POLICY HOLDER WITH SIMPLE COVERING LETTER, SUCH LETTER HAVE NOT ANY DETAILS
(1) HOW MUCH PREMIUM RECEIVED?
(2) HOW MUCH AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED TOWARDS SURRENDERED CHARGES?
(3) HOW MUCH BONUS AMOUNT CONSIDERED FOR SUCH SURRENDER VALUE?
(4) NOT MAKING ANY ALERT THAT POLICY HOLDER SUFFER SUCH AND SUCH?

I am K.s ghuman and i take ur policiy of LIC and Mr. harbans singh who is the advisor o[censored]r co. and his advisor code is 11038114 and address is H.no 658 s.no. 20 Mata nagar LUDHIANA .I take two policy from harbans singh o[censored]r co. the policy no. is[protected],[protected] on the name of kulwant singh and kasmir kaur ghuamn respectively. That person collect amt. of premium before due date but not deposit against my policy. So i request u that plz take a strict action against ur advisor becoz he create frud me and many other investor.

This is to bring to your kind notice that when i tried to pay the online premium towards the following error is appearing "Premium can not be collected through this channel.Please contact LIC branch for the premium payment."

I had tried several times but still i find the portal is not allowing to make online payment.

i did online payment through licindia.com on dated 3/jan/2009 of amount 16, 497.Rs

The same amount is debited from my account(kotak bank netbanking), whereas it is not credited into my policy account.
reference no.given by kotak::[protected]
will my amount be credited into lic account ?
Please help me in getting the receipts.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid the premium for my LIC policy (No.[protected] online from LIC website (thru' Billdesk), from my SBI account (Ref No. MSBI[protected]IG[protected]. The amount (Rs. 13537) has already been debited from my account but the LIC site does not show the payment against my policy. Nor did I receive any confirmation from them. Kindly look into the matter.

my policy number is[protected]. it is jeewan suraksha plan . the policy has matured on dated[protected]. but till date i have not received any correspondance from Lic of india . I .have given many reminders by speed post to Senior divisional manager shimla.every day I Used to. enquire from LIC office in Kasupti Shimla from TEl. NOS[protected],[protected]. but Ihave not received any positive reply . THe lic office people are not taking it seriously. Sir, Iam in need of money but Iam not able to get my own amount

LOAN APPLICATION NO. 306302 WAS INITIALLY SANCTIONED FOR Rs. 40 LACS UNDER A/C NO. 11042144 BUT THE SAME LOAN WAS NOT TAKEN/DISBURSED BY THE BORROWER. HOWEVER, THE CIBIL REPORT STILL SHOWS OVERDUE SUM OF Rs. 77, 200/=, WHICH IS TOTALLY WRONG AND THE SAME REQUIRES IMMEDIATE CORRECTION AS IT IS GIVING A BIG TROUBLE TO THE BORROWER. PAN NO. my complaints is the LIC'S employee was smoking in LIC Office Dt. 26.12.2008 in morning. his name is Sh. S.K. Mittal (S.G.A.)in LIC of India Branch (Rashmi Place). I knock him but he said that (Haa Complaint Kar Dena).
