Money back for 15% SA not recd after 5 years

Dear Sir/Madam,
I've taken one LIC policy bearing no.[protected] for self. The SA is Rs. 1 lac & DOC is 28th jan 2002. As per the policy, I'm supposed to get 15% survival benefits of SA after 5 years. So far, I've not recd any cheque for Rs. 15000 from LIC for the survival benefits.
Kindly help me to get the survival benefit cheque after 5 years along with interest since the due date for this payment was 28...

LIC site doing wrong transaction

I made a online payment on 4th oct 2008 by lic site.When i tried to pay online first time(by ICICI DEBIT CARD) it shows error.So i go for the second time, it was successfull.But from my account two times money was deducted.when i call to ICICI bank they told we paid 2 times to LIC.But when i called to LIC, they are telling our system is not working now you called after few days.i called pune lic customer care so many times but i didn't...

Dear sir,

My father has taken a housing loan and due un avoidable circumstance he was not able to continue the EMI. Because of this LIC raised a court case. After I finished my studies i started to repay the amount and the loan has been closed on 18.10.2006(almost 2 years ago).

Non payment of Pension

I get family pension under the stated scheme. My annuity no is 6250 & Policy no is 47418.
I have not received the pension cheques for the period 28.10.2008 to 28.09.2009 till date.
Earlier I have received all the cheques without delay.
Please look into the matter & expedite the delivery. I am dependent on this earning only for my my livlihood.

Premium deducted twice from my account

This is regarding the premium I paid towards policy #[protected]. I paid premium on 12th September 2009 through LIC gateway but on 15th October 2008, automatically premium amount of Rs. 28156 is deducted from my account. Parcel was delivered to lic of india Main Road PO-Chakradharpur,
singbhum west, but delivered to Patna through the Post Office
Speed Post section.
Please check at your end and arrange to deliver on proper mailing

LIC policy no.[protected] payment of RS.704.00 paid through AXIS BANK net banking on 1.10.08 (transaction no. icoonn/5950122/[protected]/011088/1) . During the final process my computer got hanged.Mean while I checked my account.The same amount was deducted.But sofor the receipt for the payment is not received sofor in website.Please look in to this and do the needful and communicate the same.
