[Resolved]  Lic Of India — UNAUTHORISED CHARGES FOR ATM DEBIT CARD

WE ARE S.B. A/C HOLDERS O[censored]TI BANK VASTRAPUR BR.,AHMEDABAD. A/C NO [protected]. WE HAVE BEEN PROVIDED ATM DEBIT CARDS WITHOUT ANY BANK CHARGES.
AFTER 5 YEARS NEW CARDS ISSUED BY AXIS BANK WITH BANK CHARGES. WHY? IT IS SAID THAT ONLY NAME CHANGED NOT SERVICES. NOW, AT THE AGE OF 57 YEARS SHALL WE STAND IN QUE TO WITHDRAW OUR MONEY IF WE DO NOT WANT TO PAY BANK CHARGES? WHY WE ARE NOT REPLIED PROPERLY BY BANK STAFF AND EVEN BY MR. S S BAJAJ, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER TO OUR COMPALAINT ON HIS E-MAIL S.[protected]@axisbank.com on? WHY CARE IS NOT TAKEN TO REPLY OUR COMPLAINT?

AGAINST AXIS BANK IMMEDIATELY UNDER CODE fabe2.
Yes I am Agree with that, that Axis Bank, not only in that for debit card, but they do many this kind of charges for without showing any kind of reason, they debit money in thousand without any reason. i complained and inquire about that, they show, i should ask to company, its detated by company. which kind of that rule, its by RBI ? i don't think so, i am going to compain directly to RBI Directoly
hello sir , this is my request to u that i have a
saving acccount in ur bank for last one year and this is my
personal account so i would like to make it personal only
for me . so my complaint is that that the bank sends
a balance sheet copy every three months at home address
which should be stopped . i dont want that my family members get know about my balance in bank . i did appeal
many times to the addministrators but they ignore it
so my personal appeal to u that do not send anykind of
balance statement at my home address . otherwise i would
need to clese my account from ur bank. i hope that i would
satisfy by ur answer

i have forwarded a request to open my salary account, but i have received only pin numbers from bank, as my nsalary is pendind i would like to know that how could i get my account details and carry on the further process..
I had received a cheque of Rs 50, 000 towards Sardar Sarovar bond refund.I am now living in Canada and do not have any account in India.I deposited this cheque in The Bank Of Nova Scotia.I received a call from the bank stating that you did not honour this cheque.Now last date of depositing this cheque has passed

I totally agree that the Vastrapur Branch staff is very carefree for services. I have requested for transaction passwrod in November 2009 and to this day I have not received. The operation Manager is never responding to e-mail. It seems customers are vauleless asset. I came across this just while brwosing internet for contact number of the branch.
