Mr. Chairman,

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased 11 policies and paid Rs. 22127/- towards first premiums vide receipt no. 2779 of branch unit no. 11U, SCO-34 Sec- 12 HUDA Complex Faridabad on[protected].

I was issued policy bonds as per below

[protected] Rs. 2264
[protected] Rs 2160
[protected] Rs 2063
[protected] Rs 1975
[protected] Rs 1895
[protected] Rs 1820
[protected] Rs 1752
[protected] Rs 1689
[protected] Rs 1629

this totals up to Rs. 19749 and leaves Rs. 2378 for which I have not been issued any policy bond and premium receipt from retrospective effect.Why such a lapse has occurred??????
If you cannot issue me a policy, then pl refund this amount ASAP with interest.

I also have not received policy bond for policy nos

It is now one year and the agent says that branch does not have stationary to print policy bonds
I want your intervention in this regard as I need receipts.

I would expect an early response to this, failing which, I shall be compelled to write to IRDA

I have applied for loan on 27th of Dec against LIC policy. Till 16th of January I have not received the cheque of loan amount.

When I called three four times at LIC office phone no 22626343 I got the answer that the cheque was prepared on 1st Jan 09 and it was dispatched. How much time it take to deliver a cheque with in the same city?
When I asked for registered post number, I got the answers that that is not available with us call later. Lastly I got answer that it was dispatched on 13th Jan and you will receive shortly, but still I have not received the cheque.

Whenever I am visiting your BASANT LOK BRANCH to deposit LIC Premium, most of the time they are not accepting the payment in one go sometimes we are leaving the cheque with our contact details with a request to deposit the same whenever your online system is working. Yesterday, again when I visiting your said branch they were not ready to accept the premium rather diverting me to deposit the same to concerned branch only. It is a serious matter with this type of attitude one get irritated rather wanted to get rid off. Moreover, whenever it is brought to the knowledge of the Jr. Branch Manager Ms. Ushaji she shown her inability to help me in any manner rather insisted me to visist the concerned branch only and narrated that it is a priviledge to the customer and not mandatory on our part and it our sweet will if our cashier ready to accept your cheque. I am pained and concerned about the future of LIC when most of the Private Insurance Companies are in the market.

Respected Sir,

I want to complain against my LIC agent Miss. K.P.Usha. Her branch ID is CODE NO: 775 Ottappalam Branch.her mobile number is [protected]. She has very smartly sold me an LIC policy and thereafter not responded to my multiple requests for original policy document. I have not received my policy certificate since last 1 and half years. I have given repeated calls/sms by requesting her to give me my original documents. She has been irresponsible and has shown no effort to give good customer service. She told me that she has the documents with her but till the date She is not ready to handover it to me. I dont know wheather she is a real or fake agent. Many other people face the same problem and problems in some financial adjustments with her. She is working under the Development Officer Mr.Kunjumon, Ottappalam Branch.

Please take strict action against her and if possible cancel her LIC license.

Total Amount Paid for my family was 3675

My son Sarvjeet Singh used his citibank debit card to make the payment. It did debit his account on Feb 9th, 2009 but the system did not gave me any customer receipt or showing anything payment from LIC did go thru.

Can you please check all the above policies and clear this amount as I have already paid thru your online payment system to make the payments using citibank debit card and it is already cleared from citibank and approved the transaction.

My father Late Inspector Om Bir Singh Chaunker had the policy – LIC Profit Plus ,Plan No: 188 at Nehru House 4 , Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg ,Delhi,
Policy No:[protected] ,Date of Commencement :[protected] ,Date of Maturity :[protected].

My father was expired on[protected] at Hospital Medanta –the medicity ,Sec-38,Gurgaon ,Haryana.He was suffering from CKD ,Hepatitis – B ,Sugar,Diabetis and other Diseases.

I went to Office at Nehru House 4 , met with Mr.Bhagwan Singh ( Senior Branch Manager) . He asked to complete the following documents as under :-

a) Certificate of Hospital Treatment.
b) Medical Attendant Certificate.
c) Certificate by Employer.
d) Last three year Duty Record.

I Submitted all the documents with form at Office on the dated[protected] .

Till date no further action taken from the office.

I personally met with Mr.Bhagwan Singh (Senior Branch Manager) ,but , no positive response get from him till date[protected].

Kindly, look into this matter on the urgent basis and do needful action for getting fund ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a salary account ([protected]) in Thane (Naupada) Branch. I had issued a cheque on 17/01/2009 of Rs. 26250/- in the name of LIC of India which was returned by the Axis bank under the reason of Drawer's signature differs.

The LIC (Ghantali Branch, Thane : 91J) has issued a letter to me dated 21/01/09 (Ref : 91J/NB) stating that the bank (Axis Bank) has returned the cheque because of the above mentioned reason. The policy i.e. Jeevan Aastha for which I had applied for was subsequently got cancelled.

I came to know regarding the above matter on date 13/03/2009 which means after 2 months when I actually received the above letter from LIC. I would like to know from you that why I was not contacted by you in this matter on that day itself ? I would have clarified the matter instantly. Now after 2 months I cannot do anything but to see that I have lost my opportuinity to apply for LIC policy because it was open for a very limited period.

In what way you will help me in this case ? Please do the needful.

On 17 Feb 2013, i paid my LIC premium with number[protected]Jeevan anand, YLY, Branch Code 255) in my name(Pankaj Agarwal), of amount Rs 5553 through my SBI netbanking account with account number [protected] (IFS Code : SBIN0012964; MICR Code :[protected]; Sanjay Nagar Branch, Ghaziabad). The amount was deducted from my account but it is has not reached with LIC and therefore it is still showing due. I have already confirmed from LIC office at ghaziabad as well through my LIC agent. Neither I have not recieved any premium paid statement from LIC. I think there is some problem with BILLDESK gateway.

AS PER YOUR RULE YOU CHARGED INTEREST FOR LATE RECEIPT OF PREMIUM AFTER DUE DATE, NOW YOU ARE ALSO LIABLE TO PAY ME WITH INTEREST FOR NOT RECEIPT OF NEFT OF MATURITY AMOUNT ON TIME AS THE PAPERS ARE LOST FROM YOUR SIDE .

lic's money back policy — non -receipt of due amounts

I am an employee of IOCL(AOD) and my policy no.44196154 was regularly being paid through salary(the premium) at DIGBOI branch.But when i was transferred to Nagaon Depot of my same organization,this premium was deducted from our kolkatta office(Eastern Region).

Now again when i have been transferred to Digboi, and the first term maturity has been due in the month of march'09,the Digboi Branch of LIC is yet to disburse the amount .

The matter may kindly be reviewed and initiate action accordingly,as already sufficient amount of time has already elapsed and i am also in dire need of money for a very important personal task.

I had paid the premium of Rs. 10560/- online against policy number[protected] on 17th December thru ICICI bank but on portal “transaction failed” was shown. But surprisingly this amount was debited from my bank account on 17th December 08 itself. As the payment was not confirmed, receipt was not generated and portal continued to show the above referred premium as not paid, I paid the same again on 22nd December 08 on the portal. Thus I have submitted the premium twice. But till date the one which was paid on 17th December (and transaction failed) has not been reverted to my bank account and still pending. Will request that the same amount of Rs. 10560/- is returned to my bank account.

I have made a online payment of Rs 15162 using ICICI Netbanking for my policy number "[protected]". When I see View Payment Online Reciepts, I am not getting any reciepts. From my ICICI account amount is withdrawn.

Please look into this and help in getting the online reciept ASAP.
