My Policy no.[protected],[protected] from LIC . I had paid the premium of 28492 Rs for both the two policies on 15 sept 2008 vide netbanking. Some how on 27 Oct 2008 same amount got deducted through my ICICI bank account via ECS .
I have sent mail to LIC for the refund of extra amount but no response for past 7 days . Also no one is picking up the phone no. of helpline given on website.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've taken one LIC policy bearing no.[protected] for self. The SA is Rs. 1 lac & DOC is 28th jan 2002. As per the policy, I'm supposed to get 15% survival benefits of SA after 5 years. So far, I've not recd any cheque for Rs. 15000 from LIC for the survival benefits.

My father has taken a housing loan and due un avoidable circumstance he was not able to continue the EMI. Because of this LIC raised a court case. After I finished my studies i started to repay the amount and the loan has been closed on 18.10.2006(almost 2 years ago).

I have a Home loan with LIC HF, Jaipur branch for the purchase of a flat which is under construction, total cost of the flat is some where around Rs. 2500000/-.Intial amount of rs. 3, 50000/- has been paid by me and rest of it was expected from the loan. Earlier I have received all the cheques without delay.
