I have done online payment of my LIC policy premium(policy no.[protected] thru ICICI Netbanking of amt.

5238/- on dated-07/10/08 my a/c successfully debited. but no detail found thru lic india website regarding this premium rect. and payment paid history. kindly let me know abt my money where it's credited or any return is in transit? detail of my a/c statement is attached in file.

Parcel was delivered to lic of india Main Road PO-Chakradharpur,
singbhum west, but delivered to Patna through the Post Office
Speed Post section.
Please check at your end and arrange to deliver on proper mailing

payment made not updated

LIC policy no.[protected] payment of RS.704.00 paid through AXIS BANK net banking on 1.10.08 (transaction no. icoonn/5950122/[protected]/011088/1) . During the final process my computer got hanged.Mean while I checked my account.The same amount was deducted.But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website.Please look in to this and do the needful and communicate the same.

Premium Payment not updated

Myself is Chandra Shekar Seerapu. I have paid LIC premium for a sum of Rs 5294/- of my Policy No[protected] through LIC online portal on 29 Septembers2008. Till date premium receipt has not yet been generated. Whereas, the amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account. I am very much worried about this lapse on the part of LIC. Kindly do the needful and let me know progress of the case as early as possible...

Wrong intimation of dishonoured cheque

I have deposited premium of month november 2007 of Policy No[protected] on date 20-11-07 by Cheque No-907415 of amount Rs. 2849.00 vide receipt number is 76182 dated 20-11-07. This cheque has been cleared from my a/c No-[protected] of SBI, Nand Nagri, Delhi on 22-11-07.
But Branch Manager(Branch 11-B, Sakarpur) sent me an information of dishonored cheque vide no.-903 dated 31-01-08.
I had intimated to Branch Manager several times...

Pension cheques not received

My neighbors have one pension scheme each with LIC of India . The Policy numbers are[protected] &[protected]. They had submitted the certificate of existence through their agent before April'08.But till date they were not paid the pension payable to them on monthly basis. How harsh is the harassment meted to two aged people having age 80 & 77. Can any body imagine a company like LIC harassing senior citizens like this. This amount...
